We're raising funds to finish the short film But I'm a Shoe, starring the Legend of Korra's Janet Varney as... a shoe!
Actually, as a girl who hates air-travel, so she uses a services that turns people into small objects for the duration of the flight. Oh, and guess what, it's partial live-action, partial animation!

The film is almost done! This is why this is a smaller-scale campaign, in order to finish post-production. We offer some cool perks, including this awesome pin. (Please be advised: adorable bun is NOT included!)
If you like to pitch in, truly every little bit helps us. We'd love your support and we'd love to give you something in return, but again, not the bun :)
We’re almost at a 1/3 of our goal to make this silly, mostly animated film, called But I’m a shoe and starring The Legend of Korra’s Janet Varney, and it’s not too late to join us and receive some really fun perks!
Happy to report that I’m working on my next film (the first one, starring Tovah Feldshuh, can be viewed here), and I will be joined by one of the nicest human beings - Janet Varney!
This short film, called But I’m a Shoe, follows a girl (that’s Janet!) who hates air-travel, and decides to use an experimental new service recommended by her friend (that’s me!) which transforms people into small objects for the duration of the flight, so they don’t have to endure the annoyance people usually suffer during flights.
She chooses to turn herself into... a yellow Converse shoe.
What can possibly go wrong? (everything, obviously.)
The film is mostly animated, with a little bit live action.
We’ve launched our Indiegogo campaign to raise our budget, where you can get super cute perks and some items signed by Janet, or even a character in the film designed based on you!
Gotta pay our cast, crew, animator, caterer, etc. We will also be filming in a live airport!
I saw a lot of speculations about the name since we haven’t heard about Nona yet in any of the books.
If we really do think that by the end of HtN Harrow was chilling at the back of Gideon's mind, and if we also do think that there's some amnesia involved, and considering the character at the epilogue should A. know who Camilla is, eventually, and B. does both necro and fighting, I wonder if Nona is actually NoNa, as in NOnageisimus + NAv.
Also the fact that the Ninth is crossed in the book name might be indicating the amnesia part. As in - she's (they are?) from the Ninth but they have no recollection of that.
What if the outcome of book 2 is some forgetful entity that is a combo of both souls this body is currently inhabiting?
