Ah nuts. As I feared, the new Two-Face story by Daniel Warren Johnson in Batman: Black and White barely features Harvey at all. He might as well be a generic crime boss in personality and lack of any Two-Face methodology or personality.
It’s not a BAD story, mind you. It’s a solidly written and strikingly illustrated tale of Bruce utilizing chess lessons Alfred taught him as a child while going after Harvey. It’s a perfect conceit for a short Batman story, one I would have otherwise loved... except this involved beating up a boring take on Harvey and then ramming him with the fucking Batmobile.
I wasn’t expecting much from the solicit, but they featured him in a variant cover, so I’d hoped Johnson might actually do something with him. Well, he did something to him, at least. That’s... something, I guess?
