A little late, but here are my February & March poems, by Benjamin Fondane (1898-1944)

Refus du poème

Les filles du chant sont venues:

Les vierges de sel du poème

m'ont dit: -"Il est temps qu'on nous aime!

Les douces mères du sommeil

me choient: "Couche-toi! Les orteils

qui brûlent autour de la terre...

La vieille édentée de la mort

m'a dit: - "Chaque cheval a son mors.

- O très chère, je songe à Prague !

Je n'entends pas, je n'entends plus

I have so many -

Daniel has his own soundproof den at Trinity Gate incase everything gets too hectic and over whelming with all the vampires. It's a haven of Lava lamps, neon lights and collectibles. Only he and Daniel have key cards to enter.

Daniel gave Armand a locket of his blood on a special anniversary of his turning, a cut heart shaped amethyst with a hidden amulet behind it. Mixture of silver and gold settings.

Trinity Gate cats - Amber (red long haired queen) and Smokey (grey tabby tom). Guess which cat vibes with Armand or Daniel.

Armand makes sure Marius has red and gold trimmed velvet curtains to put up on his bespoke large four poster bed (Trinity gate, the chateau) if he so wishes

Daniel buys Marius paint by numbers sets every Christmas just as a running joke

Armand buys Louis bookmarks and leaves them in whatever volume he's currently engrossed in as a love token

Marius gave Armand a pocket watch with two working faces - the first a copy of the one Amadeo bought in Venice, the second with a miniature copy of the night sky he showed to him when he was turned

Oh, I love all of these. The paint by numbers present is aboslutely a thing, and Armand would totally go on the hunt for antique fabrics and trimmings for Marius's bed (there's actually an entire store on Etsy I have looked at and bookmarked for inspiration on this front, because they stock exactly the kind of 16th century fringe and embroidered pillows they would both love)

But then. Then you go and hit me not only with the locket of blood from Daniel, but also the watch from Marius? The sentiment behind each of those is so lovely and wonderful, I'm going to be emotional and sappy over that for hours now.

i believe in hope at first sight! i believe you can see someone and be super attracted to them and want to know more and feel the possibility of loving them for a long time. soulmates aren't found, they're made. u meet someone, u get a good feeling, and then you get to work building something like love

i always loved the twelve dancing princesses as a kid. i will say that cinderella lends itself super well to different iterations.

Okaaaaaaay, 1969 Ranger headcanons~ Jamie is a British born and raised daughter of immigrants, of Romani and Sylheti ancestry. She specializes in rocking guitar tricks on stage and is a vocalist of highest elegance. She squatted in a lot of abandoned buildings in her teens because she didn't want to put a drain on her family in a career that might never have gotten off of the ground. If she survived the moon, she would have had impact scars that looked like lightning streaks or eternal bruising. Probably bisexual. Nikolai is actually closest to Jamie in the aftermath of shared survival due to their having both received battle scars--though his were slightly more taken care of by Alpha and Zordon, he still has a huge portion of his right side and back covered in burns that look like clouds--much more than he ever got as a spy. He drinks so much tea that Terona once joked he was more British than Jamie and got tackled by the both of them. Is romantically inclined towards either gender, but doesn't care for sex. Daniel has internal scarring from his helmet and air supply being damaged on the moon--made worse by the fact that he was, apparently, allergic to moon dust. Now he is prone to pneumonia and other chest problems if he doesn't keep on top of it; but Terona and Grace constantly are on top of him with sweaters and meds and care tips. And despite not exactly being thrilled about being assigned pink, he is just the same as other Rangers in adapting it into his wardrobe--mostly socks and underwear, but still. Also, as a hippie, he's constantly exploring his own self, so he's never really settled on a particular sexuality. Terona, once getting back in the states, tracked down Daniel in Greenwich Village at anti-war, bring the troops home type rallies; introducing himself proper as an army medic who intended to get into actual nursing. Which he did, with another degree in biology and technology once Grace tracked the whole lot of them down and revealed she'd kept the Green Psycho Dagger for reverse engineering, intending to improve the world--Zordon did not approve originally, but was brought to see reason because Terona is VERY persuasive in ways that Grace ISN'T. Possibly bisexual, but leans hard towards men. He has a white inked tattoo along his back with all the names of his team tracing his spine. Grace has a belly ring that she got when she was thirty and Promethea really started getting off the ground, though she will always maintain it was due to the rest of her team bullying her into it (Jamie, Jamie did most of the "bullying"). Being the Red, she gets anxious when she's far away from her team, so she's also the one that got them either shared apartments or housing or a place inside Promethea where nobody else can go except her team and this new brood they're teaching. Jason once asked her if a Tyrannosaurus really was the ancestor of chickens after he caught her and her team piled together in a hoard of pillows with her making sure they were all covered in blankets and she dragged him out to check on his own team.

😭 So much thought and feelings went into these headcannons! I love it! My favorite is Jamie bullying Grace into a bellyring!

i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.

Having a vagina honestly sucks bc it's like you have to do fucking alchemy just to prevent yourself from getting sick. You've got an intricate ecosystem of microorganisms down there that you're dependent on for your own well-being and they can be set off by the tiniest fucking thing

Keeping your pubes too short can cause yeast infections, but letting them get too long can also cause yeast infections. Washing the area with specialized soap can help prevent yeast infections, but it can also cause them. Your periods can cause yeast infections, and so can the medicine you take to stop your periods. Having sex can cause yeast infections, especially if the person you're having sex with is diabetic (???). Being diabetic can cause yeast infections. Wearing the wrong clothes or eating the wrong things can cause yeast infections. Not getting enough fucking sleep can cause yeast infections. The list is neverending

Luckily, yeast infections are fairly easy to treat with OTC medicine that you can find at any Walmart. BUT! Even if all of your symptoms indicate that you have a yeast infection, you have to take a test first to confirm that it's a yeast infection (they do not sell the tests at Walmart) bc you might actually have the opposite of a yeast infection (bacterial vaginosis) which has the exact same symptoms as a yeast infection but is caused by an imbalance of different microorganisms. And if you use yeast infection medicine to treat a bacterial infection it will light your pussy on fire. So if you have a bacterial infection, you must instead visit your local witch doctor (gynecologist) and get prescribed special potions (antibiotics) to treat it
