What with Garmadon? Is he dead ass forever or idk he back as ghost, demon/oni, other shit? They resurrected him?

ok ok, this is just off the top of my head and things are subject to change as I took various ideas from an old AU I had, which has now been deleted

Lloyd due to his hatred for the elemental alliance when he grows older, he leaves for the mountains and basically lives in the wild. Since Garmadon was killed; the Overlord was never successful in his plan he's forever forgotten in the Dark Island that being said though, the Serpentine is still strong so the ninja is currently dealing with them. Lloyd doesn’t lean either way and thinks the war is stupid. He eventually runs into Nya, completely unaware she’s an elemental master (I mean she doesn’t either at this point) or that she’s allied with the Elemental Masters. They have a mentor/student relationship as Lloyd teaches Nya to use her temper in battle, talk about her absent parents, and generally the sexism she deals with. I’d also like to mention Lloyd attempted to murder the previous generation of ninjas so the gate goes both ways. The green destiny prophecy does exist but no one ever shows up to be said Green Ninja. So no, Lloyd does not have any powers other than his Oni nature. As of now, the only knowledge Ninjago has of Lloyd is the Oni who lives in the mountains, stalking, waiting for a chance to destroy Ninjago (despite that absolutely not being his intention)

I suppose any of those things could happen. Im leaning more towards he could be like a spirit in the Spirit Realm and appear in dreams or on the Day of the Departed. As of now; that’s very unclear  Pls don't say that Ray actually shot an arrow… Worse; he was found brutally mauled at the bottom of a well. He tried to do the whole running away from Misako and baby Lloyd but only because he knew that some of the elemental alliance was after him. He’s found at the bottom of a well covered in sea salt water so the autopsy couldn’t tell his cause of death but needless to say or any DNA evidence of who did it. His death remains a disturbing mystery

Disbanded the Elemental Alliance in rage, causing what was a sure victory in the war to a total disaster that keeps going for the ninja to now deal with  Going into future, Harumi? hallo? is she just like, is? doesn't do shit like she originally did? is it needed? As of now; no. The overlord is responsible for 2/3rds of everything terrible in Ninjago so now the Garmadon was never used by the Overlord, the main conflict is the now 50-year war

Probably more messed up since Lloyd considers Skylor as a sister and keeps his mouth shut about the horrors that happen on Chen’s Island. With the whole 50-year serpentine war, Master Chen is probably a well-respected figure on the serpentine side and probably has the Ninjago equivalent of Hunger Games (win and you don’t get drafted into the war/forced tattooed to turn into an anacondrai!). For all we know, Master Chen might have more than just a small island

Thunderclan in the Darkest Hour: eleven warriors plus a young leader, six apprentices, only one queen (+four elders), enough prey that they shared their territory with a pack of dogs and only occasionally realized they were sharing their ressources.

Only Fire will save our Clan.

Maybe not only from all the outside perils. Maybe also from shrinking to death?

I mean there's obviously the genetical factor of bringing in new blood and avoiding a total saturation of the genetic pool, too.

Anyway there were much more warriors in the Last Hope and much more preys too, and somehow, Firestar's leadership did make the clan prosper in number and strength, and his mere presence already started galvanizing the clan in the first arc, even if it might just be luck.

Since he isn't the green ninja in this AU, he has red eyes and is more in touch with his Oni side. Due to being a war criminal (attempting to murder the elemental alliance and opening the Hynobrai tomb) he just lives in the wild and becomes an urban legend. Although that hasn't stopped him from keeping an eye on our ninja from the shadows...or rather very big bushes.

Untamed. Reckless. Emotional. Violent.

Powerful. Determined. Stalwart. Unyielding.

She was everything that the Eleventh in it's current form was. Hayden felt no ill will for her beyond needing her to reign in her more violent impulses. She is his ally regardless of how she views him, and with that comes an infinite distance he would cross to assist her. Such was his nature. He sees her as a soul in distress, someone who has stepped to far to the other side and if left alone will gradually consume themselves.

Like a hollow, given an asauchi.

He feels compassion and empathy for her. Because it is not that he is without the things she feels, it is a constant battle to tame the reckless emotions of his heart. But he does so to the aide of those below him. Jewel is a lieutenant, a leader. He wonders when she will realize that such a position is more than authority derived from power or fear.

Ultimately, he views her with someone who is battling a demon. It is not a battle he cannot win for it. It is a battle in which he must support her. How that support manifests, is directly tied to how she requires. So long as she wears that uniform, and upholds her duties, he will always provide warmth to her coldness.
