isn't it ironic how Law as a doctor is so quick to fuss about everyone's health but disregards his own completely

he dedicated his life to fix people and help them recover from any ailments, yet he ruins himself by running after a past he can never return to

he walks into the monster's den on his own accord and tells himself that he is strong enough to resist its honeyed lies, but Doffy always manages to weasel his way into Law's broken heart and nist himself into the cracks and make them larger and larger

they gorge on each other's misery like wild animals and in the middle is the shadow of a dead brother looming over them, binding them both together in a blood red ribbon of fate

favorite flavor of delusional Law is when he disregards all the alarm bells in his head and walks right into Doffy's arms because god dammit, he's the closest thing to Cora and he just can't. let. go.

it's so wrong - it's so, so bad, Law KNOWS that - but he's so desperate and broken and at this point he loses all sense of self-preservation, he just wants Corasan back so badly & if he gives up on his grip on reality Doffy almost looks exactly like his brother…

of course Doffy uses that sick obsession Law has to his advantage grows out his hair just to make Law a little bit more vulnerable to his manipulation deepens his voice just a little more to make it resemble Cora and turn Law pliant after all, Doffy's always been good at spinning beautiful lies
