🥰 This No-Bake Avocado Mousse Tart looks heavenly!

Method: 1️⃣ Line a 20cm tart tin with baking paper.

2️⃣ Process nuts, cocoa powder, sea salt, and soaked dates until the mixture sticks together. Press into the tart tin and chill.

3️⃣ Melt chocolate, set aside to cool.

4️⃣ Process filling ingredients (except melted chocolate) until smooth. Add melted chocolate and combine.

5️⃣ Scoop mixture into the chilled tart base, smooth over, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!

I had a bunch of fresh food that needed using up this weekend so I toggled my brain and came up with a way to use all the ingredients at once so they didn’t go to waste. And viola! A Caesar-like salad that actually tastes so good! 🥗 Rather happy with myself coming up with this tasty meal working with the resources I had. This made 2 massive meals and here is an approximate recipe: I cut two slices of bread into cubes then bake until golden and crispy. Marinated cubes of tempeh in soy sauce then fried in oil until crispy. Combined the bread and tempeh in a bowl with cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, kale and vegan cheese then drizzled over a sauce of vegan mayo, mustard, lemon juice and crushed garlic. And let me tell you, this was 👌 Take this as a prompt to check your fridge and pantry and use up any bits and pieces of food before they go bad and need to be thrown out. Beatiful coastal scenery in Camber Sands, England… freshly sprinkled with litter.

This disgusting behaviour has to stop. My mind always wanders into medieval times for inspiration when thinking how to stamp this out most efficiently. As it clearly doesn’t come natural to them, these bozos have to learn the hard way. If they can’t help it, the bozos should be confined to stay at home and litter all they want on their living room floor. And invite the whole town to come and bring along some more litter to drop off in bozos’ bedroom and backyard as they clearly enjoy living dirty so much!

What is shown here is literally a tiny drop in the litter ocean - a powerful global anti-littering campaign is well overdue. It is, literally, in our hands!!!…
