Currently I have five! This is subject to change but I do like the five I have for now.

My side traits do have the same labels (for the most part) as the Sanders Sides but are pretty different in practice. I have Logic/Knowledge/Drive to Learn; Morality/Ethics/Social Management; Creativity/Daydreaming/Wonder; Anxiety/Intrusive Thought/Caution; and Selfishness/Self-Care. While the first bit is based off of the Sides the other words show the other domains they cover which stray more from the Sides.

I don't have any photos but I can and will describe them!

Logic: dark blue motif. short hair, black button up, space earrings. dressed in dark colors, fairly comfortably but with a bit of professional edge. Expression flat but open; grounded but distant

Morality: green motif. green sweater, shoulder length hair, glasses. looks like a mom friend but specifically the kind who is trying really hard to be a mom friend but is more like your older sister who is trying to mimic the behavior they saw from adults to act more mature

Creativity: purple motif. long colorful hair, round glasses, freckles. middle school oc galore. space cloaks, fake wings, basically everything i ever loved in fiction as a kid tossed onto one person like a bathroom concoction

Anxiety: red motif. long hair to cover face, extra eyes, eye bags. dark baggy clothing and extra arms that may or may not be theirs (you cannot tell one way or another)

Selfishness: gold/black motif. hair tied back, stern expression. comfortable yet nice dark clothing, eyes motif like anxiety except these aren't literal (think jewelry with eyes), black wings that do work

ok so I had this question in mind

are the small wild animals (aka real life animals in the cartoon) just as small as Mr&Mrs Tiny? or are they a little bigger than these two mouses? for example are the wild rats/mouses the same height as them or bigger?

Actually, Mr&mrs Tiny ARE wild mouses, let me explain, lot of info ahead.

First, why there's two kind of creatures in this world? Well, in Bobby's episode is explain that, long time ago, there was only wild creatures, and each wild species would exist in their own place, apart from other species except when ''they need it'' (a child friendly way to say ''only to eat each other'').

Then, there was a spark, and the first pendant was created after a wild creature befriended a wild from another species. The magic of their bond was the start of a new kind of creatures, the ''critters''.

The magic of the pendant altern the physical look of the creature, and also their mind, 'cause now they're able to speak the same language that other ''critters''. This magic allow them to become social creatures with other species, and befriend/interact with them to the point of even have children of other species (thanks to the stork, Bobby make a subtle joke about this in plan ''Mom and dad have never mention a bird'' when Kicking ask if they didn't came from a egg like him), ALSO change their needs (for example, all the critters are vegetarian, but it something subtle, just having a line of Bobby telling ''my parents like a different kind of pie (meatpie)'' in one episode).

It was a event that happens centuries ago, so now the descendants of the original critters doens't need their own pendant to grown like this, 'cause the magic is already in all of them, BUT there's still a lot of pendant out there, and the most of them are family relics that go from parent to child (like in Dogday&catnap, Hoppy, Crafty and Picky), others can be found in all the kingdom, but they can only be activate if the critter's magic inside of them share the same kind of magic that the pendant have (like with Kickin and Bubba case).

So, if that the case, why Bobby's family react more wild that Bubba's? Easy, mouse are already really inteligents and social creatures, so they just evolved more that the bears.

The mouses have their own society INSIDE the critters town, living in the walls of a lot of building, Bubba's family actually was living in the Library's walls, but after getting Bubba, the librarian allow them to move into their own room to raise the elephant, years later, a young Bubba make contact with the librarian's pendant, activating it, so the librarian decided to pass the torch to him after basically see the elephant grown into a wide young man (this is explained in the family reunion episode).

This is why Bubba's family doesn't have a lot of screen in the show, 'cause they don't speak the same language that the critters (you can only hear squeaking noise when they speak, Bubba been the only one able to understand them), so apart from when Bubba is in the library, they don't show up a lot.

Now, can a wild become a critter in the present day? Yes, actually, Bobby episode talk about how she change from a wild bear to the critter she's now, but for that to happen it need a literal spark, aka the creation of a pendant to change a wild (Bobby's pendant was create due a act she make), but for that to happen is REALLY hard, they're not as common as the cutiemark in MLP, so actually have a pendant is a big thing in this universe.

For the Fan-Sides ask game, a nice “2” please :3 (what are your sides traits)

Also, throwing in a lovely “16” (pls ramble about anything :3)

So I did technically do number two already but its my blog and I can do what I want and I think its important for my rambles to make an iota of sense.

My current five sides are: Logic, Creativity, Morality, Anxiety, and Selfishness. They each cover more fields than those of course but those are the basic labels for core aspects of their being.

One of my favorite little things about Sanders Sides is how each of the sides is explicitly and heavily influenced by how Thomas grew up (Creativity being represented as a Disney prince, Deceit having snake-like features, etc.) and when I decided to make my own I wanted to incorporate not only myself as I am now but also my past development to get a better picture of who each of my sides would be. This also pretty heavily affects the other domains each side fills, as my thought process differs from Thomas's (which I'll get into more later).

Logic was definitely one of the easiest ones for me. Maybe its because Logan is my favorite side or maybe Logan is my favorite side because Logic comes naturally to me but regardless Logic was the easiest to develop. Logic is derived from Knowledge so my Logic also covers the field Knowledge and the Drive to obtain Knowledge. I'm a pretty Logic-based person, so my side doesn't have to worry about not being listened to like Logan and as such does not really express more than occasional annoyance. If someone doesn't want to listen to reason, then that's not their problem and they could be doing better things.

Next is Morality. She was tougher. See, Thomas's Morality never quite made sense to me which I think has something to do with the differences in Thomas and I's thinking. His Morality is irrecoverably tied to his feelings, hence Patton being both Morality and Emotions in general. This always felt off to me, as emotions are more of a byproduct and the parts of me urging me in one direction or another had motivations other than the amorphous emotions I felt. I am also a pretty low-empathy person and my Morality is a lot more learned than felt. As such, my Morality is more of an older sister who is trying to act like the parent. A child raising other children because she was the one who had to deal with the parentification earliest. Because Morality is often tied to interactions with others and this ability transfers pretty seamlessly into masking, Morality is also in charge of Social Interactions. She can observe and mimic those around her and use that to decide what appears to be the best option socially.

Now for Creativity. Frankly, another pretty easy one once I made the realization that I could base aem off of anything, not just sanitized Disney heroes. I was 100% the weird kid in school (okay, and maybe still am) and I loved things that were strange or different. I've wanted wings for as long as I could remember, I always looked up to those cool teenagers with dyed hair and quick wit, and I never could stop absorbing new stories. As such, Creativity for me is an amagamation of everything I have ever loved, a mess of hyperfixations and interests that span the course of nearly two decades. Ae are a love letter to middle school me, an unapologetic bubble of absolute cringe and terror. I adore aem.

Ah, my nemesis, Anxiety. Anxiety was... very difficult for me. For one, my Intrusive Thoughts are so heavily related to my Anxiety that it felt wrong to separate them the way Thomas did. As such, my Anxiety has control over Intrusive Thoughts as well, producing and conveying them to the rest of my brain. Trying to personify it from there was difficult to say the least as anxiety has been something that has tortured me since I was a little kid and the idea of giving it a personage was hard at first. Eventually, though, I did develop it somewhat, as they are a part of me whether I like it or not. Even now with my Anxiety being managed through therapy and medication, I still have Anxious thoughts and I don't think I'll ever be rid of them. And that's okay. Anxiety is an often overwhelming figure who is genuinely trying to keep me safe but often takes real issues to their most extreme. When at their strongest, they are a mess of shadow and limbs overwhelming me at every turn but most days they are the comments that remind me to lock my door (usually multiple times) and check the dates on my foods. They exist in the domains of Anxiety, Self-Hatred, and Caution.

And finally: Selfishness. This one is a bit odd as its the only one that Thomas (technically) doesn't have although they are based off of Deceit. They were added because I felt like something was missing from the four that I had created initially. See, I talk to myself a lot. It was easy to visualize my sides because there are times when I genuinely think as though there are multiple people debating within brain. And during these times, when I am at my lowest point and can't seem to escape my feelings, there is always a voice, commanding in tone that is able to soothe me and get me to move forward. There is a part of me that pushes me to be kind to myself, to take care of myself, to fight for myself and that part absolutely needed to be showcased. I say Selfishness as a neutral word, a word meant to denote Self-Interest and protection. Selfishness maintains my sense of self when everything else is crowding in and trying to take hold. They are Protection, both of myself and those like me, and Freedom above all else. I value my own Independence more than anything and she is there to promote that, my ultimatum that is left even after everything else has been stripped away.

I have fallen down a rabbit hole for your Smiling Critter ARG and am now trapped with at least like… three OC’s made and more on the way.

But I quite curious on something. I was looking at the LOOOORE documents/posts you made and the lore about the electronic toys(like the Boogie Bots) being able to live by being recharged without the mist has got me thinking.

What would happen if a toy could basically upload itself onto a VHS or a computer through the same process. Could they just… kinda hightail it when in danger or are they connected to their body still?

first of all, 'm still processing the idea of my silly ARG/Au becoming a big part in this new fandom of the Smiling Critters, after all i started it with lil to none information of them (and... we still have lil info of them in canon, sad), so to know there's a lot of people really enjoying my work and even making Oc related to it make me excited!

Now, about your question, let's explain a lil more about the electronic toys.

For started, they have a brain that command the whole toy, but said brain is the only ''meat'' part on them, and it stay in a refrigerate container with Poppy serum, preventing the brain from rooting.

The poppy serum doesn't need to be change, but it need to stay refrigerate to keep the brain in good state, and the cooler system only work with energy, that's why they use batteries or get charged.

But that also mean that they aren't really ''coded'', so they don't have a way to connect themself to a electronic system, their minds don't work with numbers and symbols.

but they can learn to command the code in a computer system to used it, but just in the normal human way, like if someone learned to hack but without using their hands. Right, they can't be the matix, but thinks like hacking the doors when the gang is in need is enough.

If DJSS is actually a supernova then assumption probably brings with it the idea they were a star, and being a star where it sends light in every direction and vision is directly correlated to light, what if that means omnidirectional vision?
