Week 3 PULL UP CHALLENGE: 10.5 reps! Hit the 10 rep target in three and a half weeks 😁 I’m literally chanting PUSH (and PULL) with my mind and I’m never sure where the true peak is in that moment. The first few reps always give me “mercyyyy” signals though, and thats normal. We all have a lot more in the tank than we think! Inhaling at the bottom and exhaling at the top gives you rhythm and keeps the core tight on the way up. . . ✨ Some observations: Not swinging as much, but still not strict Footage is at normal speed!
