According to The Guardian, during protests in Britain, demonstrators shouted "death to the Islamic Republic" and assaulted police officers guarding Iran's embassy in Knightsbridge.
According to police officials, twelve persons were held on "suspicion of violent disruption" and five police officers were injured during the protests. "We respect people's right to protest peacefully and always work with organisers to make that possible," said Commander Karen Findlay of the Metropolitan Police in a statement. "However, we will not tolerate protests that leave other communities feeling unsafe or unprovoked attacks on our officers, as we have seen today."

For those who haven’t seen, there’s a teen (18) who’s gone viral for absolutely ridiculous pranks that have involved taking someone’s dog as well as walking into strangers homes.
He was arrested, fined and given a TV interview with Piers Morgan in the UK;

And while Piers is probably one of the worst people to “host” as he never lets anyone speaks and says some more than questionable things, my focus here is this young man.
HOW? WHAT? WHERE? WHEN? AND WHY?!!!
Where are these boys parents/guardians? Family? Are they ever going to address or discipline him?? Because their son is growing up to be an absolute menace. He’s a whole 18 and just knows better than these “pranks” and to just act like it’s just not a thing too? HE’S WHOLE ASS WALKING UP IN HOUSES LIKE RALPH YARL WASN’T SHOT FOR *KNOCKING* ON THE WRONG DOOR?!!!
It’s so disappointing that the youth of these days don’t recognise the laws, the real dangers they’re putting themselves in in-order to go viral, DAILY.
WAKE THE F*CK UP!!!
And there’s people truly making comment on the fact that he “may” have this and that, but truly, what if he’s just trouble?
My point, and my advice is this - and it’s simple. When making content, involving the public or not, ask yourself this ——
Is it really worth the risk of someone locking off your jaw or unaliving you? Are you really willing to do time or go sleep forever over a piece of content?
Cos the answer is no. If you’re struggling, it’s really no. This generation need to realise being viral for all of 5 minutes isn’t the be all and end all, anything you do in life you are going to have to work at it - there’s really no easy way to be successful.
This guy’s continuously upping the anti on his pranks and challenges, SO many kids are. We need to be a bit more aware, ourselves, of what the next generation are doing in order to get likes and follows - if we don’t step in and give some direction, it ends up with more kids like Mizzy.
If I was his Mum, he wouldn’t have a phone and he wouldn’t see the light of day nor his friends for the foreseeable future. If I was his Dad, I would rock his jaw until he thought I was sending him back to God 😂
He’s made his family look a mess, himself, his entire lineage. 18, and what university or business is willingly offering a place to someone like this? Cancel culture is very much here and real. The fact that he STILL can’t even seem remorseful is so deafeningly stupid to me.
Hoping someone can get through to this boy, honestly. There are so many other ways to become a successful content creator beyond being a foolish, self centred, unaware, out of control young adult that chases clout for views and likes this.
18 is old enough to know better. Period.

Visual design and humor share some interesting parallels, especially when it comes to the concepts of tension and recognition. Great visual design often works by creating a balance between familiarity and novelty. An effective design needs to resonate with the audience's prior knowledge and expectations ('familiarity') but also needs to provide something new or unexpected ('novelty') - equivalent to the punchline in a joke. This tension and subsequent release engages the viewer and makes the design memorable.
For example, a designer might use a familiar visual language or iconography in an unconventional way, surprising the viewer and making them see the familiar in a new light. This tension and recognition make for an engaging viewer experience, draw attention, and enhance recall, similar to how a good joke works.

One In Three Female Surgeons In UK Have Been Sexually Assaulted, Reveals Survey
90% of women had witnessed some form of sexual misconduct, survey revealed.
Female surgeons in the United Kingdom have been sexually assaulted, and in some cases raped by colleagues, in the past five years, a new survey has revealed. The study, published in the British Journal of Surgery (BJS) and shared with the BBC, examined sexual conduct in the UK surgical workforce over the past five years. It found that almost one in three female surgeons working in the NHS (National Health Service) have been sexually assaulted by colleagues.
As per the survey, registered surgeons - men and women - were invited to take part completely anonymously and 1,434 responded. It found that 30% of female surgeons who responded said they had been sexually assaulted, 29% of women had experienced unwanted physical advances at work, over 40% had received uninvited comments about their body and 38% received sexual "banter" at work.
"90% of women, and 81% of men, had witnessed some form of sexual misconduct," the BBC reported citing the study.
The survey concluded that men and women surgeons are "living different realities". "Sexual misconduct occurs frequently and appears to go unchecked in the surgical environment owing to a combination of a deeply hierarchical structure and a gender and power imbalance. The result is an unsafe working environment and an unsafe space for patients," it added, as per The Guardian.

The survey also found that there is a lack of faith in bodies such as NHS Trust, the General Medical Council and the Royal Colleges to tackle the problem. Only 15.1% of women regarded the GMC as adequate in their handling of sexual misconduct. Evaluations of National Health Service Trusts were comparatively low. Only 15.8% of women rated them as adequate and 44.9% of men.
"We need a major change in investigation processes so they become external and independent, and are trusted in order for healthcare to become a safer place to work," said Professor Carrie Newlands, consultant surgeon from the University of Surrey.
Further, the report said that for staff, workplace harassment could be detrimental to their physical and mental health, with cases even leading to self-harm and victims contemplating suicide. The researchers called for action to improve the culture in the surgical workforce and "create adequate mechanisms to deal with perpetrators".
