what senses do they most rely on ? detail one secret shame your character feels ? when does your character think that violence is justified or deserved ? ( still accepting )
Ariel definitely leads with her compassion, to the point where it surpasses her logic very often! She thinks being a person is kinda pointless if you don't have a sense of curiosity and wonder for the world around you. She doesn't understand people who cut themselves off to so many of the great things about them and speak in absolutes, as if they've figured life out for themselves and their word is the ultimate truth. Even if someone has more experience than she does, she refuses to believe that any one thing is entirely bad and that all comes from her compassion. That's why there was never a universe in which she would let Eric drown- contact between the human world and the merworld may be forbidden, but that doesn't mean she'd let a living being meet their demise if she could do something about it!
Okay, this might seem strange given my last answer, but she doesn't love her family and it eats away at her. She has love for them, but she's always felt a deep sense of betrayal that they go out of their way to not understand her and a suspicion that, for as reckless as she can be at times, she always makes sure to never tell them where she actually was or what she was up to or who she knows because she doesn't trust them. She feels like a bad person though when she thinks about how miserable life with them is and often talks herself into loving them because, after all, they're family and not liking your family makes you sound like some type of awful person especially since it isn't like any of them are bad...but, certain people just weren't meant for each other, and even if they talk through an argument, there's too many differences and triggers and too much of past there for her to feel fully comfortable or accepted by them. The best she could do is love from a distance.
So, Ariel is someone who sometimes contradicts herself, and her attitude toward violence definitely fits here. In her head, violence is never justified...but if someone does something intentionally that's genuinely rotten to the core, she will attack without thinking! She's basically that tweet where Chris Evans threatened to beat up that conservative person who was anti some movement when he next saw them lol

In light of the current spam bot epidemic, it’s so refreshing to get a follow and see it’s from someone with a normal, trustworthy name, like “pikachus-third-nipple”

Hug
It's nearly impossible to have a quiet and peaceful day with the crew, like the strawhats. Nami is mostly used to the noise on Going Merry but one day she gets fed up with Zoro and Sanji arguing. Not only are they extremely loud, but they've also already broken way too many things during their fights.
She decides that If they want to act like brats, then she's going to treat them as such. So she makes them apologize and hug each other in silence for an hour. None of them are happy about this punishment, but Nami threatened to raise Zoro's debt, and Sanji couldn't say no to her. It could be worse.
It's awkward enough for them to not incite any fight for a long time and Nami is quite proud of herself. She knows it won't last forever but at least now she knows how to handle them. It inevitably happens again. And again. And again.
Much to her surprise, those fights became more and more frequent. And what's even weirder is that she could see the way both Zoro and Sanji occasionally glanced at her to make sure she was nearby. It's almost as if they wanted someone to make them hug each other. As if they needed an excuse.... these idiots.
Soon, they don't even need Nami's help. When they aren't busy training, cooking or fighting, they cuddle together. Sometimes Luffy or Chopper would join them, but most of the crew knew it was their time.
After two years spent separately, they became extremely clingy. It's no surprise when they start sleeping in the same bed. What is surprising is that despite them behaving like a lovey-dovey couple, those oblivious idiots are STILL unaware of each other's feelings.

theres a million blogs these days with names like "puppygirl-macrobulge" and "netflix-for-girl-balls" and whatnot who make 150 posts a day like "theyre all out of 'piss from a girl who's been holding it in all day playing factorio' at trader joes, whats the fcuking point of it all" and i gotta say, i didnt expect that to be its entire own genre of posting in the 2020s.
