RIDDLE is no fool. he knows what he’s feeling is something akin to love. he’ll deny this, push it back into the furthest part of his brain, so it doesn’t distract him from his responsibilities. but when he sees you, just going about your day, his mind can’t help but wander.

LEONA’S pretty much the same on the outside. but on the inside? he’s going crazy. it might be the way you dress, or the way you space out, but you’ve got the man wrapped around your finger and you dont even know it.

AZUL is….avoidant. he will memorize your routines just to stay away from you. why? because he’s a little bitch he gets too flustered when he sees you. just the slightest glimpse and he’s blushing and stuttering, which isn’t a good look for the mighty octavinelle dorm leader.

KALIM is still the cheerful guy, crush or not. he’s just sillier. like, for example, you decide to hang out with him that day. he will be giggling like his life depends on it.

VIL is softer. he’s softer on all people he’s closer with, but he considerably softer with you. whether he’s subtly correcting your posture, or straightening up your tie, a way to get closer to you without it being too weird or direct.

IDIA becomes more self conscious. if you thought he was too shy before, think again now that he has a crush on you. will avoid you like the plague, but unlike azul, it’s because he’s scared you’ll think he’s being weird or creepy. (you haven’t even noticed him)

MALLEUS is more romantic. you would think he’d try to be subtle, but he wont be. he will literally invite you to a candlelit dinner in the forest with rose petals leading up to it.

RIDDLE isn’t even a bit conflicted about this. That what he looks like, atleast. Inside? He’s panicking. The thought of your bodies touching, your back flush against his chest….no! He can’t! But if you insist…

Unbothered, LEONA cannot care less. You’re just sleeping togther, it’s really not that big of a deal. Sure he’ll care if you snore or kick in your sleep, but otherwise, he’s all good.

AZUL, to put it the nicest way possible, has absolutely 0 rizz. When you propose the idea of just sleeping together, his composed facade completely falls. He’ll blush intensely and keep saying he’ll sleep on the couch, but eventually, he’ll give in ;)

KALIM is happy. that’s it. he’s just happy to be around you, so when you accept his offer of sleeping together, he’s ecstatic. he’s a simple man, y’know.

If you were any normal person, VIL would just say no. But you’re, well—you. But you’ll have to ask him first. He’ll even be a lil’ bitch about it when you ask. He’ll pause like he’s contemplating it (he didn’t even need to think about it) and finally say yes after like, 2 minutes of thinking.

IDIA short circuits. You wanna sleep—with him? Really? Him, who sits in his room all day, playing video games and being worthless? He’s not prepared for this! When you reassure him for the tenth time that yes, you don't mind sharing a bed for the night, he relaxes. Until you guys actually get in bed. Then he goes crazy.

MALLEUS is probably the one who had the idea in the first place. Lilia told him to make the first move, and what better move than asking to sleep with his beloved? Of course, you aren’t his beloved. yet. But he’s sure that after this experience, you two will be good as married. (he’s delulu)

VIL is strict. Not only on himself, but you as well. When you first started dating him, he put you on a tight schedule. Do this at this time, oil your hair, check your appearance frequently, and it was just—too much. You were trying to juggle assignments, and between that and doing what Vil wants, it was tiring. When ever you try to tell him this, he just brushes it off with, “I can do it, why can’t you?”, and this response placated you for a while. But your grades suffered as a result.

It got so bad, the headmaster approached you. And right then and there, you decided to cut the root of the problem: Vil.

When you broke up with him, he laughed in your face. He said you’d never find someone better than him, but you were so done that you weren’t listening. He tells himself he doesn’t care that you left him, but at night, he cries thinking about what you guys could been.

ROOK, like Jade, is a secretive man. He has so much to say and so much to hide. Sure, you noticed it before, but you never said anything about it. But with every passing day, you start to realize just how much you. really don’t know about him. He knows everything, I mean everything, about you.

So when you inevitably break up with him, he looks surprised. Rook is observant, he can expertly tell what’s most likely coming. Even so, he guesses, he didn’t foresee this.

EPEL puts you down in front of others. He wants so desperately to be seen as something bigger, stronger, than he really was. He was insecure, and he realizes that when you break up with him.

MALLEUS, at his core, is lonely. He wants nothing more than for you to stay at his side. So curse him for getting jealous when you hang out with other students. He’s so, needy and obsessive. He acts more like your mother than your lover. Where are you going? When will you be back? How long? It was driving you insane. You know Malleus would act rashly if you told him in person that the relationship was over, so you send him a letter. Be prepared for Malleus randomly popping up at ramshackle and asking what he did wrong after this.

LILIA never takes anything seriously. Specifically, he never takes you seriously. You're starting to believe he thinks of you as an infant. Small, fragile, and harmless. Whenever you get mad at him, he just laughs and calmly states that you don't really know anything. Well, he doesn't exactly--say it, but he implies it. So when you tell him it's over, he just smiles and tells you that you'll come crawling back to him. (You don't.)

SILVER is perfect gentleman. Why tf would you break up w him???? (also i genuinely cant think of a reason why it wouldn’t work out)

SEBEK is devoted. Not to you, obviously, but to Malleus. He’s the prince, for gods sake. But the problem isn’t his devotion, it’s the fact he always openly tells you that you’re always, always second place. When you break up with him, he’s surprisingly calm about it.

YOU’VE been looking for a new house for awhile now—and well, you found one. It looks like it came out of the 1850’s, but it was so, so pretty. when you moved in, there was nothing really, strange, about it. but then you heard noises. a hushed voice, and footsteps. you thought you were just being paranoid.

but the cherry on top was when you were exploring the west wing of the mansion, where you came across this beautiful dresser. as you were admiring the intricate carvings, you failed to notice the presence behind you. as you looked up into the mirror, you see a pale man—no,—boy, with piercing yellow eyes, and fiery blue hair. obviously, startled, you scream and whip around. but this boy gazes back at you like you were the one crept up on him. “who the fuck are you?!” you yelled. the boy flinched, but quickly regained his composure. “o-o-oh. uhh…i’m…idia,” he replied timidly. “i live here.”

“no you fucking don’t, i bought this damn house, its mine.” you straightened your posture and glared at him. he looked away and then grabbed your wrist. “i-i’m so sorry,” he whispered. that was the last thing you remembered before you blacked out.

AZUL’S first priority is not you. It’s his contracts. Mostro lounge. But hey, you’re in third place! He thinks you should be grateful that you even place top three. He’d be happy if he placed anywhere for you. But thats not enough for you, huh? You just HAVE to have all his attention. So when you inevitably break up, he’s confused. What did he do? He’s begging you to stay and clinging to your arm, but you shove him off and walk away, leaving a crying, pathetic octopus in the dust.

JADE is secretive. Manipulative. He always invalidates your feelings. He will never, never just let you be. He always has to comment on things you like or dislike, or your choice of clothes that day. If you ever try to call him out for this behavior, he just gaslights you. Your fed up with this, of course. So what do you do about this? You just come up to him and tell him it’s over, and walk away. He doesn’t even say or do anything, he’s standing there wide-eyed.

FLOYD gets bored really easily. You know this. He’s always been this way. You’ve lately started to get so…whiny. About school, about Grim, about everything. He’s starting to get annoyed. Why won’t you just shut up and take it? The sea’s alot worse than land, and you don't see him whining about it, now do you? Instead of you breaking up with him, he breaks up with you. You obviously don’t know what you did wrong, but after Floyd threatening you to leave him alone, you don’t think you care.

VIL literally doesn’t understand why you’re crying. He just tells you to suck it up. You do not take this well and start sobbing even harder. So he decides to take a different approach and just tells you to try harder. Obviously upset, you just wipe your tears and walk towards the door. Vil gets up and grabs your arm, and you turn around to face him.

“Hey..I didn’t..I didn’t mean to make you upset…” He apologizes. You start crying again, while he pulls you toward his chest. Vil just strokes your head and whispers how everything’s okay. You eventually stop crying and he gets you something he knows would cheer you up(flowers, food, a drink, etc.)

“What’s wrong, my love?” ROOK asks while immediately swooping you into his arms and embracing you. You start speaking, but it just comes out in incoherent babbles and sobs. Rook shushes you quickly.

”There, there, mon amour,” He tells you quietly. You sniffle, and after a few moments you pull yourself together. You start explaining how all these assignments were stressing you out, and you couldn’t take anymore. Rook understands and asks if you want to go on a walk with him to just…..clear your head. You’re grateful for the opportunity to think about something other than school, so you accept.

EPEL creeps into ramshackle carefully. He wanted to get you get back for scaring the shit out of him earlier by pulling that prank. So, to set his plan in motion, he snuck into your dorm. He quietly steps up to your room, only to find the door slightly open. That’s when he sees you crying on desk. Epel immediately forgets all of his revenge plans, and starts trying to think of ways you’ll cheer up.

He gets an idea and runs back to pomefiore. He’ll carve you an apple! He knows you like those. He slams the door to his room and begins his work. He does it rather quickly, earning him a few cuts on his fingers, but it’ll all be worth it when he sees your delighted expression.

When he finishes, he sprints back to ramshackle. You’re still crying, so he calls out to you. You turn your head slowly. “Epel?” You say hoarsely. He walks toward you with the apple in his hand. “Here, I made this for you.” He’s never seen someone’s face light up so quickly.

When LEONA first sees you crying, he just ignores you. But his emotions get the better of him. He walks over the to the bench you’re silently crying on and sits next to you soundlessly.

He asks whats wrong, and you explain that you’ve just been frustrated with schoolwork. Oh. So its just that. Honestly, he thought someone else was the cause of your sudden mental breakdown. Now, he guesses he doesn’t have to get his hands dirty.

RUGGIE is panicking. Why wouldn’t he be? You literally just knocked on his bedroom door, stumbled into his arms, and started sobbing into his chest. He just stood there, thinking of the millions of possibilities that could’ve happened to make you cry like this.

When you eventually explain to him through sniffles and wet tears that you were just stressed, he feels relieved. At least it wasn't him who was the reason you’re crying. Not that he would’ve anything to to make you cry in the first place, of course.

JACK wanted to give you back your pencil he borrowed from you earlier that morning, so he comes up ramshackle. He opens your bedroom door just to see you slumped over your desk. He can hear little sniffles, so he approaches you slowly and quietly. You didn’t notice he was there because you were too lost in your own stressed out thoughts.

He puts a hand on your shoulder and asks if you’re okay. You lift your head up and nod, and just say the homework was hard, he starts laughing. After he sees you are not happy with his reaction, he quickly stops and apologizes.(He offers to help, so you don't really care anyway.

note: AAAA this was so hard to write cause i didn’t know what to put and its rlly half-assed

RIDDLE is ecstatic about you wanting to decorate. He’s never done this before. I mean, after all, mommy dearest never let him celebrate things like this. Not even his birthday! Obviously, Riddle being, well, Riddle, he makes sure everything is neat and tidy. You don’t want to piss him of, so you just go along with it. After you guys are done, Riddle is looking at his work and beaming with pride. You can’t but beam too, because he always looks so cute with that lopsided grin on his face.

ACE is kinda 50/50 on this. He doesn’t really want to put up decorations, this and that, until you made it into a competition. Now he’s interested. Cut to you guys frantically running around ramshackle trying to put everything on before the other does. Since you guys are rushing around, the place looks messy and disheveled. But in the end, you won, and that’s the small price to pay for victory. Plus, you can always fix it up later.

DEUCE loves Christmas. He has very fond memories of the holiday with his mother before he became a delinquent. He really wishes he could take those days back and spend time with his mother, but the past is past. So when you ask if he wants to help set up Christmas decorations, he accepts rather…calmly. But inside his mind, thoughts are racing around in his head. Just you and him, decorating at ramshackle..together? Alone? He quickly shakes these thoughts out of his mind and comes to help. When you guys are finished, it looks terrible, but he tried his best.

CATER doesn’t really….like Christmas. He gets the appeal, he just didn’t like it because of his sisters. When you ask if he wants to help you set up decorations, he says yes, because he obviously doesn’t want to make you sad! You both go around carefully decorating ramshackle, and in the end, it looks pretty good. But now for the compensation…

TREY has been putting up Christmas decorations for a long since he was young, being the oldest and all. So instead of you asking him, he’ll come knocking on your door with a box of Christmas decorations and will ask for help. If you decline, he’ll start pouting, and eventually, you’ll give in. If you accept, he’ll happily put the box the ground and start giving out instructions to you. Either way, you both decorate ramshackle, so it doesn’t really matter what you said. And it turns out looking great.

I don’t think it’s a surprise that riddle is a controlling yandere. He’s already so strict on the entirety of Heartslaybul, why wouldn’t he be the same with you? He was raised on these strict endless rules and still followed them effortlessly, and he expects you to do the same.

That means no whining, no screaming, no escaping, and definitely no trying to get out of his hugs! He’s given you everything, even put his morals aside for you. And this, this is how you repay him?
