prompt: 15 - “your in my head more often than i want.” (fluff)

coming to devildom at first was a horrifying experience to say the least, imagine quite literally being abducted from your home and brought to a place you've always learned was the epitome of nightmares— and then what you expected would be exactly that, turned out to not be as bad as you thought.

it was a bit nerve wracking and overbearing at first, i mean you were brought here against you will without any time to prepare. but you were able to settle in soon enough, and the seven demon lords of hell helped kindly with that— in their own special little way.

every brother treated you nicely, even if it was a little iffy in the beginning, and eventually you were able to create your own little special bond with every single one of them.

well, all expect satan, that is.

after a while of knowing the brothers, you came to know the avatar of wrath as the calm and collected brother despite his sin, always keeping to himself, but at the same time had a whimsy sense of adventure and a very strange form a resentment towards lucifer. but, besides that, he had a pretty good relationship with everyone else.

but he never really showed any particular interest in you.

you two got along well enough, but you weren't exactly buddies. he never spoke to you unless he had to, and he never came near you unless you were having dinner with everyone. it kind of stung, but you tried to not let it bother you too much and instead avoided him like he avoided you. if he didn't want anything to do with you, then you wouldn't want anything to do with him.

at least, that's what you thought.

right now, you were conflicted.

latin was a hard language for you to grasp. who even taught latin anymore? wasn't it a dead language? who knows, maybe even demons liked to learn new languages, even dead ones. even so, it was something not fit out for you— and so here you were, standing in front of satan's bedroom door with the proper book and journal in your arms, torn between knocking and dashing down the hallway to only hope luck was on your side for the test you had at the end of the week.

because you didn’t have a lot of options.

lucifer was hammered with work and meetings for the week, mammon was off wasting away his profit at a casino, leviathan had his nose stuck in his computer, asmodeus was off at the fall, beel was at hell's kitchen probably devouring everything on the menu, and then belphagor was asleep.. like always.

you stood there for about five minutes, debating, trying to convince yourself that it was all going to be okay. it's not like you were scared of him, there was just this really weird tension that formed out of thin air whenever you two were alone somewhere, and you literally couldn't stand it for more than a few seconds before you wanted to get the hell out of there.

but then you realized satan probably had the most book smarts out of all the brothers, so really, he was your best hope at passing latin.

without waiting for yet another minute to pass, you slowly lifted your fist and softly rapped on the door a few times. after a few seconds, you heard quite footsteps on the other side of the barrier before it was opened with a small creak, revealing the blonde demon on the other side with a calm composure and rested smile on his lips.

"i was wondering when you'd knock, you've been standing there forever." is the first thing the fourth born greeted you with, leaning against the doorway smugly.

you blinked, staring at him unresponsively before trying to think of a verbal response to make yourself not seem as stupid as you looked right now.

he.. knew i was here the entire time.

that's embarrassing.

"is there something you need?" satan spoke up again when you didn't, a small lilt to his tone.

eventually, you snapped out of whatever dumb haze you were in and finally decided to open your mouth and talk. "yeah. yeah, there is.. actually."

he was silent for a moment before he noticed both the book and journal wrapped securely in your arms. "i assume it has something to do with those?" the demon questioned in a quieter tone, gesturing to your books limply, as if he was disappointed by something.

you nodded slowly, already feeling the air start to grow thick with discomfort. for you at least. "yeah, um.. i need a little help studying my latin, if.. if you don't mind, that is."

satan glanced to the side, appearing to be thinking it over for a while like it had been an algebra problem before he nodded to you in affirmation, and you concealed your confusion with an appreciative smile as you were welcomed into his room.

now that you think about it, you've only ever been in his room once, but it was still the mess it was the last time you saw it.

"what is it you're having trouble with, mc?"

you glanced over at satan, who had been sitting in the burgundy velvety arm chair beside a stack of books. he had pulled a miniature coffee table closer to where he sat, and pulled another unoccupied wooden chair next to his.

"oh." you whispered under your breath to yourself, grasping the books in your hands before making your way over to the chair he put out for you, taking a seat in it.

placing the books on the table, you placed your hands on your thighs and offered him a tight smile, accompanied by a nervous laughter.

"um.. everything."

as you predicted, it was strange to be in a room alone with the avatar of wrath no doubt. but the longer you stayed and listen to what he reached you, you began to feel a lot more comfortable, and gradually felt yourself beginning to relax in your chair.

satan explained everything so perfectly and precisely, breaking things down to a tee, teaching each part in increments so you had time to grasp and understand each section at a time.

after all the practicing, memorizing, and writing he went over with you, you could feel your brain beginning to shut down, and you started to loose his words as it went into one ear and out of the other.

satan noticed this, and closed the books for the day, offering if you wanted to stay for tea— which you agreed to.

this continued for the rest of the week, you continued to visit satan at the end of the day where you two would have your study sessions and tea until late at night before you were off to bed. and you had to admit to yourself, that he wasn't so bad to be around.

satan was easy to talk and relate to, something you needed in all the chaos that came with the house of lamentation. he was good company, and he seemed to be enjoying your company as much as you did his.

so the question still remains: why wasn't it like this from the beginning?

“if i may be frank, i was a little disappointed when you came to my door asking for my help."

it was the night after the results of your test, and you had fortunately passed all thanks to the avatar of greed in front of you. you had came to his room with the paper, and he congratulated you for it before you two decided to celebrate in each other's company.

however, satan's statement definitely caught you off guard for a moment, and you paused the motion in which your were bringing the rim of your teacup to your lips.

"why's that?" you asked after a pause of silence.

he shrugged, leaning back in his seat. "i suppose i wished you had visited me for another reason."

you blinked, more confused than ever as you slowly shook your head. "what other reason would i come here for?"

your words poked at him painfully, but he masked that professionally and instead leaned forward and rested his chin in his palm, giving you a bitter smile. "maybe to just visit me because you wanted to. but, no worries, it looks like this worked out well for both of us in the end."

wait. you paused, thinking over his words before it clicked. "so— you… so why avoid me this entire time?"

satan raised an eyebrow at you in question, glancing to the side with thought before a small laugh broke past his lips. “i apologize if it felt that way.. i simply didn’t know how to act around you.”

didn’t know how to act around me?

“what does that mean?” you asked.

“it means what it’s supposed to mean.”

you rolled your eyes, “well what’s that supposed to mean?”

the demon sighed, letting him arm fall to lay next to his other, “it means..” satan started, putting his weight on his arms to lean forward in closer to you—

“your in my head more often than i want,” he admitted lowly, his jade eyes boring into yours, “and i have no clue what to do about it.”

your lips parted slightly, your brain turning to mush at this new information you were trying take in, causing you to stay silent and unresponsive. he was close, not that you minded, actually. your heart hammered wildly inside your ribcage, and before you knew it, you were opening your mouth to speak.

“i can think of a few things.” you blurted out, and the last thing you saw was a grin gracing satan’s features before you both leaned in and captured each other’s lips in a kiss.

at the end of the night, you left his room with a sweet goodbye and newly blossomed feelings fluttering in your stomach, nothing but dazed thoughts filled your mind on the way back to your room.

because now that all the wrong impressions were out of the way, you had never felt more happier than you did right now.

Obey Me: Adventures of Catan

An Obey Me AU story

This is a story about a little cat demon named Catan. He will be learning about over coming problems and meet new friends throughout his adventures.

Warnings: falling books

Chapter 1: How it all began

It all started when Satan asked Lucifer to have a pet. Since Levithan had a pet of his own. Satan loves cats he adores them which made him want a pet cat for his own. Lucifer agreed to him getting a pet cat. Although, even with one cat, Satan wasn't satisfied. 1 cat became 2 cats. Then 3 then 20 then 90. Soon the whole house the covered with cats. There were many kinds of cats roaming around causing chaos wherever they went.

They were at every room, not leaving one corner untouched. It soon became too unbearable. Cats were on top of the fridge even in the fridge, Beel almost ate one. They started scratching on couches and shirts which were Mammon's expensive shirts. They had trampled and drop special limited Ruri-chan figures which Levi had kept in perfect condition. They disturbed Asmo while he was putting on makeup and layed on top of Belphegor while he was napping. They were a total disasters nd if that wasn't hard enough, they messed up papers in Lucifer's room. Lucifer had enough of all this mess which made him ban Satan from ever getting a cat ever again.

Soon after many cleaning and getting rid of the cats, Satan stand there getting angry that all of his cute kitty cats where gone. He knew he went over board with the cats but he thought that banning him from ever getting a cat was too much. After all of the cats were gone, he left to his room trying to control his anger. All he wanted was a cat, is that so hard to ask. Even if he learned his lesson, he won't ever get a cat ever again. He will try is best and win the trust of getting a cat, and so he did.

Cleaning his room, doing the dishes, feeding Henry, even having to force himself into being nice to Lucifer. He reads many books about wining the trust of others. Soon he will use that knowledge to gain trust to Lucifer and to getting a cat he wanted. All he wanted was cat and no one will stop him. Even with the many attempts of him acting responsible Lucifer still did not let Satan have a cat. He tried again and failed, one more time and failed. Everytime he tries he gets angry, everytime he fails he gets furious. Levi gets to have a pet.

"He gets to take a large snake then loses it, but gets a second try?! How is that fair"

He had to stay calm before he breaks anything in his room. He tries to think about cats of course it will make him calm, he thinks. It doesn't work since he is reminded of him getting banned from getting any cats. He can't control his anger for so long and starts to stomp on the ground. A book fell while Satan was stomping and hit him on the head. He quickly saw the book that landed on him and saw that the book opened to a picture of a cute yellowish cat. It had beautiful orange yellow eyes. He picked up the book and glanced at the page. He will always adore cats forever, they are the most beautiful creatures. He adores cats he will always cherish them. They are wonderful, he loves them. He loves cat. Suddenly out of no where a small little person was right in front of him.

It looked around and until it saw Satan. It was very scared, and when Satan wanted to get a closer look it poofed into a small cat and ran away. Startled, Satan tried to catch the little cat. He ran out his room to where it left off.

Chapter 7: After-school troubles

-In RAD-

Belphie was laying down on an empty classroom. It was his favorite spot to relax and dose off since there were no one in this particular classroom. He was the only one that knows this place. He sneaks to the empty classroom often that he already has blankets and pillows. He stacks the chairs and desks so that he can shape the pillows to make a little fort.

He normally goes there if he wants a place to escape or to chill for a bit. Today however, he wanted some peace and quiet. All this new pet cat made him tired. Knowing that it is also going to be a new brother made him a little frustrated since he can't be the younger brother anymore. He won't get what he wants nor could he get away with anything. He wasn't jealous about Catan, but he knew that the little cat is going to have all the attention around the house now. It didn't mind him since he will just sleep most of the day to forget about it.

"I'm so tired"

Belphie whispered to himself and plopped to the pile of pillows.

Belphie wanted to relax and then get back to class but his sin made it difficult to get up and be productive. He eventually slept through most of the day. The final bell ran which means that he needed to get up before Lucifer or anyone else knows about his secret hideout. He opened his eyes and gave a big yawn. He stretched for a bit until getting up to find the others. He knows that Beel will be worried if he was gone. He did promise that he wouldn't cut class today, but he had a rough night. He will probably take Beel to go out and eat at Hell's Kitchen as an apology or something.

Belphie lazily got up from the pillows and started to fix up his uniform. He walked out from the classroom slowly. He checked if there was anyone around to find him or any of his brothers were close by. He saw that no one was around which had Belphie sneakly leave. He tried to find a good little spot so that it wasn't obvious that he just left an empty classroom or wondering around.

He started to walk around a bit and as he was walking towards the corner, Lucifer stopped in on his tracks.

"So, did you have a nice nap in the classroom?"

Lucifer said looking down at Belphie.

Dammit, he got caught. He wondered how he did get caught, he always checked if there was no one around before and after he gets into his hideout. He knew he always checks, there was never a day that he was not being careful.

"I saw you walking a different direction than you normally go, so I started to follow you and saw that you were sleeping in an empty classroom, care to explain?"

Belphie sigh, there was no choice but to tell him the truth.

"It's my secret hideout. I go there sometimes when I want some peace and quite."

"Is it because of Catan?"

Belphie's eyes gone wide.

"No...I was just tired that's all, I know I promised Beel not to skip class but I was really out of it today."

Belphie looked down. Lucifer had his hand on Belphie's shoulder which in turn made Belphie look up.

"It's alright Belphie, I know how hard it is. It was very strange that this magical cat was inside the house. I'm not sure how, I assumed it sneaked inside or in any case made from magic. No matter what happens, you will still be my brother and I will never replace you."

Lucifer smiled at him, it was a small smile that was barely visible and can be mistaken as just his regular face but Belphie knew.

They were all brothers and Belphie knew that Lucifer would never do anything bad to him.

"Lets go, Beel and Mammon are looking for you, I will just say that you fell asleep in the bathroom or in the halls while trying to look for Beel"

Belphie chuckled and nodded, they both arrived at the garden where Mammon and Beel would be at.

"This is takin forever, are ya sure he was around here Beel?"

Mammon whined.

"I'm sure he would be here, I think"

Beel looks around as Mammon sighs. Beel was getting slightly worried as he couldn't find Belphie and his usual sleeping spots. He knew he was around somewhere in the school. He had to, he didn't skip class did he? He will find him he has a feeling. Mammon crossed his hands and glanced around, he spotted Lucifer and Belphie arriving at the garden which shocked him.

"Beel, Belphie is here!"

Mammon alarmed him which made Beel pop his head up to see that Belphie was with Lucifer. Beel ran towards Belphie to a hug making belphie slightly loose his balance a bit.

"Hey Be-"

"You promised that you wouldn't skip class today, why did you not keep it"

Beel said cutting what Belphie was about to say. Belphie felt bad that he didn't keep the promise. He started to think for a bit and soon gave back the hug.

"I'm sorry beel, Let me apologize to you by treating you for some food at Hell's Kitchen. I'll pay don't worry"

Belphie said to beel. Beel let go of the hug and smiled.

"That would be great"

Belphie smiled back at Beel, he knows that Beel will never get mad at him for anything he might have done. They are twins after all, they know how they both feel because of that bond.

"Hey!"

Mammon broke the cheerful mood.

"We gotta get back home ya know?"

"That is right, come one let's go. The others are waiting for us by now"

Lucifer agreed then they proceeded to make their way back home.

-In the House of Lamentation-

Asmo and Satan arrived at home first. Asmo quickly brought all of his stuff to his room so that he can organize them all. Satan looked at how Asmo quickly ran into his room without saying anything. Satan then walks to his own room to give Catan some proper clothes.

As Satan open his door he saw that Catan was nowhere to be seen. It was strange he thought he left Catan in his room. He then started to panic and think where else would Catan have gone. Satan wouldn't have thought Catan was a trouble maker, was he not? He layed the sweater on the arm of his chair and walks out to search for Catan....again.

After many searches his last stop was in Levi's room. He knew he probably had gone with Levi since he didn't want to be alone he assumed. As Satan knocked the door, it took couple of tries before Levi finally spoke.

"What's the password?"

Catan snapped out of his trance. He wanted to catch the goldfish but got startled when he heared someone at the door.

"It's me, Satan. Is Catan with you by any chance"

Satan said, ignoring Levi's question.

"That's not the password."

Levi spoke out. Catan heared that it was Satan's voice and hurried to the door. He couldn't open the door since he was slightly shorter than the doorknob. Levi looked back at Catan and pit his headphones away so that he can help him open the door.

"There...."

Catan ran out and was excited to see Satan.

Levi closed the door behind Catan and sat down on his gamer chair to start playing video games again. He didn't mind Catan at all, he seemed alright. All that Catan did was stare at Henry 2.0 but that was the least of his concern. He finds Catan to be a good enough pet brother. He just hopes he doesn't become a nuisance like the rest of his brothers when he gets older.

Satan crouched down next to Catan.

"Hey, I got you a present"

Satan told Catan. He got up and told Catan to follow him back to his room. Catan looked up with wide eyes. He was still currently wearing Satan's greenish yellow sweater. It was very big on him which looked like he was wearing a dress. As Satan started to walk towards his room, Catan follow behind him.

Catan stopped around the corridor and looked at the door. He felt a sense of something or someone arriving at the door. He quickly noticed that Satan was leaving without him, so he began to run where Satan was at. He tripped a little but got back up.

Finally, Lucifer, Mammon, Beel, and Belphie arrived at home. They were not as late but they did rushed to get back home.

"I'm tired..."

Mammon said in an exhausted voice. Belphie slowly walks to the twins room to lay down on his bed. Beel already knew that he was about to go to the kitchen to eat food. Lucifer, however was the one to prepare dinner today so he quickly walked to where Beel was going so that he doesn't eat all the food again like last time.

Chapter 3: Making a promise

"What are you all doing?"

Everyone in the studies knew who that voice belongs to. Behind all the brothers was a voice that meant trouble. Satan knew very well what will happen next, he knew who that was and knows what will happen and the poor little cat. Everyone slowly looked behind them and just like what they intended. Lucifer standing behind the others crossing his arms, he looks irritated. It felt as if a parent came in behind a child that was making trouble without knowing the parent was right there watching them.

Everyone was frighten and scared while being scolded by Lucifer. Satan hold the cat firmly in his arms like he was trying to defend it. Lucifer quickly glanced at each and every one of his younger brothers until his eyes landed on Satan. He saw him carry what he believes is a cat. As Lucifer was walking towards Satan, he ignored everyone else that was in his way. A chill ran through Satan's spine as Lucifer was walking towards him. He wasn't scare of Lucifer, he was scared of what he will do to the cat. As Lucifer finally got close to Satan, he make a mean glare at Satan. Satan glared back and tried his best to hold tightly around the little cat before Lucifer can even snatch it.

Everyone around them were scared, they didn't have anything to say nor wanted to say. They all stood there, watching what will happen between Lucifer and Satan. They waited before one of them would speak.

"Satan...."

Lucifer spoke while giving everyone besides Satan chills.

"Why do you have a cat I'm your arms."

Lucifer continues. Satan did not want to speak, he knew that whatever excuse he made will end up him having to leave the cat alone. Even if he tells him what has happen, it would make no sense. A cat randomly popped up in my room and ran away while everyone was trying to catch it. Like Lucifer will even believe that story. Lucifer will probably think that the story is nonsense and that Satan took a cat without Lucifer's knowing and accidentally loosing it inside the house.

Satan felt his wrath boil inside of him. He hated what would happen to the cat. He hated that he wasn't allowed to have a cat. He hated Lucifer and his stupid ban. He had to respond either way.

"I am protecting the cat."

Satan responded

"From whom?"

Lucifer asked.

"From you!"

Satan yelled but not very loud. The cat in his arms felt uncomfortable from the sudden yell and tried to leave Satan's arms. As the cat tried to escape and run away again, Lucifer took the cat from Satan's arms. Satan was about to protest by how he took the cat away from him until.

"What did I say about having pets? You are ban from ever having a cat ever again."

Lucifer scolded, and walked away with the cat.

"HEY, WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!"

Satan yelled as he ran towards Lucifer out of the studies.

Everyone else that were in the room were shocked. They all looked at eachother.

"What will happen to the cat?"

Asmo asked.

"I don't know, maybe let's see what Lucifer will do"

Levi said and so everyone walked away from the studies and walked to where Lucifer, Satan, and what cat are at.

They arrived at the entrance of the house. Satan looked angry, he couldn't do anything now that Lucifer had the cat in his hands. Lucifer opened the front door and placed the cat outside.

"THIS IS NOT FAIR, WHY CAN'T I HAVE A CAT?!"

Satan yelled at Lucifer.

"Because remember that time you flooded the whole house with cats?! I told you, you can only have one cat, how can you be responsible?"

Lucifer yelled back but not as loud as Satan was. The little cat meowed in question. A loud thunder can be heard from outside, it was about to rain soon.

"Don't tell me-"

Asmo spoke.

"He's gonna leave that poor thing out in the rain"

Mammon added.

As they started to whispering to eachother, it started to rain. As Lucifer was about to close the door, Satan yelled at him to stop.

"Please, I can take care of a cat. I promise that I will never try and get anymore cats. Just let me take care of that cat, I will be responsible for here on out and will be responsible for taking care of it."

Satan pleaded to Lucifer, he didn't want to plead at him but it was the only way for him to finally have a cat of his own. Even if he hated Lucifer right to the core, all he very wanted was to have a pet cat.

Lucifer turned around after hearing what Satan had to say. The cold air was lurking behind Lucifer. The sound and rain and thunder was the only thing that was heared from the silence. Lucifer heared Satan plead for a cat many times, but they were never this desperate as of right now. Lucifer still wouldn't want to let Satan have a pet. After that incident, it took many weeks and months to clear out the house and fix everything that the cats had broken. How can Satan be responsible now?

As the other brothers stared at Satan, they felt pity for him. They wanted to help out Satan so that he can have a pet cat. They were about the walk towards the two until they stopped at their tracks in shock. Satan was staring at Lucifer waiting for him to respond. That was until a small cloud was smoke formed behind Lucifer. Satan looked away and started at what was behind Lucifer and looked shocked.

Lucifer was confused as to why he was shocked, he looked behind him and saw a person. He was also shocked, there used to be a small cat and now there is a little child in the rain. He had the same color hair as satan and had orange yellow eyes. He looked sad as he was sitting in the rain while his hair got wet.

He started at Lucifer as if to tell him not to throw him away. Lucifer finally knew it was the cat seeing as how his hair was similar to the fur of the cat. Was this a special cat? How did it change into a different form? How did Satan have a cat that can transform? Lucifer questioned to himself.

After seeing the little thing trying to plead, Lucifer thought to himself. After thinking about it for some time he simply sighed and brought the kid back into the house. He closed the door and looked back at his brothers.

"Beel, bring me a towel."

Lucifer ordered. Beel nodded and walked away to find a towel. Satan looked at the child that he knew was the little cat and looked back at Lucifer confused. Everyone walked near Satan to hear what Lucifer was about to say.

"I hope that you will be happy, I am going to give you one last chance. You better take full responsibility I'm taking care of this... cat"

Lucifer spoke and looked back at the child. He started to shake. Beel came back with a towel and already knew that it was for. He brought the towel and wrapped it around the child so he can stay dry.

"I promise I will take full responsibility of the cat"

Satan spoke in a low voice. He glanced at the child when beel was wrapping his with a towel. The child started to walk near Satan then to the other brothers that were behind him.

"Aww, I want to take care of him too!"

Asmo said. The other agreed and they saw how small and cute the child was. Lucifer looked at the other brothers as they stared at awe of the small child. Lucifer wanted to sigh again as they kept looking at the child.

"You all are also responsible for taking care of this cat child. He will also be...your new brother"

Lucifer spoke to the rest of the brothers as he lowered his voice at the last sentence he said. The others cheered and started to play with their new brother/pet. Although Lucifer just wanted him to be a pet, he is also going to be a new member of the family. Even more brothers to deal with.

"Yare yare..."

Lucifer groaned.

An Obey Me AU story

Chapter 2: In search of a cat

Satan ran out his room leaving the book he had on his hand to be left on the ground. He knew he saw the cat leave is room, but where? He look quickly looked left and right around his door and decided to search every single spot around the house. He check under every couch around the house and around the hall ways but the cat was no where to be found. While checking around the hall way he heard a clank in the kitchen. A worried expression was on Satan's face. He thought that maybe the cat got stuck in the kitchen or something worse.

He ran to the kitchen to be greeted by Beel. He was preparing a big meal which was his afternoon lunch. As Beel was about the close the fridge and greet Satan, he saw how worried Satan was being when he was looking around the kitchen and the floor.

"Gulp Satan are you ok?"

Beel has started eating his afternoon snack.

"Have you seen a small cat"

Satan looked at every spot in the kitchen.

"A cat? munch no I haven't seen one. crunch Did I accidentally ate a cat?!"

"You better have not Beel!"

Satan searched even in the food that were in the counter. Beel had taken out the other food to eat but since he did not have enough room to hold it all he simply placed the rest on the counter. The cat was not near any of the food that beel had, which was a relief.

"Beel, what was that noise right before I came here?"

"Hm, oh that was probably a bowl that feel when I was making room to put the food at."

"You need to help me find that cat before anything bad happens to it"

"munch munch fine but let me chew finish this food first"

With no luck Satan left the kitchen. As we was walking near the corner of the corridor, he saw Mammon and Levi running and yelling. Hopefully they might know where the cat is. As he approached the two, he heared a bit of what they were saying.

"WHERE IS THAT DAMN CAT?!"

Mammon yelled.

"It has to be somewhere, I just saw it in the corner of my eye."

Levi hand his hands in his pocket looking around him.

"Where did ya see it?"

"I have no idea I just said I saw it from the corner of my eye and now I gone!"

A cat they say? Satan walked towards them asking about that cat and how they found it. They were not sure but they told Satan their own story on how they first saw the cat.

"Well ya see, I was about to look for Goldie 'cause I was gonna go to the mall and buy stuff. Then I saw some lil cat running around, probably lost or somethin"

"I was about to get my Akuzon order from outside my door and I saw a cat run past me."

As Mammon and Levi told their story about how they saw the cat, Satan tried his best to figure out where the cat may be.

"I was about to look for the cat then I bumped into Mammon and we both searched for it. I saw it in the corner of my eye but then it was gone"

"Did ya know what direction it was? 'Cause that could really help right now"

"It's not like you'll ever find it Mammon"

"What did ya say to me?!"

Satan knew they were going to bicker and yell at eachother. That was until Belphie and Asmo arrived to where the three were.

"Did you guys see the cat?"

Belphie said first.

"It was so beautiful, well not as beautiful as me but I just saw it run. The poor little thing looked so scared."

Asmo said second.

"Where is it?"

Satan said in questioned.

"I saw it ran into the libary"

Belphie answered and so everyone went to the lybary to search for the cat. As they arrived Beel had finished his lunch and found the rest and helped look for the cat aswell. They saw Lucifer's studies was open. They walked in and surprisingly they found the cat that was stuck in the chair.

"Yea we found it!"

Mammon yelled.

"How did it get stuck like that?"

Levi questioned.

"It is so tiny"

Belphie said

"Mhm"

Beel agreed

"That poor little cat, I hope that he is alright"

Said Asmo.

Satan crouched down to where the cat was stuck. The cat kept wiggling to break free and started to meow in fear.

"Shh, its alright, let me help you."

Satan carefully lifted the chair and helped the cat that got stuck. Before the cat could make a run for it Satan hold the cat in his arms and gently caressed it. The cat was shaking but looked up to see Satan. The gentle emerald green eyes speak calming. The little cat felt at ease and let Satan hold him. Everyone else gathered around Satan to look at the cat. It was a sweet little moment to finally get to see and carry a cat. That was until.

"What are you all doing?"

A dark voice spoke.

Chapter 4: New part of the family

After Satan pleaded Lucifer into promising him that he will take care of the cat and the others joining in, Lucifer finally gave in and let the little cat in. They also noticed that the cat can also turn into a child. This made it very difficult because they are not sure if he should be a pet or a brother. After some time they all decided that the cat child will be a house pet and also one of the brothers. Although he wasn't officially one of the brothers, they still considered him one of them.

After the kid dried off with the towel that beel gave him, it was still pouring outside. The cat kid had no clothes except for the towel that he had wrapped on him. He stood there in the common room staring up at the brothers while they were talking to eachother. It has a little hard for him to hear but he tried his best to understand what they were saying.

"What will you name him?"

"He looks kinda like you!"

"So tiny.."

"What will he wear?"

Those were the only things that he can understand. After that everyone started talking over eachother. He started to look around. He saw couches and a fire place. He glanced around looking at the lights and the carpet. He them spotted Lucifer that was standing not so far away from the other brothers.

As everyone kept talking and maybe started some arguments here and there, the kid kept looking at Lucifer. He was very grateful that Lucifer let him stay. Lucifer looked at his brothers as they were chatting away, that was when he saw how the kid kept staring at him. As soon as they were both looking at eachother, the kid gave a big smile. Lucifer thought it was a bit weird as he saw how the kid smiled at him. Normally creatures used to whimper in fear of him. The only expressions that he knew of others was fear and probably anger because of Satan. Although, he does see happy expression from Diavolo sometimes but that was different. He tired to look away from the kid that was smiling at him and instead hear what the others are saying.

"Oh, I can think of a cute outfit for him! Levi, you can help make his outfit for me."

Asmo squealed and turned to Levi.

"Why do I have to make him clothes?"

Levi protested.

"'Cause you good at makin costumes than anyone else"

Mammon said.

"Sigh, but I still haven't finish watching 'My Older Brother Won't Let Me Have a Cat so I Took Care of One Without Him Noticing and I Have Been Taking Care of It in My Room for Two Weeks Now' I'm still on season 1."

Levi complained but he still agreed to make clothes for the kid. Asmo was very excited to be making special clothes that he was already started thinking of many ideas. As for the rest, they were thinking of a good name for him. They had many ideas, kinda good and pretty dumb.

"Does it even matter, just give it some pet name."

Mammon said.

"Can it be food related?"

Beel asked.

"Can we do this later, I feel tired"

Belphie said in a sleepy tone. As they kept thinking about what they could name him Lucifer walked near the group and added a suggestion.

"Well, it does look familiar to Satan, what if it had a name that was also similar to Satan's."

Lucifer said. As the group ponder, they agreed to give him a kind of name that could relate to Satan. They then thought about a good name that combined with Satan as they looked back and forth from Satan to the kid.

"How about Catan? It does look similar to me in a way, well the hair color might be a bit different and it's hair could use some trimming but I think that since it can transform as a cat and it being similar to me it should be a combination of my name and a cat."

Satan said. They all agreed to that idea and also can see some resemblance between Satan and Catan. The little kid's name will be Catan for now on. Now they just need to give him clothes and a place to sleep in.

"Satan you should have him sleep in your room for tonight, it is already time to go to bed."

Lucifer told Satan. The time was getting pretty late so they all had to get ready to sleep. Besides Lucifer which he needs to finish paper work. Levi and Belphie were the ones to leave first since Belphie was tired and Levi needed to finish a game soon. Beel was going to his room but he will first visit the kitchen for a second. Mammon left then it was Asmo which yelled that he need to write all of his fashion ideas before his daily routine.

Lucifer had already left since he was very busy. Which has left Satan and Catan all by themselves. Catan still had the towel with him which was a bad thing since he might catch a cold. Satan took Catan and let him borrow his sweater for the time being. Satan was going to change into his pajamas anyways so Catan was allowed to keep them for tonight.

The feeling of cold air has invaded the room and the sound of rain can be heard from outside, Catan jumped on the chair that Satan had for when he reads a book and curled up like a cat. It was difficult for him to curl up since he was in a humanish child body now. He tried his best to get warm and used Satan's sweater as a blanket. He also used his arm as a pillow so that he can get more comfortable.

The soothing rain sound helped Catan fall asleep. It was a nice sound to him yet he wasn't a big fan of getting cold. He still shivered a bit throughout the night but he was still grateful that he was able to stay.

Tomorrow is when the brothers have to go to school. Satan wonders if he will be alright by himself as the others leave. Satan also had a pleasant dream for once about playing with cats.

Sorry if this seemed a bit short for anyone. I hope that it was still a nice story to read. More chapter will be on their way so hopefully you will have more to read for.

Chapter 5: Alone in the house

Catan slept peacefully in the chair while it was started to become day time. Although, there is no sun in Devildom it is always night but the brothers know when school starts. At least some of them. Satan, the smart book loving demon woke up early to get ready.

Catan was very groggy yet had his eyes closed. He kept hearing noises while he was sleepy. As Satan started some morning exercise and brush his teeth, Catan finally started to wake up fully. Catan yawned and stretched shaking off the groggyness he was feeling. Satan started to put his RAD uniform on when Catan started to wake up. As Satan finished getting dressed he looked at Catan which was looking around.

"The others and I will leave for a bit be sure you stay safe and behave before Lucifer does anything to you, alright?"

Satan asked Catan. Catan didn't speak but he nodded in agreement. Satan walked out of his room while Catan followed him.

Lucifer was already done and ready to be at RAD just like Satan is. As for the others they took their own time to get ready. Satan and Catan were waiting at the entrance while the others get there. Catan sat down on the floor still wearing Satan's sweater.

Mammon was the one that arrived early while he was covering his head then Lucifer was the next one.

"Why did ya have to do that for huh!?"

Mammon yelled as he was clearly in pain. Lucifer hit Mammon in his head because he was sleeping and not getting ready.

"You are not going to be late for class this time Mammon"

Lucifer said to Mammon as he walked to the entrance with Mammon. Beel arrived next after Lucifer and Mammon. He was carried a sleepy Belphie on his back. It took a while to dress Belphie into his uniform while he was napping on his bed but Beel tried. Everyone was ready to get to RAD. Catan looked up at Satan wondering about another person that wasn't joining them.

"Levi does online classes because he doesn't want to step foot outside, you and Levi will be the only ones that will stay in the house"

Satan told Catan. Catan nodded and saw everyone leaving. He stood up and watched as the door slowly closes behind the brothers. As soon as the door closed, Catan looked around as he was alone in the house. Levi and him are technically the only ones left in the house so he wasn't that alone.

He started to walk around since there was nothing to do. He had plenty of time to discover new places around the house. He walked around almost every spot around the house besides Levi's room. The door was locked on Levi's room so he didn't bother searching.

As soon as he got bored he walked back to Satan's room. A book was placed on the floor with a weird aura to it. Catan tried to examine the book but felt light headed as he tried to touch it. He didn't understand why he felt that way, so he decided to move away from it.

He sat back on the chair near his bed and curled up like a cat. He stared at the book as he relaxed. A maroon colored book with gold around the edges sat there menacingly. He seen some book flying so the book must be special too.

He started to feel even more bored as time passes by and since he wanted to play he walked back to Levi's room and gave another shot in opening the door. Like last time it was still closed. He had to use his tippy toes to even reach the door nob.

He wasn't mad though. He didn't want to bother Levi but the thought of what was behind the door made him curious. He knocked at the door with an open had like he was trying to smack the door in hopes of getting Levi's attention. He stands there patiently. Nothing happened so he smacked the door multiple of times untill he heared a noise.

"Hmm, Who is this?"

He heared a voice through the door. Catan didn't know how to answer that question. He opened his mouth to try and let out a noise. His name his Catan he just has to say that that's all.

"Ah....C..Ca..Taan Cahtaan."

He tried to speak, it was hard for him to speak but he tried his best. After a while it was dead silence. He heared the door unlocked and saw a blueish purple hair boy on the other side of the door. He was pretty small as he had to look up at Levi.

"I thought everyone left for school but I forgot you were also here."

Levi said to himself. He looked back in his room thinking and being hesitant having someone in his room but since it was only a kid he will give him a chance. He allowed Catan into his room and closed the door behind him.

"You can stay but do not touch my figurines nor mismatch my manga collection. I have everything arranged in a specific order and had them organize so please don't touch them."

Levi told Catan in a serious tone. Catan however wasn't paying attention as he was glued to the big aquarium in the back of Levi's room. His eyes followed the tiny fish that was swimming happly in the tank.

Levi sigh and looked in his phone to find a message from Lucifer.

Catan will be alone with you in the house got it.

Don't let him ruin anything while everyone is at RAD.

Great, now he has to baby sit a damn cat boy. He glanced back at Catan seeing had he is busy staring at Henry. He seemed that he can just let Catan play with Henry so that he can finish playing with new game he got.

Levi puts on his headphones but is still cautious of what Catan does in his room. He was so focused of what he was playing that he didn't mind Catan in his room anymore.

As Levi played his game on his computer and Catan touched the glass tank as he tried to catch the fish, they both passed time until the others come back home.

Chapter 6: Thrift shopping for clothes

Throughout the day Levi was still in his room and as for Catan, he was still starring at Henry. Levi wonders why he keeps staring at Henry 2.0 but he didn't mind as long as he gets to play video games without anyone bothering him. This felt a little nice. Just an average day in Levi's room, except now he has a little friend there.

-In RAD-

RAD was the same as always as most of the brothers had to attend to class and work. Many of the other demons would just chat and hang out before the bell rings. As it did the brothers would have to be in class learning about spells and magic. Belphie however, sneaks out of class to the special spot of the school to relax and sleep. He does get in trouble for diching school but he keeps doing it anyways. It is his special place that none of his brothers can find him.

Satan was in class like he always is, although he can't stop thinking about Catan. He finally gets to keep a pet but is Catan even a pet to begin with? He also wonders why Lucifer would let him keep a pet after many years of him saying that he will not have a pet. Somehow he thinks that's Lucifer felt pity for him. Satan smirked knowing he made Lucifer feel bad that he let him have a pet. After being distracted he knew that he needed to get to work before he misses anything.

Asmo which was in the same class as Satan, had his phone underneath the desk looking for cute pictures of clothes. He giggled while looking for more pictures. Satan looked around to see Asmo on his phone. Satan got pissed as he knew Asmo will get in trouble. Asmo was sitting there happily sending the pictures to Levi.

(Asmo) I like the first one but I think the third picture will look cute on him.

(Levi) I am not making all 25 of these outfits for just one cat.

(Asmo) He is not just a cat! He is an adorable looking cat. Plus I need them done by tomorrow

(Levi) What?! Why tomorrow?

(Asmo) Because I want to take pictures of him and post them on social media.

(Levi) No way I'm not doing that, you can just buy some clothes yourself. You're good at getting clothes anyways.

(Asmo) How rude! You promised to make clothes for Catan

-----------------------end-------------------------

Asmo angerly texted Levi. How dare he refuse to make clothes. Levi promised that he will make clothes for Catan. Why is he refusing now?

"Asmo, stop texting we are in class..."

Satam whispered.

"Oop, sorry"

Asmo whispered back and quickly put his phone away before he got caught. Satan looked back at his own notes as he wonders if Catan will be alright.

As the teachers kept talking and talking while writing stuff on the board, the bell finally rang. Everyone got up and packed their stuff to leave. Satan had already put all of his books and notebooks away neatly in his backpack. He was about to walk away but then Asmo stopped him.

"Satan, do you want to go shopping with me?"

Asmo smiled at Satan.

"No"

Satan began to walk.

"Why not!"

Asmo ran to follow Satan as he began to leave him.

"Look I was texting Levi and he said that he is refusing to make clothing for Catan so now I have to go shopping, but I don't know what to buy and I need your opinion please help me!"

Asmo begged Satan to come with. No wonder Asmo was texting during class.

"All I did was sent him 25 pictures. I don't know why he has to act all mean and ungrateful"

Asmo crosses his hands.

"Yea I wonder why..."

Satan though, agreed to go shopping with Asmo after school.

As they left, Mammon was laying against the wall waiting for Beel to arrive from practice.

"He better not be late, I have stuff to do"

Mammon grumbled to himself. He finally saw the tall orange hair demon in the distance. He looks like he is looking for someone so Mammon got up from the wall and walked towards him.

"What are ya lookin for Beel?"

"I can't find Belphie anywhere, he promised that he didn't cut class this time"

"He probably fell asleep somewhere, I'll help ya find him"

Both Mammon and Beel were out looking for Belphie in the RAD. They search at almost all the places that he might be at. As for Lucifer, he already knows where one of his brothers are hinding.

-In The Devildom Street-

It was quite chilly outside in the Devildom. As some of the brothers were still at school, Asmo and Satan decided to go shopping.

They were walking around looking at the many stores and glancing at what they had in store through the glass. Some stores had special candy, stuff animals, and special niknaks.

Asmo patted on Satan's shoulder to get Satan's attention. He pointed at a store that he thought would be a good place to check out. Satan looked at the store Asmo pointed out and saw how it is a thrift store. Satan expected Asmo to pick some fancy store with designer clothes but this is a perfect place to find clothes. As Asmo walked towards the store, satan followed behind him.

They had many polo shirts, jeans, jackets, and hats in the store. The two brothers were still in their RAD Uniforms since they just got out from school. Asmo, even though he was the one to suggest buying clothes for Catan, was looking through the racks to buy something for himself. Satan looked through many clothes but none had caught his eye. He looked through many shirts and pants but they seem to not fit well with how he imagin Catan to be in.

Satan only wanted at least one pair of clothes so that he won't have to worry about buying more. Asmo in the other hand found many clothes that he picked himself to wear. He thought that since most of the clothes cool vintage, it will definitely blow up on devilgram. Asmo glanced around to find a fitting room and quickly picked up the mountain full of clothes to the fitting room around the back.

Satan looked up from the rack and disappointingly watched Asmodeus walked to the back. He rolled his eyes until his eyes wandered and found a light brown sweater with a special tag on it. He looked at the tag that read.

"Warning: Magical/been cursed"

He got curious and picked up the sweater to ask about the tag to the person behind the register.

"Hello, what does this warning mean? It is true that this sweater is cursed?"

"Ah, this sweater has been given from a former Wich. They said that they put a curse in this sweater which let's the user wear it comfortably no matter what size they are"

Satan was intrigued, a sweater that can be worn no matter if you are small or tall. This is perfect, Catan can have this sweater even if he got older. Satan check the price which was only 200 Grimm.

"I will buy it, please"

Satan said.

"Of course let me get this ready for you"

The demon took the sweater and began to bring his order. As Satan waited and took his money from his pocket, Asmo walked out of the fitting room. He wore a pink shirt with brown dress pants. He also had a vest that matches the whole outfit.

"Satan, how do I look?"

Asmo asked Satan in a cute voice as he was making a pose to show off.

"You are buying that with your own money."

Satan said as he gave money to the demon working in the store and picked up the sweater.

"Everyone will just love this cute outfit, even with an outfit like this just makes me so beautiful"

Asmo talked to himself. Satan simply waited for Asmo to finish with his own shopping spree. It took about half a hour then they finally left the store to go home. Satan had only one bag while Asmo looked like he went to 5 different stores. They both walked around chatting for a bit as they were getting back to the house.

Chapter 8: The Magical Sweater

Catan tried his best to run after Satan. He apparently got so exited that he kept tumbling and fall to the floor. He also tripped himself with Satan's sweater. They finally arrived at Satan's room, Catan ran in and jumped onto the resting couch.

Satan picked up the sweater that looked pretty big. He wonders if it is true, that this magical sweater can fit perfectly on the person who wears it. He felt the fabric on his fingers. It felt pretty soft, it had no torns nor any damage to it. Why would someone put a magic spell on a plain looking sweater to begin with? He looked at Catan which somehow manage to get stuck in his sweater.

Satan quickly crouched down and took his sweater off of Catan before he ruins it. It was his only sweater and he can't afford buying a new one. He grabbed his own sweater and threw it on his bed. He then carefully put on the magical sweater on Catan. Satan waited untill something happened. For a while, nothing was happening and Catan looked like he just wore a very big sweater. Catan looked up and wailed his arms around.

Satan sigh, he did pay a good amount of Grimm for the sweater. Satan stands up and began to search for a book that can help with shrinking the sweater. At least any spell that could somehow do something with it...

Asmo which was in his room, picked out many outfits and accessories that he thought would make him look beautiful. Of course he was already beautiful himself he thought. He looked through his many clothes which were in his drawer, and scanned through his lovely outfits. He spotted a pair of pants that he did not remember buying.

"How did these slip into my pile?"

Asmo picked up the pair of pants and walked over to his mirror. He had the pants over his own clothes but he did not think they suit him well. He folded the pants and hid them in his dresser. As he sat down on his bed he looked at himself through his mirror. He gave a small smile and a peace sign. After a while his D.D.D ranged, one of his demon friends invited him to a party. They said that the party had a couple of succubus, which led Asmo to agree to join in. He then hanged up and started to take a bath before getting ready.

As Asmo finished his relaxing bath and dressed himself up he looked himself in the mirror one more time. He lightly touched the left side of his chest and sigh. He put the same smiles as he did the last time and grabbed his D.D.D and walked out of his room.

"Hey, why are ya all dressed up for. Wait is there a new party?!"

Mammon asked Asmo when he saw him walk out of his room.

"Yea, apparently some succubus are going there so I decided to come"

Asmo told Mammon as he started to walk out of the house. Mammon stopped him before telling him that he is coming with him. Mammon started running back to his room to change into something better. After a while he came back hopping in one foot as he tried to put on his other shoe. Asmo sigh.

"You better hurry up, I want everyone to see how amazingly beautiful I am in that party"

"Yea yea im goin, hold up!"

Mammon was shocked as Asmo had already left, he got a bit angry but ran after him since he did not know where the party is besides Asmo. Asmo had already got a car so that he can drive to the party. He also brought Mammon to his car since Mammon said he wanted to keep his own car clean...

Satan reached on the very top of the stacks of books to find a certain spell to at least shrink the sweater to its perfect size. Catan watched as Satan used his tippy toes to pick up a book.

Catan looked at the sweater and at the floor. He dropped down which had tangled himself with the sweater. He tried to look around when he felt the same weird feeling before. He felt a little dizzy and everything he saw was a bit hazy, he tried to free himself by wiggling around. Which causes him to move around and increased his dizziness.

Satan flipped through the pages when he found a little spell that might work, he looked back to the chair and saw that Catan wasn't laying on it. He layed his book down and moved his head the the left, on the ground he saw Catan struggling to get up and some books laying on the ground.

Satan picked up the nearest book which was open, he knew that it might have been the book that fell ontop of his head, so he knew he should put it safely away so that no one gets hurt. As his fingers gently touched the pages of the book, he glanced at Catan for a second before standing back up to close the book.

He he did that Catan started to glow a tint of white. Satan quickly glanced back to Catan as he closed the book he had on his hand.

Catan finally didn't feel as dizzy as he was bit noticed that he felt some discomfort. Slowly his vision turned white which made him close his eyes. Then for a second the glow of white turned intense as the bright light of white shined.

Satan looked away with the book on hand as a shield. The bright light stopped and went back the the little glow as of before. Satan looked back at Catan with a shocked expression.

Catan (which was a little kid before) was now older and taller. The white glow started to fade away and Catan was on the ground trying to untangle himself. Catan figured out where the sleeves to the sweater is and began to stick his arms in them. He sat up and sticked his other arm into the other sleeve. Once everything was in place, the sweater magically fitted into place.

"There you go, ah, how lovely. It really did fit" Catan said in a soft voice, complementing the sweater. That was until he finally noticed what happened. The sweater fit into his arms, he saw that his arms are bigger than normal, he hands look bigger, HE is bigger, Satan is staring at him in complete shock and a sort of scared kind of way. Once Catan put all the pieces together he gasped then screamed.

"I...IM...BIGGER, AHHHHHH"

Catan freaked out and out of instinct poofed into a cat, which was now bigger than he normally was and started to run around.

As he transformed his sweater disappeared. Satan tried to pick up Catan but he wiggled his way out of Satan's grasp and out the door. Satan placed the book somewhere in his room to get Catan. As Satan looked around he didn't seem to find Catan anywhere. Catan however, ran towards a small space somewhere in the house.

Belphie, the lazy demon, was with Beel in their twin room. Being cursed by the power of sleepiness all he wanted was to laze around with his favorite brother. Beel in the other hand being cursed with the power of hunger left to sneak in some more food, which left Belphie by himself in the twins room.

"I wonder..." Belphie said to himself as he layed down on the floor. Beel and Belphie made a small pillow fort so they can hang out together.

"Why was Lucifer so nice to Satan, I know Satan doesn't like Lucifer all that much and because of the cat incident....Lucifer told him that he would never get a cat" Belphie rolled to his side holding his favorite pillow.

"But, Lucifer is always caring to everyone. Even though we have another person in the family, Lucifer will still be my favorite brother. Well Beel too of course" Belphie laughed. He knew Lucifer always had a soft spot for everyone in the family, he knew he cared about everyone. Belphie tries to forget about before in the past and just be happy. As he waited it started to take a while for Beel to come back.

Hello :D It was getting a little hard to think about how it should start since I've already thought about other stuff that will happen after.
