Pspsps hi how are you?

WHAT- I DIDNT SEE THIS. IVE BEEN BUSY WITH MY CLASSES BUT HIIII SJAIHDSJK, im good!! to sum it up, ive been studying, playing genshin, watching anime, and drinking boba (yes, i have a big boba addiction). ive only started playing genshin impact, buttttt it is a fun game! im trying to get xiao (character from genshin) right now lool.

and binge watching the good place + hunter x hunter! i did an all-nighter recently watching the two and ive never felt so energized and so tired at the same time. WEIRD COMBINATION BUT- IT WORKS.

i got my friend from my journalism class into anime, so im really happy about that. he's currently watching naruto, one piece, and i think erased??? we're gonna watch the promise neverland together sometime. AND I LOVE THE PROMISE NEVERLAND, it's—chef kiss basically

⊱┊a/n ; WHY IS TSUKISHIMA SO HARD TO WRITE EVEN THOUGH HE’S ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS?? (besides keiji, tooru, and koushi) anyway, yeah- i just felt like writing this out of the blue so im pretty proud of myself sojdjikfasjdfs. anyway, requests are open!

Tsukishima Kei was something else.

For starters, he wasn’t your average lovely dovey boyfriend who would go out of his way to set up candle lit dinners. And he’s definitely not the type of person who’d do pda. 

Unless he’s in the mood.

Dating Tsukishima Kei meant having to deal with his snarky attitude towards others—and you were okay with that. 

What you weren’t okay with, was him leaving you on ‘seen’ for more than a week. But given that there were upcoming exams, you figured he was busy studying back home. 

Even if you felt the urge to send him a quick morning/night text, it was best not to bother him. Stress was something you didn’t want to put on his shoulders. Not around this time.

Days passed, and you had yet to receive a text message from your very-much-loving boyfriend. 

So with your free time, you decided to catch up with your best friend’s love life (like the good friend you were). You’d knew it would take your mind off of him—it eased you a little. 

“How’s things going with your boyfriend?” Your best friend placed her hands on your shoulder, guiding you through the clothing store.

Daily outings were your thing. 

“He’s busy.” You responded, although you were a little hesitant, “Upcoming exams are this week.” 

Her radiant smile that settled on her face was replaced with a frown. “Still, he should make room for you in his schedule. I can’t watch my bestie be sad any longer!”

You rose your eyebrows as your eyes met with hers. 

“What do you mean? I’m not sad.” You hummed, scanning the clothing store for anything that catches your eye. 

She let out a few giggles in return as she removed her hands from your shoulders. 

“It’s written all over your face.”

Before you were going to retort with excuses, your phone began to ring from your pocket, it was a familiar ringtone that you had set for a specific person in your contact list.

Tsukishima Kei. 

Reaching for your phone, you felt a hint of happiness rushing from throughout your body. Your sad mood had been lifted. 

You answered the phone with a swipe of your finger as you placed the phone against your cheek. 

“Hey, are you with someone right now?” He questioned, trying his best not to breathe in his phone.

Furrowing your eyebrows, you glanced at your best friend who was now busy rummaging through the shirts that were on sale. Her hands filled with as many shirts as she could hold. 

“Yeah, I’m doing some shopping with someone right now. Why?” You tightened the grip on your phone. You weren’t the one to panic and assume things right off the bat, but that’s what you were doing right now. 

“Uniqlo?” 

Realizing that he was talking about the clothing shop you and your best friend were in right now, you whipped your head around.

Your boyfriend was standing outside the shop, with a bag. And from what you could tell, it was strawberry shortcake. Yours and Tsukishima’s personal favorite. 

With a smile making it’s way on your lips, you let out a sigh in relief, “Kei!”

“Don’t ever do that again, or so help me I’ll-” You said, once you’ve made your way out of the clothing store. 

A small smirk plastered on his face, “Or what-?”

College Finals

⊱┊a/n ; i just had to write this upon seeing a prompt, but im not sure where it’s from. anyway, this took 10 minutes or so to write. and somehow, my mind just came up with this on the spot lool.

There was nothing you hated more than college finals. You were stressed enough working at your part-time job that barely covered bills and groceries. It was beyond exhausting, you’ve never been a multi-tasker. Let alone, a good one.

Leaning back on a chair, a huff of frustration left your lips. Your head was beginning to throb due to the high concentration you were pulling. And no matter how hard you tried to ignore the headache, it still stuck with you.

A break is what you needed. Your head would probably explode from debilitation if you continued any further.

Just when you were going to get up from your seat, a few knocks came from the dorm entrance. The sudden knocks startled you, but luckily, not too much.

“Come in!”

The door opened ever so slighty, revealing a gray-haired setter who had his lips curved into a smile. Oh, also known as your boyfriend, the cutest person on the planet.

The door gradually opened as you called out your boyfriend’s name, “Suga!”

He was carrying a bag, and from what you could tell, it was two boba drinks. The signature milk tea with boba.

Sugawara followed your gaze over to the bag in his hand as he laughed. You always were very much keen of his laughs. They were light, sweet, and mainly above all⁠—perfect.

“I got you boba.” He spoke nonchalantly, “Although you already know that, huh?”

A smile emerged from your lips as you walked towards your boyfriend, embracing him in a hug.

“You’re the best Koushi.” You whispered in his ear. “I love you.”

karasuno’s music tastes and preferences

daichi would just bop to ‘one dance’ or ‘passionfruit’ by drake. KAHSHSHAJ. he’s defo that person who would play music during their morning jogs and daily exercises. i just feel like that’s something he’d do, ya know? he’s a huge john mayer fan, and he’d be constantly playing his music 24/7. daichi wouldn’t like the volume for his music too loud, something in the middle would suit him. well, unless he’s really feeling like it, but normally it’s in between loud and quiet. he’s the one to drum his fingers on the table whenever his favorite song would play. his top music genres are country, and pop.

suga would be on the more soft upbeat side, listening to artists like cavetown and rex orange county.... and maybe a hint of lofi for his study/relaxation needs. he’d play music while studying or on his way home from volleyball practices. he’s that type of person who would study at boba shops/cafes (i dunno what they’re called), with his laptop and a spotify tab open. HE’D LOOK LIKE A MESS AFTERWARDS WITH HIS UNRULY HAIR AND HALF-EMPTY BOBA DRINK IN HIS HAND but he’ll still look pretty. suga has his music volume pretty low, but at the volume where he could hear it. and he’s definitely the one who hums while listening to music :)) his top genres are indie pop, lofi, and anything soft.

asahi would definitely listen to ‘take me to church’ by hozier, like most definitely. and of course, elvis presley. although he’s quick to skip that one song ‘can’t help falling in love’ due to his non-existent love life. the song just kinda makes him sad. )): he always ends up listening to love songs for some reason though. like daichi, asahi listens to some soundtrack playlists (from his favorite movies or shows) and maybe even a bit of ricky montgomery. he likes listening to music someplace quiet, usually late at night when he’s about to sleep. he really doesn’t do much while listening to music besides closing his eyes and enjoying his tunes. asahi’s music volume is somewhat high during the day and somewhat low during the night. he doesn’t really have a certain music genre that he likes, just a bunch of everything.

hugeee joji and drake fan, listening to ‘fake love’ by drake and ‘slow dancing in the dark’ by joji. those are noya’s most favorite songs but he does have tons of songs that he listens to on a daily basis. just something energetic to get his day going. he has not, maybe once or twice, blasted some hip-hop music during volleyball practice that caused him to get in trouble. KAJSHDJAJ, that’s totally something noya would do. and even worse, the song he blasted was ‘wap’ by cardi b and megan thee stallion. anyway, he’s the life of the party with music and always keeps his music volume high —always. his top genres would be hip-hop, rap, and a bit of indie pop.

it isn’t a surprise that tanaka and noya have the same music taste. they even listen to music together, which is friendship goals lool. tanaka would listen to ‘20 min’ by lil uzi vert and ‘blinding lights’ by the weekend. his music volume would typically be at 100% but he does have ‘those’ 3 am feels where he listens to sad music so his music volume is low then. HE MADE A PLAYLIST DEDICATED TO KIYOKO and it’s like the cutest thing i swear. tanaka would listen to that playlist on a daily basis and would silently sing the lyrics. he also, has a secret sad playlist for himself ((: his top genres would be hip-hop, rap, and anything kiyoko listens to.

kageyama is a daniel caesar or conan gray type of person for sure. he listens to ‘the king’ by conan gray and ‘get you’ by daniel caesar regularly. actually, i expected him to listen to more rap, or hip-hop type of music but I feel like he’ll listen to more calming, yet more energizing music. he doesn’t go over the top with his music, unlike tanaka and noya who pretty much blast their music. this is surprising, but i think he’d be the person to listen to classical for some reason kasjjdjakaks. I KNOW, AT FIRST I THOUGHT KAGS WOULD LISTEN TO DRAKE (why is it always drake with me) OR KENDRICK LAMAR. he doesn’t really sing or hum, but you can tell by his facial expression that he enjoys listening to his music. he listens to indie pop, pop, and classical.

this tangerine baby listens to kpop and anything that he finds refreshing like, ‘dynamite’ by bts. i think that hinata would enjoy listening to cavetown, alongside sugawara. and the two would often talk about their favorite songs from cavetown together, which is the cutest thing in the world. his music volume would generally be a bit high and hinata would be the one to dance to his music. i dunno why, but i totally see that happening. well, he only dances to his music whenever he’s alone. KAGEYAMA WOULD CATCH HINATA DANCING AND WOULD BE LIKE ‘wtf are you doing.’ his favorite genres are kpop, alternative music, and lofi.

no, our angry-silent baby doesn’t listen to ‘wap’, sorry to disappoint you. tsukishima listens to ‘why’d you only call me when you’re high’ by arctic monkeys and ‘stressed out’ by twenty one pilots, you cannot change my mind with this. he’s defo the type of person to keep his playlists a secret. yamaguchi is the only exceptional person that tsukishima would share his playlists to. he occasionally hums, but that’s only whenever he’s alone, preferably in his bedroom at night. he just doesn’t like anyone to bug him whenever he’s listening to music, that’s why lool. his music volume is almost always low and he really only listens to pop, with the occasional mix of yamaguchi’s playlist. OH AND THIS GUY DOES REALLY LISTENS TO PODCASTS.

yamaguchi follows tsukishima’s footsteps with music, but sometimes, yamaguchi has his own taste in music too. he doesn’t really have a ‘taste’ in music, but does enjoy listening to soundtrack music from ‘the greatest showman’ and even musicals. his music volume depends on his mood, it could be high, low, or in between. there’s always a smile on his face whenever he’s listening to his favorite songs and it’s very very very wholesome. he doesn’t really have a certain genre that he listens to. yamaguchi is just exploring different music that he finds enjoyable to listen to.
