Day 5: Artist Hack or Tip 🌟 This is for oil painting. If you’re in the middle of painting something, you can put your whole paint pallet and brushes in the freezer over night (or even for a number of days) and just bring them back out when you’re ready to finish painting. Metal Painting Tutorial

Re-discovered this old tutorial I've made The actual painting demo part is very outdated and I'm seeing a bunch of flaws with it (I would mainly advice my old self to use reference for the armor "design" and the reflections + it was pretty rushed too), but the process I've used still holds up to this day/is the same I'm still using so I figured I would share it in case it's helpful to someone! Bamboos 9” x 12” Watercolor It was dragon boat festival yesterday. Bamboos were one of the themes. Then I realized I have never painted bamboos. My friend said you should, also that sounds very Asian 😂😂. Is it cuz I am Asian or is it cuz it’s bamboo? I see many different styles of painting bamboos, and I would say I have no seen anyone did it in my techniques. So here we have some bamboos with touches of lights.
