Sooo excited, just got an 8 week meal plan full of healthy foods. I have noticed that I felt awesome when I ate healthy and a lot happier. I fell off that track, so hopefully this will help me get back on it! I know I am late joining it too, but I am still excited none the less.

Week 4 recap
Okay, I tried going all out, but it's time for finals and as much as I would love to, I need to keep going strong and keep myself far away from senioritis. 
I'll get super serious and probably hit up the gym during the actual finals week next week. 
As UCM is a smaller campus (compared to other universities and colleges), usually the classes (like my SSHA ones) get their finals shoved into the last week of instruction. I usually love finishing early and watching my housemates scramble during their finals (bwhahahaha), but it's super stressful to study (mainly cram) and write essays and do the final assignments for classes at the same time. 
To keep track, I have caved and bought 3 McDonald's White Chocolate Coffees (2 were medium and today it was large one; only 3 hours sleep last night so eh...)

NEW MONTH - NJOY LIVE!
I just love the fact that a new month began. Last week i felt a bit lazy about eating so much healthy and i could already feel that my body was changing  - not in a good way =) . So i used the new month for a new beginning and i reeeeally love to feel my abs and my tighs again. Just motivates me to continue with my everyday workout routine... and i love the popsterpresents videos. Enjoy your live and choose to be happy.

Food Log! One Day Until New Years Eve
Breakfast: Mixed berries/pom smoothie
Lunch: Spinach, tomatoes and almonds. I had a few bites of chicken before deciding it was undercooked
Dinner: Miso soup, ginger, chicken, mushrooms, broccoli
Snacks: almonds, chocolate, banana
Exercise: Replaced Shred It! with HIIT treadmill and a stairmaster routine
How I feel: Little sore from yesterday, I have a blister on my foot too now.
What I learned: A few days of good training/eating wont make up for 2 weeks of "ok" to "bad" training/eating, but it wont stop me from trying!

because it's sunday that means i am officially done with week one of 8 week hot body meal plan by cassey. yay! i have to say i'm pretty pleased with my progress, i've had some minor slip ups that i hope i'll avoid in the future, i also skipped one day of exercise because i was exhausted. oh well. 
other than that, i can mark week one as a success! tomorrow i'm weighing in, i do feel like i've maybe lost some weight so all in all it's just a great way to start my week!
tonight is my official YOLO meal which means chinese take out. YES!
