Dead Plate (Part 2)

OK so its been a month since the last time ive played Dead Plate and uhh oops!! my bad !!

in my defense life has gotten very busy for me especially since its the holidays but now i finally have the time to finish this game and get at least one ending!! (hopefully)

spoilers under the cut

back to day 5 where i struggled so incredibly hard

the amount of times ive played through day 4's nightmare sequence is killing me

bro. how do i pass this level without losing a customer

NOOO I WAS SO CLOSE WHYYY. PLEASE. literally i was doing so well but i took too long for the 4 table orders ugh <//3

i wish you could see like, a patience meter for the customers or something

maybe i should try using the item that slows down how impatient they get

YESSS FINALLY!!! I DID IT I FINALLY DID IT!!

still here even though the shift is over and the sounds i am hearing are concerning to say the least

ok so Rody had an interesting reaction to the crumpled up picture of Vince and a woman so maybe he knows who she is? is this the 'her' that you can sorta not really call on the telephone??? or is he just surprised to find love letters in the trash

anyways its telling me the sounds are coming from the freezer but idk where to go from here

at least the food looks tasty

what was that whole thing about tho? what was going on in the freezer??

back home, looked out the window and i noticed you can see someone's silhouette in the background windows

i dont know if that was always there and i just missed it but very interesting

alright then time to get the other endings!! to do this i will be following the ending guide bc my brain is not big enough to figure it out by myself lmao

ive opened up the official ending guide and oho? you can actually get a phone call from Manon? cool i will try that out first

restarting all the way to day 1 bc i miss how easy it was

yk an interesting thing that was introduced in the tutorial that i havent experienced yet is the customers asking questions

also!! i chatted with Vince on day 3 and like. idk their chats are just funny to me

also like there might be something wrong with me but i am lowkey shipping Rody and Vincent together kadjlksd this is something that happened in Elevator Hitch where i started lowkey shipping the two main characters oopsies

anyways!! moving swiftly onwards!!

um. my guy disappeared after i checked the fridge

ok so interestingly when Rody asked Vince if he liked his job, he didnt answer the question he just changed the subject and made fun of Rody LOL

the 'can you give me a raise' question gives some more details on Manon and what Rody thinks of her (he is a grade A simp bro)

the 'are you single' question is interesting to me just bc Rody the simp has issues w Vince being like 'meh' on romance and tbh im with Vince on romance not being the end-all-be-all

something i didnt mention earlier but i noticed that there was a grilled hanger steak on the table, which is the dish when you get ending 1 would the other dishes i got in past endings show up when i got them? but i got ending 2 and the dish from that didnt show up so maybe its just a little detail for ending 1 wait was the steak made out of Manon. oh boy that makes that ending a lil more fucked up

well, thats the end of my playthrough on Dead Plate

honestly, it was a very fun and enjoyable game! i liked the serving aspect even tho i kinda sucked at it and like i also really liked Rody and Vince despite all that just happened those two are seriously fucked up and i love them LOLOL

the music was really good and made up for having to redo day 5 over and over again alskdjh i was jamming most of the time to the music the art was also really good! i liked how cute the pixel sprites were, and then like the art for the portraits and CGs and everything was also really good! i really enjoyed the art style and music

the story was interesting, and i liked it too the twist was wild and blew my mind but i am still a massive fan of Vincent x Rody JKDAHSDKJ

i like how there was a cannibalism twist but Vincent wasnt actually like, an actual cannibal he was just insane and planning on making Rody an unknowing cannibal

i know he ate Rody's ear but like. he said that he doesnt eat people on the regular so yk he's just fucked up

also its really funny reading all the comments and seeing a lot of Vincent x Rody stuff LMFAOOO so true of everybody honestly

HELP I FOUND A COMMENT THAT SAID THEY NOTICED EVERY PIC WITH VINCE IN IT (on the store page) HAS HIM LOOKING AT RODY LDSJHSFLSDKN THE SHIP IS SO REAL!!!

ok sorry enough of that

overall, 10/10 would play again solely for the server gameplay (would be cool to have a kind of endless mode where you just serve customers until one leaves or something) and also because i love these characters

Don’t Rexognize Me- Part Eight: Brothers

Final chapter of this little series! Thank you so much for all of the feedback and I am glad you all enjoyed it!

Rex wakes up in a panic, kicking the blankets off his bed. Where am I, he thinks. What happened? The General was gone. And Rex, his own men. His brothers. They... fired at him.

"Ah your're awake to take the next watch?" Gregor pops his head into Rex's room. "Good! Because I'm ready to catch some shut eye myself." he chuckles, tossing the blaster he was holding onto Rex's lap. "Are you okay there?" He adds, noticing Rex's distress.

"Yeah I uh-" Rex rubbed his temples, trying to remember what he was doing. "I guess I had a bad dream or something." He stands up and makes his way over to the refresher. "You go on and get some sleep. I'll be out in a minute." He splashes his face with water. What happened?, he thought to himself again. It all felt so real.

Hearing the voices of Tup and Dogma, young and eager as always.

Seeing Hardcase smile one last time, his laugh cheerful as ever

Feeling Jesse's hand on his shoulder and the concerned glares of Kix in the medbay he had learned to accept when being taken care of..

Fives and Echo, together again. As it always should of been.

And..Cody..

Rex shook his head and gave himself another splash of cold water. "It was just a dream." He tells himself, dabbing the excess water from his face with a towel. "It was just a dream." He repeats. "You were dreaming, and thinking about the past again. And there is nothing you can do to change it."

He makes his way to the upper deck of the walker and sighs, staring at dark, frozen tundra in front of him. It had felt so real. The panic, the feelings. If only it were that easy.

Rex's thought were interrupted by the smell of caff and the heavy footsteps behind him as he climbed down the ladder into the main room of their makeshift home.. "Care to have some company?" Gregor asks, handing him a mug. "Turns out I can't sleep either right now." he laughs. "Must be the excitement of trying for Big Bongo later on today." He sits.

Rex gives him a small smile and takes a sip of his caff. "Gregor." He coughs. "Wh-what did you put in this stuff?" he sets the cup down and chuckles. "On second though, I don't wanna know." He sits down in one of the chairs, eyes scanning around the room until the rested on the dusty helmets in the corner, jaig eyes staring back at him.

Gregor follows his gaze for a moment before coming over and placing a hand on Rex's shoulder. "Ya know, it doesn't do us any good to live in the past. It hurts sometimes, and we should never forget it... But we can't change anything. We can only accept it and move on." he takes a gulp of his own drink before continuing. "I know we have had some bad luck with not catching Bongo, but we can't dwell on Wolffe’s mistakes and how he made us lose the monster." He laughs as a third man joins them in the room.

"Whats all the racket?" Wolffe mumbles, yawning. "Is it my turn to take the watch or are we having a party?" he takes a cup from the cabinet and pours his own glass.

Rex looks down at his chrono. 15 minutes remaining.

"Huh thats weird." Rex scratches his beard. "seems my timer must have been started when I was sleeping. But I just started my watch now." he adds. "You can go get some more sleep Wolffe. We'll keep it down."

"Too late now." Wolffe grumbles, sitting down across from the other two. "May as well all take it together."

Gregor laughs. "Hey its been a minute since we've all took the late night watch together. Anyone up for a game of Sabacc?" he sets his glass down and hurries to grab the cards out of the cabinet. "Loser takes bait spot for the hunt today?"

The three men sit in silence as the cards are laid out. Rex takes another sip of his caff and clears his throat. "Thank you two for uh, keeping me company tonight."

The sounds of cards shuffle. "Of course, mate."

"That's what brothers are fo-. Gregor if you even think about cheating again I will feed you to the damn creature myself."

Rex chuckles. “Yeah, brothers.”

My Apex Theory about Rev and the Shadowfall Dimension

[Apex Legends Story Quest spoilers, beware]

So basically, i think Revenant, in this storyline, it’s going to win and then achieve godhood and then create another shadowfall-like dimension

Keep in mind that this is just my theory and honestly i think that i may go bonkers in some places, but idk i just felt like sharing this with the fandom (also sorry if i break my english, it’s not my first language)

Okay so basically i believe that Revenant it’s going to win the treasure hunt and then become a shadow god, and i’m gonna tell you why:

1-Voidwalker:

I wanna start by saying that i believe that the Shadowfall dimension (gonna call it dimension SF) is actually the storyline dimension (SD dimension) but in a future time, now you might be asking on how is that possible and my explanation

In the voidwalker trailer, we see a diferent dimension Wraith coming to help our Wraith, and we can belive that VoidWalker Wraith has mastered her void powers, while our Wraith have not, now you might see where i’m getting at: V-W Wraith came from another dimension AND TIME to help past wraith to escape.

Now you might say that this isn’t possible (and i would believe you cuz you would be more knowledgeable than me) but what i’m trying to say that the only way that our wraith could’ve have escaped was with the help of a more experienced Wraith, that with her maestry of the void powers, achieved the ability to travel throught space and time.

One of my point being that VW Wraith couldn’t helped Wraith more than getting her out of the facility and giving her a portal timer(?) (for example, giving a piece of technology to control the void) is because VW Wraith doesn’t use a special tech to control the void because it’s not tech (even tho she uses a fancy futuristic suit) and even the dimension arm counter doesn’t control the ability, it just tells VW if she can use the portal, not precisely controling the ability, thus showing us that even the ability to time travel, VW Wraith still have to trully master her abilities (thus setting the unknow capabilities of the void powers)

You may be asking where i want to go with this information: I am trying to say that a diferent dimension where it takes hours-days-weeks-months-years in the future/past is possible, and that after some weeks in the Storyline dimension the Shadowfall dimension will become reality

2-Storyline dimension is not our cannon timeline (where i go the most bonkers)

You might be asking what i mean by that, and before i answer you, ask yourself? “If the Apex Games has this crazy tech of bringing dead boxes back to life and having multiple legends at once INCLUDING WATTSON (and Tom confirmes that it’s possible, but i can’t find the tweet, if someone find it, dm me) even tho in the lore shes in critical state, then where is the Apex Games and their crazy healing tech? Cuz i do believe losing a legend would be bad for business and would make a lot of her fans sad.

I know your response would be for gameplay reasons, but it’s really strange that the Apex Games doesn’t just heal her with their crazy tech, well my theory is that our Wattson is doing a-ok while Storyline Wattson is with boo boos. (Now this is just my headcanon of my theory, but Storyline Apex Games is not so technogically advanced like our Apex Games, and SL Apex Games does less matches than our Apex Games, with my point being that in the SL Apex the legends have whole days to do their casual stuff [evidence being the whole chapter 3]).

Another point for my theory is the presence of Prowlers (the creatures) on King Canyons. When you think about it, it doesn’t make a lot of sense for having these creatures in KC, sure in WE we have the trials, but in not a single moment there was an explanation on why there are Prowlers in KC (no event, no map change, etc). Heck, it doesn’t even make sense the presence of Prowlers on the Shadowfall KC. My explanation is that at some point when Rev took over King Canyons, some corporation (The IMC, Hammond Robotics, the Syndicate or another faceless faction) tried to re-take KC, and did some experiments about the supernatural changes made by Rev, and so they brought Prowlers as test rats, but they were quickly destroyied by Revenant and his army of monsters (Thats also my headcanon)

3-Why Revenant will and should win (Pls hear me out first)

You might be asking me why? ...Do you want my personal reason or the lore reason? Well i get to choose because i’m the one writting the theory (thats why it’s so bonkers)

The lore reason is because that would explain the Shadowfall event, think about it, every event had an explanation on why it’s happening (Christimas event - Mirage opens a new flying boat bar and due to his popularity hes set to organize the christimas event; System override - Hammond robotics starts to take controll of the Apex Games; Grande Soirée - Pathfinder throws a party; Old Ways and Voidwalker - Events related to a new piece of lore introduced, with Old Ways being Blood’s origin story and Voidwalker explaining Wraith’s past; Battle armor - Hammond [i assume] introduces a new type of armor to the Apex Games, the Evo shield; I don’t have a exact explanation for the “Iron crown” and “Legendary hunt” so let’s just say that it was the Apex Games idea to do these events).

The personal reason is that i love Revenant with all my heart, and honestly i would enjoy seeing the antagonist winning at the end (without them turning good or getting killed seconds after their victory)

Also i believe that in the lore and outside of the game (and by that i mean PC/PS4/XBOX), Revenant is the strongest between all the legends, cuz not only he’s the strongest phisically (agile metal body and being build with the whole purpose of being a killing machine) but he also have supernatural powers (that doesn’t have a lore explanation, which makes me sad, so let’s assume that it’s a supernatural emp that works for both machine and flesh) and he can’t die, so hes basically unstoppable, and now that he knows about his godhood in the alternative dimension, how would the legends stop him

One Short Day

A JSE Fanfic

Yay, I wrote something that isn’t connected to pain for once in my life! Or at least, the most you get are hints and maybe a moment. I was planning on working on something else, but...I don’t know, I just felt like I needed something softer, and I’m sure there are people who need that too. So behold, an attempt at mostly-fluff! I just wanted to write the boys having fun out on the town, simple enough ^-^

It was rare that there was a full day they could all be together. A day where Schneep wasn’t working, Chase wasn’t recording, Marvin didn’t have a show, and Jackie didn’t have to bolt off at the last minute to do heroic vigilantism. A day where they could just do whatever they wanted, all of them, together.

They met up at Jackie’s apartment building. Naturally, JJ arrived first, then Schneep and Chase at about the same time. Just when they were starting to get worried, Marvin showed up, sprinting up to the group and skidding to a halt beside them.

“Late again, I see?” Jackie said when Marvin finally caught his breath. “Maybe we should just tell you we’re meeting thirty minutes earlier than we actually are.”

“Gimme a break.” Marvin rolled his eyes. “My phone was out of battery so I couldn’t check the time, then I got distracted.”

Jackie raised an eyebrow. “With what?”

“Um...” Marvin looked away, embarrassed. “I may have started playing Plague Inc...for an hour...or more.”

“Dude. Set a timer next time or something,” Chase said. “Ask JJ if you can borrow one of his watches if you have to, I dunno, anything.”

“Enough of this, we are wasting minutes,” Schneep said, checking his own watch. “Jackie decided what to do, what is it?”

Jackie immediately brightened. “Okay, so, we all know JJ hasn’t seen much of the town.” Everyone nodded. “So I thought we could give him the grand tour! Get lunch, go to the park, and I think the fair is open tonight so we can finish with that. That good with everyone?”

“So we’re just gonna walk all over town?” Chase asked. “Only two of us can drive, and none of us have a car right now.”

“Toughen up, Chase, walking’s good for you!” Marvin teased. “Right? Schneep, you’re a doctor, tell him I’m right.”

“He’s right,” Schneep said.

“See?!”

JJ snapped his fingers for attention. I thought we were wasting time? I certainly can’t lead the way, so I’ll ask one of you to.

“Right!” Jackie started off. “C’mon guys, lunch is waiting for us!”

They ended up at a local restaurant near the center of town called Kassie’s. It was a quaint little place, and since it was a warm day they decided to sit at a table outside. The chipper waitress gave them a plate of free fries, then took their order, and headed back inside.

“Is it just me, or is it kind of hot today?” Chase asked, fanning himself with some of the napkins.

“No, it’s not just you. God, I’m dying,” Jackie agreed.

“Jackie, you are not only wearing long sleeves, you are wearing two layers of them,” Schneep pointed out with a smile.

“Oh, you’re one to talk, Mr. Sweater-all-the-time!” Jackie rolled his eyes. “What about Jays? He’s got that vest/dress shirt on.”

JJ looked aghast. You four can run around and show your arms all you like, but I’ll have you know it isn’t proper for a gentleman!

“Are you implying we aren’t gentlemen?” Marvin asked, right before tossing a fry into the air and catching it in his mouth.

JJ raised an eyebrow. Indeed.

“I don’t care, it’s hot. I’m taking this off.” With a few flailing arms, Jackie pulled his hoodie over his head and tugged it off, revealing a Marvel-themed T-shirt underneath. “Ah. That’s better.” He looked around to see the others staring at him with wide eyes. “What?”

“Holy shit, Jackie!” Chase yelled. “Your arm!”

“Wh—oh fuck I forgot I was wearing short sleeves today.” Jackie looked down at his left arm. “Yeah, okay, I got scars, you can look all you want.”

“So that’s why I’ve never seen you in T-shirts,” Marvin realized. “Jackie, what the fuck happened?”

Jackie frowned, then coughed awkwardly. “Y’know...I’d rather not talk about it right now. Maybe later. Besides, Schneep already knows the story. ‘S how we met.”

“Honestly, you three are making mountains out of mole hills,” Schneep said. “Is fine now. You should see his torso, now those are scars.”

That only made the other three look more worried. Jackie sighed. “Look, guys, we’re having a fun day. We’re gonna have fun, and not gonna get all concerned, though I do appreciate it. And you—” he glared at Schneep “—need to stop saying that, ‘cause it makes it sound like I lost some epic battle instead of just having top surgery.”

Chase and Marvin relaxed in unison. “I’m still convinced you have, I dunno, fucking bullet scars or something,” Marvin muttered as Chase pulled the remains of the fries towards him.

“Oh yeah, but Schneep’s talking about the surgery. He’s done this before, and it’s no longer funny!” Jackie looked pointedly at Schneep when saying that last part, who just responded with a massive grin.

JJ was the only one who still looked concerned, but now that was paired with confusion. He looked around at the others. What is top surgery?

You could almost hear the hiss as the others all inhaled sharply in unison. They’d all forgotten for a moment that JJ didn’t know. Schneep cleared his throat. “Jackie, would you like to explain?”

“Right yeah. God, where do I start with this?” There was a slight pause in the conversation as the waitress returned with their food. The moment she was out of earshot, Jackie started up again. “Alright, so...” he leaned forward, hands clasped together, eyes wide and nervous. “You know how I call myself Jackieboy Man, right?”

JJ nodded. A moniker I never understood, but yes.

“Well, I didn’t always call myself that. Neither did anyone else. Because, well, they all thought that...I was a, uh, girl. Even I did. For the longest time I just sort of...accepted it. I only started to figure it out in high school. I got my first job, and one of the customers called me ‘that nice lady,’ and hearing it...just sort of surprised me. Like someone gave the wrong answer to a really easy test question. So...I started thinking, and eventually I realized that I wasn’t...actually a girl. That was when I renamed myself.”

JJ didn’t look any less confused. Why would they not understand that? Wouldn’t they be able to...see that you are not?

Jackie winced. “Well, no...you see, I...fuck.” Jackie put his head in his hands, took a deep breath, then looked up again. “I was born...in the wrong body. Top surgery is...it’s to get rid of the parts I didn’t want. Are you...are you getting this now?”

After a moment, JJ’s eyes widened. He nodded hesitantly.

“Okay. Good. Great.” Jackie sighed. “I don’t know if this word existed in the twenties, but nowadays we have ‘transgender’ as...a thing. When someone is something other than what their body is born as. I’m still a he. Or, just, anything but she, really. Literally call me anything but a girl. And please, don’t ask about what my name was before. Or what’s...down there. Those questions make me...really uncomfortable.”

My good man! JJ signed. Why would I do such a rude thing? And to my dear friend, nonetheless.

Jackie’s shoulders slumped. He leaned back in his chair and exhaled in relief. He’d been dreading this conversation, but better to rip the bandaid off now. “Thanks, man. I...appreciate your understanding.”

JJ smiled. No trouble at all, Jackie! I may not fully grasp the concept, but that’s no reason to disrespect your wishes.

“If you want, I can answer questions. Just...later. And as long as you get I don’t represent everyone who’s trans.”

JJ nodded and gave a thumbs-up. There was silence for a moment, before Chase broke it by saying “Hey, guys, I made a Jenga tower out of fries.”

Schneep rolled his eyes, and immediately knocked over Chase’s tower.

“Aw you bitch!” Chase gasped. “You didn’t even play the game right!”

“Fuck your games. Actually eat the food like it’s supposed to be.”

“You’re just jealous cause you got a salad instead.”

“Maybe I am! Did you think of that?!”

“Dude, I just said I did!”

The rest of lunch was covered in the blanket of familiar banter. Jackie smiled to himself. God, he was so glad nothing changed.

About two hours later, the boys had made their way to the southern part of the city. That was where the park was. It had an official name, but everyone just called it “the park” because there was only one of them and it was shorter. The park itself was pretty big, with trees, paths, flowerbeds, and two playgrounds at either end.

Since it was the middle of the afternoon, there were quite a few families with young children hanging around, parents watching their kids climb all over the jungle gyms and pushing them on the swings. While Marvin and Jackie walked ahead, pulling JJ with them and talking his ears off, Chase and Schneep hung back a bit. Chase was staring at the families on the playground.

“Chase? Are you okay?” Schneep asked gently.

“Yeah...yeah, I’m fine. It’s not a down day.” Schneep gave him a Look. “No, really! It’s just...y’know, seeing all the kids kinda bums me out. You know?”

“Of course I do, Chase,” Schneep said. He was probably the only one of the boys who did. “If you are feeling upset, you can go home.”

“No! God, no, that’s not what I meant at all. This has been good so far. I don’t want it to end.” Chase frowned. “Now I’m just...man. I’m starting to lose it.”

“Chase.” Schneep grabbed his hand. “If you are not enjoying yourself, we can always go do something more quiet. We would hate to push you to do something you are not up to.”

Chase considered it for a moment, then shook his head. “Nah, it’s not too bad. It helps that you guys are here, I think. But I’ll let you know...if it gets too much.”

Schneep gave him a long look, before finally judging that everything was alright. “Okay. You have to do that, or I am going to break into your home at night and yell at you for lying.”

“Okay, okay, I get the idea,” Chase laughed. He looked down at their clasped hands. “You’re not worried people are gonna think we’re a couple, then?”

“What? Oh. Is there no such thing as regular hand-holding in this country?! Besides, it should not fucking matter. Also you are not my type anyway.”

“Yeah, you’re not mine, either. You’re a guy.” Chase and Schneep both had a good laugh at that.

Marvin looked over his shoulder at the two of them. “Are you two gonna walk fast or what?”

“Or what,” Chase said with a smirk.

“Oh, you’re hilarious. A fucking comedic genius. Hey guys!” he said that last part to Jackie and JJ. “We’re gonna slow down so these two assholes can join us.”

“Marvin, how dare you,” Schneep said, mock-offended. “At least be more creative in your insulting us.”

“No.” The two mini-groups merged together to form the main group once again. “So what’re you two talking about?”

“Chase is worried that hand-holding makes a couple,” Schneep tattled.

“Bullshit,” Marvin stated. Jackie went “yeah!” in the background. JJ frowned at the use of language, but nodded. “What makes a couple is the kissing. And romantic interest in each other, which leads to the former.”

“You say, having not been on a date in at least five months,” Jackie muttered.

“Shut your stupid face, you...lovely person.” Marvin pulled his wand out of his pocket and twirled it, like he did when he was nervous. “We’ve all been kinda busy lately.”

“Yeah...that’s true,” Jackie sighed. “But maybe if you went out more, you could find someone you could go out with. Just once, if a commitment isn’t your thing right now.”

Marvin frowned. “Why in the wide world of wingmen would I go on a date once deliberately?”

“A night of fun?” Schneep suggested.

“With a complete stranger that I have no interest in? No. I need to have some intrigue in whoever they end up being.”

“None of you are gonna get anywhere with him,” Chase said. “He doesn’t get one-night stands.”

“Damn right I don’t! There’s no point!”

And it just seems improper, JJ signed. If you aren’t going to court someone, don’t approach them at all.

“Marvin! You have an ally!” Jackie gasped.

“Good. Finally, someone who agrees with me.” Marvin held up his hand and, after a moment of figuring out, JJ high-fived it. “Yeah! There we go, you got it!”

Jackie checked the time on his phone. “Alright, it’s starting to get a bit late. If we want to get enough time at the fair, we’re gonna have to book it to the eastern side.”

They didn’t actually run the whole way there, despite Jackie wanting to. By the time they got to the fair the sun was starting to set. They bought tickets and headed inside, where the Ferris wheel and the roller coaster towered over the smaller rides and the carnival games. It was a weekday, but it was one of the first days the fair was open, so the fairgrounds were crowded but not packed.

Chase gasped. “Games. We can do the games first.”

You do realized they’re all rigged, right? JJ asked.

“Who cares? They’re fun! Games now.”

Soon, the others started to suspect that the reason Chase was so eager to play games was because he knew he would win every time. The dude was scarily good. A combination of sheer luck, skill, and fuck-it-let’s-take-a-chance-ness led to many more victories than the others, something Marvin and Schneep immediately called him out for.

“You are cheating, I am sure of it!” Schneep huffed, folding his arms.

“Nah, just have a knack for it. And, in this case, practice.” Chase tossed one of the wooden balls back and forth while he waited for the carnival worker to hand him his prize. “Ya gotta aim for a bit above the spot where the third jug sits on top of the other two, then throw hard. It’s a bit of an arc.”

“No, you’re a cheater,” Marvin asserted, muttering darkly.

“Aw, c’mon! Here, will this make you less salty?” Chase accepted his stuffed prize from the worker, then handed it right over to Marvin. “I got it for you! You like cats.”

Marvin glared down at the plushie. “You’re lucky it has a cute face,” he said.

“See?!” Chase smiled. He was actually having a good time. It was a good change of pace from the park.

Eventually, everyone had a prize except for JJ. They were running out of games to play, but then Jackie spotted one of those ‘find the ball under the shuffling cups.’ “Hey guys, you up for that one?”

JJ brightened. I’m actually quite skilled at those!

“Well, then, let’s go!” Jackie pulled him over, the others in tow.

The carnival worker was calling out the rules of the game. “You get one, you win one of these lovely roses, you get two in a row, you win one of these tiny fellows here, and you get three in a row, you win one of these adorable penguins! Step right up, step right up!”

“Hey!” Jackie waved to get the worker’s attention. “We want to play!”

“Well then, young sirs, the rules are simple. Keep your eye on the ball, see right here, right here, it’s under the middle cup. Now watch as I take the cup this way, then that, then this and oh look at that! It’s goin’ fast, it’s goin’ fast don’t lose it don’t lose it! Now, which one is the ball under?”

Jackie was fairly sure he knew where it was, but he turned to JJ anyway. “So, which one?” he asked.

JJ bit his lip, then reached forward to point at one of the cups...only for the worker to slap his hand away. “I’m sorry sir, please don’t touch the cups. To prevent tamperin’, see? Just tell me.”

JJ looked a bit stunned at the worker’s aggressive tone. But he signed It’s under the left one.

“Excuse me?”

“He says it’s under the left one,” Marvin jumped in.

“...ah, I see.” The worker lifted up the cup to reveal the ball. “Seems you were right. Do you want to try again?”

The boys glanced uneasily between each other. The worker’s tone had dropped from the polite-carnival talk to one that was a bit...short. She was also talking much slower than she was before, drawing out the vowel sounds. “He can hear you perfectly fine,” Chase said. “He just can’t talk.”

“Mmm...I see...” The worker pursed her lips. “Do you want to try again?”

They all nodded. The worker was silent this time as she shuffled the cups, faster than before. When she stopped, she looked at Jackie. “Which one is the ball under?”

Jackie had a vague idea where, but he wasn’t sure. “JJ, do you know?”

The left one again, JJ signed, less enthusiastically.

“The left,” Jackie translated.

The worker frowned as she revealed the ball under the left cup. “You boys aren’t cheating, are you? Those weird gestures seem like symbols.”

Marvin laughed bitterly. “Yeah, they’re symbols alright. They stand for words. Do you not know how sign language fucking works? He’s telling us the answers ‘cause he’s the best one at it. Now let’s do this one more time.”

The worker shuffled the cups impossibly fast. Once more, she asked Jackie where the ball was. This time, he had no idea, and just looked at JJ. JJ, in turn, stiffened a bit, eyes hardening. It’s under the right one, though I wouldn’t put it past her to sneak it up her sleeve.

“Right,” all the boys said in unison.

The worker reluctantly lifted up the rightmost cup to show the ball sitting underneath. “Congratulations,” she said dully. “You win one of the big prizes. What color do you want?”

Turquoise, JJ signed. “Turquoise,” Jackie translated.

They walked away from the booth in silence. After a few moments of walking, Marvin said, “I could totally put a curse on her.”

“No,” Jackie said firmly.

“Just one little spell. She can lose her voice for a week.”

JJ shook his head, then tucked his prize under his arm so he could use his hands to sign. Revenge is never the best answer.

“It’s what she deserves!” Marvin snarled. “She was making that difficult on purpose. I saw her, she was going much slower with the customers before us. JJ, I’m so absolutely sorry on her behalf, cause god knows she’s not gonna fucking apologize.”

It’s okay, JJ insisted. Believe it or not, I’ve faced worse, especially in my day. They were much less friendly back then.

“I am sure you are not using that word in the correct meaning,” Schneep mumbled.

Marvin shoved his hand into the pocket containing his wand. “One hex. Come on. Just one. I won’t even make her ears fall off or anything.”

Everyone refused to let Marvin curse the carnival worker, and he reluctantly relented. At this point, they’d finished with the games, and all that was left were the rides. They took turns, one or two of them sitting out to watch the accumulated prizes while the others spun and flew and then stumbled off the rides. After trying most of the rides out, they took a snack break for ice cream and cotton candy.

“I think the Ferris wheel is the only one left,” Jackie said. “Unless we want to catch that sideshow thing. There’s supposed to be magicians—”

“Fake,” Marvin interrupted.

“—clowns, animals, and they advertised a knife-thrower—”

Schneep nearly choked on his ice cream. “No.”

“Okay, got it. No show then.” Jackie nodded. “But I’m not too sure about the Ferris wheel. I know at least one of us is afraid of heights.”

“Yeah, uh, me.” Chase bit his lip. “But I think I’ll be fine if I don’t look over the edge. Unless someone else doesn’t want to go on it, then I’ll stay off with them.”

“I’m good,” Jackie said. “Schneep? Marv? Either of you scared of heights?” Both of them shook their heads. “Alright. JJ?”

JJ signed, A bit, but after all these dizzy rides, I’ll take something calm like the Ferris wheel, if you please.

“Alright. Guess we’re going on the wheel, then!”

Night had truly fallen by this point. The Ferris wheel wasn’t exceptionally tall, but it still rose above everything else in the fair, providing a fantastic view of the colored lights below. Instead of having the traditional two-person seats, this wheel had booths that could fit up to eight people, so all the boys fit into one just fine. The wheel turned, and the booth turned with it. Chase squirmed, resolutely not looking over the side. Jackie and Marvin did the exact opposite, practically leaning out of the booth to look down below.

JJ tapped Schneep, signing something real quick. Schneep nodded, then yelled “Can you two stop that?! You are going to fall out of the fucking side, and you are making Jamie nervous.”

“Oh, sorry.” Jackie sat back down.

“Aww,” Marvin groaned, but pulled back into his seat. “I hope you know I do this for you, JJ.”

JJ smiled. Thank you, it’s appreciated. And I’m sure your body feels the same way, having narrowly avoided a fall to great injury.

“Nah, I would’ve been fine.”

The wheel stopped. Their booth was right at the top. “Oh, fuck,” Chase muttered, covering his eyes with his hands.

“You know, you didn’t have to come,” Jackie said quietly. “We would’ve been alright letting you stay down on the ground.”

Chase peeked between his hands. “I know. But...it’s really nice up here. Quiet. And with just you guys. As long as I ignore the distance from the ground, I’m good. You’re my friends, you know, and you make everything better.”

“Oh, Chase,” Marvin gasped. “That’s...really sweet!”

“What? Didn’t think we where friends?”

“It’s...always nice to be reminded.” Marvin smiled softly.

Well then consider this your reminder, Marvin! JJ wiggled his mustache happily. I consider you all my friends, maybe even family. You are all wonderful people and I love having you in my life!

“Nooo, stop.” It was hard to see in the dark, only lit up by the lightbulbs on the Ferris wheel, but it was possible that Marvin was actually blushing.

“You know what? I love you guys.” Jackie grinned. “Not afraid to admit it! Best friends I’ve ever had.”

Schneep cleared his throat. “Yes, I feel the same. You are all great people, and I am fortunate to have met you. I...love you as well.”

“Aaaahck!” Marvin appeared to be trying to fold into himself. “Too much love! Fatality!”

Chase chuckled. “Marvin! Accept our love!”

We love you, Marvin! JJ signed eagerly. Now you have to say it back!

Marvin made a strange sort of groaning exhale before inhaling deeply, calming down. “Yeah...I—I love you guys too. God, I love you guys so much. You should all know that.”

“There we go!” Jackie said, triumphant. “Marvin, you are, truly, the emotionally constipated one. And I thought Schneep was the worst.”

“Excuse me?!” Schneep gasped. “I assure you I am very love-sharing. I just do not use words too much because they are complicated.”

“Understandable,” Chase shrugged. “I can barely speak half the time, and I was born in English.”

I thought you were born in Ireland, JJ signed, amused.

“Oh, you know what I mean!”

The Ferris wheel started lowering, stopping and starting as it let passengers off. The boys stepped out of the booth and onto land once again.

JJ yawned. I must say that I’m rather tired after all this. I think it’s time we go home.

“Yeah, I’m starting to feel it,” Jackie agreed.

“You all are weak!” Marvin countered. “I’m good for another couple hours.”

“Watch you crash immediately upon entering your room,” Chase laughed.

“Oh, shut up.”

“I think JJ is right,” Jackie said. “It’s time to go home.”

Schneep nodded. “Yes, I could stay up longer, but I have morning shift tomorrow so I should not push my luck. I will see you all later?”

“Oh yeah.”

“Course, dude!”

“Definitely.”

Count on it!

With that, they left the fair. Eventually they split up, each heading their own separate ways until they eventually got to wherever they were staying that night. Some went to sleep immediately, some stayed up a bit later, but eventually they all went to bed.

And when they decided to do it, none of them had trouble for once.

“Morning sunshine,” said Jensen when you opened your door, a small carry on by his feet.

“Morning,” you said, waving him in. “There’s coffee if you want some.”

“Already made some,” he said, holding up a thermos. “You ready to go?”

“You texted me like three minutes ago saying to pack some clothes and whatever stuff I wanted,” you said, walking past your couch and into your bedroom where your empty backpack sat on the unmade bed.

“Was that not enough time?” he teased.

“Do I need a dress? Nice shoes? A parka? I need to know what this con weekend thing is. Or where it even is,” you said.

“Are you that obsessed with clothes?” he asked and you scowled. Oh, if there was one stereotype you hated as much as the sleeping around underwear model it was the superficial clothes and makeup obsessed thing. “Y/N, relax. It was a joke.”

“Maybe I shouldn’t go,” you said. “We really don’t know much about each other and-”

“If you don’t want to go, then that’s fine. But please don’t change your mind because I tried to tease you and touched a nerve. I don’t think you care about name brands and crap like that really,” he said.

“So,” you said giving him a smile. “Jeans and tees?”

“That’ll be fine. We’re going to a concert tonight too,” he said and you raised an eyebrow.

“Okay, give me ten minutes?” you asked and he smiled, pulling your door shut before you stopped him. “I’m not worried about you seeing my underwear drawer.”

“I don’t want to see my presents early,” he said with a smirk.

“Oh don’t try this cocky flirting game with me Ackles. You’re gonna lose,” you said, watching him hold up his hands.

“I’ll behave for the foreseeable future,” he said. “Let me know when you’re ready to go.”

“Alright. Oh and Jensen?” you asked, watching him whip his body around after heading into your living room. “How much do I owe you for the plane ticket and hotel and stuff?”

“Nothing,” he said. “I didn’t have to pay for it so don’t argue that you should have to.”

“Wait, this is a show thing?” you asked. He nodded as he sat down. “Awesome.”

“Awesome?” he asked, crossing his arms.

“I may or may not have binged like four episodes last night...” you said, walking back into your room to pack.

“So, are you a Sam or Dean girl?” he asked.

“What’s that?” you asked.

“Which one are you attracted to,” he said, a laugh in his words. “I’ve got an idea.”

“Oh, I like John,” you said. “He’s got that hot older guy thing going on.”

“You realize I’m currently older than he was when the show started, right?” asked Jensen.

“You’ve got that hot older guy thing going on ya know,” you said, popping your head out the door with a smirk. “Although you were an adorable baby boy back then. Your voice was so much higher.”

“Is this that flirty tease thing I’m getting now?” he asked. “I’ll give it right back sweetheart.”

“That’s a very Dean thing to say,” you said, walking into your closet and pulling on your airport outfit. A pair of leggings, the first tee in sight and a light hooded jacket. You slipped on your throw away shoes, the ten dollar sneakers that you didn’t give a crap about but held up amazingly well and threw your hair back in a ponytail. You tossed a pair of jeans, three shirts, pajama shorts, some underwear and your to go zip up with all your personal care crap in it. You quickly grabbed headphones, charger and a book before you were zipping it up.

“That was fast,” he said when you walked out after only a few minutes. “You sure you don’t want your laptop?”

“We’ll be busy probably,” you said. You glanced over to your dinner table covered with a few sheets of paper and your computer.

“True. Okay. Everything off, and-”

“I have travelled before,” you said, walking over to your thermostat and turning it down.

“Thankfully it’s not across country today. Only a couple hours down to Arizona,” he said, stepping out before you so you could lock up behind you.

“You still haven’t told me about what a con is Ackles,” you said, testing your door before walking with him.

“If you’re already binging the show, you’re going to have fun.”

“What?” you asked the front desk when you were checking into your hotel early that afternoon.

“We never received a request for a second room. Unfortunately we’re booked up,” they said and you sighed before heading over to where Jensen was talking to Jared in the lobby, waiting to go up to their rooms.

“Um, they don’t have a room for me,” you said, looking out the front doors. “I can try the hotel across the street.”

“Seriously?” said Jared. “They normally don’t screw up stuff like that.”

“I’ll bunk with Jared and you can have my room,” said Jensen, offering a smile. Jared seemed okay with that but you definitely weren’t.

“It’s your room, you should keep it,” you said.

“I mean, you guys could share too. Not like you’re dating or anything...” said Jared, bumping his arm into Jensen.

“It hasn’t even been 24 hours,” said Jensen.

“I’m okay with sharing. We wanted to spend more time with each other. That’s the reason I came in the first place, right?” you asked.

“If he annoys the crap out of you just kick him out and send him to my room,” said Jared, patting your on the back. “Want to meet up in a few hours and grab dinner?”

“Sounds good to me,” you said. “Apparently there’s a concert tonight he’s taking me to so we should be back in time for that.”

“Yeah. I’m sure that’ll be fun for you,” said Jared, sharing some sort of silent look with Jensen. “Later guys.”

“What was that about?” you asked. Jensen threw his arm over your shoulders and started leading you over to the elevators. For a moment you forgot all about the conversation were absolutely focused on all the warm muscle around you.

“Y/N? Hello?” he asked, waving a hand in front of your face. Whoops.

“Um, sorry, zoned out. What’d you say?” you asked, Jensen’s arm moving away to press your floor button and you wished he’d put it back.

“I may or may not be part of the concert tonight. I haven’t decided yet,” he said. You tilted your head up at him to see his green eyes staring back.

“Yes you have you little flirt,” you said.

“I have to make you think I’m cooler than I actually am. I’ll use this to my advantage in any way possible,” he said, bumping into you playfully.

“Right, because tall blonde and handsome isn’t cool,” you teased. Jensen was about to spout off something flirty back but a hand caught the closing doors and his arm quickly fell away. Two young women around your age stepped in, their eyes a little wide. He must not have wanted to draw any attention to you yet.

“Hi,” one of them said to Jensen.

“Hi,” he said back. “You guys here for the con?”

“Yeah, it’s our first one,” said the other women. Jensen seemed genuinely happy as you realized they were both a little nervous to be near him.

“Y/N’s too,” he said, pointing at you. “What floor you guys on?”

“Fifth,” they said, Jensen hitting the button for them.

“Are you going to sing at the concert tonight?” one asked as they got to their floor.

“I was planning on it. Have fun this weekend,” he said, returning the wave they gave him as they slipped out.

“You handled that really well,” you said when you were alone. He shrugged.

“I’m used to it. Most people are super nice. We don’t really do bad stuff or get in trouble so no one bothers us on a day to day basis. No one follows me around or takes my picture. I’m boring. This is the most attention I get really,” he said.

“I like that about you. You’re normal,” you said.

“Let’s see how this weekend goes first and see if I’m worth keeping around.”

“Hey,” said Jensen, hopping backstage after finishing up a song, covered in a thin layer of sweat. “Having fun?”

“I wish you could have seen the exact moment her jaw dropped,” said Jared with a laugh.

“Oh my...you’re like fucking amazing,” you said, not sure where to look at him first. “You look like a rockstar and sound like one and play guitar, not to mention all the acting stuff and-”

“Told you I had to make myself seem cool,” he said, grabbing a drink of water.

“Mission accomplished,” you said, still in awe over him.

“I wonder how long that’ll last,” said Jared, Jensen whacking him with his bottle. “Hey, you got to tease the shit out of me when Gen and I got together. Payback’s a bitch.”

“I was totally in favor of you guys!” said Jensen. “I didn’t do it the second day you knew Gen.”

“I’m making up for lost time,” said Jared. “I mean, I don’t see you saying anything to Y/N for saying how cute your butt looks in those jeans.”

“Jared! You were sworn to secrecy,” you said, slapping his arm.

“I need protection from you two,” he joked. “Besides, we don’t have secrets in this family.”

“He’s right. We don’t. Seriously though, you think I have a cute butt?” asked Jensen with a wink.

“Your cool guy factor is going down you realize,” you said, crossing your arms.

“Twenty seconds. That was longer than I thought,” said Jared, standing and stretching.

“Shudyup,” said Jensen. You listened to a few more songs before the show ended and you stood up to head back to your room. “Woah, where do you think you’re going?” he asked, catching your arm.

“Bed?” you said back.

“If you want to we can. Or we can go out for a few hours,” he said.

“I’m game. Not sure about an old timer like yourself,” you said, Jared raising his eyebrows as Jensen squinted.

“Oh, we’ll see about that.”

“Why is your alarm going off. We went to bed three hours ago,” you groaned.

“Sorry. Morning panel,” he said, his voice thick with sleep but willing himself to get up from the other side of the bed. “You can go back to bed if you want and just see the afternoon one.”

“No, I wanna,” you mumbled, stretching out and slumping back into bed.

“Sure about that?” he asked, pulling off his shirt and walking to the bathroom.

“I’m sure,” you said. You flashed open your eyes and quickly shut them before your eyes started wandering all over him. “Why are you so perfect?”

“I’m really not,” he said. “Something’s obviously not right.”

“Hm?” you asked, sitting up and opening your eyes.

“Forget it. I’ll shower quick then you can have it. Panel starts at 8,” he said.

“Jensen?” you asked. You watched him take a long sip from his coffee just before his and Jared’s panel was supposed to start.

“This one is only thirty minutes or so. Then we can grab breakfast,” he said, offering a smile.

“You just didn’t meet the right person,” you said, his smile falling away. “I don’t think you should feel bad about not having met that person yet.”

“I didn’t say any of that,” he said.

“You didn’t need to,” you said.

“Hopefully I finally met her. Even if she thinks I’m old,” he said, Jared rolling his eyes behind him, mouthing ‘idiot’ at him. “What is Jared doing?” he asked, turning around in his seat to see Jared walking away.

“Oh, just being a good friend,” you said. “Come on, I want to see my first panel.”

“This one is smaller so it’s a good place to start I hope,” said Jensen, standing and holding out a hand for you. You followed until someone pointed out where you could go so you could sneak into the audience. You were surprised at how informal the whole process was, how a simple question led to a story and then another but somehow they always seemed to stay on track. You found yourself wanting more by the time it was over.

“You two are adorable,” you said to the guys when you saw them after they’d finished. “No wonder you play such good brothers.”

“We spend a lot of time together. As you can tell by how much Jared’s been hanging out on our second date,” said Jensen. Jared didn’t take offense and asked if you’d met any of the other people at the con yet. “We’ve been hanging out so not really.”

“Do it before we head home. Everyone’s interested in meeting your new girlfriend,” said Jared.

“I haven’t even asked that yet,” said Jensen, his face heating up the more Jared teased.

“Jared, can you give us a minute?” you asked. You waited for the two of you to be alone in the hall.

“Thanks,” he said. “I know this is probably overwhelming on it’s own and-”

“Do you want to be my boyfriend?” you asked, looking up at confused green eyes. “Yeah, I was talking to you.”

“This isn’t scary or weird to you?” he asked.

“I like you. You like me. We’ll be going on more dates. I think we check off those criteria for boyfriend and girlfriend,” you said, reaching out and taking one of his large hands in yours.

“You’ve got a point,” he said. “I guess we’re together then.”

“I guess we are,” you said back.

“Can I go show you off to my friends now?” he asked with a smile.

“I’d love to.”

“This weekend was a lot of fun,” you said, yawning as you opened your door to your apartment that night. Jensen nodded and yawned in turn.

“I’m really glad you came,” he said. “Maybe you can come to another one if you want.”

“Uh, duh. Those panels were awesome. I’ve definitely got some catching up to do,” you said, tossing your bag down and walking over to your phone on the wall showing a message.

“You are so going to be a Dean girl,” said Jensen, watching you tilt your head curiously. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing,” you said. “It’s just I haven’t given out this number in ages. The only people who have it is my modeling agency and even then they always call my cell or email, never this one.”

“Well now I’m intrigued. Let’s take a listen,” he said, walking inside and taking a seat on your kitchen counter.

“Let’s hope it’s fast. Walking Dead comes on in like ten minutes,” you said.

“Do you mind if I hang out and watch with you?” he asked, kicking his feet softly.

“No ya little cutie,” you said with a giggle. “Does someone like that show or something?”

“Yeah. Papa Winchester is on it now so of course I gotta watch,” he said.

“Now that’d be a hell of a crossover,” you said, remembering how to listen to your voicemail. It took a few tries before the message came through.

Hi Y/N. I don’t know if you remember me from Friday. I was the director in that orange baseball hat. I just wanted to say thanks for stepping in and helping us out at the last minute.

“That’s nice of him,” you said, turning to Jensen who looked skeptical.

We saw your resume from your agency and the producing team was wondering if you could stop down Monday at 10. We’re obviously doing this by the seat of our pants but if you could come in and read a few lines just to try for us we’d be forever grateful. Your agency said you just finished a contract and this might be a great opportunity for us all if you’re interested. I understand if you don’t want to, this is pretty far out of your normal realm of work. Thanks again.

“Oh,” you said, turning to look at Jensen.

“It’s your decision, not mine,” said Jensen. “Have you ever acted before?”

“The last acting I did was Girl #4 in my fifth grade play,” you said.

“Do you want to try this?” he asked, offering a soft smile. You had enjoyed the three seconds of doing it before. That really was getting to pretend to be someone else, kind of like when you modeled. But it was different. There was a story to it and you were lying to yourself if you said you didn’t want to at least go and try in the morning.

“Yeah, I do,” you said, nodding your head.

“We’ll watch zombies another night,” he said. “You’ve got other homework tonight,” he said, standing and moving over to your couch.

“What homework?” you asked, watching as he turned on your TV and quickly got into Netflix.

“Supernatural silly. If you’re going to read for Dean’s love interest, you should watch some more of the show,” he said, patting the spot next to him.

“Do you...want me to get this part?” you asked, walking over and joining him.

“I get to act that I’m falling for a girl while I’m actually falling for the girl that plays her? Why would I ever want that?” he teased.

“I guarantee I’m going to be awful at this tomorrow,” you said, feeling his arm wrap around your shoulders, pulling you into him.

“You won’t know if you don’t take a chance,” he said.

“When it comes to you and chances they’ve worked out so far. I guess we see what happens tomorrow,” you said. Jensen kissed the top of your head and your face began to hurt from the wide smile that had formed. At least until you started paying attention to the episode.

“Are those kids playing Bloody Mary? That scared the crap out of me as a kid,” you said, snuggling a little closer to Jensen.

“This one still creeps me out,” he said. “Obviously we should watch with the lights off.”

“If I get nightmares I blame you Ackles,” you said.

“If you get nightmares, just call me and I’ll pop down and sleep on your couch. Make sure nothing bad gets you,” he said, wrapping both arms around you and squeezing you gently.

“You can always just crash here just in case,” you said, letting him decide if he wanted to stay over.

“Good idea,” he said with a nod. “Now we should be quiet seeing as there’s a ridiculously good looking man on the screen,” he said.

“I’ll let Jared know you think so fondly of him,” you said.

“Shudyup and learn how cocky but good of a guy Dean Winchester can be.”

Ep. 1 - “I WAS FEELING EXCITED AND CALM NOW I SINK INTO NOTHINGNESS” - Mo

Wow yikes I was late to the party as usual but we're gonna hope that doesn't have an impact on my gameplay. So so so SO happy to be with Ricky that's like a tight lock right there already so we're off to a good start but we gotta work the social game to turn our two into a majority. These challenges always stress me out but we'll see what we can do I guess lol

I am overwhelmed but in a good way! SO many new faces and that makes me so happy! I really hope that our tribe wins immunity this go around, I'm semi worried about all the young ones forming an alliance and trying to get the older ones out but for now I'm going to focus on WINNING! I was so happy to see that Abbey and Ashley Sarah were on my tribe. Abbey is SUCH a sweetheart, I really like her and I've played with her before but never on the same tribe I think, and Ashley Sarah and I came into the community at the same time (one of our mutual friends saw an application for a game and got us to apply and the rest is HISTORY) and she is my BEST FRIEND! So I'm super excited and I'm sure we're going to stick together but also see who else we can talk to and try to work with! I really like everyone so far and I think that we'll do really good in this challenge unless someone goes out and gets a tattoo.

My first impressions of everyone so far are good! Amanda was the only one who reached out to me when the game started, so I'm a bit worried I'm missing out on making social connections, but it's only the first night, so I shouldn't be too stressed. I just need to reach out to others but I'm so nervous! Everyone is intimidating and I'm scared. Signing up for the different items for immunity was stressful because by the time I actually got the document to load, everyone had taken everything I was going to sign up for and it was really sad. I took pictures of things anyway, and if the people who signed up for stuff don't follow through, I've got a few things covered. Moving forward in the game, I want to continue to talk with Amanda and reach out to Gwen, Francie, Ali, and Nayeli. I'll see how that works out for me. (Sorry if this is too long LOL)

Okay. So a thirteen year old is here which is cool. I feel bad for saying this, but she might be easily to befriend and manipulate since she does seem a bit aloof and awkward. Abbey seems sweet, but she marked down a lot of things with her name on it for the challenge. She seems like she might be a leader-type. Setting herself up for either success or demise here. Putting a huge target on her back, but I'm probably reading too much into it. There seem to be few boys in the tribe. Now as Aja said, "I don't wanna be the one, but I'm going to be the one." An all boys alliance could hold some potential here. Bryce seems nice. We both shared out thoughts on Australian Survivor and I feel like we have a connection. Zoe added me to what appears to be an alliance chat. I don't know if she did that by accident but if she wants to come to me that's fine. Every seems cool otherwise.

I'm really liking my tribe they all seem really cool and since it seems like a lot of people in the tribe are first timers too I feel more comfortable but I haven't found my footing in the tribe yet and haven't really talk to anybody which could be horrible if we lose the immunity challenge

Alright, I made a confessional not even at hour ago but here's another one: I love Toph. We bonded because we were both newbies and then he brings up alliances and since I had none, I hopped on it. We have yet to think of a name because neither of us are creative enough but we're trying. Toph wants to start fake alliances and share information with each other while backstabbing members of the tribes without anyone realizing we're working together. He even wants to plan a fake fight (He's a messy one, but I love him) in the tribe chat sometime later in the game just to make sure people don't suspect us of working together. I love it. I told him my strategy going in was mainly social. I wanted to pick out one person then go from there, making alliances around them and only being loyal to that one person. He said he had the same strategy. I think it's beautiful. Maybe I'm naïve, though, and he plans to backstab me just like he plans to backstab everyone else... but for now, I love Toph. I hope we can make it far and our messy plans play out well.

I love everyone in my tribe so far, but Mo searching for the idol right after it's announced that you can seems really darn fishy.

Oh my lord i am so happy to be here you have to idea! so right now im trying to be as friendly and fake with everyone as possible! Me and emily hit it right of the ball. And i think me and her can go far! But you never know if that bitch gets to wicked I'll easily cut her. Other then that shes cool and a great sloid in my plan! Amanda is really awesome as well! But she seems to have a strong social game and i'm worried about that. She might need to be snipped before merge! Micheal and gwen seem to post and say similar things so I don't trust them. Everyone else just seems dry and like a deadweight so thats a perfect body shield! So currently me and emily have an alliance that seems solid, where both here to play messy and backstab and cause pain! Emily, Amanda and I have made an alliance but Amanda has no clue shes on the outskirts opps! So as of that everything looks great and i hope we lose are challenge to see blood shed!

Rafael THOUGHT he would be sneaky and search for the idol at 5am. He was wrong, this is even more suspicious than in Mo's case because he said he was searching for it when most of the tribe was there. Rafael did it when he thought everyone was asleep, which raises many red flags.

Meeting everyone was such an experience. There are so many people to talk to its a little overwhelming. But there are a few people like will, raphael, zoe, and zipzap? that I found I have a good talk to. Mo seems hard to talk too and I can't tell if he likes me or not hsadkj

So far the cast seems super fun!!! I love the new faces and finally getting game with abbey!!!! It's def an uplifting experience and I'm hoping the energy continues!!!!

I'm hesitant to tell my tribe I'm going to be out of town because I swear, I have the vacation curse! I just hope that we win the next few tribals!

I like everyone but idk who to vote out because they all seem so nice and nonthreatening. This is the least exciting confession ever but it's true.

I've talked the most with Ali (the player not the host), Toph, and Amanda and I'd be interested in forming an alliance with them. Gwen and Michael seemed cool. Shoutout to Amanda for getting like half the items in the scavenger hunt. The real MVP.

After day/night one I feel very happy with the tribe I'm on we seem very solid and like we can take on the other team if we lose this first challenge I'll be shocked. There's also people that I'm vibeing with but idk if I should attempt at working with them or not because I don't want to put a target on my back by forking the first alliance. Also Amanda has expericene with these types of games and I like her but that could make her a dangerous person to have on our tribe so if we lose i might have to campaign to get her out

I'm suspicious of these people.

I love ricky yes I do!!!! but also I like can't get a read on anyone - I know abbey and other amanda are usually hosts which is... interesting, zoe's very young, and ruthie was there for my "iconic" bbsinnoh mess so we have a whole cast of characters here a nice fun bunch!!! it's definitely too early to think about alliances though we'll get there when we get there

Everyone's really gay and I McLove it. No arguments from my knowledge so far, the hosts are very nice, everything's going well I think?

I'm trying to decide who I might want to work with. So far I really like Rafael and Amanda, but Amanda told me that she saw that Rafael edited the message saying that he was going immunity idol hunting, which is shady as fuck. I'm a bit wary but I like both of them. I'm trying to also figure out who I'd vote out if we lose the challenge--hopefully nobody. I asked a few people who they would vote out, and we seemed to mostly be on the same page, but then again--this is a game of lying.

I'm sensing some social beasts already like Mo and Amanda G. since they seem to talk a lot in the chat. Also Abbey, while nice, is also someone who looks to be might be really active in completing comps so it'll be good to keep her around until merge. Zoe and I have been chatting with each other, nothing game specific, but I think we are getting close. I want to see if I strike up an alliance with her after the challenge. Also, Will has started messaging me directly a bit, and we seem to be growing a bit close, but that could be an act. I feel like keeping him around for the numbers. Bryce has not completed his things on the list. I mean I didn't either, but that's why I removed the one thing I didn't get so I don't become a target if we lose for "not helping the team." However, I doubt our team will lose since we have a lot of checked off things on our list. The people we went looking for the idol were Amanda G, Zoe, and Mo. Zoe told me she didn't find it, but I'm hesitant to ask where she looked. Some people are not engaging in the chat as much like Ricky, Ruthie, and Ashley, so I suspect people will target them if we lose. By the first elimination, I would like to see if me, Zoe, and Will could be in an alliance together. Abbey seems like a person I see myself aligning with too, but that seems less likely. If I had to pick someone to go home it would be either Ashley or Mo. Ashley because she has not engaged in the tribe, so she seems easy to pick off if I were in trouble. Mo would be a better choice since he's already building up likability.

Before today, I thought my social game was prettt shitty. But now I think I'm alright. The only people I haven't had food conversations with are Michael and Nayeli. Amanda Lynn, Toph, and I have started an alliance called Merge Hopefuls. We're pretty cute. I love Amanda. She's super sweet and great at challenges. And Toph is great as well. But they both worry me. Amanda worries me because she's so good at everything. And everyone likes her. I'm worried that she's aligned with everyone and that she'll make it to merge without breaking a sweat. I trust her and I want her to keep me safe for a bit, but it also makes me uneasy. And as for Toph, he's low key crazy. He wanted to throw the first immunity to make sure some lines were drawn and he wants to start a big fake fight. He wants to get big targets out early and all this stuff, but I'm just trying to lay low! I've been trying to be Toph's voice of reason and I keep telling him we need to wait a bit before stirring things up. We don't want to be the first out on our tribe. I think he thinks he's invincible, but he's not! He worries me. But I'm going to stick with him for that reason. He's going to do something crazy and then he'll get burned for it, but I'll stay clear of it. Especially if Toph doesn't want people to know we're working together. Another note: I think Toph made the exact same "final two" deal with Amanda that he did me. Which wouldn't be smart. Amanda is hella good at this and everyone can tell. He'd be smarter sticking with me. But I'll let him decide. >:-) Other tribe members I want to work with include Ray, Francie, Gwen, and Ali. Which is like almost the whole tribe. But Amanda Lynn really likes Ray and I think we could make a good alliance with Amanda Lynn, Toph, Ray, and I. I like Francie a lot because she's also very good at comps and seems loyal. I like Gwen because she's so funny and good at comps. And I like Ali because he's adorable??? He's just so nice to me I want to work with him. Aundra, Nayeli, and Michael are hard to have conversations with I think. But everyone else I get along with very well! I'm hoping our tribe wins the first immunity so we don't have to go to tribal this week. If we lose, I'd want to vote out one of the three above mentioned. But I love the tribe as a whole. I think we get along very well and are good at working in teams. I tried not to step on anyone's toes this challenge but I did take one of Amanda's pics and one of Nayeli's. But Amanda did like half the list so I don't think she minded. I'm so excited for our next comp and this one isn't even over. I think I'm addicted to ORGs. Anyways, love! -Emily

Well looks like we all are going to tribal. I'm hoping for an Ashley elimination honestly or maybe Bryce, but the latter did put in his submissions early. OH HONEY! So me and Zoe formed an alliance that seems really solid. However, Zoe also said she was added into an alliance with Amanda and Will who both are suspicious of me. I'm shook! But when I asked Abbey, she proceeded to dodge the question and Ruthie goes searching for the idol. Pretty suspect. Me and Zoe are planning on getting the outsiders on our side (Ashley and Ricky) after tribal. Hopefully it goes well. Mo is also a potential ally. What's the tea? What's the tea bitch is that we won that challenge hunty! And i am living for it! I was kinda hoping we lose so i could see where the line was drawn but i guess i need to wait! So aundra asked me if i wanted to be in an alliance with her and I agreed with a sly smirk!! Aundra, Micheal, Emily, and I are "working" together in a little alliance called "badass". Aundra wants to get Amanda L out and I can't wait to expose that bitch and get her sent home! I honestly acting so friendly towards everyone and it's funny because im actually planning there demise! These first few days have been super exciting. I really like who I'm working with so far. I'm closest with Amanda Lynn and Toph. I'm still working on becoming Gwen and Ali's BFF. It's a little difficult. Top and I finally decided on a name to call ourselves: Tophily. It kind of sounds like taffy but cuter. But that's as creative as we could get with names. Top, Amanda Lynn, and I went idol searching and BOTH OF THEM MESSED UP AFTER FIVE NUMBERS. But it's three am I can't blame them tbh. Anyway, I didn't find the idol either. But at least I searched my fifty numbers. Once again, Toph continues to scare me with his wild plans to cause chaos. He wants to get everyone to target Amanda Lynn (A smart idea in my mind. Girl has a wonderful social game and is great at comps, she needs to be out pre-merge.) and then use the idol on her! He hasn't even found an idol and he's planning this! I am continuously shook by his plans because they're either 1. Incredibly devious and he doesn't seem like a devious person, or 2. Incredibly stupid but I want him to do it just so he learns that this type of game play is dangerous. Especially early on! I keep giving him rational ideas and alternatives to these plans, but I don't think he's going to stop until I give him permission to do some damage. Whenever he does, I do not want to be attached to it in anyway. I'm going to try and distance myself from him and tell him not to tell people we're close. He's close with both Aundra and Michael (People I'm not close with) and refused to be in an alliance with them unless I could come with. Um? Toph? What happened to staying low key? Now they know we're working together? And the alliance is not going to work out because I don't think any of the four of us have any intention on staying loyal to it. It's called the Bad Ass Alliance because it's a bad alliance, not because we're cool. Anyway, I'm enjoying my night of immunity, but I'm still excited for the next challenge tomorrow night! The plan has changed. Ashley is back to being the target. I've gotten to know Ruthie and I'm already planting seeds for an alliance. If she stays, I have stronger numbers. But a lot of people's names have been going around. I'm scared that the vote will split with Ruthie going home. I'm not excited about it. If Ashley stays, that puts me in danger since I was a component to her downfall.

Okay I didn't find the idol, I really hope Ashley finds it with this search so that she won't be voted out! I think I'm going to tell people that she told me she found the idol and then I'm going to just PRAY that I'm not the backup vote! I'm so nervous about all of this I really hope she finds it! I'm scared that I'll be the back up vote if she doesn't find it and I try to play it off like she does.

Okay so, this game started while I was at work and then I got fucked up last night so i honestly don't even know what's going on, all I know is that I love Will so much, love Abbey to death. Everyone else is irrelevant and apparently Will is pulling a lot of the strings right now so as long as I can sit there and look like a snack and have Will just pull me along, then it'll be fine. I do view Will as my closest ally right now and I have a lot of trust invested in him, and I believe he feels the same. Me and abbey have so much history and I know right now that's I'm never writing her name down but I don't know if I want to work with her or if it's just the excitement of being in a game with her again that's getting to me.
