Full disclosure:

One tumblr I had a few years ago was all about food and I did a decent job of actually making myself make the recipes but then I gained some weight and immediately started a #thinspo. Granted this was 2014 and I was maybe 24 and was on a diet cycle my whole fucking life since age 12. I will never been as thin as the first time I really thought I was fat bc honestly that was too thin. Passing out while working out too much. Tried purging but scraped the back of my mouth REALLY badly and had to fake a cold for the sore throat. Tried laxitives and fucked up my ability to leave a bathroom for two days. I will still continue to probably buy any sort of “energy” supplement that is basically passing itself off as a magic pill. STUPID HORRIBLE SHIT and I’m trying to be kind to my teenage-early/late 20s. I try to be kind to myself now but I literally know every single thing I’m doing to stay at this size and every goddamn bite of food comes with me doing an equation even if I’m not actively counting calories.

Basically a pic o noods just brought back floods of shame of both the need to diet and feeling like I needed to diet.

I want body positivity so bad I could taste it and honestly I hope it tastes like those noodles below and they don’t come with a side of guilt for dessert.

Làm việc trong một hệ thống thiếu sự công bằng và minh bạch cộng với nhiều thứ chồng chéo nhau là ức chế thế đó! Nói chung là những ngày hãm khó tả.
