Apparently the P.Ts were meant to comment on the DLC outfits you put them in. Lines for Joker wearing them, and lines for wearing them themselves.

This was going to be Akechi's comment for wearing the butler outfit (I'm kinda bummed the men automatically get put in Butler outfits. gender equality, the maid outfits do not discriminate!)

I thought fellow Akeshu/ShuAke fans would enjoy this and I haven't seen this talked about enough.

The events in P3 took place near Maruki’s palace

In P5 Royal, there is unused DLC outfit dialogue. When you make Joker wear a Gekkoukan outfit, Ryuji would say this:

Gekkoukan High School’s uniform? Oh, that’s that one school near Odaiba.

Odaiba. Sounds familiar? That’s where Maruki’s Palace was located during the 3rd semester.

Also in the P3 map, you see a stadium. Given the Persona timeline, the stadium that becomes Maruki’s Palace wasn’t built yet because it was still in construction during P5 Royal (a game took place YEARS after the events of P3).

But this is just an interesting thing I felt like pointing out.

The information Ryuji gave us, also means that P3 took place in Tokyo. Thanks Ryuji! ☺️

More thoughts

Maruki’s Palace portrays the themes of Sorrow and Sadness (shown by the Will Seeds), plus the palace theme (Gentle Madman) sounds melancholic. It’s not too dissimilar to some of P3′s themes of depression, grief, and apathy.

P5R’s “bad ending” during the 3rd Semester is also pretty similar to P3′s “bad ending”. The teams’ memories being altered, living in blissful ignorance, not knowing what’s really happening.

In The Answer, Mitsuru mentioned about SEES not being able to reform society. It seems to me that society in Tokyo will become very apathetic (the deadly sin of Sloth) and eventually create Yaldaboath and Mementos in several years. This will become the Phantom Thieves’ problem later on in P5.

Updates: Screenshoted from same device for better quality, also grabbed the non translated Kasumi mouse line

and unfortunately apparently the "Cuter" line is not even originally Akechi's. The line originally belongs to Futaba as Navi and is also properly voiced.

The line being used for Akechi sprite must be just a natural replacement or something because there's no indication that the uploader edited it in himself.

Ah well, a shipper can dream 😔. I still wanna hear Robbie say the line.

I'm gonna keep my original text below but my words mean nothing now.

So, I heard about the existence of this line according to an Akeshu comic but I didn't see it in any videos documenting Akechi's Navigation Quotes but then I found THIS video. It is real!

Unfortunately it looks like the line was translated but never voiced. There's one for Yoshizawa turning into a mouse too but that dialogue didn't even get the courtesy of being translated to English so I have no idea what he says for her.

"Joker's a mouse! He's cuter, but he can't do anything!" - Akechi.

I'm sorry sir, what?

"He's cuter, but he can't do anything!"

Joker in mouse form is "cuter"

Not, "He's cute." Or "He's kinda cute now."

If this line wasn't removed or had at least an official voiced audio, the Enraged line wouldn't be the only thing making us Akeshu fans squeal.

Yusuke: Absolutely. It is an unparalleled luxury to lay sight on the physical manifestation of another's self-image. Not just any artist can claim to have borne witness to the likes of Personas, or Mementos. It would be foolish not to use this opportunity to incorporate these concepts into an art piece.

Akechi: I... see. Well, you have fun with that.

Yusuke: Ah, before you go. Would you be so kind as to show me your own Persona? I'd love to use him as a model for one of my sketches.

Yusuke: Yes... His murderous screeching may be unsettling, but I've come to realize that is simply a part of who he is. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to paint a portrait of him, knowing this...

Makoto: If you do, I'd love to see it. ...I'd like to hear what he thinks of it, too.
