Walking With… Jessica / @j_ruby_cl ——— Jess lives near Golders Hill Park up near Golders green. It was a lovely opportunity to head to an area I’ve never been to specifically. We wandered up past the deer enclosure and found these seemingly not-so-secret hill gardens & pergola, which reminded us somewhat of those beautiful Italian garden estates. Jessica is a freelance journalist, broadcaster and author. She has a keen passion for poetry, something that she wants to continue to do going forward. It made me think hard about my relationship with poetry and probably the lack of it I read. I'm going to get one last post just before it's over for the #marchmeetthemaker challenge, although I might still continue with some of the prompts on my own afterwards, as i think there are still things to say for me and it is such a good list of topics to post about. 💬 So, one of the prompts was whether I am a full-time or part-time maker. The truth is, it's not even part time, as my art is really only the thing I do in my very few and rare free moments, between the main job, parenting and other responsibilities and chores.
