Red lights.
Plot: If guilt had a name it would be Dean Winchester.
Pairing: Dean Winchester x sister!Reader
Warnings: mention of violence, mention of Demon!Dean, needles, blood, fluff in the end but only a bit
Tumblr media
Everything happened so fast. So very fast.
The red lightning, which emerges from the lamps above you turns the bunker into a place you're unable to recognize. This whole situation has been feeling like a never-ending nightmare for a while and now it was also looking like one. Dean has always reassured you, that while the world around you was filled with ghosts and demons he would always look out for you. And you never questioned him. However, right now, you were hiding from him as if he turned into one of those monsters he swore to protect you from. You look up you can notice it in Sam's eyes. You're not the only one terrified of your oldest brother.
"Smart, Sam. Looking the place down. Doors won't open. I get it." His deep voice is echoing through the empty and cold hallways. "But here's the thing. I don't wanna leave. Not till I find you two."
Your relationship with Dean has always been different from the one you have with Sam. While the younger brother actually feels like a brother to you, Dean has always meant more to you. After all, he practically raised you since you were a little child. However, at this moment, while his hammer was destroying the door, you tried your best to still see him in all of this. He may be a demon, but underneath all of that hatred your brother had to remain… right? But it becomes much more difficult with every second that passes. You take a deep breath.
"Y/N.", Dean suddenly says and Sam instantly pushes you behind his bigger body. "Oh, come on.", you can see how a fake pout emerges on his face:" I just want to talk to my sweet little baby girl." For a moment he lowers his weapon as he stares you down through the shattered wood:" Don't think, that I won't also kill you. I can still sense my love for you, however, it is not enough for me to save you. But if you help me kill Sammy, I might make it quick for you." There's a ringing in your ears. "Don't listen to him.", Sam whispers but his voice is muffled and feels unbelievably far away.
Dean has never ever threatened you. Even when you were much younger and he had earned a beating from John, because of something that you did on his watch… he never ever threatened you before. It was something that seemed impossible to you. But now it had happened and it filled you with an unknown emotion.
"Come on.", Sam speaks and clutches your hand, bringing you back into reality. You two rush through the red hallways and after a minute or two you stop. Sam takes a deep breath and when he turns around to face you, his eyes widen in fear. You don't even have time to properly react before he pushes you to the cold ground. And when you look up, you make eye contact with Dean. His hammer sticking to the wall. It was hurled with such an immense force that it makes your jaw drop.
"Oh man, looks like I missed.", he says softly:" Can I try again?" There is a sincerity in his voice that makes your skin crawl. You nearly throw up. Meanwhile, Sam's knife is close to his throat. So close, it's almost making him bleed.
"Do it!", the oldest brother angrily hisses, his spit dripping down his chin. But Sam's arm just drops after a few seconds. You shut your eyes, not knowing what is about to happen next before you unexpectedly hear Castiel's voice. "It's over!"
You sit on the floor next to the door, your back is leaning against one of the shelves while you observe how Sam pushes yet another needle into your oldest brother's forearm. A weird emptiness has been filling you up for a while now, and while you should be happy that Dean is back at the bunker… you can't help but feel drained. "Are you okay, Y/N?", Castiel asks, and when you eventually tear your eyes off Dean's unconscious body you only nod.
Sam sighs:" He almost killed her." Castiel's eyes widen in shock, as his head snaps towards him. "He did what?" You want to defend Dean, but before you can answer someone groans. Castiel notices how you quickly get up from your spot, and softly nudges you to stand behind him. His grip on his knife tightens to the point where his knuckles are white. Meanwhile, Sam was slowly opening up the bottle with the holy water.
Dean lifts his head and when you notice his black eyes you can't help but feel sick. You quickly turn around and throw up into the corner. Sam and Castiel exchange a quick but worried look. The blackness quickly fades and when his normal eyes scan the room he takes one final deep breath. "You look worried, fellas.", he jokes, but no one laughs. You turn around at the sound of his voice, before wiping your mouth with the back of your hand.
Without waiting a second longer, you snatch the bottle out of Sam's hand and toss the liquid into Dean's face. A pleased sigh escapes your lips when you acknowledge that there is no smoke. "Welcome back, Dean!"
"How is he holding up?"
Sam, who is entering the room looks over at the angel. "Well, he is still a bit out of it, nevertheless, he is doing better." You look up from your book. "The whole thing really took a turn on him- he… he just feels really guilty." The last word leaves Castiels lips as a whisper as if he was hoping you wouldn't hear it. But you did.
A knock on the door catches Dean's attention and he shifts on his bed before sitting up straight:" Yeah?" He expected to see either his brother or Castiel, however when he makes eye contact with you his jaw clenches. "Hey.", you say and slowly walk into his room. You sit down on the edge of the bed. A soft but tired smile emerges on your lips and Dean mirrors it. "Hey."
"I just- I just wanted to check in with you.", you explain and your brother nods. A silence falls over the two of you and you clear your throat:" Remember- Remember when we were younger… you came back from a hunt and you were hurt and John was… god knows where. We didn't have anything in the fridge except for some eggs and cheese."
At that Dean laughs:" And you made me that god-awful omelet? Of course, how could I ever forget about that? My arm was broken and I had the worst stomach pains on top of that." Once again you both sit in silence before Dean runs a hand down his face:" I am so sorry, Y/N." The sound of his voice breaks your heart and you move closer to him:" It's okay, Dee." He just chuckles dry. You know that he won't ever believe you.

Being the Winchesters’ little sister
Im imagining a more girly little sister for this so im super sorry if that doesn’t apply to you:(
Headcanons for being the youngest Winchester
Tumblr media
-for the sake of this we’ll say your kinnda like Adam except you stay with John and not your mom
-the boys adore you from the second you’re brought home
-they aren’t too on board when John explains the situation
-but the second Dean is holding you he’s in love
-and when Sam sees how happy Dean looks? Obviously he loves you too.
-you get dotted on by Dean as much as possible
-and once you’re a little older, Sam teaches you all sorts of stuff
-Dean keeps you street smart Sam keeps you book smart
-these boys are so good to you
-you don’t go on your first hunt till you’re 13 at minimum
-Dean and John have screaming matches about it because John thinks you’re old enough and Dean genuinely never wants you to go on a hunt
-He much prefers you being safe in the motel
-But eventually he’s convinced
-You don’t get more than a foot and half away from Dean for nearly the whole hunt
-you get hurt on that hunt, not bad, just a busted knee
-you don’t go on another hunt for almost two months and Dean hardly lets you out of his sight that whole time
-bandages your knee like he thinks it’ll go septic (the scrape barley got through the second layer of skin)
-anyways, back to the general stuff
-Dean calls you sweetheart, baby, baby girl and “my girl”
-Sam calls you sweetheart and baby girl
-Dean was the original one to start calling you nicknames and Sam picked up on it
-the first sentence Dean tells you when he picks you up as a baby is “it’s alright babygirl I’ve got you now”
-and the name just sticks

An AO3 and What I Wanted To Contribute To It.(If the author wants me to delete it this, it shall be done)
Family by Cornerverse in Ao3
The Fenton Family has four members.
Right...?
Some stuff I want to add to this fic from Ao3.
Jack might be Bruce's half brother in this au.;). Kinda connected to that one post I made about them being half siblings.
Amity is the Eldest Sister
Gotham is the Second Eldest
Metropolis is(are) the Youngest Sister(s).
(Metropolis might have two guardian spirits. Why do you think there aren't many curses??)
(I'd like to imagine that the Fentons just adopt Amity as their family. Teens of Casper High, Ghosts of Amity, Ghost Teens of Amity, Other ghosts not from this plane, regular(read: not regular) teens and adults . The Fentons are Amity's knights. They are just like her in the prospect of family. Mess with one,you mess with all. One considers you family, then all consider you family. If you want to enter Amity, the Fentons must approve. How do you think Vlad Masters was able to get in? The Fentons let him. And if they hadn't.....well. Amity would have added him to the pile of souls and corpses in her grounds. ;) )

No Doctors (Sam and Dean Winchester x sibling!reader)
Warnings: needles I guess
Parings: sam Winchester X sibling!reader, Dean Winchester x sibling!reader
Prompt: you’re a hunter scared of needles idk I went to urgent care the other day and I hate needles.
Word Count: 1,044
Tumblr media
Sam, Dean, and you, their younger, nineteen year old half sibling have seen a lot, obviously. Hunters? You see vampires, werewolves, ghosts. But as a Winchester you see so much more. The three of you have saved the world quite a few times. It is safe to say not much phases the Winchesters.
But you, Y/N Winchester has one big fear, needles. When Sam injected Demon Dean with human blood, you could not watch. It wasn’t because of your big brother’s yells of pain, but because you cannot even look at a needle. So when Sam and Dean told you that you HAD to see a doctor, you put it off until it was too late. Now your legs were covered in red spots. The spots were not inflamed or itching. They looked like bleeding under the skin, which means its less like a rash. Google did not help ease Sam and Dean’s worries about you.
“Y/N damn it, we have to rule out anything serious,” Dean told you.
“I am fine,” you insisted.
“Google says you have one week to live,” your older brother furrowed his eyebrows, showing you his google search on his smart phone.
“Google is not a doctor,” you rolled your eyes.
“That is why we have to take you to a doctor. Right Sam?”
Sam nods in agreement.
“Look, if Cas was here, he could figure it out, but he isn’t. We are going to urgent care,” Dean demanded. “Now get your ass to my car.”
You looked over to Sam and back to Dean, fear in your eyes. You knew what this meant, bloodwork. You could not do bloodwork. Just seeing a needle makes you sick to your stomach. The last time you had bloodwork done, you threw up. When you had to get your Covid vaccines, you took your brothers with you. It worked because they ended up getting theirs as well, but when it came to your turn, your brothers had to distract you so you didnt see the needle. You held Dean’s hands and almost broke his fingers as the needle went into your flesh.
“Dean, doctors are scary. All they do is poke at you with needles,” you frowned at your older brother.
“Sam and I will both be there by your side,” Dean insisted.
And so here you are now. The walking to the lab with your brothers at your side. You look for all possible exists to run out of here, but you know its no use. Dean would drag you back if he has to. The lab nurse sits you down in the chair and looks for a good vein. Shit. It’s going to happen. Your eyes follow her hands as she pulls out all the tubes that will be soon filled with your blood. The things is you’re not grossed out by the idea of seeing your own blood, its kind of cool actually. But knowing how it gets in there is too much.
You see her take out the needle and your instincts kick in. You jump out of your seat before your brothers push you back. Dean holds you down on the chair and you look at him with tears in your eyes.
“Don’t look at me like that kid,” Dean sighs, a guilty expression coming across his face. “I just want to make sure you’re okay.”
“I am fine! And when we find out that nothing is wrong you’re going to be sorry,” you spit.
Sam holds the hand of the arm that the nurse will draw blood from, not just to keep it steady, but to calm you down.
“You are a fighter, you are strong, you got this,” Sam tells you. “Just don’t look, and then you won’t feel it, okay?” You nod at Sam. “Attagirl. Now don’t look at me, or else you’ll see the needle too. Look at Dean.”
“Yeah, look at me,” Dean cuts in. You look up at your eldest brother. “Good job.”
“I’m not a child,” you remind Dean.
“Yeah, yeah. You’re a kid compared to Sam and I,” Dean chuckles.
“Well yeah, Sam is old and you’re ancient,” you tease.
“Ancient?” Dean fakes an offended expression.
“Yeah. So ancient that when the Egyptians built the pyramids, they looked at you and said ‘Wow that man is ancient.’”
Sam laughs but plays it off as a cough when Dean shoots a look at him. You feel a cotton ball on your arm as the nurse wraps the bandage on your arm.
“All done,” she smiles. “You can go to the waiting room and as soon as we get your results, you’ll be notified.”
You’re surprised and relieved to find out its done and over with. And you didn’t feel a thing.
“You did it kid,” Dean smiles at you.
“We are proud of you,” Sam ruffles your hair.
“I’m almost twenty don’t talk to me like I’m a child,” you get up and push past your brothers.
They follow you into the waiting room and sit by your side. Sam wraps an arm around you while you’re all pouty and embarrassed.
“We aren’t babying you or anything,” Sam sighs. “You have a genuine fear, and you faced it. We know you’re an adult. You are capable of doing a lot, you are a badass hunter. A Winchester.”
You nod, not so confidently. You and your brothers watch the TV in the waiting room where some old cowboy movie is playing. Dean is loving it, but you just want to get your results and go back home. After twenty minutes, a doctor comes out with a clipboard.
“You are fine, your blood came back clean. And over the counter rash cream should be able to help. You are free to go home,” she tells you.
Dean scoffs, and Sam looks confused. To be fair, you don’t understand either, you know its not a rash, it doesn’t look like a rash. But it can’t be what Dean looked up either if the bloodwork came back clean so its clearly nothing serious. As the doctor walks away, you glare at your older brothers.
“See, I knew bloodwork was a waste of time.”
Dean shrugs as Sam says, “Better safe than sorry.”

SUPERNATURAL LUCIFER X FEM!READER
(Reader is referred to as sister)
- You joke around with Lucifer and your brother, Dean, doesn’t like it :)
fluff 😇
1.2k words
Tumblr media
I walked into the room that my brothers were in, "Where's Clarence?"
"Not sure, said he had some angel business to deal with." Dean muttered as he continued to stare at his laptop screen. I sighed and fell down onto one of the chairs "I'm booorreedd." I whined and nobody said anything, "Ok I guess I'll go annnd.." I paused while I thought about what to do, "Find a case." Normally they would 'advise' not to because it could be dangerous on my own, but they didn't even look up. Maybe I should elaborate, "Actually you know what? I'm gonna go find a vamps nest." Ok they definitely wouldn't let me go alone. But I still got no answer.
"Ignore everything I just said, I can't be bothered. I think, I'm just gonna go talk to one of the angels." I hoped that would get their attention considering they dislike most of them. "Hey, I should go talk to the devil, I mean he's probably pretty lonely." Ok that must have gotten there attention. Nope, still nothing.
Alright well, "Lucifer. You know? Satan?" That caught their attention and Dean glared at me but I smiled innocently. Sam looked at me over his laptop, "What? Sorry, I'm just trying to figure this out and I feel like I haven't slept in years, did you say something about Lucifer? Has something happened?" I could tell I hit a bit of a nerve by mentioning his name but how else was I supposed to get their attention. "No, well yes I said I should go talk to him 'cause he's probably lonely." I smiled innocently at them again but they didn't look very happy.
"Don't even joke about that. I don't want you anywhere near him." I could tell Dean was serious but I didn't understand why. Well, I did, I knew why. He's killed people, he wanted Sam as a vessel, he tried to start the apocalypse and he is Satan. But I know a side to Lucifer that they don't, a side to him that's not all death and destruction.
I was about to speak but I felt the temperature drop. I saw the panic in Sams face and Dean reached for his gun by instinct. "You called, darling?" Oh joy, Lucifer is here.
"What a pleasant surprise." I turned to face him with the fakest, most cheesiest grin I could manage. "You were thinking off me so damn much that it basically came to me like a prayer, why were you thinking about me, Y/N?" He smirked as he walked closer to us and I rolled my eyes. "I was thinking about how much of an ass you are, my brothers here were agreeing." I smirked right back at him and he scoffed "I know you like me really and you enjoy my company more than anyone else's, you're not fooling anyone." He shrugged slightly like what he had just said was painfully obvious.
"Ok that's enough, I can't take it anymore. Lucifer what the hell are you doing here, really?" Dean looked pretty mad that I was joking around with the devil but who can blame me, he's quite funny when he's not trying to start world war three.
"You act like I'm about to try and start the apocalypse Deany, I mean c'mon, I'm totally over all that now." He smiled like he just told Dean he'd bought him some flowers and baked him a cake. "Right of course, I'm sorry for assuming the worst from the literal devil, you must've just popped in to give me chocolate and watch a movie with us." Dean spoke sarcastically and Lucifer pretended to be offended and shook his head. "Wow. I know you don't like me, but that was harsh. I mean, I really did come here to watch a movie. Not with you exactly, but that is the reason. I can't believe you think so lowly of me Deano." Lucifer matched Deans sarcastic tone and it just pissed my brothers off even more, meanwhile I found it to be good entertainment.
"First of all, stop adding letters onto my name. Secondly, if you mean that you came to watch a movie with my sister? You can forget it. I won't let you get anywhere near her." Aaaaaand protective brother mode is officially on. "I'm already near her." Lucifer scoffed as he walked closer to me and threw his arm around my shoulders. "Dude get your big ass arm off of me." I tried to shrug his arm off but he added another arm so he was giving me a really weird side hug, successfully trapping me in his arms.
However before I could complain anymore, a sudden gunshot echoes throughout the room and it makes me flinch. Lucifer let go of me with a grunt. "Ouch." He pouted like a child that didn't get his own way.
I turned to look at him and realised that Dean had shot him. "Was that really necessary, Dean? I can handle myself against big ole pouty satan over here." I felt him poke me at the insult so I looked back at him to see him still pouting and I giggled. "Yes. It was completely necessary. I told him that I wasn't gonna let him near you, Y/N. I don't like how close you two seem, all buddy-buddy and shit, it's not right. Has he got you under some sorta spell? Do you need help, Y/N? 'Cause I definitely do not have a problem with killing the devil himself." Dean looked between the two of us practically giggling like a pair of school girls.
"Yes Dean, he has me under a very powerful spell." He didn't look impressed with my sarcasm. "Whatever, but you hurt her and I swear I will find a way to end you." And with that promise he left the room. We both looked at Sam and it was pretty awkward for a second before he cleared his throat "Yeah, Well I- erm- I need to carry on with this, so.." He got up and walked out with his laptop.
"Wow. You know, you could be here to kill me and both of my brothers just left me to be murdered." I joked and turned around to face him.
"You know I'd never hurt you though, right? You are one of the very very few humans I can tolerate." His smirk was replaced with a genuine smile as he looked down at me. "I know." I nodded and it was quite for a moment as I looked at him, taking in his features. Damn, his eyes are so pretty and his hair looks so fluffy, I want to just run my hands through it so fucking bad.
"So," I cleared my throat like I was trying to get rid of the tension in the room. "What movie do you wanna watch, Luci?" My eyes widened slightly as I realised what I had called him, but it was too late, he had already heard it. "'Luci' huh?" I was about to start apologetically rambling before I noticed a grin spread across his face. "I like it, but only from you. I don't want some demon walking around calling me 'Luci ', it'll ruin my reputation." He chuckled, "Oh and I'm 99.9% sure that you forgot I can read your thoughts, your eyes are pretty too." His smirk was back as he cockily walked out of the room, leaving me stood on my own in embarrassment.

How do you think the Winchester dynamic would change if they had another sibling that was the youngest? I’m particularly curious how you think Sam would treat them and stuff!
Thanks for the ask anon!
I'm the oldest with only one younger sibling, so I don't have much experience with three kids/middle child dynamic. The idea of Sam suffering from that "overlooked middle child" trope breaks my heart for him, but he seems to be the type who doesn't mind avoiding the spotlight, so I'm not sure he'd really mind. I think if they had a youngest sibling who was a different gender than them, he wouldn't suffer from that as much since he'd still be considered the youngest boy. But either way, I don't really think it would affect how Sam treats them.
I think both brothers would be very "no one's allowed to pick on my sibling but me" attitude, and both would be very protective over a younger sibling. There would be a lot of teasing, but also a lot of love, too. I think if their youngest sibling was very fem, they'd be even more protective since a lot of hunters (and the world at large) unfortunately can be a bit sexist and disrespectful, especially of fem hunters.
As far as how the dynamic between the two of them would change, I think Dean would obviously still be protective over Sam as well, but would have less of a "Sammy is baby" mentality and delegate some of the protect the youngest tasks to him. I feel like Dean would be aware of the forgotten middle child trope as well as do his best to make sure he never made Sam feel unimportant or left out, but would slip up from time to time. When that does happen, I think Sam would be more frustrated with Dean than anything else since he's empathetic enough to realize it wasn't the youngest's fault and would work really hard to not take it out on them. But if he ever did, he would do whatever it took to make it up to them while Sam and Dean worked out ways to make sure it didn't become a pattern.

Restore (Winchester Brothers x Platonic!Reader)
Description: The Winchesters finally get you (their found family younger sibling and resident lore expert) back from the BMOL after you had been kidnapped and tortured for days. As relieved as you are to be safe, your mental and physical recovery are far from over.
Words: 2.6K
TW: Mentions of canon-typical violence, specifically torture. No graphic depictions of it. Accepting vulnerability, because that can be scary in itself.

You weren’t proud of the tears streaming down your face as Sam and Dean ran towards you. You couldn't help it. You had never been so relieved in your life. Stumbling towards them, fate had timed it perfectly for your body finally give up. You can still feel the relief initiate your collapse as you saw the brothers, the closest thing you had to family. Before your knee even hit the ground you felt an arm brace your fall as you lost consciousness.
Memories of the drive home come in waves. You would wake up and feel Sam's hand on your head as it rested on his lap in the backseat of the Impala. You can't recall anything he would say, but whatever it was, it was soothing and coaxed you back to sleep. You had no visual on Dean, but the fact the car was silent and no sound of classic rock in the background told you he was either angry or worried, maybe a bit of both.
Arriving at the bunker, Dean remained silent as he helped Sam pull you up and out of the Impala.
The bunker door slammed shut behind Dean as Sam carried you in. There was a tension of rage, relief and agony in the air. They had you back, but why were you taken in the first place? Monsters were one thing, but humans were another. Weren’t the Men of Letter supposed to all be on the same side? How could humans justify torturing someone so young and blameless. Sure, you had done your part in the research portion of hunting for years, but you had never done the slightest thing to directly aggravate the British Men of Letters.
The Winchesters were your brothers, your protectors, not by blood, but by choice. You were dealt a bad hand of cards as a kid, the Winchesters saw that and shoved themselves in the mix. Now they began to feel responsible for your current state. The only thing you could have done would have been to be their associate, their family.
You clung to Sam, hard. It hurt, but you knew he was safe, and you had that to hold onto. Sam and Dean weren’t saying much. They still couldn’t see all the damage that had been caused. What Sam could feel was the agony of each step as you groaned into his shoulder. It hurt him to hear your cries. The consistency of the pain burned all of your energy. It was an odd state of being too tired to stay awake but also too pained to rest.
Placing you on one of the infirmary beds Sam noticed your trance like state, just blankly staring at a wall with no reaction. You didn't notice of course. Your vision had become narrow, and your hearing turned fuzzy. You knew you were physically safe, but just the thought of speaking seemed like too much. Mentally you were still in nearly as much pain before, speaking would only add to that. You heard the words you would normally say in your head, but subconsciously had no desire to make them known.
“Are you ok?” Sam speaks just loud enough for you to hear him over the white noise in your ears.
You shrug.
“I know it may feel safer not to talk, and you can do that, but just know it’s ok.” Sam whispered kissing your knuckles as he squeezed your hand. You hear Dean walk in the door silently. Him and this silent thing was starting to wig you out. Somehow in your panicked haze, you knew the other shoe would drop with Dean, it was only a matter of time.
You just stare blankly at the wall.
Many consider the ordeal to be over once they’re back safe, but for you there was still a long road ahead. For your sake, the brothers tended to your injuries in spurts and simultaneously, that way it was manageable and quicker. If in your right mind you would have cracked a joke about the two doting over you, but you couldn’t muster it, not in this state. And even if you could’ve, them “babying” you is exactly what you needed. Still, after all the cleaning, stitching and bandaging you were even more exhausted. You had no idea how banged up you were, but you're sure Sam tallied it up on a mental note. The rope burns on your wrist were left for last. Dean just stared at one of your wrists, antibacterial wipe in hand, looking over the damage to the skin on your wrist. It wasn't till Sam said something, that he actually started to clean it.
Just as soon as they're done and you’re in fresh clothes, Dean picks you up and leaves Sam behind to clean up. You notice how tight he holds you, probably not even thinking if it hurts you at all. It’s rare when Dean is the one to pick someone up. Sam seems to do it most of the time. The time you sprained your ankle on a ladder in the library, Sam was the one who piggybacked you out of the Bunker and to the ER. Anytime you’ve fallen asleep on the couch after a movie it was Sam who carried you (that you knew of). You’d never been held by Dean. This whole strong silent type with Dean just tells you this is serious and he’s pissed. Before any real damage can be done by his firm grip, he is lowering you down onto your bed. Helping you settle in, he makes sure you have everything you could possibly need on your nightstand. Ibuprofen, water, your phone, granola bar, damp washcloth seemed to cover all the bases. Looking around he did a once over of the room to just assure himself you’re safe. You saw the uneasiness in his eyes. He stands there for a moment, just looking at you. His expression is a mixed one. You watch the emotions visibly wrestle on his face as he opts for a empathetic one.
“You’re safe. Ok? Nobody is gonna get you here.” It sounds like he’s reassuring himself just as much as you. You nod. “You want me to stay?” He questions and you shake your head. You can feel it is only a matter of time before you lose your grip and start crying and you rather him not see that. He accepts your response with a ruffle of your hair before heading out of the room and turning the lights off. With the shadow of him in the doorway he turns back to you one last time.
“Just take it easy kid, holler if you need anything."
And like that, you’re alone with your thoughts.
There was a lot to worry about right now, as per usual with the Winchesters. But you wouldn’t have guessed it from how the boys gave you all their attention. Right now, in the bunker, you were the only thing that mattered and you knew it to some degree.
You knew the scene in the war room right now. It was both brothers sitting there anxiously trying to find something to distract themselves with, but not succeeding. Healing wasn’t something that ever came as quickly as they would like, and they knew that, but they hated it.
The aches in your body refocused your attention to yourself. Feeling the warmth of your bed and your body finally relaxing for the first time in days, you can’t help the sob that escapes your throat. The relief of finally being rescued is setting in. You start to tremble. Shaking and crying, smothering your sobs with the pillow, you eventually find yourself asleep, truly exhausted.
You wake up to a startling bang in the bunker. Heart racing you instantly think back to being tied to that chair. Yet the soft sheets and the warmth remind you that was over. Suddenly a voice echoes through the halls, Dean’s voice, Dean’s yelling voice. This was the other shoe dropping. Dean Winchester can’t keep the silent & stoic act up for long. You feel like its actually sorta good that he’s angry, means he’s actually dealing with his emotions, not a Winchester specialty. Still, it doesn’t stop you from jumping when the bunker door slams. Muffled voices make quick remarks at one another, you know these voices to be Sam and Dean's. Odd, why did the door slam if they're both still here?
The day drags on uneventfully. The boys continue to give you space. At least you think they do. It's hard to keep up with your surroundings as you float between fitful sleep and achy consciousness. Your only method of processing time is when one of the brothers comes to give you pain-relievers every few hours to help with the aching.
You don’t know how long you had been crying when Dean walked in your room later. The pain and exhaustion must’ve just ganged up on you and took over. What little of your face was outside the covers must’ve looked absolutely pathetic because Dean was instantly at your side digging you out from underneath your pile of blankets. “Aw, kid. C’mere.” He pulled you up into his arms as he sat down on the bed next to you. The feeling of his worn flannel was comforting, it was much more relaxing than the salty damp pillow you had been crying into. The two of you just sat there as you sniffled, hiding your face in the crook between his shoulder and neck. Still not talking, you let Dean calm you down and rock you back to sleep. Arguably a “chick flick moment” neither one of you seemed to mind. Well after you fell back asleep Dean stayed with you and just listened to you breathe. He and Sam had you back, he had to remind himself of that.
Your door opened later and Sam walked in with a bowl of your favorite soup and a mug of tea. “How you feeling?” He tilts his head with a smile, trying to get a word out of you.
“Okay, j-just sore.” You whisper, breaking your silence. Your voice sounding hollow as you try to clear your throat. Sitting up in the bed, you attempt yo appear less ailed.
“Let me grab you some more ibuprofen.” He shuffled to place the soup and tea down on the bedside table next to you. He passes Dean as the older emerges from the hallway.
“Hey Kiddo,” Dean whispered as you sat there waiting for Sam to come back. “H-hi.” It’s silent for a bit, neither of you are likely sure of what to say. you feel like it’s a given, but you decide to say exactly what you were thinking.
“Thanks for coming to get me.” To which Dean shakes his head in disbelief.
“Shut up. We’ll always come a get you.” He says as he presses a kiss to your hair and pulls up a chair next to your bedside.
“I hate to ask kid, but did they say anything that could be useful to know?”
“T-they said they wouldn’t kill me. I meant too much to you. They needed to send a message. To which I replied, well you’re busting up the envelope and got the black eye.”
“Atta kid.” You don't miss his proud smirk.
Sam returns with the medication as you take it quickly, to which Sam urges you to eat the soup to help your body accept the medication. You take a few bites, each of which is wonderful, yet somehow underwhelming.
“Is that making it any better?” Sam asks.
“Eh” you shrug. Both brothers give you a look of concern. You're wondering if you're about to get scolded for something or told some terrible news. Before your mind can reach the worst conclusions, Dean speaks up.
“Look kid, you don’t have anything too serious. Mostly bruises and gashes, but your shoulder looks like it’s gonna need some time. And you’re just exhausted kid. It’s hard being on edge like that. Being…” he clears his throat, not able to continue, but you knew what he meant. But before he could feel too much he cut himself off.
“Sam and I are doing the work here. We’re gonna keep you fed and hydrated and your only job is to rest and let us take care of you for once. You’ll get your strength back, just don’t rush it.”
You nod easing back into bed.
“What about the Bri-”
“We’ll deal with them. You can get your chance to rough one up if you want it later. You just get better.” Dean nods as he heads out of the room. Sam is about to follow suit when you grab his wrist. He looks down at you worried, but you wait until Dean is out of earshot before continuing.
“What was he yelling about before?”
Sam winces as he sits back down on your bed. “He was yelling about you and how they got to you.”
“That’s not your fault.” You reach for his arm.
“He wasn’t yelling at me.”
You sit up confused.
“He was yelling at our mom. She came to check on you.
“How did she know?”
“Exactly.” He sighs, “Didn’t take us too long to guess how they found you.”
Now you and Mary had a weird relationship. When she returned with Dean she looked at you with a weird look and that seemed to set the tone for your relationship. Any time she was around, she made you feel like you didn’t belong there at the bunker. Those were her boys, her family, and you weren’t a part of that family. Not to say she treated you badly, just different. She always seemed to be friendly, but when she thought you weren’t looking she always gave you a questioning look. But to give you up like that? Was she really that cold?
“She says it wasn’t intentional, but Dean wasn’t buying it."
You’re not sure if you believe it was intentional as Dean does, but you’re suprised how quickly Dean defended you.
“What do you think?” You ask.
He runs a hand through his hair, a sign he’s conflicted. “I don’t know what to believe. But regardless Dean made it clear she’s not welcomed here.”
“But what if it wasn’t her?”
“Either way I think both Dean and I think it’s safer to keep her at arm’s length.”
You’re about to respond when he speaks up, seemingly reading your mind. “No matter who she is, she’s picked a side.”
You nod. He goes to leave. There’s not much else to say. All you had to do now was recover, both physically and mentally.
Today’s the day, you can feel it. You stretch out, shaking away any stiff muscles. You’re still healing, but it’s time to gradually head towards normal. Fully dressed and showered, you open your own door for the first time in awhile. Taking your time, you make your way to the library. Sam is hovering over a lore book while Dean is walking from the kitchen with two cups of coffee. You catch Dean’s eye and he gives you a quick worried once-over (what a mother hen) before giving you a smile.
“Hey kiddo, you need something?”
You straighten your back, trying to look more lively.
“Do y’all need anything? I’m ready to get back to work.” The brothers share a look, before Dean continues.
“Take it-” but you cut him off.
“Slow, and don’t hesitate to stop if needed. I got it.”
They’re both quiet as you ease yourself into one of the library chairs, accepting your rebuttal. A book on the table reads European Men of Letters Chapters. Opening the book, you can’t help but feel slightly excited to be back to normal. You give Sam and Dean a determined smile.
“Let’s get these SOBs.”

An Unexpected Visit
Part 1
Georgie, Elijah, Kol, Rebekah,Klaus and Freya all looked up at the same time when they heard the loud noise coming from outside. "What was that?" Rebekah asked with a concerned look on her face.quickly exited the room and made their way outside to investigate. As they stepped out into the cool night air, they could see a group of people approaching their compound. The leader of the group was a tall man with brown hair, his muscular form highlighted by his leather jacket.
What do we have here?" The man asked as he stepped forward, his eyes scanning over the group before him. "And who might you be?" He asked, his tone dangerous yet intrigued.
The siblings exchanged uneasy glances before Elijah, always the diplomat, stepped forward. "We are the Mikaelson family," he introduced calmly, his voice smooth and enchanting despite the tension in the air. "And this is our home.
Ah, the Mikaelson's," the man said with a grim smile. "I've heard quite a lot about you. My name is Dean Winchester, and I'm here on business." He reached behind him, producing a worn leather-bound book. "
The siblings looked at each other, recognizing the name but unsure of the context. Elijah, being the most knowledgeable among them, stepped forward once more. "Business?" He inquired coolly, his eyes never leaving Dean's face. "
Yes, business," Dean replied, his tone neutral but his eyes hinting at the danger they posed. "I've been tasked with finding some...unusual items, and I've been told that you might be able to help me."
Well, I'll be damned. The Mikaelson family has a new problem. It seems that Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah are being sought by none other than Dean Winchester. Said a man from the street
What do you want, Dean Winchester?"You want to steal the one thing that our family hold dear? " Freya asked, her voice dangerously low and chilling as she stepped forward, her powers flaring to the surface.
Kol looked at them all, a smirk spreading across his face. "Well, well, well. Look who's come to visit us. Dean Winchester, huh? What an unexpected pleasure. As for your request," he said, leaning against the wall The Mikaelson family glanced at each other, unsure how to proceed. They had not expected such a reaction, but they were not ones to back down from a fight. Elijah stepped forward once more, his voice calm but firm : "We shall not allow our sacred family artifacts to be stolen by outsiders, Dean Winchester. You may leave our compound unharmed, but know that if you persist in your quest, you will face the wrath of the Mikaelson family."
The Mikaelson siblings shared a look, their determination clear. They were ready to protect what was theirs, even if it meant confronting an unexpected threat like Dean Winchester. As they stood their ground, the air around them seemed to crackle with unspoken power and potential conflict. The Mikaelsons remained poised, their eyes locked on Dean Winchester. Despite the tension, there was an undercurrent of respect for his bravery—or perhaps foolishness—in daring to cross them
Dean's eyes narrowed, but he nodded slowly. "I understand. This isn't over, Mikaelsons." He turned and walked away, but he didn't leave empty-handed.
The Mikaelson family remained silent for a moment, their eyes following Dean's retreating figure. As they turned back to each other, there was a sense of relief but also lingering unease in the air. "Well," Elijah said, his voice calm but slightly tense, "That was unexpected." He glanced at Rebekah and Freya, both of whom nodded in agreement. "Let's hope he truly understands the gravity of his actions."
"He was cute, to be honest..."
"Rebekah, please..."Elijah glanced at her
"Together, we will face whatever comes our way," Elijah said softly, his voice carrying the weight of centuries of experience and sacrifice. "For our family is strong, and no one can break us apart."
Indeed, brother," Freya nodded in agreement, her eyes reflecting the unbreakable bond they shared. "Our resilience is what defines us."
We've survived worse," Rebekah said with a small smile, though it didn't quite reach her eyes. She knew they had all been through so much together—death, betrayal, heartbreak—but they'd always managed to come out stronger on the other side. "Well, we better start preparing then. We can't let Dean Winchester succeed in his plans. Let's gather the items he was seeking and hide them somewhere secure. And let's make sure no one enters our home uninvited again."
Very well," Kol agreed, his eyes hardening. "We'll begin immediately. I'll start by securing the perimeter of our home, ensuring no one enters uninvited." "Freya could help you with that!" Georgie intervened "There's a boundary spell that only she can do it"
Elijah smiled at Georgie's suggestion. "That sounds like an excellent idea," he said, turning to Freya. "Would you be able to assist your brother with that?" he asked her.
"Of course, Elijah," Freya replied, her voice calm and reassuring. "I'd be happy to help Kol secure our home further." She glanced at Georgie, a proud smile gracing her lips. "Thank you for the suggestion, Georgie.
Excellent," Elijah said with a nod of approval. "That leaves me with the task of finding out who might have betrayed us." He glanced around at his siblings once more, his eyes hardening slightly. "I won't rest until I have answers."
Kol, despite his usual air of nonchalance, looked slightly concerned at Elijah's determination. "Be careful, brother," he warned softly. "We don't know what we're dealing with."
We won't rest until we find out who this Dean Winchester is and why he's after us. We'll be prepared for anything," Elijah assured them, his tone leaving no room for doubt. "But we must also remain cautious. We cannot afford to let our guard down." "Elijah, please...listen to your brother ! Don't go alone in search for answers. Take your brother Klaus with you or Kol. Please, sweetheart ! For me..." Georgie asked softly
Very well," Elijah conceded, nodding to Kol's concern. "We'll keep our wits about us and our powers at the ready. As for who accompanies me, I'll consider it." He looked at Georgie, noting the worry in her eyes. "
Freya, ever the protective older sister, looked at Elijah and Georgie with a mix of concern and determination. "We must find out what this Dean Winchester knows or thinks he knows about us," she agreed. "But let's not rush into anything.
The Mikaelson family nodded in agreement, their eyes watching as Elijah prepared himself for whatever might come next. They trusted him but also knew that they needed to be careful; after all, this Dean Winchester seemed determined to hunt them down.As they all prepared for whatever was coming next, Kol, who seemed to be in a particularly suspicious mood chose to talk. "What if...Damon Salvatore sent that guy to us ? I mean...he always hated us"
It's a possibility," Freya admitted with a frown. "But why would he wait so long to act on it?"
There was a long silence as everyone considered Freya's words. It wasn't like Damon to back down from a challenge, but even he had his limits. "I wouldn't rule it out," Elijah said finally. "

Out of the 287,773 Supernatural fics on Ao3, just 12,817 fics include Jack Kline (203 of them being tagged toddler jack kline or jack kline is metaphorically a baby) and only 105 include him being shipped with canon characters that aren't winkilne or the reader. And most of the time Jack isn't even the main focus! I'm sorry??? Do with that what you will.

Maybe I didn’t look long enough but there are not enough stories about the reader being the sibling between Dean and Sam, or being the sibling that was taken in (English is clearly not my first language, sorry) and who can see the effect John had on their brothers and who grows up despising him for that, despite being grateful to have been accepted in the family, who ends up being ready to fight John for putting so much responsibility on Dean’s shoulders and not letting his sons mourn their mother.

It was a blood-curling scream, that woke Y/N up in the middle of the night. It sounded as if somebody was not only skinned alive but also thrown into the darkest and deepest pits of hell. She pauses and holds her breath while sitting up straight in her bed. Her left hand is moving underneath her pillow where she had placed her gun. Then she waits. And for a moment she almost believes that maybe she has simply imagined it, but when another scream pierces the silence the woman rapidly gets up.
A shiver runs down her spine, while she moves towards the hallway. It's dark and the tiles underneath her bare feet are cold. The youngest Winchester looks left and around, before moving towards her brother's room.
Maybe he heard it as well. "Dean?", she whispers, and peeks into his room only to discover that his bed is empty. She looks around and licks her lips:" Fuck."
A few moments later, she suddenly senses a hand on her shoulder. Y/N quickly spins around and lifts her gun, just to meet eyes with her brother. He holds up his hands:" Hey, easy. It's just me. Are you okay?", his deep voice is one loaded with concern, as his gaze scans her face for any bruises. However, once she nods his features soften almost immediately:" Good."
Y/N opens her mouth to say something in return, but before any words can leave her lips another scream fills the bunker. It echoes through the halls. "Sammy!", Dean shouts and rushes past his sister toward his youngest brother's room. He opens the wooden door and instantly raises his gun when he notices a tall man. He has his back turned to the two siblings, while he stands in the corner of the room. His hands are frantically rubbing over his short hair.
"Who are you and where is my brother?!"
Still, the stranger in Sam's room isn't moving. He seems as if he is staring at himself in the small mirror. "Answer me!" Y/N furrows her eyebrows before she pushes past Dean. "Y/N, what-? No!", he tries to stop her but she only shushes him. The y/h/ced woman moves closer… and closer… her hand slowly moves up to touch the man's shoulder. She turns him around and her eyes widen at the sight in front of her:" Oh my fucking god."
The whole room is silent while Dean and Y/n stare at their brother in pure shock. For a moment, Y/n nearly forgets how to breathe correctly and when she looks over at Dean she gasps:" Oh my god, that's- he's-... I'm...
"Why the fuck are you bald?", is all Dean can ask while he continues to stare at his younger brother. Sam swallows thickly, before once again examining himself in the mirror.
———
"Will you stop staring at me like that?", Sam who is sitting at the table in the kitchen can feel his sibling's eyes on him.
"Well, I'm sorry, Sammy", Dean replies and walks over to him. He sits down in front of him and makes a few hand gesticulations:" I just have never seen you this...naked." Sam rolls his eyes at his brother's comment:" I still have hair." "Barely."
Y/N chuckles. However, when Sam gives her an aggravated look she clears her throat:" Sorry." "Can I touch it?" "No, Dean., Sam shuts his laptop and stands up:" You can't touch it. And by the way, could you two stop acting like this is some kind of joke and maybe help me find out why I lost my hair in the first place?"
His sister brings her coffee mug up to her mouth:" Well, perhaps you're just getting old." Sam blinks and tilts his head:" I'm 36." "Yeah, I know. But remember Bobby said that he began to lose his hair around the time he was 25.", She explains and out of the corner of his eye she notices that Dean is hiding his smirk behind his own mug. Sam simply shakes his head, before walking out of the room. Defeated:" Shut up."

dean and sibling!reader who gets turned into a monster <of any sort>.
<the angst of dean having to hunt the person he used to hunt with>
Ouh. Oh ok. Oh.
Dean Winchester x Sibling! Reader
ANGST! CHARACTER DEATH!
it’s ok to break a promise
———————
This was never supposed to happen. This was never ever supposed to happen. The monsters should’ve stayed in your nightmares, he never should’ve taught you how to hunt, he never should’ve came and gotten you again.
“Hey- hey kiddo cmon. C’mon you gotta come with me” he urged you, going to reach for you. You jump back. “Dean I’m scared” You manage to choke out, something had slashed you up, and now you had tingling through your whole body “somethings wrong” you tell him, but he already knew that. He could see it in your eyes, much like you can now. As you stare at him, you can tell he’s tearing up. “Dean you have to..” you whisper, gesturing to his gun. “Are you insane?!” He screams “I’m not killing you! Not- you aren’t dying like this..” he was mad at first, but he just looks shattered. “Dean, we probably only have a few minutes, please. Please kill me while I’m still myself. Don’t want to die as a monster. Please don’t let me become a monster” and he knows he needs to listen. He’s never been able to say no to you, now wasn’t any different. The way your voice shook,it was all to familiar for him. “When you were little..” he starts “after mom died. You’d ask me all the time ‘Dean are you gonna die to?’” He lets out a small strained sob as he remembers your little face, full of all the fear, the same fear he’d promised himself to protect you from. The same fear on your face now. “And I’d say no. I said you’d never see me die.. Y/N I didn’t want to keep that promise”. You hated when he cried, even more when he was crying over you, you walk over and hug him. Tight. “Well I want you too” you whisper, tears streaming down your cheeks that he’s quick to wipe away, just for more to fall in their place. “I love you Dean” you choke out. “I love you too. With my heart and soul” you smile, and the gun sounds. He grabs you before you hit the floor, cradling your body the way he used to as a kid, when you’d fall asleep in the living room, only now you wouldn’t wake up in your bed the next morning. He layed you down outside, carefully wrapping your body in a tarp, placing a kiss to your temple and wiping the hair from your forehead before he covered your face. He burned your body before the sun even set. He couldn’t save you from the hunt, but he’d be damned if you came back as the hunted.
“I never would’ve started hunting if it meant I’d lose you” he says, out loud, hoping and praying that you’re somewhere where you can hear him. “I just wanted to save you. I wanted you to never have to deal with this stuff” he chokes out, tears slowly rippling down his cheeks. “You’d want me to keep hunting” he chuckles through his crying “I’ll try kiddo. I’ll try. Just know that I love you. And.. have a good conversation with mom and dad. I want you three to get along.” I want you to know a real family stays unspoken. “And for the record, you’d never have just been a monster. You’d still be the best thing on earth. You lived your life so well kid. I’m proud of you.” And with that, he walked back to the car.
Something on the floorboard catches his eye, a cassette had fallen from the box.
‘Mama take this badge from me’
Dean chuckles “Raised you right, didn’t I kid?”

Your Love is a Bad Medicine
Tumblr media
Dean Winchester x Sister! reader
Song: Bad Medicine - Bon Jovi
Warning: Separation anxiety
Description: Dean and his little sister are on their way to get Sam from college.  Dean has to go somewhere, and the youngest Winchester is left in the room by herself. Her anxiety begins to act up while she waits for her brother to come back.
━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━
(Y/n) tapped her foot anxiously against the dirty red carpet of the motel room. She sat in the green chair by the window, glancing through the blinds, into the parking lot.
The sun had gone down a while ago so the only illumination she had were the few door lights that actually worked. (Y/n) bit into her bottom lip, gnawing at the bruised skin as her anxiety peaked a bit more. The small box TV sitting on the dresser played in the background. Static flickered every now and again due to the bad quality of the motel. The young girl turned it on to distract herself from the road but the worry for her brother grew and grew over the night.
Dean had left hours before sunset and had not come back since. She knew he could handle himself but the worry that something bad could happen inundated through her mind, nonetheless. Slipping her fingers through to push the blinds open, she felt tears forming in her eyes when she still didn’t see the Impala turning into the motel.
(Y/n)’s throat began to clog up as she tried to stop from letting out a cry. She then glanced at her phone that was charging on the bed. Almost too quickly, she threw herself across and pulled the cell harshly off the plug. She instantly went into her contacts, her shaking finger hovering over Dean’s name. She pressed down, listening to the repeating ring coming from the phone.
However, the instant feeling of guilt spread through her. (Y/n) immediately went back to the home screen and sighed. She wouldn’t want to bother him because of her worries, especially if he was working. A few stray tears dropped, and she lies her head back on the flat pillows.
“Maybe listening to music will help,” the girl whimpered, turning the screen on and pressing the downloads she had. A smile reached her quivering lips as she saw the name of a song her and Dean like to sing together. She began to softly play it on her phone speaker. The beginning music resonated, causing her smile to widen.
Your love is like a bad medicine
Bad medicine is what I need
 Whoa oh oh
Shake it up like a bad medicine
There ain’t no doctor that can cure my disease
(Y/n) turns it up as old memories began to resurface. She lifts herself, resting her elbows on the top of her knees. Leaving her phone in her lap, she reposed her head and closes her eyes, humming softly to the music.
 I ain’t got a fever, got a permanent disease
And it’ll take more than a doctor to prescribe a remedy
I got lots of money but it isn’t what I need
Gonna take more than a shot to get this poison outta me
And I got all the symptoms, count ‘em, one, two, three
Suddenly, the door opens with an obnoxious voice singing along with the chorus. “Your love is like a bad medicine! Bad medicine is what I need!”
(Y/n) jumps from her spot and instantly turns off the song that was playing. Her eyes were wide with fright and her fingers twitched at her side.
Dean stood in front of the door, a few bags in hand. His brows furrow with confusion as he notices his little sister’s current state. He places the bags on the table that was beside the dresser, turning to (Y/n) with new concern. “What’s wrong, ankle-bitter?”
“N-nothing! I just wasn’t expecting you to barge through like that,” (Y/n) replies, mentally cursing for her nervous habits.
Dean gave his famous smirk, pulling his jacket off his shoulders. “Well, I thought you would be asleep until I heard music blaring. I guess we were both surprised.”
“Y-yeah.” (Y/n) simply replies as she got up on the bed again and watched Dean go into the bathroom to change.
After a few minutes, he comes out, plopping himself on the bed. “So, what have you been up to?” Dean asks, leaning himself on the headboard.
“Not much...” (Y/n) mumbled out with a shrug.
“(Y/n), is everything alright?” Another shrug was all he got. “Look at me.”
She felt stupid. He was right here but she felt tears swarming again. Why was she so scared?
“It’s nothing,” she said after a few breaths to calm herself.
“Sure doesn’t look like nothing,” Dean grumbles. He straightens himself to a sitting position, all humor gone from his eyes. “Come on, tell me what’s on your mind-- is it about Dad?”
“No! I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m worried about his safety but that’s not it.” (Y/n) replied quickly.
         “So, something is bothering you?”
The youngest Winchester sighs with irritation. She hates it when Dean does this. He knows just what to say and he will press on until she confesses.
“I was worried about you, that’s all.”
“Why? I was only out for a couple of hours,” Dean questions.
“I-I know... doesn’t mean something bad couldn’t happen within those nine hours,” (Y/n) mutters in embarrassment.
“You were counting time... is that why you called? I was going to answer but you hung up before I could.”
         “Sorry.”
“Don’t be sorry. You get nervous, I get it,” Dean trivializes, “but hey, we’re both here.”
“Yeah,” (Y/n) agreed, smiling slightly at him.
“Get some sleep. We gotta a good drive tomorrow,” Dean said, smiling in return.
(Y/n) nodded, situating herself to a laying position on the bed. She felt Dean shift too, resting on his back. “Hey Dean...” she asks, while closing her eyes.
         “Yeah?”
“Do you think Sam will be glad to see us?”
“I don’t know... I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Sleeping would help pass the time.”
         “Yeah, yeah. Goodnight.”
         “Night (Y/n).”
Your love is like a bad Medicine
Bad medicine is what I need
 Whoa oh oh
Shake it up like a bad medicine
You got the potion that can cure my disease

"Game Night"
Request: HEYOO! I’m probably annoying you at this point 🤪Buuuut I was wondering if you could do something with Sam and Dean x sibling reader and any other characters (choose your favorites and make it fun if you want :D) and they all have a game night? If not no worries <33
Fandom: Supernatural
A/N: found this in my drafts...sorry @book-place R gender is not specified, buncha swearing
Tumblr media
----
It wasn't often that you would get a break. It was always stopping one apocalypse, fighting some bad guys, go on a hunt, and maybe get a few hours of sleep along the way. So when opportunity strikes to have a little fun, you're going to take it- hence Game Night.
Game Night was when yourself, Sam, Dean, Jack and Castiel got together and played any board games you could get your hands on. Whether it be 'Sorry!', 'Monopoly', or 'Pictionary', its guaranteed to have a lot of laughs involved. And, of course, a lot of fighting.
"No! You fucking idiot! How does that look like a dog to you?!" Dean yells at his younger brother, who looks ready to run for his life. You're almost in hysterics at this, barely getting a breath in. Castiel is clearly worried this will turn into an actual fight, but is amused nonetheless. Jack pipes up, "Actually, I think it does look like a dog, Dean"
If looks could kill, Jack would very very dead right now. "Ok, ok is it a...hat? A snake hat?" You fall off your chair from laughter, tears streaming down your face. Jacks alarm on his phone goes off, "And that's time!" Dean groans and drags a hand down his face, and exclaims "It was a fucking snail!" Sam shouts in confusion "What?! There's no way that was a snail!" The brothers continue to bicker while you're regaining your breath on the floor.
"Uh, I believe it is mine and Y/n's turn?" Castiel says, catching the groups attention. You prop yourself up and swap places with your older brothers, "So, Cas, who's gonna be drawing?" you grin at him. "I think I'll try to draw." You take a seat and Cas turns the page over, thinking of what to do draw. After a minute or so, he says to start the timer.
Now, in hindsight, maybe you should have insisted that you draw the picture, because Castiel has never needed to draw something before. This was his first time ever drawing, and if you had to guess he learned by looking at the others turns. Basically, you were completely and utterly fucked.
What Castiel was trying to draw was an otter, as he knew it was your favourite animal. He even coloured it in with the brown marker that Jack left on the board!
"..Is it an poop?"
Castiel slowly turned around to stare at you, while Dean starts laughing loudly and Jack giggles from his chair. "No, Y/n, I did not draw a poop." Now Sam is laughing too, almost as much as you were earlier. "Well-I-it's-well?" you stammer. Cas rolls his eyes, "Y/n, this is clearly a drawing of an otter." you groan putting your head in your hands as Jack stands up and shouts "Disqualified for cheating!"
"Aw c'mon man.." you stand up and walk back over to your chair, sitting down like a sad puppy. Castiel looks at you and then back at the drawing, before walking over to you. "If it's any consolation, I do see the resemblance of an poop." he smiles at you.
