poetry and literature saved me in so many ways, even when you’re reading something that is considered negative, that still makes me feel better because you’re realizing that you’re not alone in how you’re feeling, i keep small diary and write all of my favorite quotes/poetry i found on tumblr and read them in moements of despair.
