Just thought about Shuji and his height, how he deliberately does that doorway thing whenever you're talking with him because he likes to make you feel backed into a corner and hangs on the ledges and stuff flexing his arms around you, how he knows how deliberately distracting it is because he's just so big and tall and swallows the space in the entire doorway, looking down at you with that mischievous glint in his eye that always means he's up to no good.

Ah mmmm well

You know how in mermaid stories, the mermaid is typically the dumber one? I present to you the "and they were both scientists" plot.

Basically the concept is that mermechs and regular mechs can't talk to each other. But luckily even if they speak different languages they still use the same math~
