im really dumb so i don't know if i can reply to your tags properly but absolutely love your hc lol. i think it's actually pretty likely a decent amount of the sith have some ancient sith admixture based on the holocrons in kotor because it's implied they were genetically engineered into the genes of the dark Jedi who's empires descendants spread throughout the galaxy, and led to the growth of force capable humans via dispersion. and yeah, talzin needs to get better taste.. it felt. vaguely implied by how in the tcw gap comics after cancellation she talks about him betraying her after exchanging magic and studies with him by kidnapping maul
I am a Luddite & managed to miss this entirely when it came thru but I have found it now! & Thank you, I love positing weird/wild hcs for SW, I'm glad you liked it! A side note- I honestly can't stand how they've shifted Maul's backstory around over time, I think Talzin being like 'oh nooooo the mean Sith stole my babyyyyyy' is bullshit, she would have totally sold that baby for dark magicks lolol (I prefer Kycina tbh, the tragedy inherent in her desperately looking for someone to take her child and save him from Talzin & the Nightsisters and it ending up being Sidious is just *chef's kiss* but i guess that's no longer canon D: Anyways thanks for the ask, sorry I missed it for a million years!

MLQC Housemates Christmas Holiday
Victor - Red, Lucien - Purple, Gavin - Blue, Kiro - Orange, Shaw - Green, MC (You) - Pink
CHRISTMAS BABYYYYYY!!!!!
There are two kids that love Christmas and that is MC and Kiro
The moment that Thanksgiving is over almost everyone is beginning to get the Christmas decorations out
Victor’s questioning who bought these silly items
These people live in a mansion so a massive Christmas tree is going to the corner of the livingroom
Not many of them (Gavin, Victor, Lucien, Shaw) had ornaments when they first lived together
As the years go by the tree is decorated with ornaments from around the world and art crafts
At the very top is pictures of friends and family who’ve passed away
You always get the honor of climbing the ladder to put the star on the tree
Victor and Gavin are held back from smacking Shaw for taking a picture of your ass as you do it
“I was really hoping you would wear a dress for this special occasion.”
Lucien and you decorate the inside of the house with boxes of decorations and turn the inside into winter wonderland with a peppermint touch
Gavin and Victor hang up the lights outside since Gavin can fly and he can understand Victor’s directions
When Kiro was paired with Gavin for lights it took almost three days
Shaw and Kiro put up the inflatables and other yard decorations, it’s fun because they can rock out to some music as they do it
There are snowmen, reindeers, Santa making the house so lively
When they go to the store Victor is like a mom telling Kiro they can’t get another inflatable
“This one is Santa on a surfboard! We have to get it!!”
“No, it won’t look good along with the lights and other decorations.”
“But Victoorrr!!”
Even though Victor isn’t the biggest Christmas fan he still cares that the house looks nice better than the neighbors
People from around the neighborhood come to see their decorations
It’s become a bit of a holiday photo shoot
It’s a tradition to buy the chocolate calendars but they have to have different designs or they’ll be a mix up
Victor’s giving Kiro his chocolate like giving a dog a treat
“Stop Victor he’s not a golden retriever.”
MAKING COOKIES
Everyone sits around the table to make cookies
It’s enough to feed a small army
Gavin makes snowman and birds, Lucien does butterflies and some complicated designs, Shaw does lightning and chooses the brightest color sprinkles, Kiro does anything he can think of, Victor makes some actual normal cookies, you attempt to do reindeers and smiley faces
After baking almost everything looked like blowfishes
CHRISTMAS MOVIES FROM HERE ON
Almost everyone can’t deal with the sappy cliches and the poor plot so they go for kids Christmas movies and the classics
It’s going to be a big cuddle fest with the couch and floor covered in blankets and pillows
Victor gives up when MC and Kiro start making a pillow fort with everyone joining in
“This time I get to cuddle close with MC because you guys never give me time!”
Victor’s forcing everyone to shovel the snow and he is literally going to beat their asses when they get distracted so they can build snowman
If Lucien throws a snowball at him all hell will break loose
It ends with everyone having to take a warm bath to not catch a cold
On Christmas Day Kiro is shaking everyone to wake up and go downstairs
The tree has mountains of presents under and the stockings are filled to the brim
Gavin is in charge of putting the wrapping paper in the garbage bag
You make sure that your camera is ready to take a picture of everyone’s smiling faces
You insist of doing photos infront of the tree for at least an hour until everyone starts complaining
Victor got ties, travel equipment, suits, watches, kitchen equipment, and animal plushies
Lucien got books, ties, blankets, art equipment, comfy pajamas, and anything butterfly related
Kiro got sunglasses, brand clothes, travel equipment, gourmet candy, comic books, and quality hero figurines
Gavin got things for Sparky, plants, workout equipment, shoes, sunglasses, and new furniture
Shaw got brand clothes, jewelry, art equipment, phone, camera, and cologne
You got brand clothes, dresses, animal plushies, room decorations, makeup, and a laptop
People with money can really give you awesome presents
A feast with everyone’s friends and family coming together is hectic but no one would trade it for the world

WHO: Anyone who wants to come meetup with homestucks and friends to celebrate this comic’s 10th birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?: Its always nice to bring food or drinks to share, but it’s not required. A picnic blanket to sit on is recommended and cosplay is encouraged, but also not required! Good manners, as this is a public park full of people and children and other events.
WHAT SHOULD I NOT BRING?: Cosplay props, especially ones that look like weapons. Alcohol and/or drugs of any kind are obviously a big no. Don’t bring a negative attitude towards the series or fans either, we want this to be fun for all!

Okay people, let’s do this one last time...
In 1962 Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider in the lead story of Amazing Fantasy #15, an anthology comic book series bound for cancellation. In only 11 pages Stan Lee and Steve Ditko created one of the most enduring pop culture icons of the past century, one that maintains a firm grasp on the imaginations of children and adults alike.
Ask any Spider-Man fan what makes the character appeal to generations of audiences and you’re bound to hear something about how Peter Parker represents the every-man, making him very easy to relate to. Or maybe something about how the full-body costume and mask allows for a level of anonymity that defies age, race and gender, allowing anyone to see a reflection of themselves in the character if they so choose. And they’re not wrong- those are some of the character’s defining traits, further evidenced by the success of the recent animated feature, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. But there’s one aspect of Peter Parker’s story that is sometimes overlooked, despite it’s defining influence on the character. See, the thing that Spider-Man has that many superheroes don’t is a unique and vibrant relationship with his surroundings. Seriously- New York City is as intrinsic to Spider-Man as great power and great responsibility. From the skyscrapers that permit webswinging to the bodegas where Peter Parker shops, New York has always played a key role in the story of Spider-Man.
From here I’ll be documenting the design, development and production of Webslinger’s Guide to New York City: A comprehensive, illustrated guide book to the Big Apple for dedicated fans of Spider-Man! This blog will be the outlet for ramblings and inspiration, as well as highlights on the process of making the book.
