when people (i am people. it’s me.) imagine Nico having powers over grief i think of Will’s never discussed fatal flaw, and i think that it’s that he can’t let go

i think his flaw is something with grief, and being stuck in the past almost. it’s being stagnant and static and unable to properly have especially negative emotions because he has to be people’s rock. he’s sunshine boy and he’s your doctor. He needs to be reliable, he sees his friends die every day, if he breaks down then nothing is stable anymore, nothing is keeping anything afloat.

but the idea of nico, a son of hades, who’s experienced grief like he has and was unable to move on and unable to do what Will can’t do, helping him come to terms with his loss and to “accept his darkness” like persephone said to him.

A first nudge from nico and some support from Kayla and Austin especially (and maybe Drew, the Stoll’s and Clarisse if you headcannon them as friends) he’s able to to it, he cries over the people he lost and he’s angry and selfish about the fact they’re gone and starts to grieve properly.

He starts to change and starts finding little moments of progress everywhere he looks. even though his demons aren’t little actual creatures following him around unlike his boyfriend, he does start comming to term similarly. He’s begun tearing the walls down and talking and letting himself cry on someone else’s shoulder. he lets go and starts to let himself be not okay.

Sagittarius Jupiter rx 2019 ⬇️

For this year’s Jupiter rx, it’s gonna be kinda potent since it’ll be stationing on a fixed star (Lesath) as well, so we’re ✈️ gonna have to face somethings that needs addressing! First with the fixed star – watch out for biting tongue, biting words that may be un-needed/un-heeded– it’s the tail end of the scorpian’s stinger. Accidents can also occur, and if ‘oh noes’ happens on a larger scale – take your time, evaluate your resource. Release your frustration (without harming others) and then go about it with an open-mind (and focus– learn the lessons). 

Jupiter is the planet of expansion and generosity, having it in retrograde we may sometimes be more self-serving, self-protective (give too much or guard/give too little) and will have to face issues that has to do with how we treat/bit others without thinking (our influence on others and how that affects us socially). 

Shaking things off as if it’s ‘mY oPiniOn’ or wanting to ‘shine’ (because you’ll want to benefic light of Sagittarius on you– but there’s so many spotlights, and perhaps you’re feed into the obsession of comparing yourself to other things.) Feeling challenged by other’s successes/happiness: ‘what am I doing wrong? why am I not getting the result I desire?’ can also occur as it progresses. 

If you promise too much– or if you act without thinking of consequences (either guarding yourself from opinions too much, or sharing too much generosity) —others may take advantage of you or try to impose themselves onto you (morally) as well (so balance is the key here)   

Appropriation, opinions, what to do and what not to do. What the ‘bigger message’ is--- we may be forced to evaluate carelessness in situations, our own perspective/stances that can be wrong (both sides). Carelessness with each other, as well as general restlessness that can cause an escalation in situations as well. Biases-- once again, is common. And often times we may already see discourses blown out of proportion and scale because then EVERYBODY has an opinion and may often think that they are right.

Competitiveness, feeling repulsed (or just a stern this aint it) ‘less than’ and biases may be high, stressors can cause excesses– but the lack of expansion/stagnancy can also causes emotional triggers such as jealousy, envy, discrimination and obsession (in some cases). 

Please make sure not to act out in ways that stops you from LEARNING what could potentially help you. Digging your feet into the ground and adamantly shaking your head, refusing to hear things others are saying until you could be heard FIRST may be common as well. 

Working through some restriction/greed in ourselves, that’s stopping us from expanding in the way that we’re supposed to be (broadly, freely, continuing to grow progressively, generously)  – defensiveness is common even if it’s not meant to occur sometimes. And passive-aggression can happen if we don’t address the problem openly as well.

The thing here is– we’re forced to confront some of the ‘darker’ side to ourselves and accept them without bias. It does not make you a ‘bad’ person to feel these things, and in order to cope with that well– you’ll have to talk about it and be open-minded to it too.

It’s important to realize these are lessons will need some introspection and patience, taking the time to evaluate what you feel, how you feel, and address them in an open manner without resorting to malevolent means (lashing out/keeping it in too much). 

Moodiness, greed and our overall opinionated (without caring for the otherside/selfishness) can occur – it’s important to note and talk about the things that we may feel and what it does to us internally. If we feel a certain way, how to expel those thoughts/energy outwards and then set back into being healthily open-minded again.

It’s not about suppressing these feelings, but rather it’s about learning and adding onto the repertoire of how well we handle our misguidance and ‘not up to par’-ness.  

On an ending note: please note that not everyone/others are trash-dumps for your emotions/opinions/bias as well. Try to take this as a BIGGER lesson on how to accept yourself, and how to work through things that may occur in a healthy and inclusive way. Being excluding of certain things, or finding yourself repelled to people/opinions/situations can be common. But yeah! 🧡 It’s a period of growth, patience and learning 🧡

The Venus Signs

It’s taken me a while to get around to this, but alas here we are! These are the Venus Signs. For those of you who don’t know, Venus is the planet of love and beauty; it governs our relationships and how we see beauty in the world. If you don’t know your Venus Sign, just use any natal chart calculator online! Without further a do, lets go!

Aries: PASSION. PASSION. PASSION. Wow, like I don’t even know how to reiterate that. Aries Venus is the most passionate Venus sign of the zodiac, and once the develop a crush, well, it’s over. They will stop at nothing to make it known to their partner or lover that they are completely enamored by just their very presence. Aries Venus loves an adventurous romance, once where it feels like every day is something new and exciting. On the other hand, this can be a very negative trait for Aries Venus as they find themselves bored once the “honeymoon” phase is over. They crave intensity and are fueled by excitement, so once they see an issue or sense boredom, they are turned off and tend to run. Aries Venus, love is not all about the excitement, but about the hard work that comes after. 

Taurus: Venus rules the sign of Taurus (as well as Libra,) so the energy of Venus flows freely here. Taurus Venus loves to take their time in relationships and they LOVE to be coddled and shown copious amounts of affection. They are naturally homebodies and when it comes to dates, they’d rather spend their time at home with their significant other with a simple meal rather than lavish spendings at a fancy restaurant. Venus is exalted when in the sign of Taurus, meaning that Taurus Venus is naturally sensual and enjoys sex (but not in the way that Aries or Sagittarius enjoy it.) They crave intimacy at a deeper level and have a hard time with meaningless hook ups. At the same time, Taurus Venus can become very jealous and clingy and may attach a lot of their self worth to their lover. Taurus Venus, love is not meant to complete you, but to help you grow as your own person. 

Gemini: The most social of all the Venus Signs. Gemini Venus loves having their relationship on display for all to see (and admire.) They are naturally social so having Venus in Gemini only exudes this quality. Gemini Venus is very inquisitive and craves an intellectual, yet attractive partner. They may sometimes go for looks a little too fast and are dissapointed when their lover doesn’t live up to the image they had in their heads. They enjoy keeping things fresh and try to go out as much as possible. While they like to have fun, this placement can be a bit tricky to pin down as they their mentality about love is constantly shifting and they are constantly looking for some type of stimulation, both mentally and intimately. Gemini Venus, being in a relationship shouldn’t feel like being pinned down. 

Cancer Venus: Cancer Venus always craves such a deep emotional connection above anything else. While physical attraction and sex are important to them, they care more about how they’re treated and how their families are treated. This Venus placement is very in tune with their emotions and will be able to easily read their partners. They are prone to become very suspicious and overthink a lot which may tend to lead the relationship to fall apart. As well as this, Cancer Venus can be prone to being emotionally manipulative and if faced with a confrontation, they may try to guilt trip their partner. Cancer Venus, your emotional intelligence does not give you permission to manipulate your partners feelings.

Leo Venus: Much like Scorpio, Leo Venus takes pleasure in having a lot of sex, but unlike Scorpio Venus, Leo Venus doesn’t necessarily crave it as deeply. Leo Venus will almost always feel the need to publicize their relationship and show off their partner, but this can be dulled depending on other placements in the chart. They value fun and want to see their partner laugh. In turn, they also want someone who can make them laugh or someone who continuously shows them the brighter side of things. Leo Venus enjoys being showered with affection and while this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it can come across as being conceited. They want to be shown that they are loved, both physically and verbally. They also tend to shower their lover in compliments and affection, which can become easily overwhelming depending on the partners Venus placement. Leo Venus, learn to keep your personal affairs and love life private. Your life isn’t up for everyone else’s entertainment. 

Virgo Venus: Venus is in Fall in the sign of Virgo, meaning that Venus struggles while under this sign. Virgo is a mutable Earth sign meaning that even though they are meant to be more adaptable than most signs, they struggle with this quality due to Venus being in fall gere. Essentially, Virgo Venus (and Sun) will have a hard time allowing themselves to be open with the people they care about. They may also find it hard to open up to their own sexual nature. Virgo Venus needs to feel as if they are wanted or being valued for the hard work they put into a relationship. Much like a Leo venus, this position craves acknowledgement, but instead of craving this from a place of ego, this stems from a fear of inadequacy. Virgo Venus wants to please their partner, even if it means throwing their own self needs away. Virgo Venus must learn that while being of service to the ones you love is admirable, life is about giving and recovering; make sure that you are being given the love and attention you need as well!

Libra Venus: Venus is also ruled by Libra which gives Libra Venus a bit of a hopeless romantic vibe. While this may sound a bit odd, Libra Venus doesn’t always have the healthy balance of reality vs fantasy some may expect from the sign associated with balance. Libra Venus seems to confuse wether or not they are in love or if they are in love with the IDEA of love (which can prove frustrating for their partners.) Libra Venus may also hold very high expectations for their potential partners which can add to their “hopeless romantic” vibe as they may feel no one will ever live up to the image of their ideal relationship they’ve created within their heads. A positive about this placement though, is that these natives seem to value empathy quite a bit and may be more accepting and loving of people in general (this can also be seen in Taurus Venus!) In general, Libra Venusians need to learn to decipher their own emotional needs before jumping in the deep end and getting hurt (or hurting others.)

Scorpio Venus: One of the more misunderstood Venus placements (along with Aqua,) Scorpio Venus is arguably the most emotionally in depth of the Venus signs. The thing with these natives is that they will not show these emotional depths unless it is pulled from them or unless something intense enough pushes them to crack. Scorpio Venus enjoys being with people who have been hurt and who display a deep emotional side to them, and while this may sound morbid, Scorpio Venus needs to see this in a potential lover in order to fully trust them. Scorpio Venus tend to have a bad string in relationships and so they look to other people who have been hurt to find some sort of understanding. Natives with this placement though, are prone to jealousy and mood swings. Scorpio Venus must learn that emotional depth and pain do not always coincide and that they can form deep meaningful relationships with people who haven’t been through as much as them!

Sag Venus: Unfortunately Sag Venus had a bad rep of being unable to commit when in relationships, and while this isn’t always the case, many Sag Venusians do have this issue. This stems from Sag’s innate nature to want change and to crave new experiences. Sag Venus is very adventurous and they want to explore before completely settling on one person (which can cause them to lose mainly potentially long lasting relationships.) Sag Venus does have many positives, as this placement (when they do settle down) will always try to keep things fresh! They will constantly want to go to new places, try new foods, change up their style or the ambiance of their home! This placement is very funny and may always be making jokes. Sag Venus, stagnancy is okay! Don’t rush through life, allow yourself to stop and enjoy what life is giving you in the moment!

Cap Venus: Natives here are very family oriented and seems to always be looking for a long term/committed relationship. Cap Venus seems to also struggle in a similar sense to Virgo Venus, as they constantly want to feel as if their being of service to their partners, but Cap Venus is not afraid to cut off a relationship. This placement enjoys privacy in a relationship as they feel overt displays of affection can be “inappropriate” and they enjoy the quiet intimacy of being alone with one another. Cap Venus may also have a hard time truly expressing how they feel with their partner because they feel as though they should handle their personal problems on their own. This placement is very hard on themselves and hates to hurt their partner (indirectly or directly.) Cap Venus, it’s okay to voice how you feel within relationships! Relationships are a two way street, speak up about how you feel!

Aquarius Venus: Aqua Venus, the second most misunderstood Venus Sign (in my opinion.) Aqua Venus has a notorious history of analyzing and intelectualizing their emotions to the point where they come off as either very aloof or very cold. Aqua Venus in general may seem detached, and this is not because they don’t care or are “emotionless” but because they like to observe people (yes, even their loved ones) Aqua Venus is a little like Scorpio Venus in the sense that they may have a hard time trusting people and fully opening up to them; they need to know their potential partners true intentions before commiting to anything. Aqua Venus does seem to be a bit of a loner and a lot of Aqua Venusians do stay single, but their affections are directed elsewhere and tend to be focused on Humanitarian Needs. Aqua Venus rarely opens up and it’s hard to read how they truly feel, but when faced with a situation that they know they need to be honest and open in, they will break down their walls. Aqua Venusians need to learn that even though they may try to analyze their emotions to get the “best outcome” they can’t control everything and need to let themselves experience their full range of emotions

Pisces Venus: Finally we have Pisces Venus, who shares a similar “hopeless romantic” mindset as Libra Venus. Pisces Venus has a tendency of falling for people who aren’t good for them, but this is because of Pisces natural affinity to the 12th House. These placements tend to end up in relationships with people who struggle with substance abuse. Pisces Venus is also prone to become emotionally overwhelmed as they are very empathic by nature. Pisces Venus is definitely able to be there for there partner emotionally, but may lack a steady head to keep a long term relationship. Pisces Venus are able to read their partners emotions very well and are almost always able to identify when something is wrong (which can be both a bit of a blessing and a curse) Pisces Venus, it’s okay to be on your own, a relationship won’t give you the love that you can give to yourself!
