Day 197.

Today I intended to meet the pod at Ti Point for a swim. With all the winter freediving using a heavier than normal weight belt (cause my new wetsuit has increased my buoyancy), I have been getting a sore back. I also haven’t been doing a lot about it so it’s just gotten stiffer.

So I have finally realised I need to get back into doing a little swimming to stretch everything out and stay strong. I didn’t make it to Ti Point in the end, but I did get in after walking sid and swam to the buoys and it felt good.

I guess this is what I’ll be doing while I wait for the visibility to clear up.
