Hi pookie! This request is a cute SFW one (I think)
Sniper with an f!reader who has severe adhd! She stims a lot by flapping/ clapping her hands or hopping around, saying her vocal stims (mine are snipers oneliners so many be he would think it’s cute or something), and she fixated on all things Australian.. which probably came after they started dating!Just how he would react and things!
Sniper x F!Reader with ADHD
hello my beautiful mutual, i wish we talked more 💔 this is my first attempt at headcanons so have mercy on me. ramblings under the cut :3 enjoy!
Tumblr media
- i think he would find your stims amusing! at first, he would be surprised by the physical ones, asking you what the bloody hell you're doing. after you tell him it's how you express strong emotions, he'd probably try to be discreet about how cute he thinks it is. wouldn't want you to think he's making fun of you or anything.
- the verbal stims would melt his heart. when he hears you repeat his snappy one-liners, his face would immediately heat up in a dark blush. wdym you pay attention to him so much that you've picked up his lingo?
- before the two of you started dating, you didnt really have an interest in anything to do with the island continent. but after hearing sniper talk about his life in the outback, your fixation immediately spurred and grew tenfold.
- he finds you researching different animals, via his personal trailbooks. you start talking to him about the fun facts you've learned about wildlife in the bush, suggesting you guys take a trip to visit the family farm.
- ... unless this is after the comics then i mean... yeesh...
- anyways, he could sit and talk about growing up in australia for hours.
- like, genuinely. he doesn't really talk all that much, but once you get him started on a topic he's passionate and knowledgeable about, it's hard to get him to shut up. he often reminisces of his hometown and how he used to slingshot rocks at the magpies during swooping season.
- you had to ask what swooping season entailed
- overall, he's enamored by you! dating someone who's so interested in him, to the point they pick up on his quips and wanna learn about where he's from? he's head over heels

Trick or Treat! (Sniper :])
He’s interested in owning arachnids and insects!
I think he’d like to own hissing cockroaches, a scorpion and a tarantula! I think he’d be super protective of his creepy crawly friends and spoil the heck out them.
The team learned quickly that even joking around hurting Sniper’s pets will result in a harsh word.

if you havent done this already, may I request general sniper relationship headcanons pleaseee ?? c:
A / N- My main boi. I love him. Hope you enjoy, anon!
General Sniper relationship headcanons.
Tumblr media
- you're in for a treat,
- Mick's a very gentle and calm man,
- the side down to it is that he's very touch starved, which makes him extra touchy,
- he will take every single chance he gets to pull you closer or hold your hand,
- he can't fall asleep without a small cuddle session,
- always there to cheer you up, even if his attempts are a bit clumsy at first,
- prepare to be drowned with stories of the outback,
- also with compliments,
- for someone who lives in a van, his language is pretty developed,
- he doesn't mind pet names, but it's not like they're super important to him,
- he would love to introduce you to his parents one day and take you to Australia,
- he's not one for giving gifts nor receiving them,
- if you try to give him something that's not a flower, he won't take it,
- if he has time, he will gladly teach you how to use the rifle, maybe even take you out hunting,
- also, camping weekends, with fishing,
- and falling asleep in each other's arms under the night sky.

Imagine if Sniper's parents didn't have a phone in their house because they didn't really need to have one but when Sniper decided to travel abroad his mum insisted on getting one so he can call them anytime and let them know he's doing all right.

The mercs first kill and how it made them feel (this sounds weird ik Im just curious)
How the Mercs would react to their first kill as a mercenary:
Scout:
Numb. Just Numb. His first kill was a Soldier who he caught off guard. When he stared down at his bashed-in skull he didn't know how to feel. He had killed people before, so why did it feel so different now? Why did he feel... bad? Was he a bad person for this? This was now his job. He would be doing this daily. Could he deal with something like this? Ending people's lives every day? He didn't have much time to think about it though, because a couple of seconds later he was snapped out of his trace by the yell of the other team’s Demoman.
Spy:
Nothing. He wasn't numb in the way Scout was, he was more apathetic. Spy had killed tens, maybe even hundreds of people. So he felt nothing. In fact, to him, it was sort of a badge of honor. His first kill was a Medic who he caught off guard. To him, it was nothing but another victim. Another target. Another needed casualty.
Demoman:
He felt... well... excited. You may see him as a sane, happy, drunken man who just happens to work as a hired killer. But in reality, he is something much, much, much darker. He was thrilled. The adrenaline, the action, the rush that he got when he saw their blood splatter the floor and walls, he loved it. He loved it all.  His first kill was a Heavy, and the look of terror on his face before the was brutally blown to shreds is what made Demo decide that here, he felt truly at home.
Sniper:
Similar to Spy, he was completely indifferent. He quickly went on a streak after that, shooting person after person, ending life after life. His first kill was the Blue Teams Scout. The realization that he would be doing this day after day for years on end only hit him after the battle. But even when he did realize how much his actions really affected the world, he didn’t mind. He was used to it. Later, the director asked him what he felt when he killed people. He answered with one word. "Recoil."
Medic:
Ecstatic. Absolutely euphoric. It felt like he was on another plane of existence. To him, murder was a strange fascination, an infatuation. When he heard that poor Soldier’s screams, he was absolutely manic. He was practically drooling when he smelled the metallic scent of blood coming from his latest victim. Saying he was sadistic would be an understatement. It was a game to him; it was his high. A rush came to his mind as they pleaded and begged for mercy, as he brutally drove his bone saw through his stomach. It was his first kill, and he was going to enjoy it. And oh god, did they love it. Goodness, they were bleeding and down and pleading and he needed it. Needing and feeding off of his pain.
 Heavy:
Like Medic, he enjoyed it. Not as much as him, and not in the same way as him but he sure did like it. His love for it was similar to Demoman’s, just loving the rush that came to his mind as he heard their bodies dropped to the floor, lifeless and despondent. His first kill was a Sniper who was trying to get to a higher area, and he shot him down as they tried to run to a hiding spot.
Soldier:
His reaction was about the same as Demomans. He was eager, to say the least. The second he watched his first victim, a dirty French Spy gets exploded by his rocket is the moment he realized how much he missed this. That funny feeling that you got, that mix of adrenaline and fear that you got when you knew that you had someone’s blood on your hands. He didn’t feel a single tinge of guilt, in fact, a rush came to his mind when he saw the splatters of blood that the poor man left after he was ripped to shreds.
Pyro:
His reaction was a sick and sadistic mix between Demoman’s and Medic’s. He was feverish after his first kill. It had been so long, too long since he had got to do something like this. It’s been so long since he got to... help his friends. He was so happy, hysterical almost. He couldn’t stop laughing. It had been so long, too long. What was it? Seconds? Days? Months? Years? Since he last got to start a fire, it had felt like centuries. So many seconds, days, months, and years that he could barely stand. But now, now. Now he is truly complete. Truly, a Pyromaniac.
Engineer:
His first kill was.. interesting. His first victim was a Spy who tried to sneak up behind him, but he managed to swiftly turn around and land a bullet right into his stomach. When he started down at his bleeding body, he felt like he was viewing the world from a 3rd person perspective. It was an out of body experience. He couldn’t take his eyes off of it. He didn’t know what to feel, he didn’t know how to feel. He was completely detached from the world around him. He sunk into his thoughts, in fact, he practically had a crisis right there and then. But he didn’t know why. he couldn’t understand. This is what he was supposed to do, made to do. Generations before him had done this so easily, and all he wanted to do was honor his family, to make them proud of him. And he’s doing it. This is everything that he ever wanted. So why does he feel so empty?

Could I perhaps get engineer, sniper and demoman with an autistic S/O who got really overstimulated and Is Not Okay? I need,,, for purposes.
Yes, yes you can!!!
Demo, Engineer, and Sniper with an overstimulated autistic S/O:
Demo:
Demo recognizes that his S/O is overstimulated pretty quickly. The base is always messy regardless of any attempts to clean it, there’s a lot of noise, especially chatter and gunfire during the day and even moreso at night during complaining or celebrating with the entire team.
“Ye alright? Ach, who am I kidding, ye look right terrible at the moment, love. No offense.”
He takes his S/O to somewhere quieter, probably his room as there’s at least some sense of familiarity and homeliness there for he and his S/O.
As someone who needs quiet to focus on tinkering without blowing something up, he’s got some ways of keeping the room from just being the equivalent of another hallway thanks to the paper thin walls.
If it still doesn’t help, he sticks by his S/O’s side and refuses to move away for the others until they’re able to process things more clearly again.
If they’re stimming to try and release the tension and overwhelming energy of the situation, he’ll literally just start mirroring them and stimming as well.
If they need something to focus on that isn’t their surroundings, he’s got a large amount of folklore and myths he can talk for hours about instead of whatever jabbering caused them to be overwhelmed in the first place.
Engineer:
Once he figures out what’s going on, he quickly tries to diffuse things and get his S/O to a place where they feel more comfortable.
Engineer commands a lot of respect, and most of the mercs know not to challenge him when he puts on a genuine serious face and asks for things to be done.
Quiet down, hush now fellas, can one of ya’ll get S/O a blanket? Hm? Yeah, they said somethin’ to hold would do.
Does his best to balance their current needs with social interaction; since he’s aware that taking them out of it entirely might cause them to break down further.
Instead, he lassos in the conversation and quiets things down as much as possible, then reduces the amount of stimuli by sending a glare to anyone making more noise than necessary.
As for sensations, he’ll hold his S/O’s hand if it helps, usually with his normal hand unless they prefer the feeling of metal, wiring, and electric circuitry to focus on. Warm or cold, his hand envelops theirs and acts as an anchor.
If anyone dares pipe up about it or anything else related to the situation, he’ll keep his cool. That is, until next time they need his help on the battlefield.
Sniper:
While he doesn’t necessarily understand a lot about it, Sniper is still very familiar with needing and wanting his space, where things are just how he wants them. Regardless of if he consciously realizes it or not, he might actually be the best person to go to about it when his S/O is having a rough time and is overstimulated.
At first, he’ll probably try things that help him calm down, but if a lukewarm cup of coffee and a polishing kit don’t assist—or taking a hike into the nearest area empty of people—then he’ll start quietly asking questions while internally panicking.
He doesn’t want to overwhelm his S/O further, but he also wants to fix or make the situation a bit better for them. Afraid that he’ll make it worse, he kind of ends up awkwardly throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks.
Whatever ends up appearing to work first is what he doubles down on, before trying to branch out from there. If his S/O manages to calm down a little, he thinks, then they can help him help them a little more too.
It’s a very slow but sure process, and he gets there eventually. By the time he figures out what works, it’s probably far past when they were too overstimulated to function. After that point he’ll know what to do and is much quicker and more confident about lending a helping hand.
If they’re getting overstimulated and it’s just the two of them, he’ll do his weird too-long-legs thing and hug them to him in a way where they’re closed off and safe in his arms. He’ll end up a bit flustered about it later, but they calm down a lot more quickly that way since he’s able to just shut them off and ground their brain to the hug instead of what’s bothering them. It’s not foolproof, but it’s shocking how often it works.
This was a lot of fun to write! I hope I got this right and did well with the prompt, haha. Personally going with what would be nice when I’m overstimulated, though I don’t believe I’ve shut down fully because of it. That must suck a lot when it happens :(
The last one about Sniper is a personal tidbit I think would work really well on me, because I imagine what he does is like a really comfortable tight hug where noises are kinda shut out and the pressure would kinda keep you from moving y’know?
It’s like the ultimate “calm the FU—“ move and I love it but it also looks like it’d be really comfortable ;—;

Trick or trear (Sniper) :3
Absolutely hates receiving gifts. He understands why others give gifts, but that doesn’t mean to he particularly likes receiving them. A major part of this is just feeling like he needs to gift back in return to people and feels his gift will never be enough.
Sharp canines. People joke he looks like a dingo.

Hi! Can I request domestic headcanons for sniper, like how he and his s/o spend time together after a long day of mercenary work? Thank you in advance
A / N- If Sniper is Mick Mun-dee Mundy, then Mick Dundee should be named Dick Dundee. In this essay I will....
Sniper's after- work routine with his partner.
Tumblr media
- let's be honest, sitting in one spot all day while being constantly threatened by rockets coming your way is quite stressful,
- first thing Mundy does when he gets back to his camper van is throwing his rifle aside and literally collapsing onto his bed,
- let's just hope you're already there. If not, he quickly calls you ( they do canonically have phones in the 70s for some reason ),
- no use asking him why he's on the bed, he will only mumble something unadiable under breath,
- after a minute, he finally stands and lazily gets himself to ask what you want to eat,
- the ingredient range isn't very big, since he has very limited space,
- but outback taught him how to cook,
- he doesn't have a very big kitchen, it's a cupboard with a small cooker next to it,
- if he's in the mood he might make you some cheese and bacon rolls, if he's too tired he will heat up the damper bread from Sunday and you both have to eat that,
- he will tell you about his day while eating, waiting for you to talk about your day,
- when you're both done eating, he simply puts the dirty dishes on the cupboard ( they're stole from the base common room, he will bring them back there tomorrow ),
- then he goes outside for a quick cigarette, you can join him,
- during that, he will just stare at the evening sky, sometimes starting some deep topics,
- when he's finished, it's already dark, which makes him go to the base for a quick shower,
- you can go there too, but trust me, you don't want to see how the common bathroom looks like ( Soldier stole the soap again and they had nothing to shower with for a week ),
- then he comes back with his pijama on, which is either just shorts, shorts with a funny t-shirt, or full lengthened trousers with a funny t-shirt, depending on how cold the nights are,
- that's when his favorite part of the day starts,
- a cuddling session before sleep, heck yes,
- he finds it calming,
- when it's time to sleep, he still clings to you like a koala mum to her child,
- big spoon or little spoon, it doesn't matter to him,
- he has severe insomnia, leading to him staying up for hours during the night, just laying in the bed,
- to spare time, he usually plays with your hair while you sleep, sometimes even whistles lullabies under breath,
- then he falls asleep, and the next day you can't stand up from the bed because he has a very, very strong grip on you,
- how can someone with such skinny hands be this strong, or rather stubborn,
- it's hard to wake him up,
- and when he does wake up, another day starts, and the routine is yet again repeated.

Jealous headcanons? I feel like it can got 2 ways or both, murder/violence or the most funny yet spiteful thing
Like he bitch slaps them then the s/o gets picked up to be the perverts height and slaps them too then the duo twirl away leaving everyone in a 2 meter radius confused and silent
Jealous Headcanons!
When He's Jealous:
He seems like the type to not get jealous at first, since everyone values their lives too much to flirt with his partner, so when it does happen, he automatically assumes they want to make a death wish.
Without Christian's S/o knowing, he'll loom over them or pull them closer to him and put a hand on their thigh until the person who's talking to them notices.
If the person stops talking with his partner when they notice Christian, quickly excuse themselves and go away, he just says: "Guess Oi was too scary." and looks out for any other people who even look at his S/o for the rest of the day.
If the person continues talking with Christian's S/o, he places a hand on his partner's shoulder, catching the flirter's attention, and looks deep into their soul.
"They're taken, mate."
If the person tries running away, Christian looks to his partner with hope in his eyes, asking them for permission to hunt the person down, face beaming with joy, if they say yes.
And, if the person is stupid enough to challenge Christian, then his S/o just stands aside and watches as the flirter's body gets horribly mutilated, pieces of them scattered everywhere.
When His S/o's Jealous:
He kind of doesn't expect his partner to get jealous, since he's the more possessive one.
If they're more "open", and come up to the person, telling them how he's taken, Christian will be surprised, but glad they're not allowing him to be flirted with, since he himself knows he can get too carried away.
If his S/o is visibly affected by their jealousy, staying quiet and looking at him, he'll notice, come up to them, give them a sharp weapon and then stand aside, so they can see the person who worried them.
"Go on, Oi'll make sure no one stops you."
If they decide to go and chase them, Christian will stand aside and watch with a grin. And if the police arrives, then he'll just scoop them up and make a grand escape.
(I imagined almost every scenario in a supermarket aisle for some reason. Can you just imagine going to the sweets section to get some chocolate and then there's just Christian strangling someone with his S/o nonchalatly watching)

Hyacinth, cypress, and basil with engie?
Polyam Yandere: Engie
Basil:
Does the yandere want what they think is “best” for their darling, or do they prioritize their wishes above all else?
-It’s sort of a mix.
-He will try to respect his lover’s wishes as best he can, but he still does have lines.
-Asking for certain things such as going out on dates or gifts will usually result in him giving whatever they asked for.
-And even when it comes to things that would be considered “treats” for “being good” (Ex: Talking to family members or seeing their letters) He does have some wiggle room, and WILL most likely loosen up a bit if you ask him to.
-But he still does have some hard lines, such as leaving the house without his permission.
Cypress:
How does this yandere comfort their upset darling?
-Cuddles, kind words, apologies, gifts all of it.
-The whole package.
-If he upset one of his darlings, he would do ALMOST ANYTHING to get them to trust him again.
-The whole reason he does anything is to ensure that THEY’RE safe.
-So if he ended up hurting them, he could never forgive himself if they never forgave him.
-He would do about anything to get them to say “I forgive you.”
-And eventually, they will snap.
-No matter how resistant they are, they will eventually snap.
-Love-bombing can really do something to some people.
Hyacinth:
How good is this yandere at getting their darling on their side by twisting their words/justifying their actions? If they’re not good at it, why is that?
-Very, VERY GOOD AT IT.
-He can’t be a sweet, soft southern man all the time.
-Every yandere has a dark side.
-And you can’t be from a long line of genius mercenaries without having a couple of skeletons in your closet.
-He’s amazing at it, twisting words and spinning a web of lies.
-And with his kind demeanor, it seems almost impossible that he would do ANYTHING with malicious intent.
-Him killing people for his darlings? Him threatening their families so they will stay away?
-He will justify it all through a carefully spun web of lies and deception.
-And eventually, it will work.
-All of their family would be gone, either through threats or violence.
-It would all happen right under their noses.
-And eventually, they would have no one to turn to except him.
(Sorry for being dead,, I was binge-watching the owl house.)
