Have you noticed that at the part of In Like Flynn where King Trevor is tied to the statue, a figure that looks almost exactly like Lance in a mask walks forward at the bottom right corner?
Yes, I have!
This is because it saves on budget to reuse character models that already exist, rather than create new ones. In crowd shots - especially distant ones, where you are unlikely to see faces - they often use already-existing characters to fill out the group. This is why Faith (before she had a name or personality) was one of the people who was turned back into human from being a bird.
You can often see lots of recognizable extras in crowd shots and, in cases like the one you mentioned, sometimes named characters as well.
