i don’t have the spoons to type out a full essay, but when people say parents need to monitor all their child’s activity online, i can tell they’ve not considered children with abusive parents, or just parents who won’t react well to certain information

take trans children with transphobic parents exploring their gender online. the child is exploring an important part of themself safe away from people they know in real life. but if the child’s internet use is completely monitored then they wouldn’t get to do that. or if their parents discover the child is trans by going through their private social media profiles because they have access to the child’s account, which would endanger the child. so should the child just know they’re not cis and not have any resources to deal with it?

privacy is a right that extends to children too, including privacy regarding their internet use

Hi! I’m also blurry and confused! I don’t know who I am or where I’m from, what I look like or what my name is. I can hardly even differentiate actual source memories from omnipotent (thats a big word for elmo) knowledge of my source!

But you know what? That’s okay! I figure that sometimes, the body just needs a bit of a break. You may need to lose your sense of self for a while; especially if something scary happened and you want to disconnect from it as much as possible. Sometimes, that’s just how we cope.

Or in the case of being an Endogenic System, of which I know little to nothing about (so feel free to educate me!), being blurry may just be an escape or a way to feel just that bit more free and happy. I’m not sure if that’s how it works for Endos; we’re not Endogenic, but. . . I’m tryna be inclusive here!

It’s okay to not know who you are in the moment, or even for days on end. Try to view being unknown as a taking break and finally having some peace of mind. You don’t need to figure yourself out if it’s just gonna cause you more stress. Or if being unknown is going to cause you more stress instead, then have at it! Go figure yourself out! But otherwise? Try to relax, okay? It’s not a race.

Mission to the Unknown is so wild like. Here's a story about three men on a planet you've never heard of from a time far removed from yours. They're being turned into plants. There's Daleks. The Daleks have got together with six other alien groups to conquer the Earth and destroy the Solar System. The Doctor isn't here yet. The humans who find out about the Dalek plot try to get information about it out into the universe but it fails and they all die. Even the last one, and no blue police box miraculously appears to come to the rescue. The Daleks' plans are going well, you're wondering if the Doctor will ever turn up...

And then in the next episode you're in the middle of the Trojan War and no one seems to know about this literal disaster yet. And then they don't talk about it for the next four episodes (during which Vicki leaves <\3) until we actually get to the Daleks' Master Plan. Like. No one is doing it like her. No one is ever going to do it like her. The design for the Varga plant is actually terrifying. I love it.

Hey !! Is there an amputee flag ?? I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find any, and since I’m not an amputee myself, I’m definitely not the one to make it. If there’s specific ones, I’d need one for people who are missing a finger/fingers, one for people who are missing a leg/legs and one for people who are missing an arm/arms!
