#Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

During the diaper changing segment in Pt.3, Bulk is seen tearing apart three diapers and the footage of this is scattered through this montage. When these bits are put back together, you get results like these:

So this got me thinking- Was Paul Schrier(Bulk) just told to rip a bunch of diapers and these instances of him doing so were likely taken from a collected B-Reel? This is further backed by the fact the script only ever mentions Bulk “ruining” a single diaper-

I mean, they had to fill in time for this episode somehow, I guess.

"What are fans going to watch"? Speaking personally i'm watching watching old Power Rangers seasons on Netflix.

It’ll never stop being morphin time.

Even when Hollywood wants to act like we’re not allowed to do morphin time in theaters it’s always gonna be morphin time.

Duke Reviews Tv: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 1x03 Teamwork

Hello, I’m Andrew Leduc And Welcome To Duke Reviews Tv Where Today We Are Continuing Our Look At Power Rangers By Talking About Episode 3 Of Season 1 Of Mighty Morphin, Teamwork…

This Episode Sees Kimberly And Trini Lead A Drive To Clean Up The Environment, But Rita Has Other Plans For The Girls When They Walk Into Her Waste Dump….

Will The Rangers Clean Up Rita’s Waste Dump While Also Dealing With Her New Minotaur?

Let’s Find Out As We Watch Teamwork…

The Episode Starts At Angel Grove High (Which Appears For The First Time Ever In This Episode) As Kimberly And Trini Leading A Drive To Clean Up The Environment But When The Girls Ask The Guys If They’ll Get Involved, They’re All Unfortunately Too Busy Doing Other Things To Help Them…

Showing The Girls What They Think About Recycling, Bulk And Skull Dump A Whole Trash Can All Over The Floor Which Leads The Girls To Show What They Think About Their Idea Of Recycling…

Meanwhile, Back On The Moon, Rita Plans To Pollute The Entire Planet With The Help Of A Dumpsite She Has In The City While Also Having Finster Work On Her Latest Monster. Dropping By Rita’s Dumpsite, The Girls Are Intercepted By Putties…

However While Trini Fares Well, Kimberly Is Just Like “Get Away From Me!, Get Away From Me!” The Whole Time…Seriously Guys Again If They Can’t Beat The Putties Then Have Them Morph, For Crying Out Loud!

image

Back At The Command Center, We Find Out That The Reason Zach Couldn’t Help The Girls Is Because Alpha Wanted To Learn How To Dance…

You Know Zach, If You Had Told Alpha That You Told Trini And Kimberly You Couldn’t Help Them Because Of This Alpha Might Have Understood And Let You Go Help Them But No, Instead We Get Zach Teaching Alpha Some Funky Fresh Moves While The Girls Get Their Asses Kicked…

image

After Zach Is Finished The Emergency Alarm Goes Off, Which Leads Zordon To Tell Zach About Kimberly And Trini’s Plight. Bringing In Jason And Billy To Fill Them In, The Guys Are Held Back From Helping Trini And Kimberly As Rita Has Sent Down The Minotaur To Keep The Guys Occupied…

Uh, No Offense, Zordon But Couldn’t You Send 2 Of Them To Keep The Minotaur Occupied While The Other One Helps Trini And Kimberly Finish Off The Putties So They Can Help Them Deal The Minotaur?

But No, Zordon Says Screw Kimberly And Trini And Sends The Guys To Deal With The Minotaur…

Luckily The Girls Finish Off The Putties And They Join The Fight, But Before Hooking Up With The Guys The Girls Deal With A Squad Of Putties And Goldar…

Making The Minotaur Grow, The Rangers Bring In The Zords…

Teleporting The Rangers Back To The Command Center, Zordon Tells The Rangers About The Power Weapons…

Again, No Offense, But Isn’t This Something They Should Have Known About Since Day 1?

I Mean All They Really Have Aside From The Zords Is A Blaster/Sword Combo To Protect Themselves, I Think Mentioning “Oh, You Have Weapons Aside From Your Side Blaster/Sword To Protect You” Should Have Been On That List Of Things To Mention…

(Start At 0:13)

With Rita Mad At Her Defeat, The Rangers Only To Face Mr. Kaplan (The School Principal, Who Also Makes His First Appearance In This Episode) Who Believes The Rangers Caused Bulk And Skull’s Mess They Caused..

However, Before Kaplan Can Scold Them His Secretary Calls Him To His Office, Which Gives Them Time To Clean It Up Before Kaplan Gets Back…

But Why?

They Didn’t Cause The Accident So All They Had To Do Was Say That Bulk And Skull Did It And They’d Be Punished By Cleaning Up The Accident They Caused…

But No…

Instead We Get The Rangers Cleaning Up The The Mess Which Instead Of Looking Like A Lesson In Teamwork Is Just The Rangers Getting Bulk And Skull Off Scott Free With No Punishment Whatsoever…

What….The….Hell!

Getting A Call On Their Communicators, Zordon Attempts To Congratulate The Team But The Call Has So Much Static Because Alpha Is Short Circuiting The Control Console Because He’s Been Practicing His Dancing…

And That’s Teamwork And It’s Not Great…

The Action Scenes Are Good But The Story Is Just Horrible With The Girls Unable To Fight The Putties By Themselves…

I Know I’m Going To Get An Argument Stating That “They’re Just Trying To Make Them Strong, Female Characters That Don’t Need A Man To Help Them” Well, I Say Bullshit To That Remark, If You Can’t Fight Them, You’re Not A Strong Female Character, You’re A Dumb Female Character That Will Most Likely End Up Dead Or Worse…

Zach Not Helping The Girls Because Alpha Wanted Dancing Lessons, The Fact That Zordon Couldn’t Have 1 Ranger Go Help The Girls While The Other 2 Rangers Deal With The Minotaur…

The Fact That Zordon Waited Until The 3rd Episode To Tell Them About The Power Weapons Knowing That They Only Had A Blaster/Sword For A Weapon and The Rangers Cleaning Up Bulk And Skull’s Mess, Getting Them Off Scott Free Without Any Punishment…

God, This Episode Is Just Stupid!

I’m Sorry, But This Is One Episode, I’m Saying To Skip, Unless You Really Want To Know How The Rangers Got The Power Weapons…

Till Next Time, This Is Duke, Signing Off…
