I still can't accept it and I certainly don't understand it. I love you and your spirits your energy your generosity and the way we always celebrated all the little things with such big open arms. Me and my Dad. We look a lot alike, right? I’ve been thinking about him as we couldn’t visit him on Fathers Day. He’s been a little sick lately. Have you ever met my Dad? He’s a really good guy- too nice sometimes. Retired from the LAPD after serving my hometown for 37 years. You may have heard him called “Detective Floyd” on my radio show. That’s him. He served at an MP. He was on college track & field. He got his degree in law at Cal State LA (where I later went). And even though my parents divorced, he was very involved in my childhood, fun vacations, coaching my sports teams, helping me write and deliver my speeches. My Dad supported my interests and my spirit for adventure. Thanks for so many important years you helped me get through and build my self confidence and belief in the ability to achieve my dreams. @pink went public today the she'd tested possitive for COVID-19. And this news sucks. Especially knowing her 2 little ones are at home. BUT the good news (and boy do we need some of that!) is that she's healthy & has just tested negative. . Part 2️⃣ of the good news is that she's spekeaing out to her millions of young fans to tell them "..the illness affects the young and the old, healthy and unhealthy.." as inspiration to Stay In & Be Safe.
