Those documentaries that came out and so many of those articles were straight up slanderous because they were damn tabloids, I don't get why people are still trying to use tabloids as proof when they were known for spreading rumors that often were not true in the slightest. This shit actually has me genuinely heated. I still sometimes think about how when I was ranting about some spoop stuff on main again, someone came into my asks and immediately just started calling me a transphobic because I called the creator of the series by what I last recalled them being called instead of just correcting me like a normal person about what their new name and pronouns were.

The funny part about that is that at the time after checking after receiving the anon, I wasnt even misgendering either, and also I'm am under the trans umbrella and had that fact in my bio so that was very outta left field for me.

I think Royal Road venting stories is great but ummm? They keep rejecting my story simply because they "think" the story will be sex focused and have illegal sexual activities???????? Huh??????

Is it because of what I named the story?????? I posted this story on AO3 over 2 years ago first, there are 15 chapters, it has specificity just been slowburn so far whilst the mc deals with randomly getting powers and having to try to learn to maintain them due to the consequences that come with having strong emotions whilst holding such strong power.

I put this in the tags so it's very clearly not sex centric at all for anyone that may assume it is?

Royal Road is making assumptions based of a title, vague synopsis(because I am bad at writing summaries) and just the first chapter of a story i started writing when I was 19 years old.

Do I just give up and start posting the story on here instead? Or do I remove the warning for sexual content(since I only put it there bc of implications and what I wanted to write in the future), add the tags I used on AO3 to make it less vague and try to resubmit again?

Aint no way am I legitimately seeing people defend a meth addict who stole her so's money and did identity fraud to get 3 credit cards for meth on Twitter bro... Like are you serious? You're defending this woman all because of your bad faith reasons of not liking Xanderhal. If the genders had been switched, these people would've been defending Xander.

Like how could you defend her when for one, she's in her 30s while Xander is a young adult, still fresh into his 20s and they met when he was 18-19 years old(because they were in a relationship for over 2+ years), he was paying for the cat's food and such, and was overall the one who had to scrape up enough money to pay rent on times.

A lot of people were suspicious of how he didn't know but some addicts are able to hide their addictions really well, but also I suspect that whenever she went out while he was streaming that's when she'd go out and indulge or she'd simply do so while he went to sleep as average viewers and followers know he has an abysmal sleep schedule and tends to sleep in a lot. There's also the frequent times where he'd talk about the random loss of money from his account and the times he'd found out random credit cards had been issued in his name with a bunch of money spent which he'd assumed at the time he'd been a victim to one of those gas station credit card scanning schemes but it most likely had been Lani.

People are also criticizing him for making fun of the addiction which is, yeah that's shitty, but it was also an emotional response to this absolutely outrageous shit that has happened to him and while yes we should humanize addicts more, addiction is addiction, it's destructive not only to the one with it, but even more so destructive to their friends, family, and loved ones that have to witness it. But also with him keeping the cat, why are people acting like he stole the cat and that he should give it back? What was he supposed to do, leave it in that empty apartment until she got out of jail? The cat is much better off in his care anyways, he may not have been the one that bought it, but he's been the one buying it all this food and toys, not to mention the fact that she's homeless, not stable I'm anyway like he is, she can't provide this pet shelter the way he can right now and I personally think it best that until she helps herself, he keeps the cat.

There's so many people siding with her despite the fact that ultimately she was the one with the most experience and power within the relationship, he's young and oblivious and that started dating pretty much when he was fresh outta high school and used him, I don't see how HE'S the one in the wrong here, yes he took her things, and kept her cat, was he just supposed to leave all of that in the apartment for someone else to just toss out and get rid of? Recently watched both Sonic movies for the first time, first one was pretty good, second one was kinda 'ehh' in the aspect of putting too many pop culture references that you're average sonic fan wouldn't get because Sonic as a video game and it's community, aren't typically weaved in or well versed in that much pop culture, the only time I really laughed at all or actually enjoyed the movie was the whole Rachel on her way to kill her FBI agent fiance and that was really it tbh :/
