What if MC and Taylor’s roles where reversed. Like MC is dating or friends with the lodge skeletons (and is still nice and stuff) and taylor was invited later on? How do you think they would handle her, with all her toxicity?

Hmmmm.... Well I think things would go rather well actually.

Most of you seem to forget that Taylor wasn't completely bad in the beginning. She wasn't really interested in the skeletons besides the fact that they gave her better tips and overall let her mooch some drinks from time to time. But otherwise, pretty... okay.

It was only once she started living with them, once they started spending a ton of money on her, and once her boyfriend convinced her to take advantage of the situation that she really started leaning into her toxic habits.

But if she never had that window...

The skeletons wouldn't be interested in dating Taylor in this instance. They have Mc. They basically went through hell and back with this woman and are very invested in her, they love and adore her and she them. They're very happy with this relationship, so they're not looking at Taylor romantically.

Which also means they wouldn't be trying to woo her, which means no lavish gifts or special treatment. They're still nice of course, offering better tips and a hand in friendship. They'll still offer her a place to stay when things go downhill for her. But.... Black and Edge are a whole lot less tolerant of the boyfriend, and so are quite a few of the others. Black and Edge also are a bit more suspicious, just from everything they went through with Mc.

Mc is a stupid self-sacrificing idiot. They have to keep an eye on her and the people around to make sure she's not getting herself in trouble again. Make sure she's staying away from people who'll take advantage of her. Those two in particular will not see that happening again, though none of the skeletons are too willing for a repeat.

So it's likely that Taylor will be leaving with her boyfriend. Not a whole lot of fuss or drama to it. She may even continue being friends with some of the skeletons, but it's not likely to last with her boyfriend in the picture.

Have any favorite Felix headcanon(s) ? And maybe for Ted ?

So many, Felix is fun to give headcanons to(all of them but a lot of them don't have the personality that Felix has *cough* Ozzy my baby boy *cough*)

For one, touched starved Felix. Felix who likes hugs and getting his ruffled. Also Felix who likes words of affirmation, which is also his love language.

Felix with dimples, they only pop up when he smiles so no one really knows that they're there.

Lot's that people make, if it feels like it would fit Felix I like them! I'm willing to take suggestions.

For Teddy, I really don't have a lot for him. It's not that he has little personality, he has plenty, but he's just a fine character on his own.

I will say, I think when Teddy grows up, he doesn’t refer to Mr. Huxley as father or his dad, or even the man who raised him. Teddy just, doesn’t refer to Mr. Huxley as 'that man'. If we're going with an au where Teddy grows for despise AppleSoft.

Also Teddy with intrusive thoughts, it would be fun to write my own with Teddy as a muse, he's a fun character to 'break' you know?

Had a funny thought:

So for TSM we have Buff MC, Hermit MC, Wet Cat MC, and a combination of Buff and Wet Cat MC, and Goddess MC-

May I introduce you to…

Orange Cat mc?

Like she is quite literally the sweetest person on the planet, but she has approx. one singular functioning brain cell and is just endearingly stupid. Like, She’s so blunt and brutally honest but as a side effect doesn’t comprehend having a filter and will just say some really wack shit sometimes. Like:

“If we clean the shower, are we the shower of our shower?”

Or just straight up asks dumb questions like:

“What is the Spanish word for Tortilla?”

And god forbid her and mutt are in the same room because they both run off a singular braincell and Mutt is purposefully being dumb but MC just…is a silly goofy person. A funky lad, if you will. And Mutt is a morosexual.

Like Taylor over here trying to make MC out to be this evil person but it’s so hard bc MC just,,, doesn’t have the patience, self awareness, sneakiness, and overall douchiness levels to comprehend being mean to someone. This dumbass cried over MANATEES being ENDANGERED. This idiot keep accidentally forgetting the difference between salt and sugar. This dumbass doesn’t know what’s going on half the time and has the memory of a goldfish. This dumb bitch panicked over a prank of mutts that involved detaching his hand (skeleton style bb) and cried bc she thought he was dying.

All in all: Mc is a stupid idiot who is incredibly sweet and friendly, and is overall just orange cat vibes.

It's... honestly a lot like Wet Cat Mc. Just with a lot less tears and more "What the fuck?"

Sans, Stretch, and Red are just... watching this and laughing. In fact, they're laughing too much to even listen to Taylor. At first they thought this might be an act, but.... there's just no way someone can keep an act like this up for this long. It's just too funny.

Black and Edge are slight Mother Bears again. For Black because, again, Mc is just Mutt. She's just Mutt. Putting those two together gives Black a coronary, but it's endearing in some ways. For Edge just because if someone doesn't watch her, he's pretty sure she's gonna fucking die. And he has a fondness for cats, which she reminds him of a lot.

Papyrus and Blue are just... pretty amused, like Sans, Stretch, and Red. They're also keeping an eye on the chaos twins like Black and Edge though. Pretty middle of the road between the two sides, but also can sometimes be roped into the two's shenanigans.

Mutt is having the time of his life. He adores this. 10 out 10, would recommend.

how is tumblr less user friendly than it used to be around the time of thc? legit question out of curiosity. i don't notice much difference between then and now

maybe it's because i disappeared for a bit but for me it feels like everything is more difficult? :'( MAYBE I'M INEPT ASDHIASOHDOASD but i can't do small text anymore, when i copy/paste gifs they're??? somehow broken??? and when it comes to troubleshooting the themes (and after correcting all the https/http things) THEY'RE ALL BROKEN???

i definitely think my time away from tumblr has factored into my frustration with navigating things, but i also really love how jcink keeps everything centralized, the ease of posting, and how it already has features that we're planning on using for thc :)
