UTDP/Summer Camp: Miu Iruma

in-game info from v3's UTDP Mode and Danganronpa S: Summer Camp AU, for fanart/fanfic inspiration etc. note that this is a "nice" universe where v3 goes to Hope's Peak and Junko never Junko'd.

this post details Miu Iruma's scenes with others, as well as insights about her that these bits provide. there's a Lot, so jump on down under the cut.

NOTE: As stated, in the UTDP/Summer Camp universe, the v3 kids go to Hope's Peak, likely as Class 79. Regardless of their backstories in v3, they are "played straight" in this universe, e.g. Shuichi and Kyoko are both the Ultimate Detectives, etc.

• Mahiru was trying to take a picture of a view of the jabberwock beach up on the roof of the restaurant, you were up there with her, keeping her company

• she had her tongue sticking out slightly while trying to get the perfect angle and you giggled quietly before she looked at you surprised

• “huh? What’s funny, Y/N?”

• “nothing nothing! You’re just so cute when you’re focusing”

• Mahiru’s face went almost as red as her hair, and she looked away from you back at the beach

You mentioned Fuyuhiko has a farm to trade with the Future Foundation. I'm wondering if the FF gives supplies to Class 77B on Jabberwock Island.?

Judging from I learnt from the Danganronpa Kirigiri novels that she knows how to cook and bake. Do you think she sometimes bakes cookies or cakes to her kids and Makoto during her limited spare time off work? (...or at least bakes with Hikari for some mother/daughter time)

We're there moments when Toko becomes Genocide Sho around her family by accident at some point?

The Futute Foundation is run by Munakata, who turned a blind eye to resources being given to Class 77b when they were on the island. He struggles to believe they're "cured" but can't deny they helped save the world.

Well there goes my "Kyoko can't cook" headcanon. Still gonna say she prefers hoe Makoto and cafes prepare coffee and she doesn't prep her own because of this. I'm sure Kyoko would try to use baking as bonding moments for her and Hikari.

Considering a sneeze will cause a switch, it's happened many times. Thankfully since Toko and Syo share emotions, her kids aren't ever in any harm. Hideaki thinks Syo is annoying and Yuudai is rightfully scared of her.

I'M TALKING A LOT ABT STORY THINGS LATELY cuz i'm doing some fleshing out / story overhaul stuff in the background and one of the things that's gotten developed and lightly rewritten a lot has been darcy's and valentin's relationship which makes me so :') aha

originally i had their relationship wrt normal / "true route" end a little more amicably via valentin letting darcy go through with his plan bc he wants his brother to finally be happy and no longer have to suffer, but since i came up w that original vibe his character has expanded... so much & i no longer think that's in character.

which is...... a great time bc that means wholly that out of the people who likely try to stop darcy bc they become privy to his plan to sacrifice wonderland & everyone in it to stay alive together with alice, the two biggest adversaries are bound to be aleister and...... valentin 🤪 we already know that darcy kills aleister and steals his power w/ alice so they can shatter the stars and then destroy / kill wonderland together bc they have to completely unravel alice's defined fate and remake the stars / world from scratch in normal / true ending but like

before even reaching the jabberwock they'd v likely have to deal with valentin guarding the stairway to the stars first and when i tell you valentin would be so emotional oml ... the man does NOT want to fight his brother and tbf neither does darcy but when i say darcy literally gives up on everything and EVERYONE else in order to save alice i'm not joking 😭 top 10 anime betrayals rly will be darcy / val fighting one-another and darcy having to kill the only person he's ever loved other than alice bc val is..... his family

like he was going to have to kill him ANYWAYS cuz u know... the bunny mfer is LIT RALLY committing genocide for the sake of love, but he didn't ever expect to have to personally look his brother in the eye when he did it. and at that point he would have the ability to actually kill the perma-immortals of wonderland so 😭 rip valentin aha

"What, pray tell, is there to laugh about?" Sonia asked. Her mouth was now in a perpetual frown, at least when she wasn't crying or shouting her discontent about being shipped away from Jabberwock Island eventually. As far as she was concerned, the island and the Remnants of Despair were her home. Even though Novoselic still stood, it was crumbling and populated with citizens torn between accepting the fact that she and her friends had been persuaded and brainwashed by Junko Enoshima to participate in The Tragedy and fulfill the vision of Ultimate Despair, and that she'd acted of her own accord to orchestrate mass genocide.

And that didn't include the murders that particularly stung the nation as a whole: shooting her father point-blank in the head when he'd tried to reason with her, and torturing her mother in the newly-reopened prison cells below the Castle. After eventually beheading her, she'd left their bodies to rot on spikes in front of Novoselic Castle until they were stolen. If anyone thought they were above her word of law, besides Junko, they'd meet a similar fate.

"We caused so much suffering, so much pain, so much destruction of everything we held dear," She retorted. Sonia was too tired now even for tears: she'd cried them all already, leaving her in a state of numbness. That was fine: she didn't want to feel anymore. Regret and sadness, happiness and joy, and everything in-between: it was too much, and she didn't deserve it anyway. Unfeeling, until the moment her heart stopped beating and she could finally rest, was her preference. "That is no reason to show any amusement or lightheartedness. I do not deserve to find humor in anything ever again."

Li-Like Genocider Syo and Toko Fukawa?

Something to that effect but seems from the sounds of it, Izuru won't do anything drastic and mostly stick to programming and surgery, helping the residents on Jabberwock Island.

Still... seems despite being the Ultimate Hope, Izuru has some limitations to what talents he can and can't use, he can't predict the future or even have Ultimate Luck which I guess is to be expected plus he knows where the briefcase is but mention it'll take months and they won't have time to help everyone.

And since he holds no hatred for me, despite me being the reason I created him... I thought he would want to kill me, at least we know he's not dangerous...

HOPE BEYOND DESPAIR -

A Keyblade modeled after the black and white asthetic of Monokuma from Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc! This Keyblade is designed to have a faster and more accurate shotlock! The hilt guard has the frame work of the Hope's Peak Academy emblem, surrounded by a black and white checker pattern inspired by the interior of the school. The teeth of the blade is inspired by Monokuma's Eye, with the token being the Hope's Peak Academy Emblem.

The world logo is Hope's Peak Academy, with Monokuma taking hold of the tragic school. The name comes from Makoto Naegi's ability to Hope beyond Junko's and Monokuma's Despair.

RESERVE HOPE -

A Keyblade designed after the false island of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair! This Keyblade is designed to have better Water techniques! The hande is designed after the Truth Blades, with the sea water forming the hilt guard along with the Monokuma bomb. A palm tree and beach form the shaft of the blade before being turened into data blocks. The teeth of the blade is once again Monokuma's Eye, but it is distorted by the data blocks. The keychain is made up of the Hope Fragments collected through Free Time, with the token being Monomi.

The world logo is the name of the island which the game takes place: Jabberwock Island, modeld after the title of the game. The name comes from the fact that Hajime Hinata is a member of the Reserve Course, but is still a bringer of Hope.

HEIR OF HOPE -

A Keybladed based on the titular Despair Girls of Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls! This Keblade is designed to have greater Thunder spells and an extended combo! The handle and teeth of the blade is designed after Komaru Naegi's Hacking Gun, with an added Monokuma Eye to match the other Keyblades. The hiltguard and shaft of the blade is designed as a stylized version of Genocide Jack's iconic scissors. The keychain is based on the chain worn by Kurokuma, with the token being Shirokuma.

The World Logo comes from the city the game takes place in, Towa City, and is modeled after the title of the logo. The name comes from Monaca Towa's goal of making Komaru the Heir to the Ultimate Despair, but she rejects this instead tries to bring hope to the people of Towa City.

FINAL HOPE -

This keyblade modeled after the deadly knives used in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School. This Keyblade is designed to have greater combo finishers and Light based attacks! The handle and shaft of the blade is designed after knife given to the brainwashed members of the Future Foundation.

The World Logo comes from the local of the Final Killing Game, the Future Foundation HQ, it is designed after the logo of the Anime. The name comes from the fact that this is the final entry in the Hope's Peak series, as well as Makoto's role as the Ultimate Hope.

TRUTH BEHIND LIES -

This Keyblade is designed after the new 4th wall breaking world of Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony! This Keyblade is designed to have better Treasure Magnet! THe handle of the blade is designed after this games version of the Truth Blades. The hilt guard is designed after Team Danganronpa logo, with the top being inspired by the Vs found in the game, along with the Friendship Fragments. The shaft of the blade is designed after Motherkuma, with the teeth is designed after the Monokuma eye of the Team Danganronpa logo, but in blue to keep with the game's overall blue theme. The chain is designed featuring each of the Monokubs with the token being Monokuma.

The World Logo is named after the location of this killing game: the Ultuimate Academy of Gifted Juveniles. The name comes from the fact that Suichi Saihara's goal to weed out the truth behind the lies of the killing game.
