like initiation is just all the boys lined up and they each have to cum in my pussy in front of all of their brothers.

The Great Swap: Trevor (Written by themousefromfantasyland. Revamped by me)
It all started when Ivan Hills turned straight.
As with everything in life, it started slowly, gradually, then all at once. The billion-subscriber beauty guru started changing his content around the summer of 2017. All his videos on YouTube suddenly became about training, sports cars, and pranking his newfound bros. His clothes went from pink and glittery to dark and gray. His profile pic changed from a winking boy in full makeup to a furious young man with a sports cap turned upwards. Then, in April 2019, he announced his long-time fag hag was now his official girlfriend and that he identified as straight. Subsequently, the internet went into a frenzy. However, those who had followed the case since the beginning were unsurprised since the brutish frat bro of 2019 was a far cry from the soft and delicate boy from 2014.
But that was not the end of it. Around the second half of 2019, several big gay and queer influencers, actors, and even politicians came out as straight. From defiers of gender roles and social expectations, these people became the most avid defenders of heteronormativity and tradition.
Then, around the end of 2019, the opposite started occurring.
Gavin Taylor, a late twenty-something commentator on the "Right Voice," a popular YouTube far-right show, came out as gay after leaving the channel. His channel changed from videos about the importance of Christian values and the nuclear family to videos about queer history, Atheism, and dating. The rude, often short-tempered young man was now a friendly, happy ball of gay fun. In early 2020, he married his boyfriend, and they now share an apartment and a cat in San Francisco.
Several key figures in far-right culture woke up gay one morning as if they had broken away from a terrible spell.
Not as bi, bi-curious, or pansexual, but as flaming homosexuals with immense bravery and pride in their queerness.
People joked about the homophobes being closeted gays, but when hundreds of them started coming out from their closets with a completely inversed worldview, it perplexed everyone. At first, this phenomenon was called "The Great Swap" as a joke. Still, as each gay big name became straight, and each raging heterosexual bigot became a fierce homosexual, the joke became a weird social contagion that scholars tried to understand at all costs.
Trevor Spencer is a notable example.
Trevor hosted the Anti-Woke Legion, a YouTube channel about fighting the infestation of woke ideology in pop culture. His detractors called his channel an example of a Far-Right gateway to young boys, a statement that filled him with pride.
It was 11 at night when the change began…
"Fuckin queers," Trevor muttered to himself, scrolling through Gavin Taylor's channel.
Gavin Taylor was his friend. His best friend. He was the only person in the world that made Trevor laugh and feel less lonely. But that was years ago. The new "progressive" Taylor called out his sexism and homophobia every chance he got, and they hadn't shared a beer in years. His faithful friend had "died" years ago, and now he was all alone.
As a tall, fat, hairy dude, Trevor felt he was fated to be completely alone. A fire of anti-woman hate eternally burned inside him, assured that no woman would ever truly love him. Even worse, everyone online constantly poked fun at his weight and disheveled appearance, looking no different from stereotypical trailer park trash.
He was miserable, and he would give anything to change his image.
Then, as if by divine intervention, his wish was granted.
He felt a sudden sharp pain throughout his body, making him scream like a frightened animal. A burning sensation quickly spread, causing his body hair to shed. His gigantic fat belly instantly deflated and morphed into shredded abs. He couldn't believe what was happening, horrified yet elated, desperate for more. His chest tightened as two pieces of solid muscle swelled and became pecs, making his midsection look as if it was carved out of marble. All the fat of his arms morphed into pure muscle, making him now look like a jacked mother fucker. His legs swelled to muscle perfection, and his feet grew. Lastly, his long, shaggy hair receded to a clean military cut.
When the pain eased, Trevor rushed to the bathroom and stared at his new face—an innocent and manly face, carefully shaved, with a jawline that could cut glass.
"What the fuck!?" He now had the body and face of a god—full of strength and youth. He couldn't help but pose and fawn over himself, grinning from ear to ear like a cocky douche.
Instantly, he had a great idea: the night was still early, and he needed to celebrate. He grabbed his wallet and hopped into his beat-up truck, heading for the all-night clothing store. He got himself some new duds, the kind he always wished to fit into, and next drove in a horny frenzy to the first club he could find downtown.
The loud music reverberated on every wall as the insane crowd danced in electrifying horny lust. People didn't take long to start checking out Trevor, eyeing him like a delicious piece of meat. He was finally the center of attention, stiffening his cock in pride. His giant pecs were squeezed by dozens of horny ladies, some with bodies only found in porn, but something was off. Something was different. Then, a handsome stranger grouped Trevor, and sparks flew, startling him.
"You like what you see?" The handsome stranger lustfully asked Trevor, pulling up his tight, sweaty shirt to show off his shredded abs.
Trevor was horrified at how horny he suddenly got. That couldn't be happening. Not with him. Not with another man. He instantly fled out of fear, disappearing into the crowd and heading for the exit, but before he could escape, the handsome stranger pulled him into the Men's bathroom.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to scare you! I just really wanted to dance with you, is all!" The blond, blue-eyed man explained with a half-grin, leaving Trevor thoroughly aroused.
"Take your hands off me, you're—" Trevor retorted, cut off by the handsome stranger's sudden laughter.
The handsome stranger backed up, heading for the exit. "Okay, okay! I know when I'm not wanted!"
But before leaving, Trevor stopped him; something new inside him made him do it. "Wait! It's not you! It's me… this is just… this is all just new to me…" His heart raced, getting lost in the man's beautiful eyes and kissable lips. He was getting hornier, in dire need of the handsome stranger's touch. "I used to think I was against this… but now…"
"You're from a conservative upbringing, aren't you?" the man asked, knowing the answer full well.
"Yeah," Trevor nervously responded, sweating profusely.
"I'm only here because my straight friend didn't want to go here alone," the handsome stranger explained, stepping closer to Trevor. "But some friends and I plan on going to a gay club after this… you want to come?" The handsome stranger stepped closer, inches from Trevor's quivering face. He arched his head and lustfully whispered in Trevor's trembling ear: "I'm positive you and I will have a lot of fun together."
Without hesitation, Trevor grabbed the handsome stranger's face and kissed him hard, taken fully by his lust. Trevor felt alive for the first time in his life as their tongues thrashed and their hands thoroughly explored each other's bodies. After French kissing for a good five minutes, they finally unlocked their horny lips and gently pressed their foreheads together, smiling. They returned to the crowd with their fingers intertwined like lovers, both feeling as if hit by the lightning bolt of pure love and lust. By that moment, Trevor felt free. Something had changed inside him, and he accepted it wholeheartedly. Trevor was dragged by gayness, engulfed by it, and soon, his Internet persona was going to be much more fabulous.
Tumblr media
Three months have passed since Trevor's transformation, and his life has completely changed—for the better, he'd happily say. Will, the handsome stranger Trevor met at the club, was now his boyfriend, and the two couldn't be happier together. He had a completely new online presence, full of gay joy and pride, and an audience even bigger than the last. He finally knew what it was like to be happy, to love others, and most importantly, to love himself.

I love pre trail Apollo being the biggest dude bro with (queer) frat boy energy and than in trail he’s just an absolute looser(affectionately) and nerd.
And I like to believe he’s always been the biggest nerd ever who can spent hours talking about musicals, the names of bones and their purpose, different kinds of arrows and so an, but he was so pretty/hot no one but Artemis ever noticed.

Pharmakon and Puce Mary’s work have always had strong feminist overtones, and it’s weird to me that the fashy noise bro set never picked up on that until both of them started beating listeners over the head with progressive feminism.
When Devour came out, I saw people saying “I can’t believe Pharmakon is a feminist now. Let’s hope Puce Mary doesn’t follow suit”…and it’s like…did y’all dumbasses not even listen to The Drought? “To Possess is to be in Control” is a really painful, grim reinterpretation of Kate Bush’s “Running up that Hill” - wanting to be in a man’s body, in a man’s position of power, wanting to know what it feels like to never worry.
Both albums are ruminations on what it means to be a woman in a world that shows very little but hostility towards women. These themes existed in their music long before either album came out, but considering that our current political climate is so fucked (both in the US and globally), the messages got more blunt, more straight to the point, more cutthroat.
This is generally why I think women in noise have the most complex messages to convey in their music - patriarchal oppression is complex and calls for artistic interpretations with complex executions. Lingua Ignota wails about domestic violence, Ritual Chair screams about rape and sexual exploitation, Moor Mother spits poetry about what it means to be “black, female, and gay in America”. Uboa’s work is mostly about being a trans woman and battling mental illness. Even with older artists - Cosey Fanni Tutti, Mayuko Hino, Master/Slave Relationship, Suckdog - themes of patriarchy and oppression surface repeatedly.
Ignoring feminist messages in the noise women make is either a blatant dismissal of their intent or even a dismissal of their talent, or it just shows that the men listening have a habit of not paying attention to lyrics. It’s probably a mixture of both. “Pretty blond girl with big boobs make MS-20 go brrrrrrrr” is probably what their brains get stuck on, and it’s only when the voices of female noise artists get loud enough to where they can’t be ignored that these men start to feel uncomfortable.
Discomfort is the goal, though. Noise is all about discomfort. Nobody goes to a noise show to feel warm and safe. They go there to have their ears blown out and their perceptions challenged. Discomfort is okay when it’s a white dude in a ski mask screaming about serial killers or dictators. It’s not-so-okay when a former sorority girl is clinking knives together and recounting how she was raped by an ex-boyfriend at a frat party. It’s not okay when a queer black woman screams “fuck you” at them, especially when some are singled out in the crowd.
It’s not okay when the pain and ugliness men inflict on the world is narrowed down into a very thin, wiry channel of consciousness and used as a lightning rod by women to strike back at them.

So question: do we think Tommy knows Buck has never been with a man before at this point? My take is no because like Tommy, Buck very much worked from the straight-looking-and-acting queer dude's playbook, even if he wasn't aware of it: the gender-neutral terms when talking about exes, the cautious flirtation that would fly over a straight guy's head (my fees are competitive), the use of queer-coded language (keeping my options fluid, who tf says that). And then in the loft, Buck is the one to close that final gap between them that takes it from two mean standing a conversational distance apart to 'holy shit where is this going' territory, and Buck is the one who admits he's been trying to get Tommy's attention in the most thirsty, broken tone that would make the straightest frat bro want to climb him like a redwood. You could argue Tommy checking in with Buck after the kiss was a clue he knows Buck is inexperienced, but that could just stem from his understanding that there's a bit of an age gap/power imbalance between them. I'm curious to see in the next ep what Tommy's reaction to Buck's cringey "it's my first date with a dude" is. In short, this whole arc is going to be DELICIOUS in the best way.

With you guys doing Hamlet as your play your reading this month, it aligns with my performance of Hamlet (and so sadly couldn’t read in) but I thought I’d share some tidbits from this performance:
- there are two Hamlets as Hamlet speaks so much, they do share To Be or Not To Be and it’s glorious - Both Hamlets are played by queer women. As a result, Hamlet is by no means straight. It’s been agreed in the cast that Hamlet has slept with Laertes, Horatio, Ophelia, Rosencrantz, and Guildenstern. - The ghost speaks through the tannoy system - Claudius and Gertrude first entrance is to Donna Summer’s Hot Stuff. They have a choreographed dance number too. - We only have one prop knife. It is known as “the communal dagger” since it’s used by Both Hamlets, Laertes, and Guildenstern. Not all at once thankfully. - Speaking of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, they’re both being played as frat bros. Claudius can’t tell them apart. - The dumb show is done with masks and a paper crown made out of the script. - Instead of The Mousetrap, Hamlet recites a poem (one the actor wrote herself) with heavy bass playing while Horatio stares down Claudius menacingly. - Hamlet also gets a sick recorder solo. Or at least it would be sick, but she can’t play the recorder. - During one scene, Hamlet gets tied up and dragged onstage by Guildenstern. She also runs off and Guildenstern has to make chase - The gravedigger is Icelandic and they sing the songs in Icelandic. - Yorick’s skull does not exist. Hamlet mimes holding one. - Ophelia also doesn’t have a grave. But Laertes and Hamlet fight in top of her regardless. - Hamlet and Laertes don’t fence. They play the Wii instead. We still have Hamlet’s line of “Since he went into France I have been in continual practice.” So it just sounds like he’s been playing games while he’s been mad. - The communal dagger makes its return. However the idea was floated around that instead it would be a poisoned Wii remote. - And finally and most importantly: Hamlet dies in Horatio’s arms. When she does, Horatio collapses on her dead body out of pure grief.
It’s been overall a fun performance to be a part of and I thought you’d enjoy these little notes.

Hey Rainbow, I'm kind of a new Kaylor. I knew of their existence back in 2016, but I wasn't part of this corner of Tumblr. It's only in the last few months that I've really become interested in Taylor's lyrics and the Kaylor storyline. The idea that she's closeted and struggling, and the beautiful and romantic tapestry of her lyrics that speak of a truly beautiful love story that the public doesn't really know about, these are the things that drew me to Taylor and by extension Kaylor. I know that the stuff with TK is PR. Dare I say it's the loudest and most obvious PR she's ever done. I know this, but it's actually getting painful to see it. I guess it's painful to see such a smart, articulate, and worldly woman be so happy in the company of the frattiest of frat bros. Or maybe it's hard to see her associate with them. Idk. I'm not here to attack her or anyone, but I guess I'm coming to you for a pep talk? I know this doesn't make me a good fan, but I'm not sure I'd like TS as much if I didn't think she was a closeted queer woman. I imagine I should take a break, but I fear that if everyone does that, will the Kaylor corner disappear? Will the comfort we find in Gaylor evaporate? I swear I'm a grown adult with a robust and fulfilling real life, but damn...this is getting to me.
Anyway, sorry for the novel. I hope it's not too annoying. You're so steadfast of a fan, and it seemed like you'd be the best to reach out to for support, ha.
First, never apologize!! Second welcome to Kaylor tumblr! Tis not for the faint of heart!
This is all I can give you in the way of a pep talk—I fully believe Taylor is a queer woman and that she’s been telling us that through art her since the very beginning. I also believe her and Karlie are in a long term secret relationship that they are choosing to keep hidden through Bearding and Lavender marriage for whatever reasons they have—and I’m sure there’s a ton of reasons that they have deemed good enough
As far as being a bad fan, absolutely not! I did not give a crap about Taylor until Rep. I knew of her songs but something about her always felt off to me, and disingenuous. Someone mentioned the word Kaylor and I went down the tumblr rabbithole of TTB and BOOM I was hooked. Taylor as a closeted queer artist made sooooo much sense to me as I always felt something was missing about her as a person, and suddenly here was this insane amount of evidence that only kept growing! It’s not like I joined during Rep and had to only look in the past, she continues to keep queer signaling in every aspect of her life. Thats a long way to say, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with loving Taylor for who she actually is—that doesn’t make you a bad fan for seeing her truth and loving her for it
As far as Kaylor tumblr disappearing, in the last 7 years I’ve been here, my follower count only grows. SO many people lurk in this space. There will always be some of us here documenting and discussing while others of us take breaks. We are pretty good about holding down the fort for each other in times of stress
Come and go as you need to, but us battle hardened OGs shall remain until she stops signaling through her art that she wants us to know the truth

Round 1 - Side B
Tumblr media
Propaganda below ⬇️
Kristen
Once known as a Chosen of Helio, Kristen lost faith, found out she was gay, escaped the abusive church, and helps a lonely abused goddess return from the dead and continue the goddess of mystery. She also ends up creating her own god in the middle there, but decides it's kind of super annoying and eventually nopes out.
Kristen might be skirting a couple lines here so I'll provide my reasoning for why I think she might belong in the competition but feel free to choose as you wish. Kristen used to follow Helio, and her entire relationship with religion and Helio is meant to show a story of a queer teen leaving an abusive Christian church (I'm not sure if it's specifically Catholic or not, I'm Jewish and don't really understand the differences very well). Throughout the story Kristen meets Helio, finds out how much of a dick he is, finds out how terrible the Church has been and becomes more aware of how her family and the Church are racist/homophobic/abusive/etc., learns more about the world and breaks her ties with the Church, and then goes to find her own faith and a god worth worshipping.
girl is miserable for so much of the first season. girl is battling the brain demons. girl is battling the actual demons. and the actual angels. and the football coach who she knows from church. girl has brothers named bucky bricker and cork. girl invents a new god and cannot get people to convert to her faith apart from a singular dude named craig because she is so visibly annoyed by her own god. girl is gay and has a werewolf girlfriend. girl is so kinky. girl has a dexterity score of 4. not modifier. score. i'm kissing girl on the mouth i love her a lot.
She was a chosen prophet of Helio but oops she’s a very lesbian and so she has to battle with her faith hating gay people as she realizes she is gay people. Early on dies and goes to heaven and discovers Helio is a frat bro and doesn’t really vibe with that. Eventually dies again and fights past angels to get to Helios office and finds her old principal (who died to resurrect her the first time she died, it’s a long story, watch dimension 20, shits wild). And so he makes a deal to help her if she helps him break out of heaven. And also while she’s in heaven she makes a new god whole cloth out of her current beliefs. (She later finds that god annoying because it’s the embodiment of “YES! WOW! YOU CAN DO IT!!” The god turns from YES! Into Yes? In her changing faith. She later resurrects an old god of dreams who was corrupted). But yeah so she has religious trauma out the wazoo. She went to church camp that was actually a front for a cult within the Helioic faith. Idk if it’s Catholicism exactly cause I’m not catholic but it’s clearly parallel so some real world Christ based religion.
At one point they drop 10 stories because they thought they could use their ribbon to fly. They couldn’t.
her entire arc over fantasy high's first season is realizing she was gay and also that her church and the people in it were basically a cult which like SAMESIES and she does end up going to heaven after dying by slipping on corn and getting incredibly disappointed by the jesus equivalent of her universe (his name is helio and he is a frat boy) and after she's resurrected she makes her own god (not very catholic sorry) and preaches about it (pretty catholic of her tbh.) aside from the religious trauma some other kristen fun facts and highlights are that she once ribbon danced down the center of a spiral staircase and lived, she carried a bible around for a good chunk of her freshman year of high school, and her last name isn't a reference to anything because applebees does not exist in the world of fantasy high.

SCP-166
Catholic deer girl. She’s just nature themed. Wants to have access to a Catholic phone line. But is not allowed to due to it risking the possibility of exposing SCPs to the world. But she has a rosary. Just unhinged.
She was just left in a convent and was raised catholic. But I love her because she has the most unhinged father and she's close to getting there istg

‘the duffers are two straight white men so they can’t write a good queer love story” has the same energy as ‘Noah is the straightest frat bro ever who is nothing like Will’
and even if this was the case, it’s not an indication of good writing. Like...Ross’ wife is known for straightbaiting the audience while Ryan Murphy gave us Glee

Okay but…pretty please share your Pedro boy sexuality hcs?? My toxic trait is headcanoning every character I love as enby tbh
GIDEON, YOU JUST MADE MY DAY. that is so god damn real of you, bless.
also as an lgbtqia person, i'm not perfect so if there's any language/terms that i use that are harmful/incorrect, please tell me!!
also these headcanons don't stop me from reading fics/headcanons that go against anything i state here. i'm always open to different thoughts/interpretations of these boys and always down for queer representation, no matter the form it comes in.
i am more than happy to share these headcanons with you!!! i'm gonna try and remember as many as i can:
obviously we've got the canon boys - dieter (i see him not giving two shits about pronouns and is happy to be referred to in any way) and oberyn being bi, and silva being gay. i love that he's played multiple canonically queer characters, and i never see people taking advantage of that?? ok not never, there are a few that acknowledge these three love men and i love those writers to death, thank u for your service lol
i'm gonna put all the bi/pan boys here:
marcus p (pan, prefers women/fem aligned people) frankie (bi, loves equally) javi g (pan, prefers men/male aligned people)(i could also see him questioning his gender a little? might start liking "they" once in a while) jack (bi, prefers women)(might be demiromantic given that he's still in love with his wife) nico (pan, loves equally and is a bit of a slut and we celebrate that here) max p (pan, loves equally, but probably said/did some things that were harmful in college to impress his bros. he was in a frat, wasn't he? was 100% closeted until being turned.)
ezra is nb/gnc and is pansexual. i see him using he/they pronouns. every time i see your icon i do a little happy dance lol
din is demisexual and really only has feelings for cobb
marcus m is straight and demisexual, really only loved his wife and is content to keep it that way
shane/dio is gay and is very closeted/overcompensates a lot
ok and we've got the ones i believe are straight, however:
joel is straight, but is completely comfortable with himself. has gone to a gay bar or two in his time and was very flattered when men would hit on him/buy him drinks. also, i could see him just like, not feeling anything sexual/romantic after tess. i do think he and tess were romantically involved; i don't think it was just sex/physical. it's really not something i see him caring about after her. so he's gotta be somewhere on the ace spectrum.
i'm kind of on the fence about javi p, because i could see him going one of two ways; he's either experimented and came to the conclusion that he's just more attracted to women than anyone else, or he's near violently straight. and that's either a combination of the time period he's in, or some other reason. but ultimately i think he's straight.
pero is straight, but like, probably in denial about himself. it gets lonely as a merc and when you're traveling with a bunch of men all the time? i could see him just like, not caring one way or the other. a hand/mouth on his dick is still a hand/mouth on his dick y'know what i mean? lmao
maxwell is straight, and is the only one i can see being a tad homophobic before either someone tells him hey, maybe that way of thinking is bad, hm? it's the 80s, it would make sense, but i can see him having a complete turn around and being a total ally. probably a little cringey, but he's got the spirit! lol
(juan diego)veracruz and omar are straight af and probably never questioned it.
dave is straight and loves carol only. i could also see him being one that experimented but decided he only loves women.
ok phew! i think that's all of them. if i think of any others i'll add them lol thank you again for asking!! i'm glad someone was just as interested in this topic as i am lmao

eueughhh just saw the worst tiktok. talking about 'fake queer men' can we just let cishets be a little gnc my guys. if a cishet man has a 'gay aesthetic' that's literally not a problem for queer people
no one is 'queerbaiting' you by being straight and not dressing like a frat bro

Thinking. Y'know how zombies can take on the sexualities of who they eat, like Lowell does for an episode? Lowell seemed so confused about suddenly being attracted to men, meanwhile Liv exhibits attraction to women frequently, with little glances and stares at girls, obviously checking them out. Becoming flustered in the episode with that polyamorous couple when the feminine paramour holds her hand. Regularly rejecting guys when she's on straight man brain, like that one frat bro at the no-clothes-costume party. But the difference is Liv never seems disoriented about her abrupt attraction to women? Even when she's coming off the brain, she never questions it, it's never a thing like it was in that one Lowell episode. It's just there. Almost like Liv is used to being into other girls, that it was entirely normal to her pre-zombification... or something. On that note, zombies seem to be canonically abrosexual and Liv is most definitely queer undead or not
