Thank you @biancaraefoundation . We loved being a part of this fabulous 9th Rae of Hope Retreat. My daughter and I loved being able share an amazing meditation technique- sound therapy. We gave ever session a #soundbath meditation. We were able to introduce the sound bath experience to over 300 young adults ( 6 grade - 8 grade ). We heard by many that they LOVED it. We love infusing positive vibes everywhere we go. I love the positive feedback.
