So what did you think, besides the stupid time jump?

I think pretty much every character, couple and story was a mess - but that's where this show is famous for, so I'm just taking it as it's served. 😂😂 Would have liked some more Gigi though, since she might be leaving and all. They could at least compensate that with a shitload of (Dani and) Gigi in these first episodes.

Won't say too much else, as I expect that most haven't watched yet. But yeah, a time jump... how shitty is that? Feels like I missed a complete season to be honest. Did they even explain what happened to Dani after her arrest?!

The L Word Gen Q may be... lacking in storyline this season, and i hate not having Gini on my screen, and Shane is being stupid (ily girl, but you are), and there is way too much Finley for me, and if i'm honest i don't like Mikah cause the only thing's interesting about him is him being trans and not white and it's a shame cause they had a potential with him, and just like with Max, they blew it.

BUT!!!

Angie is amazing. I won't hear anything else. The actress is bloody GOOD and the character is sweet and makes sense!! Love her!

Alice is still Alice. I will love her forever. The only thing that's been bothering me is that she's being the target of the showrunners this season. Like leave her alone. Give her an interesting love interest if you must. Bring. Back. TASHA!!!!

TLW GEN Q S3 E1 Live React

Spoilers ahead obviously*

I dont care about Sophie and Finley, I actually care about Finley's sobriety plot and how that will play out. I actually enjoy seeing so many sober characters but the introduction and jump to the sad letter was abrupt. I personally couldn't grasp any emotional response to it.

Shane and Alice being the greatest uncle and aunt to Angie is my favorite thing.

I was yelling, "Angie take the cash!" because I was a broke college kid once and that's a valuable ass 20 bucks.

I wish Micah had more of a dang on story line, but him and. are so cute.

Dani and Gigi are hot together visually, but the lack of what fire should be there is dull. That being said I don't get why they are on the verge of imminent breaking up? I got the vibe Dani was gonna be a bit jealous of Gigi's life with the kids.

Tibette has chemistry like a hell of a lot of it in those moments where its just them. Those two actors just steam when they are around each other.

Shane is so cool and will forever be so fucking cool.

I still cannot stand Sophie, she is to me what Jenny is to everyone else.

Kehlani is so fine with that raspy ass voice, but two natural flirts existing in the same space is dangerous as hell. I'm so glad that Shane has grown because they definitely thought about it, but stuck to the task at hand.

I internally gag and cringe everytime Finley and Sophie start on their bullshit
