Tried this beauty out last night and I could not believe how much product is in the packet. I'd never tried a mask that was drenched in cream before and it was surprisingly nice! I did have to squeeze a lot of product out before putting it on though. I ended up using the rest as a body moisturizer which worked out well. The cream in this mask is made with snail mucus. I've been trying out a lot of similar products just to see he effects that snail mucus has on the skin. The after effects weren't very extreme but my face felt very soft and hydrated rather than the tight feeling I get from most masks. Snails are all the rage in K-Beauty! It sounds gross but the mucus produced by snails apparently has great repairing and anti-aging properties. I've done a bunch of snail masks in the past and it's never felt like I had snails all over my face. This particular mask was a bit pricier given that it also had gold in it and was made of gel rather than a sheet. I managed to use it twice because there was so much essence in the package. This mask also asked you to keep it on for up to 20 min to really make sure the ingredients get absorbed well into the skin. I also used it twice because I loved it so much the first time! This winter season has my skin feeling so dry in certain areas on my face and this was a life saver! My skin felt so hydrated and plump afterward, I wish I had bought more.
