Not gonna lie-- I feel like Mandy probably runs a successful OnlyF.ans for a fairly specific audience. -- I try not to use literally everything about Patriotika because I just like using the character as a good illustrated face for Mandy. But... and I know I’ve posted this picture before, but...

I don’t think I’ve gone over Mandy’s powers, really-- at least not completely. She kinda has the Hulk ordeal going on-- just not as extreme as what they’d experience. She goes from a pretty “average” 5′5″ with a lean build to an 8′0″ muscle bound bad-bitch with an attitude problem (worse then her usual attitude). Coincidentally I figure her powers include an influx of testosterone throughout her body which makes her more aggressive and probably keeps her with a reasonably healthy-- which is an absolute lie and more bordering on the line of nymphomaniac... but I digress.

She also has invulnerability and flight. I kind of like the idea of being able to do some neat to look at, but TOTALLY useless “sparks”. But I feel she uses them to make the things she does flashy. Throwing a punch? Why not make it interesting like some sort of 4th of July light show !? You hit a guy in the jaw and, like a cartoon, stars and stripes light up following that arc that the guy’s broken body flies. He’s not gonna be getting up. Mandy definitely loses control easily-- so it’s usually a good idea to have -someone- around that could wrangle her in.

Oh hey, speaking of “magical girls”...

Cosplays. (I’m sad cause I’m not the biggest fan of the Starlight cosplay art-- but this was a variant cover for the Patriotika series and I cackled about this for an hour when I first found it)

Look, she absolutely went through her awkward stage young in life-- and probably turned things around when her powers developed. But if my post about being an absolute Homelander fangirl and her “collectibles” and the like are any indication? She’s probably very much comfortable in the “nerd scene” stuff-- or at least some of it. Her cosplays definitely catch people’s attention-- and I feel like that’s what shot her up into recognition initially.

Honestly. I probably should have used Jessica Nigri as an FC for her-- but we’ll stick with Renee Olstead. Though, the Nigri vibe is absolutely there.
