In this meditation, you will step into your own private healing sanctuary. You will enter a sacred temple that is only available to you. Inside this temple, you will find a natural hot spring that flows up from the earth. As you soak in this water, you will heal your mind, body, and soul.
This meditation is part of the 30 Day Vibration Raising Journey. To get the journal and learn more go to https://www.melissa-field.com/30-day-vibration-raising-journey.html

This photo is from a trip I took many years ago in Greece. As a cat lover, I adored the surplus of cats everywhere. If there was ever a place where cats felt like Gods, it was Greece. I can only imagine how funny I looked, a tourist crouched down in the street of an ancient world, surrounded by ancient beauty taking photos of... cats.

Gardening is one of my favorite ways to calm my anxiety and get back to the present moment. I like to do the weed pulling and overall tending on Saturdays, with some watering and snail checks during the week. I hope you get a chance to get outside and relax with nature today too, whether it be in your own yard or on a walk or just a nice Saturday drive.

This little moth held so still and stayed on the flower forever while I took pictures. All the other ones flew away. Thanks for hanging out Mothy!

Bunny whiskers are the best! A family member currently has a littler of baby bunnies. Bunnies are so soft and soothing. I'm thinking about keeping one. Expect more bunny pics if I do (lots more - like hundreds).

Garden gnomes. You either love them or hate them. Me? I love them! I especially love these itty bitty ones my friend has in one of her garden pots.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling down, I put my hands on my heart and look up. Something about the act of lifting my chin and looking up towards the sky makes me feel better. If you're having a hard time of it lately, I hope today brings relief, inspiration, and a renewed sense of hope.

Dewdrops on basil? Yes please! If you have never grown basil, I highly recommend giving it a go. It's super easy and you will grow so much you'll be giving it away to delighted friends.

How was something as wonderful as lavender ever made? It's so perfect. I actually have a sprig of it on my desk next to me. I pick it up and smell it throughout the day. If you need instant moments of calm, grab a fresh lavender sprig, squish some of the flower between your fingers and... ahhhhh.

I absolutely adore fall. Are you with me? As far as things that can calm my anxiety go, pumpkins, chai lattes, and orange leaves top the list.

Hello! This is my first photo on Tumblr. I have decided to take up amateur photography to help with my lifelong anxiety and depression. This little moth is perched on my mint plant, which smells amazing.
I am looking forward to sharing photos on here and connecting with others on a similar journey. I hope you have a great day!
