when did you watch bad buddy/join the fandom?

I watched it from the start, but somewhere around episode 3 I started actively looking into the fandom and by the end of ep4 I was already in a discord group and writing my first fanfiction. The rest, as they say, is history XD

I am a PatPran, InkPa enthusiast although I did also like the LouisSafe idea which is why i wrote a whole fic about them haha

Beyond Pat and Pran, Pa, Korn and Ink will always be in my heart

favourite episode(s)

As much as I love episode 5, episode 3 is probably the episode I’ve watched the most haha I just love watching Pran coming out of his shell (even if he does get crushed in the very next episode T-T)

favourite scene(s)

The Rooftop comes in at number 1 every time, but also the fight in front of the apartment block just before it, the bus stop scene and guitar scene in ep3, the balcony scene in ep8, the bedroom scene in ep9, so many scenes in ep11, and everything after Pran turns up at the apartment in ep12. Serotonin factories every one.

one thing you would change about the show if you could

I’d have liked Pat’s anger in episode 7 to have been dealt with a bit more definitely but they pulled it back by giving it proper consideration in episode 11. Honestly I would have also loved more flashbacks to their pre-transfer era as well as a little more on Icy Pat, but I understand why we didn’t get them.

what are your some of your favourite fanworks made by other people?

This is a difficult one for me! So I actually did a list of my favourite bad buddy edits here and also fanfics here and here plus I’m pretty sure I did another, but can I find them? No. So I’m gonna add to this by saying also anything by @miscellar (aworkingprinter on AO3).

(if you create fanworks) what are your favourite fanworks that you’ve made?

Some of my own favourites? Well, that’s trickier haha! Probably A Fine Line Between Hormones and Home, The Space Pirate and the Officer of the Law and, just because it was my first fanfic in the fandom, He’s No Romeo.

a song that makes you think of bbs (the ones in the show don’t count lol)

Pancakes for Dinner by Lizzy McAlpine always makes me think of pining Pran, Heather by Conan Gray also gives huge Pran in episode 4/5 vibes. Alas I can’t think of one that screams Pat though I know I have thought that about songs before. No doubt I’ll be listening to a playlist tomorrow and be like “oh yeah, this one!”

So out of the 494,256 words I’ve written on AO3 over an 11 year period, 426,682 of them were written in the last 3 years and all for the Bad Buddy fandom. If that doesn’t encapsulate both my obsession and love of this show, I don’t know what does haha

Omg wowwww an intro post I'm wildin today frfr. Anyway so basically this is our intro, it has basic information about our system, the names of our frequent fronters uh here's our system main blog [ @clutteredcollective ], we haven't done like, anything on there because we wanted to make an intro post first but I had to get REALLY bored to do this, and it's hard to give information about other alters when the one co-fronting rn has never fronted before. T: Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending?

Doesn’t everyone? 😂 to name a few:

—Sam, Aisha, Demetri, and Eli were all childhood friends (the “Nerd Quartet”)

—Barry loves comics because of his mom, and that’s part of his motivation to be a superhero (comics canon! Headcanon in DCTV/Arrowverse)

—Ned’s the first one to figure Peter out, when they do their special handshake

—When they were supposed to be asleep, Iris used to sneak into Barry’s room, and they turned his bed into a mini pillow-fort 😂

—Barry’s Flashpoint adventure ~did~ change Caitlin’s past and give her powers—I’ll die on this hill, it’s the only way things make some amount of sense (and it’s no more ridiculous than the OTHER Flashpoint changes)

—Thawne was actually lying in s4 when he said he “hated every minute of [being Harrison Wells]”. Because literally wtf was THAT, writers??

—Maiko had two weddings: one for their close friends, and one for the Fire Nation. They were the first of the Gaang to get married…though they didn’t have Izumi until after Kataang got married. They wanted most of the “so, when are you having kids?” bs to die down first

—Lando introduced Luke (and Lucy) to hot chocolate, and Luke and Lucy love it 💞 (Legends canon I believe…tho ofc not Lucy since she’s not canon. In proper canon tho, this is just a headcanon)

—Barry makes the best hot chocolate ever

—Iris can bake better than she cooks…tho she gets easily distracted, hence the burnt/lumpy pancakes sometimes 😅 still, I gotta believe someone brownie-obsessed can make good brownies

—Finn is a legend among his former stormtroopers…as an enemy to some, as an inspiration to others

Venting about s5 bible stuff under the cut it’s gonna be disjointed I just need to let out my thoughts

absolutely no mention of chat blanc in the bible besides it being placed in the special akumatization section... ofc the bible is simply an outline so there’s a chance it could be brought up (e.g. in evolution we had no indication that young! alix was going to be forced to remain in the burrow until monarch was defeated) but i have no clue which episode it could be brought up in. and the fact that the bible has no indication of an identity reveal and the discussion of cb ... kinda needs one to begin with since it involves identities... who fuckin knows

so far there has been a contradiction with the bible where nathalie shit talks gabriel for his stupidity even though the bible says she has her own ulterior motives buttt then again this is mlb king of inconsistency soooo whos to say this mindset will stick (or the bible is to a T with the plot)

also ^ no mention of sentimonster shenanigans which is uh. hm. ok then? on one hand, it makes me feel like all this sentimonster teasing was a fuckin joke or smth, on the other hand this means the sentimonster stuff was likely squeezed in at the last minute if theres no proper mention of adrien OR felix possibly being sentimonsters (or maybe i misread? idk i looked at every instance of felix on the doc and found nothing)

speaking of felix... mostly nothing on him... which is frankly disappointing, as someone who’s always excited to see him on screen. i mean thanks for the confirmation that he’ll transform with the peacock miraculous and make one sentimonster? oh and he has a different last name ... erm ok then... he’s hardly present ANYWHERE on the script and its making me ☹️ bc he was the most interesting character we’ve gotten (Cuz he had motivations and acted out on his own volition) and boom nothing of note...

i don’t wanna hope bc i hate having expectations especially when they’re likely to be let down but grrrr i just want more felix damnit...

worried for the possible chance of ppl ripping into kagami again. the plotlines lined up for her in s5 just reek of “we need to make a character ooc to fit a specific plotline we want” and its just UGHHH kagami doesn’t deserve this! at all! i need to get her out of this show NOW

im sick and tired of andre the ice cream man and im even more sick and tired that most mar!chat episodes have to do with this guy! (and no weredad is NOT any better) like fuck this guy i hope his business goes under

I feel like this question is a tad vague. But I'm taking this as if I have any ideas on the back burner and the answer to that is yes. I have some ideas for Caryl fics (mostly because TWD S11 was a bummer). lol Sorry I don't have that many Ned x Cat ideas at the moment that don't include finishing my unfinished fics.

N: Is there a fic you wish someone else would write (or finish) for you?

DKNC (@dknc3) would work wonders with any of my Ned x Cat fics. (if you haven't read her work on Ao3, please do, she's gifted.)

S: Any fandom tropes you can’t resist?

Unlikely alliances that end up being soulmates. Falling in love AFTER marriage. Healthy partnerships aka deep love, friendship, mutual respect and trust. Partners who become best friends over time. AKA

S L O W B U R N. Two damaged souls helping each other heal. Soulmates who hover in the space between friends to romantic partners. Soulmates who are best friends. Men who are pathetically in love with their women and would fight the world for them. Women lifting up and loving the heck outta men who believe they're unloveable. Soulmates who are literally married and everyone can see it but them AKA

And if its not clear: MIDDLE AGED ROMANCES. Bring em to me. We need to normalize finding love after 40.

T: Any fandom tropes you can’t stand?

This is a loaded question haha.

I don't and will never support tropes/ships with:

Middle aged characters shipped with barely legal or underage characters (I'm starting with this because its a HARD NO for me. I won't name any but there are a few in particular that make my stomach roil.)

Abusive foundations (romaticizing emotional & physical abuse, abuse of power, status, manipulation, etc.)

Incest (With *some* shows incest is literally the norm so I get why some people are for them. But it's just not for me.)

Power imbalance (aka forced marriage, stockholm syndrome type scenarios)

SOME enemies to lovers or friends tropes (trying to get someone to like or love a character that destroyed their life. I like a good redemption arc but I also think some things shouldn't be forgiven.)

V: If you could write the sequel (or prequel) to any fic out there not written by yourself, which would you choose? Oooh IDK. I wish some unfinished fics were finished but I don't think I'd do a better job of writing them than the people who conceived them. I would offer to edit them though if I had the time and space.

I: Do you have a guilty pleasure in fic (reading or writing)?

When people resolve sexual tension beautifully, that's always great to read/write/watch. I love reading/writing/watching anything that show unexplored parts of characters and relationships. For example:

Ned-I'm-stoic-Stark being an awkward flirt with Catelyn but somehow being endearing anyway.

Daryl-don't-touch-me-I'll-cut-you-Dixon finding ridiculous excuses just to touch Carol or be chivalrous for her because he craves her like oxygen.

Robert-I'm-proper-Crawley continuously asking Cora if she was satisfied post sexy times even though she's said yes 50 times already (innuendo intended).

Those are just some examples.

What do you think about Reiner x Historia, Eren x Annie, Armin x Annie, Bert x Annie 👀

Disclaimer: These ratings are my personal, biased opinions, and are purely for entertainment purposes.

1. ReiHisu: Pretty one sided. Although, I have to admit that seeing Reiner fall for Historia during season one and season two was pretty cute. Reiner truly did care for her, even if the same couldn't really be said from Historia's side. This ship, however, lost its charm for me quickly, and Reiner sniffing Historia's letter in the end was just plain cringey. Favourite moment: "No matter what, we are saving Christa from this war." Canon Rating: 4/10 AU Rating: 5/10 2. EreAni: This is a very season one ship, but I get its appeal. This is the ultimate quiet-girl-hyper-guy combination and Mikasa's rivalry towards Annie made me feel as if I was watching a harem anime for Eren. Annie taught Eren hand-to-hand combat, and a lot of it has been useful to him throughout the course of the series. However, this ship doesn't really do it for me; mainly because of Annie's absence throughout the majority of the story. Favourite moment: "Shouldn't you be more gentle with this fragile body of mine?" Canon Rating: 5/10 AU Rating: 6/10 3. AruAni: This is a ship that I desperately wish I shipped with as much intensity as I shipped Levihan. And that is mainly because this ship has one of the best endings out of any ship in Attack on Titan. They do have their share of angst, fluff, and their heart-to-heart talk, but because I couldn't form a proper attachment to Annie's character, I just wasn't really invested in this ship. A lot of people say that Aruani was pulled out of thin air, but I totally saw it coming from the very beginning. Armin was the only person apart from Reiner and Bertholdt that Annie was close to, and Armin kept company throughout the four lonely years that Annie had to spend in her crystal. The one thing that doesn't really sit well with me when it comes to this ship is how Armin used Annie's name to manipulate Bertholdt again and again. I do understand that he had no other option but to do it, but its just. Idk really. Otherwise it's a very cute ship, so much that they are even aesthetically pleasing to look at together. I think this is one of the best Annie ships. Aruani shippers really won this game and I'm happy for them. Favourite moment: The ship confession ofc. Apart from that, Annie's dialogue of "From when did you start looking at me with those eyes, Armin?" in season 1. Canon Rating: 8/10 AU rating: 8/10 4. BeruAni: Another very one-sided ship. Bert did care a lot about Annie, but Annie never reciprocated it back. It's definitely not the worst ship out there, but it really did not make much of an impression on me, and even when I'm thinking about it, it still doesn't. I just feel bad for Bertholdt. He deserved someone who loved him back with the same intensity as he did. Favourite moment: When Bertholdt got triggered because of Armin's statement about Annie being tortured during the clash of titans in season 2. Canon rating: 4/10 AU rating: 7/10

Man, it's been a while since I thought about rebirth

Favorite character: Aruma my beloved <3. Honestly, a part of me expected this one to change over time, but no. My sense of humor is the same as it's always been.

Least Favorite character: Honestly don't think I have one. There are quite a few who are kinda "meh" for me, but I don't think there's anyone in the cast I really dislike anymore.

5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Itsumori, seiyumu*, rokujima, osoroki (let's go rarepair), and Nico x Maiko (whatever their ship name is)

*more for the drama of it all than as a proper ship, if I'm being honest

Character I find most attractive: Probably Aruma or Seishi, but honorable mention for Kazuomi as well.

Character I would marry: Saiji seems like he would make a good husband, ngl.

Character I would be best friends with: Also probably Saiji. He definitely seems like he needs a friend and we're probably equally matched in social aptitude anyways.

a random thought: Rebirth voices, for as well known as it is, would probably have been a titan on par with DRA/SDRA2 had it not been cancelled.

An unpopular opinion: Mitsunari is overrated. He's not a bad character or anything, but people simp for this man so much when I have forgotten he existed more than once. Think I know why so many people have the hots for him tho...

My Canon OTP: Gonna say seiyumu on the basis that I'm pretty sure that it's the only truly canon ship (kinda) that got explored. Again though, my previous point with this ship still stands.

My Non-canon OTP: I still really love osoroki. I have literally no reason to love this ship as much as I do, but I do.

Most Badass Character: Aruma in terms of having a fucking whip, Mikoto in terms of pure competence.

Most Epic Villain: Zen. Fucking. Katagiri. He's awful and I love him so much.

Pairing I am not a fan of: There’s honestly nothing in terms of ships that I like, seriously hate.

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Honestly, I don’t feel like anyone truly screwed up any of the characters (although I know the folks more into og rebirth probably disagree with me on this) but there are a handful of characters where I feel like they may have had one intention while writing them initially and then switched gears later. I think Aruma seems like the most obvious case to me, but I may be biased.

Favourite Friendship: Aruma and Kazuomi. Honestly, I feel like they’re perfect for each other and they really do well to try and keep each other in a good state of mind. You can tell Aruma really has his best interests in mind and wants to see him improve himself and you can also tell Kazuomi really cares about Aruma as a person even if he tries to act tough.

Character I most identify with: As of late, probably Akira... I’m literally a NEET, idk what else to say T-T

Character I wish I could be: Kazuomi is transition goals. That’s it. That’s all I’m gonna say.

Compulsive redfinch (Acne prone! Albert) headcanons!!!

So yes, this will be some hardcore self projection mini (??? idk how long this will be) compulsive headcanon but i don’t care I need something like this right now. Having acne prone skin has ruined my self image, but today i will turn those insecurities into headcanons bcs idk how to deal with them the healthy and proper way :D and you guys should know better that i would self project on my fav ship so yeah, here, have some random redfinch stuff for the night. you will be getting some skin positivity related redfinch headcanons whether yall like it or not!

Albert has acne prone skin ever since puberty first hit him (about the age of thirteen). It used to be all over his face, mostly his forehead, and sometimes on his neck, back, and chest.

Some kids like to poke fun out of it, with no means to bully him but his feelings still get hurt and has made him grow up to be very insecure. Not only in his looks, but just Albert being himself in general

All his friends (the newsies) will defend him to no end. Not to say that he can’t fight, it’s just hard punching people when your head is beating yourself up too. Other occasions, his eyes gets watery a bit too quick to be able to punch a straight line.

Race, Spot, and Hotshot defends him the most bcs they are his best friends :D

It’s one thing when other ppl insult him. It’s a whole other ppl when parents do it. Most of his friends don’t really know abt that but Race, Spot, Hotshot, Davey, and Jack does.

He’s the only one in his family that has shown signs of having acne prone skin since an early age. His father and two older brothers doesn’t. His mother does but the symptoms didn’t start until she first got pregnant.

Albert’s mother is hell bent on tryin to clear his skin. And both his parents have indirectly called him ugly and disgusting. It always hurts Albert the most when it came from his parents.

It has ruin his self image so bad to the point he has accepted his faith that he’ll be single forever. Until Finch Cortez happened.

Albert knew Finch since high school. By then, his skin has gotten slightly clearer but it wasn’t ‘clear’ enough. Albert can’t deny how attractive he thought Finch was when he first got a one on one interaction with him and he felt quite embarrassed bcs at the time he forgot to do his nightly skincare routine the day before which resulted in more pimples and dry skin than usual.

Finch was charming and mysterious on the surface. But what made Albert crush on him was what’s under the surface. A caring, bold, passionate, soft, and surprising person emerged and Al was head over heels for this boy.

He could only dream of having someone like him to be his boyfriend. So naturally, in sophomore year, he was surprised when Finch asked him out on a date in the middle of a Monday. Albert tried his absolute best to make his skin appear as presentable as possible, telling Finch that he’s only free on Friday bcs he needed to make a skincare appointment the day before.

And then there was the second date, since the first one was declared as a success. Then the third, the forth, and the fifth. Albert thought he was dreaming. Their dates were sooooo cute. (if i try to elaborate it will make this longer and also requires more energy and so i decide not to)

On the sixth, Finch was for sure he wants them to be in a committed relationship. Al was unsure because despite after six dates he still believes that his faith is to be single forever.

After hearing his explanation, Finch explained how handsome he thought Albert was and Al pulled him into a kiss bcs no one has ever called him handsome before. (akjdfaljkfblkjsfmcjkhfjlkscghjsh)

Since they’re in high school, they just do the ‘go with the flow’ sorta relationship. Whatever happens will happen and whatever feels right will feel right. That relationship actually continued on even after high school. (till marriage actually :)))))

Like abt a year or so in their relationship, Albert brought Finch home for the first time. His brothers knew that Al has a boyfriend named Finch (when his brothers are home they do a lot of catching up and basically never keep secrets and all) but has never met him. His parents had no idea he has a boyfriend in the first place, or the fact that he was gay.

So Al’s like, ‘surprise i’m gay, i’ve been dating this guy for about a year, and he’s going to eat dinner with us tonight :)’, and his parents are like, ‘oh........ okay.......’ (this was his compulsive decision to bring Finch home one day after school)

His family likes Finch instantly. They had a peaceful dinner. Until his mom mentioned what Albert looked like in middle school and just downright embarrassing his son in front of his boyfriend.

Al didn’t say or do anything. He just sits there, trying to ignore her reading a list of all the things Albert hates about himself. Finch noticed his silence and, in the most respectful way, defended his boyfriend.

Finch knew about Al’s insecurity ever since that sixth date but never knew what happened at home. So now he carefully watches his boyfriend. Anytime he picks up body language that indicates he’s feeling bad about himself, he will be sure to be there to remind Albert how handsome he is.

Finch would kiss the textured parts of his skin that he hates and Albert would blush and giggle and get all soft. He reminds Albert how handsome he is. Some days Albert actually believes it himself.

Finch loves caressing Albert’s textured skin. One of his many love languages towards the boy. There are other times when Al felt bad abt himself and didn’t like the hand touches, so Finch diverts it by intertwining their fingers.

When Finch catches Albert staring at a mirror for too long while focusing on one of his huge pimples, Finch will remind him how handsome he is. Al would laugh, seeing Finch being all sweet while tugging on his arm and move on from the mirror.

So Finch has memorized Al’s skincare routine. Sometimes he does it with him and by the end of it all they’d be wearing Korean sheet masks in Al’s bed and watching some movies while bundled up in a blanket and cuddling. Snacks will come after the sheet masks are taken off. (yus very soft much fluff can you tell that i’m pining?)

When they’re in college, they became roommates in their college dorm. Sometimes Albert comes home too tired or too drunk to do his skincare routine so Finch does it for him.

He earns hundreds of face kisses the next morning.

In short: Finch loves every part of Albert. In time, Al has learnt how to love himself. He’ll still continue to do his skincare routine but he’s okay with his textured skin. t h e e n d

Two hearts, better than one

Summary: Deceit should know better, going through with another one of Remus’s ideas. He thought it would have been a one time deal, just something for them that night to experiment with his more reptilian side. But he’s starting to regret it with the growing nest of eggs, and horrible uncertainty of feelings swirling in his chest...he might be in some trouble here.

Chapter 2 of “Say Something” series

Deceit hums happily to himself, warmth surrounding him literally and figuratively, his chest swelling with the overwhelming sense of love, something he finds he can never really get used to.

The others are having their usual movie night with Thomas that takes place every friday night to help him relieve stress. Remus had started tagging along as soon as he revealed himself, proclaiming he wants to use it to annoy everyone.

Deceit knows better, he just enjoys being up there with his brother and Logan, even if he is creating mischief while doing so.

He hums again, tongue lazily flicking out in contentment as a hand runs softly through his hair.

The others have their movie night, leaving him free to his own and he takes great pleasure in taking advantage of that.

“You think he’s falling asleep, babe?”

Deceit nuzzled his cheek against the chest he was resting on top of, feeling the vibrations when they spoke. One of their hands was cording through his hair and the other wrapped around him under the blanket that he was tucked under.

He was mostly hidden from view of Emile and Remy, the blanket coming up just below his eyes as he lay squished between the two.

He wasn’t wearing his traditional garb, just some comfy sweatpants and a hooded crop-top, wanting to relax with his partners.

“Hm at this rate you might just have him on one ride to sleepytime junction.”

He can’t help but chuckle amused by Emile’s reference, he forces his eyes open slightly, sitting up some so he can nuzzle his nose into the trait's cheek, earning a beautiful giggle.

They were currently in Remy and Emile’s home in the imagination, enjoying the night. They were traits, which were something akin to a side but less influential to Thomas. They couldn’t interact with him directly. They were created more so to care for the sides, to keep things in their host’s mind running smoothly, or in emergencies to help with a side’s job.

Traits generally lived in the imagination, It was easier for them than living in the subconscious. Seeing as they didn’t have all the abilities a side had, they would almost be considered “weaker.”

One should be careful not to be fooled by such a thought.

“You ready for bed, my dear Kaa?” Emile asked softly. He turned so he could nuzzle their noses together.

Deceit wrinkled his nose with a soft smile. “No.”

Remy chuckled behind him, hooking their chin over the snake side’s shoulder. “Really? It looks to me like you are hun, I can feel the exhaustion coming from you.” Their bright eyes looked to Deceit, the swirling colors of brown and gold seemingly unable to make up their mind on what color to stick with today. Their sunglasses were pushed up into their hair so his lovers could see his eyes, they didn’t show them off often except for the two of them.

Deceit was definitely not pouting as he tilted his head to rest his against Remy’s. He huffed in silent rebellion. He didn’t want to sleep.

Remy raises an eyebrow challengingly, lifting their head away from Deceit to look at him.

“I refuse to sleep. It's too early.”

It was Remy’s turn to huff this time, looking to Emile for assistance. The trait glanced between his two partners. Deceit feigned innocence, subtly trying to convince Em to take his side, while Remy was giving him a serious look to get help putting their silly serpent boyfriend to bed.

Emile sighed, giving in. “Alright, we can wait till the movie is over, it only has a couple more minutes and then it's bedtime for you, mister.”

He booped Deceit’s nose getting a hiss in reply, giggling at the sound.

Deceit smirked to himself in minor victory, burrowing himself back into his blankets as his partners settled around him once more. Emile hummed along to the last song of the movie, easily wrapping up the side in his arms and resting his head on Deceit's shoulder.

Remy shakes his head at the two before Deceit feels him shift beside him, giving Emile a kiss above him, and by the light laughter he could only assume they were peppering the traits face with kisses.

Curse their heights , Deceit thought to himself as he gently tugged Remy’s shirt to steal a kiss.

The trait complied, slouching down slightly to give Deceit a few kisses to his cheek, smirking to themselves as they trailed their soft kisses along his jaw, down the side of his neck.

Deceit’s jaw popped slightly with a yawn, eyes beginning to get heavy. Remy only gave him a glance before continuing his act of affection, despite the side finding his eyes closing.

A soft hazy feeling washed over his mind, as if a gentle hand was messaging it, trying to ease him into rest… wait a minute! Deceit jerked away, scooting towards Emile with an offended hiss.

“Are you using your abilities on me?!”

Remy gave a fake offended gasp, overdoing it slightly with dramatics in their posture. “What?! Why would you accuse me of such a thing, I would never use my powers against you!”

The snake side squinted at them with suspicion, his tongue flicking at the lie, and curled up against Emile.

“Oh come on babe, I wouldn’t do that to you~” Remy purred, sliding themselves into Deceit’s lap, making no escape for the smaller male. Deceit’s tongue flicked again and Remy chased it, kissing him on the lips before trailing kisses again to distract him once more.

It seems Emile picked up on what Remy was attempting to do, joining in on distracting Deceit from Remy’s influences by helping shower him with light kisses.

The little shit, how dare he! He was supposed to be on Deceit's side! Deceit thought, scowling at the betrayal.

Deceit felt his eyes growing heavy again. He pulled Emile by his shirt collar so he could place a soft kiss to his lips. If Em was going to be a little shit, then Dee was going to get the affection he wanted before they forced him to sleep.

Remy decided to slip their hands under the blanket, sliding their hands over Deceit’s thighs.

“Hmm, don’t start something you can’t finish now~” Deceit murmured, mischief glittering in his eyes.

“Oh and who says t- EMILE!” Remy shrieked as Emile lifted them effortlessly from the couch, scooping them up in his arms, and carefully adjusting his hold before offering an arm out for Deceit.

Remy continued to protest as Deceit shapeshifted to his snake form, curling himself around Emile’s arms and Remy.

“What the hell! I am not some sack of potatoes!” Emile laughed slightly, giving Remy a kiss.

“I know Rem. I’m sorry, but I wanted to move before this went any further.” He carried them to the bedroom, closing the door behind him with the heel of his foot, and set them down gently on the bed.

“I- are you sure? We don’t have to do this if you really don’t want to.” All of the usual sass had melted from Remy’s voice. Deceit shifted back, looking up at Emile frowning slightly.

“I know Remy and I have been awfully playful lately but I know you like taking the relationship slow, there’s no need to do anything tonight if you aren't ready.” Deceit really didn’t mind sleeping with either of them. He hardly thought of sex as an intimate thing, especially with all those years existing with Remus. Really, it felt more like a tool to be used. He’d used it plenty of times to tire Remus out in order to sleep on certain late nights.

But, it felt different with these two. They had stolen his heart...as cheesy as that sounded. He supposed the difference could also be because they are in a proper relationship together, something that was new to the deceitful side. Emile had been the one to confess to the two and explain what he wanted, and of course, they couldn’t say no to the adorable trait.

His existence had been much the better for it.

“I know what I want...I want to enter your cave of wonders.”

“Emile!”

“What? Just because I love cartoons doesn’t mean I'm innocent. Would have thought you would understand that by now” Emile giggled, and Deceit found himself chuckling at their exchange.

“If you are absolutely certain about this, then by all means let’s begin.” Deceit called the attention back to himself as he stripped off his pants, taking great pleasure in the red color that lit up his partners cheeks.

If something this tame got them blushing, he couldn't wait to see how they looked when they spotted his special surprise.

Deceit hummed, squinting at himself in the bathroom mirror. His scales seemed different… almost lighter... a strong contrast to the rest of the scales on his body.

How strange...

He chose to ignore this strange occurrence. It wasn't like the sides didn't change all the time, after all. Thomas’s mind and thoughts were pretty fluid, so finding small changes to one’s appearance wasn't all too strange. He was thankful it was just the color of his scales.

The last time Thomas’s mind subconsciously changed his sides… Well, it left most of them with less than ideal features. More… monstrous ones...

It would be nice of Thomas if he could give Deceit some more height, but the saying little white lies must have really stuck with his host or else he was sure he would be taller by now.

There was no point complaining now, best to just move on.

Struggling slightly out of his pajamas, Deceit got to work dressing for the day. He paused, however, as the material seemed to aggravate his scales. He knew his scales were sensitive, but usually he had no difficulty wearing his clothes, having chosen specific fabrics that were less agitating.

On top of that, everything felt a little tight around his middle and thighs. Hm, had Thomas gained weight recently? No that couldn’t be it, he had been keeping pretty well to his exercise schedule. There haven't been any lies about skipping and doing it tomorrow… had Deceit gained weight? He hadn’t been adamantly trying to do so, so unless he was intentionally shapeshifting, he shouldn't gain any. Perhaps he had subconsciously shapeshifted? He had gotten some strong cravings for the past few days.

Well, either way, that could be easily remedied.

Closing his eyes, Deceit took a deep breath before willing his body to change. He just had to slim himself back down, shri- “Fuck!”

He stopped, eyes opening wide as he hunched over, arms wrapping around his middle. A sudden pain had shot through his stomach when he tried to shrink it down.

Deceit breathed heavily as the pain eased away, allowing him to straighten back up. Panicked that he couldn’t shapeshift anymore, he quickly shifted into his snake form, finding he changed effortlessly. Finding nothing alarming, he quickly changed back.

His eyes landed on the egg still resting in the makeshift nest he had made, back when Remus coaxed Dee into his little "experiment." It had grown in size, now roughly the size big enough to hold a toddler curled tightly inside.

No! Deceit shook his head rapidly, trying to clear the thought. Nope! He wasn’t! He couldn't be!

He ignored the bitter taste of his own lies and put on the rest of his clothes. He adjusted them slightly, trying to hide the sudden pudge. No one would notice the slight bump. The loose shirt helped in this endeavor and if he just made his capulet long like a cloak…
