I'm 90% sure that the reason we get almost no Alastair PoVs is because Cassie felt uncomfortable writing from the perspective of someone with such severe cPTSD but GIRL! She did a REALLY good job with his one (1) PoV in Chain of Iron. Like, it shone SO much over the rest of the book and was definitely one of the best, most engaging scenes in the trilogy. 100% gets my cPTSD seal of approval. I just really want more and think he should have been a frequent PoV character. He's definitely one of the best, most real characters she's ever created on a plethora of levels
