i will continue with my wip today. i want to write the chapter in which my girls prepare to go to a university party but after dressing up and doing each other's make-up, decide to stay at home instead and so they put on a record and dance into the night, laughing, talking, daan flirting with esme, auke and jula dancing more wildly than they would ever dare in public, until its so late it is early again and jula falls asleep on the couch with her head in daan's lap and esme and auke decide to watch a horror movie, and that is how jula finds the two night owls the next morning, wild-eyed and paranoid after watching increasingly disturbing films without any sleep, and she decides to make them all coffee and breakfast so there she stands in the kitchen, catching the sun in her hands, looking at the three girls she loves most in the world, you know i will write this last perfect night in which they have nothing to worry about, before daan withdraws into herself, before esme is attacked in the woods, before auke dissappears, i will write this last chapter before jula finds herself in that kitchen only holding shards in her hands, not knowing how she can begin to piece together what she never imagined fracturing.
