How would Axe react to having a very nurturing s/o?

I'm talking someone who loves to make food for him, tuck him in when it's cold outside, nuzzle and kiss his cheeks when they're really happy, often tells him how much they love him- just someone who's very transparent about how much they adore and love him.

To be honest, at first, I don't think he would like it. He would think that they're trying to get him to feel calm so they could kill and dust him. Or they're scared of him and just are trying to be nice? The more and more they do it, the more he realizes that that's just something that they do.

They say that they love him, they kiss his skull and pepper soft kisses against his hands. They make him food, even though they can keep it for themselves.

They do... so much stuff, just because they love him. That wasn't something he ever quite expected to happen, and even though he doesn't expect it, he loves it! Every time he sees them, he would start to vibrate with deafening purring.

At first, he hated it but now, it really makes him feel good about himself. Sometimes he might start to wonder if they really don't like him like that but then they go and do all of that? It proves it without having to have him ask about it!

If they ever leave the house without a kiss, or saying I love you, or anything like that, he's going to start to think that he did something wrong... then you would come home to a very clean house, a meal, and a scared skelly who looked guilty.

He must have done something, and just forgotten about it.

Your fairy artwork inspired me a little, so I wrote you something short. I hope you'll like it! ♡

He was back again, that strange skeleton monster with a grotesque head wound and bulging, red eye light. You peeked over the thick branch of the tree, watching him as he laid out a neatly arranged bouquet of flowers. He’d tied them together with a dark, green stalk this time, obviously taking notice on how you’d left the previous one near untouched, except from the rubbed band which had tied the flowers together. He seems to have understood that you’d been upset by it, or, at least cautious of the weird thing.

He lifted his head as he stood up, briefly catching your eyes before you ducked down to hide. You heard him sigh, softly. He didn’t sound disappointed that you’d hidden, but more content of being able to see you.

You only dared to look out again once you heard his footsteps fade, and it was only until he’d gone out of sight that you flew down towards the bouquet, picked it up, and then hurried back up into the tree. You settled on a branch and began to examine them closely. Different shades of pinks, purples, and blues were the flowers in your arms, and they smelled so absolutely divine, so fresh and rich, that you couldn’t help but hold them close as you buried your face into them.

That strange skeleton still made you nervous, but you had to admit, he knew how to impress a fairy, though giving gifts certainly wasn’t the wisest choice he could have done. But then again...

You smiled to yourself. For a somewhat scary looking monster, he seemed rather sweet. You hoped he’d come back tomorrow.

How would Lantana and Orion react to their S/O climbing into his lap and nuzzling their face in his chest asking softly if they can just stay there for a while?

Lantana

You’d first and foremost surprise him a little by suddenly climbing onto him like that, though he’ll quickly chuckle at the sheer adorabless of the situation. He’ll gently wrap his arms around you before leaning back against the support of the sofa - he and Orion needed a specially made one due to their ridiculous heights - and he’ll softly hum out a content sigh.

“Well, sunflower, how can I deny you when you ask so sweetly.” He says, chuckling as he trails his phalanges along your spine. He loves it when you’re like this and will never mind just having you rest against him. He’ll even tone down his voice so that you might even take a short nap right there. Tender moments like these always make his Soul swell with affection and love for you, and he’ll make sure to prepare a wonderful bouquet the next day. Perhaps he can give you a challenge in trying to figure out what he’s telling you with the flower arrangement this time? He’s sure you’ll enjoy figuring it out and calling him out on his own sappiness.

Orion

He’ll start to purr the second he sees you approach him, and that will only increase as you climb onto his lap. He’ll mind his claws as he helps you to settle down against his chest, and he’ll close his socket to nuzzle his face against your hair; breathing in your scent as he does so.

“Never leave.” He’ll mutter, voice almost being drowned out by his own loud purrs. He hopes that you don’t mind being a little rattled by them, though by the way you’re nuzzling into his chest - the spot where his purrs are the loudest - he figures you probably aren’t bothered by them at all. The realisation only succeeds in making him squeeze you a little bit more against himself, trying to get even closer to you.

“Do you… do…” He’ll need to take a moment to collect his thoughts. He always starts to struggle with speaking when you’re making him go this soft; turning his brain into mush. “Do you want to… to nap, like this? Just for a… bit, please?” He’ll ask.

Having you this close never fails to make him relax and unwind completely, so it only makes sense that it succeeds in making him drowsy as well. Hopefully you’ll say yes because he doesn’t plan on letting you go anywhere for quite a while.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is the biggest softie ever, even with his good friends he's really friendly and if person allows him, cuddly. His height and size throw a lot of people off, and his injury makes him come off as scary, but he actually just is full of love <3

Pumpkin is an ambivert, he leans more introverted, but it's easy to get on his 'you aren't people' list so he ends up being ambi. Pumpkin does have some boundaries about food and things but will actively tell you, though with his head injury he struggles with memory, so you really have to be patient with him.

Pumpkin has Autism and ADHD; I list it like that since Autism is more prevalent for him. It used to be ADHD much like Meteorite (the horror and classic brothers are definitely the most closely related pair.) But with his injury he's much more sensitive than he used to be. Like loud noises, strong scents, and bright lights. (Pumpkin is very pro warm lights lol). But you will often find him humming to random tunes, and ask him about his plants and he'll go on for hours <3

Pumpkin loves gardening! He likes growing herbs and veggies the best! All his plants are named <3 He also has a soft spot for animals, namely chickens, he loves taking care of, and falling asleep, with the hens <3. If he had more space he'd get more farm animals, he thinks goats or cows would be cute.

Pumpkin knows, his brother Muffin, and through the market stand they run in the evenings, actually has had a conversation with just about everyone! He's good friends with Shadow and Knight, the fell and horror bros will have dinner together time to time. As well as Meteorite and Rocket! the Classic and Horror brothers are also very close, they treat each other like family. Pumpkin also likes Bee and Lucky! He doesn't know much about Chardonnay and Silver, or Noir and Bean.

Undertale Sans - He lets go a soft "oh.", so surprised. Uh. He didn't expect that. Welp. His face turns bright blue as he is slowly melting in the couch, unsure what he's supposed to do about this. That's crazy man.

Undertale Papyrus - He gasps loudly. You just unlock him. That's months he's waiting for this! Without any other thoughts, he jumps at your face to kiss you. Man, he's eager. You're a bit overwhelmed.

Underswap Sans - He freezes, too scared to look you in the eyes. What... was that? He's so in shock right now. He wasn't sure you liked him that way too. Well, he guesses that means you do? ...Right? He needs some time to think about all of this.

Underswap Papyrus - He giggles like a teenager, before gasping loudly when it hits him you just kiss him. Like KISS KISS him. His brain can't take and he faints in your arms. You kinda panick with the big skeletons in your arms now.

Underfell Sans - He didn't want to hiss. It's just a natural reflex. He's mortified as you're wondering if you should feel offended or not. He's just staring at you like this, screaming internally he messed up BIG, very BIG:

Underfell Papyrus - He's not sure if he's dreaming or not honestly. He was pretty sure he wasn't before you did that, but that doesn't make any sense because no one likes him. Not like that. ...Right? Yeah, he's totally dreaming right now. Maybe he should go back to bed. And to your very surprise, he just stands up and leaves, letting you blink in confusion on the couch.

Horrortale Sans - His purr turns a bit louder as he smiles softly. He just instantly forgot it's the first time it's happening. It's too natural to be the first time. Must be his memory imagining it's just the first time. You're clearly a couple and he will start to act like you are out of nowhere lol.

Horrortale Papyrus - S-stop making fun of him. It's not funny. He's blushing furiously, his mind racing 300 miles an hour, wondering if it means something or not. He's having a bit of a panic attack right now. He didn't expect this to happen out of a conversation about your favorite type of dessert. Some warning would be nice next time.

Swapfell Sans - He just blinks in confusion, wondering what the hell was that. Well, it was nice, he's not going to lie. But what the hell was that? Are you finally falling for him and definitely not the other way around because clearly he's way too clever for this? Finally time! He almost got scared you didn't like him back and didn't have anxiety about this for weeks obviously.

Swapfell Papyrus - Uh, trying to shock him? You think that's enough? He'll show you how it's done. He sweetly comes close to your face. Then just. Licks your face. You scream in shock and pulls away, as Rus starts to chuckle hysterically at your expression. Gosh, you hate him so much.

Fellswap Gold Sans - .... What. He just stays there, staring at the emptiness. You can't possibly have fallen for him, right? He's horrible with you, and an asshole, and clearly not someone you want to stay with. Why are you even laughing at his face? Are you mocking him? That's not funny you know. He's really traumatized now. You can't just kiss him and pretend there's nothing wrong with this??? Yeah, Wine is not ready to accept his feelings yet. But that's a first step to force him to think about it. You just start loading an existential crisis.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He flops on your laps. More please. He's not moving from there before he gets more. He needs attention and affection and you just took the first steps so now it's too late to back down. Give him affection this instant.
