Aster flowers are in the daisy family they remind me of chamomile. They are Venetian flowers that bloom and flourish at the end of fall the beginning of winter. They grow by railroad tracks. I use Aster flowers and Goldenrod flowers as well as other venusian attraction wildcrafted plants in my genie attraction oil. I was at the herbal shop the other day picking up some of my common herbs I use in my alchemical yummy products and I saw Aster flowers in a baggie for sale in the store.
