Doing stuff. My life is busy as all hell lately, but hey at least i got a free neon yellow fitbit out of the deal. Ironically, yellow is one of my favourite colours and also one of the 2 (two) colours that i can't really see. Yes, I have tritanomaly. No, I don't understand how those two things can both be true, either.

All I know of Xmas comes from Santa depictions and Christmas themed tv show episodes lmao)

NERVOUS ROBIN D.G.

Request: Could I please get Young justice Robin/dick Grayson with a quiet reserved s/o? So about her is that she's part of the team but has no power and she get flustered easily when she's around with Robin and only him because she has crush on him and she try to not blushes and stay serious.

Warning: fluff

A/N: I changed this into a headcanon I thought it worked a little better, I hope you don’t mind! (Also this was written around the time of American Thanksgiving lmao sorry for the theme)

- Joining the team was not your idea. At all. It was Oliver's. He had taken you in when you were young and taught you everything that you knew right alongside Roy. Since Speedy was joining, that seemed to automatically mean that you were as well

- you knew of the other teens joining. KF, Robin, Aqualad - it was an exciting time for all of them. You on the other hand? Much more content sticking at Ollie's side and not packed in a team with kids you didn't even know. Even if Roy was going to be there, it didn't make you feel any better about joining.

- And then Roy left, deeming that he was too good for the team and when you tried to leave right alongside him? Oliver stopped you. You were too young to go off on your own, too young to try and fight crime with someone as hot headed as Roy. So you stayed.

- Sure, the other guys made you feel at home. Robin, Wally -Conner and M'gann. It was okay being on the team, but they were always trying to get you to join with everything. Time alone was time well spent - and they couldn't seem to get that through their heads.

- Maybe it was because of the same self-reservation that you had but it was easy to start to crush on Robin. His ridiculous laugh, the way that he always liked to prove he was right in a way that didn't make him look like a jerk. Not to mention how adorable he was too.

- Training with him was the worst. Often times you got paired with him since you were without powers as well. It seemed like a fair fight considering you were both on the same skill level. However, Dinah always forgot to consider just how much of a mess you were around him.

- It was impossible to stay on the task at hand when he was there - especially when you knew he was watching you. You always found yourself turning your gaze towards him. Even the split second looks had you messing up completely.

- The absolute WORST when Conner decides to say something about you being near Robin.

- "Why's your heart beating so fast"

- and of course Wally has to overhear and join in, totally teasing you that maybe you really do have a crush on Robin. He doesn't know just how right he is, but he continues on nonetheless until you storm out of the room.

- Never hearing the end of it from Wally for weeks after that. He catches you looking over at Robin and he's by your side asking when you plan to propose to him. Or point out how flustered you are every time you have to work together.

- it's the comments over the comms that really get to you because Robin is the only one to not understand what's going on.

- '(Y/N) got any big plans later tonight? Rob? No? hmm, maybe you should do something together'

- 'Wow (Y/N) I dig the new suit. What do you think, Rob?'

- It's just past subtle that it drives you crazy

- The team suddenly putting you and Robin together for literally everything. You're not sure if it's because they're trying to get you together or because they just like to see how flustered you are around him.

- Robin inviting you to his home on thanksgiving because you and Oliver are having a huge fight and you have nowhere else to go.

- Nearly fainting when you see him without his suit and mask because holy shit is this boy beautiful. The most stunning blue eyes that you had ever seen in your entire life and it's impossible not to get lost in them. It's even harder not to be a mess around him without your own mask to hide behind

- Dick getting way to excited to show you around the batcave. ~grabbing your hand~ to drag you around everywhere in the massive manor and in the cave. He doesn't realize he's still holding it as you run into Bruce and they have an entire conversation while you're still holding his hand - not wanting to let go and to shocked to

- Bruce thinking it's adorable when Dick's cheeks get rosy upon realizing that he didn't let go of you. Unfortunately not noticing that he blushed.

- Starting to hang out way more after that when training. Still being a mess around him but now Wally's started to pick up that Dick is too.

- Now he's teasing the both of you separately and it becomes the most entertaining thing to see you both stumble over your words or mess up while doing something because of what he says. Wally brings out the popcorn every time you spar together now because it's just so entertaining to watch you both be hesitant around each other.

- Dick finally has enough of Wally's comments and jokes one day.

- Completely out of the blue you're in the kitchen with M'gann trying to help her make some new recipe that she wanted to try when Dick comes storming into the kitchen with Wally right behind. Neither of you have any time to ask what's going on before Dick grabs your cheeks and kisses you

- You don't have time to react out of your shocked state. M'gann drops the spoon she's holding and Wally's absolutely losing his shit at the site that he's seeing.

- By the time he pulls away you've finally realized what happens. Dick, your crush, kissed you completely randomly and completely perfectly. He glares at Wally before leaving the room, not explaining himself to anyone - not even you.

- Wally speeding you so you're standing only inches away from your chests touching. No one's around this time. Dick's cheeks are bright red and he's trying his best to avoid your gaze.

- "I really like you" The words aren't meant to completely blurt out but now you've done it and there's no taking it back. It's painful waiting for him to respond. Decades, hours, seconds pass and he still doesn't say anything. Maybe he doesn't need to - maybe another kiss will give you the answer you need. And it does.

- Dick's hesitant this time. he doesn't have the surge of confidence and frustration this time around. His hands latch onto your lips, pulling you closer. Its far more perfect than the last one - and this time you're actually able to kiss him back without being in complete shock.

- "I like you too"

- Wally is incredibly proud of himself for finally getting you guys together after that painfully long wait.

AH! I will always gush.

Okay so. 2016 was a big year for me. I graduated high school and moved into college, (A small private college in my hometown that no one I went to school with went to, so it was nice), and the same day I moved into college, my parents moved multiple states away. Thanksgiving break, that wasn’t a huge issue, Christmas break made it more pronounced that I had no friends and knew no one, and by the time summer break rolled around, I was bored and had nowhere to go because I didn't have a car or keys to get back into the apartment building (limited key fobs were given to the residents. I didn’t have a car so whenever I wanted to leave I had to take the garage door opener from my dad’s car if he was home or hope someone would be home when I got back.)

I talked to my cat so often I understood her meows. So.... I downloaded tinder. Not to date, just to talk to people. Seriously. I cannot stress this enough. I just wanted to talk.

I end up getting a job as the first month goes on, I match with a bunch of people and have interesting conversations. Then one day, I match with a “Josh” and our first messages were these (Before I deleted tinder, I downloaded all our convos to my laptop so I could keep them):

Anything and everything. You pick. This doesn't just have to be my tinder adventure

SO. We start talking. And one day I forgot to hit send and we didn’t talk for a day or two and he actually reached out to make sure I was okay because he hadn’t heard from me. And I was like. omg. I was stupid and didn’t press send. We progressed to Snapchat and eventually to texting.

Over the course of these convos, the boy asked me out three times. The first time I was like “I didn’t have my schedule yet, I’ll get back to you when I do” and just never brought it up again because. Ew. Tinder. And then he asked me out again, but I actually did have plans. And the third time I actually asked him out and here’s why:

We had been talking after I got out of work and I had stopped to pick up pizza from a place near our apartment complex. He asked what place, I told him. He said that was near where he works. I asked where he worked and he described the area around where I worked (which was literally down the street from my house. Literally 5 min commute) and then I was like. “Lol you know this shopping complex? The apartments behind it?” and he said yes. And that was when I learned he worked across the street from my house. Like, I look out on the balcony and can see the building. So, I thought, shit. I told him where I live, have to go out with him now.

So, we set up a date. He takes me to the Melting Pot, which if you haven't been, its amazing, but also hella expensive. As someone who’s dating experience had been super lame dates to the Newport Creamery or walks around town, this was blowing it out of the park. We talk so long that we missed the first showing of Spiderman: Homecoming that we were going to, so we decide to catch a later showing and end up walking around a bit to kill time. We get to the movies, watch the movie, and we go to drive home. On the way home, this song that I had sent him weeks ago comes on his spotify and we both sing along. We get to my door, I end up giving him a hug, and I go back upstairs to get my ass yelled at for getting home at one am and not telling my parents I’d be home late after going out with a stranger.

Fast forward to the next week, date 2. We go to a sushi restaurant that I’d always wanted to try, and then we go to this Farmer’s Fair in his area and he makes a bet that if there’s a car with an American flag we hold hands. No flag, I won the bet, he still held my hand and bought me a lil fake flower (we go back to this fair every year and he gets me a new one. I have a collection growing) and he takes me to this tent full of blue ribbon bunnies because I have four bunnies at home. We have some fun, it gets super fucking hot outside because its July. Then, we go to the other part of our date, mini golfing. I somehow got multiple holes in one, to the point where he asked if I was hustling him. And then we were waiting on the bench for a hole to free up and I asked him how serious he was about this and he told me “Serious enough to ask when you go back to school and if I can visit while you’re there.” My heart does a skippy-skip and we finish the game and get some ice cream. While we’re sitting, we talk a bit more, we make it facebook official, and then when we get back to my apartment that night, we kissed. Only after all of this is over does the boy tell me I was his first date ever and his first kiss ever.

But, the rest, as they say, is history. We’ll be starting year four next month, and he’s been with me through my mood swings, moving to and from college, moving houses, my dad dying, and just... a lot. He’s honestly one of the best things to walk into my life, and you all know I’m not super religious (I joke about joining the religion of the Jedi), but I pray to God I never fuck this up.

New Senshi Generation: A Sailor Moon Fanfiction Spork

Hello all! I didn’t get my rear in gear to edit the next video for TodoBaku/BakuTodo, so we’re doing a new fic today!

Now, I am by no means an expert at anything Sailor Moon. I watched maybe 30 episodes of the original (undubbed) anime way back in high school out of sheer curiosity. A lot of it didn’t stick with me. So! I brought on a Sailor Moon expert to help me with this, who also happens to be one of my very best friends! Thanks for all your help, @kittykatz009! The second one was Cyrius, who controls the East and willed the power of ice. The thrid was general Tera, who controls the West and willed the powers of the earth. And finally, Tempest, who controls the Southern parts of the Underworld and controls the wind.

Mkay so these names are rooted in Greek and Roman Mythology so this leads me to believe that the author did not come up with these names by themself

oh no I didn't even think about the anime ahaha 😂 I also totally forgot that Thanksgiving was a thing lmao but I can definitely imagine that also tends to get quite stressful at times. I like to stay busy so if I've got nothing big happening with my family or my friends I'll usually try to find something else to put my energy into! Anyways, I meant to ask how you got into the jse/markiplier community, and when? -☃️

Yeah, I’m a dumb American, so I forget constantly that the rest of the world (and plenty of Americans) don’t celebrate it, haha. I work with teams in India and Germany, and it’s fun seeing the holidays that are really culturally important in some countries and not in others.

But I actually got into Markiplier first mostly against my will. My wife had stumbled into let’s plays kind of by accident, and ended up watching Cryaotic play The Walking Dead (this was around 2015), and when we finished that series she started looking up some “best let’s play series to watch” at the time, and of course Mark’s FNAF playthrough was on there, so we started watching that.

And my wife thought Markiplier was “cute and hot, at the same time, I don’t understand” and suddenly I had no choice but to watch him XD Buuuuuuuut by the time Sister Location came around and we were watching while he was updating, I was super invested in him, and he became kinda part of our routine.

Jack was similar, we ran out of long series to watch Mark playing, and everything mentioned how great Jack’s Undertale let’s play was, so we watched that, and then Happy Wheels, then all of Prop Hunt, and then they were both just a general part of our day. Get done with work, sit down for dinner, see what the boy’s uploaded.

Obviously much harder for you to give a long answer, but did you get into one before the other? Or do you mostly watch one or the other now?
