For a little fic, what about Eric and going to one of those farms where you can pick your own stuff (apples, corn, etc.) and having a grand old time, maybe petting some animals? Male or gn reader perhaps? -W

You turn around to look at Eric and see him shivering slightly. It seems the sweater he’s wearing isn’t thick enough to protect him from the chill. You wordlessly pull off your jacket and put it around his shoulders. He protests immediately. “Hey, n-no this is yours, I won’t t-take it from you.”

You can’t tell if his stutter is from the shivering or his natural nervousness. “Eric, I’ve lived here my whole life, I’m used to the chill. You aren’t, now keep it.” You gently push the jacket back into his hands and he puts it on, the leftover warmth from you wearing it still lingering on it. You turn back to continue walking, noticing him snuggling deeper into the jacket out of the corner of your eye.

“Eric, what apples do you want next?” He looks up at your question. “What apples, um, the sweet ones?” You nod. “The sweet ones it is,” You aren’t exactly sure what counts as a sweet apple but you know that it is not the granny smith ones. Red delicious perhaps? They’re pretty sweet.

You lead the way down the rows of trees, reading the signs to find the apple you’re looking for. You pause for a second, pulling Eric down an aisle to let a hayride pass. The two of you picking a few of the apples there and putting them into the bag, you continue on your way.

You don’t find the apples you’re looking for because you decide to go back. Eric is shivering again. “Eric,” He turns to you, an apple in his hand. “I’m getting cold, do you want to head back and get some hot chocolate or something? I think they have bunnies we could pet.”

“Y-yeah, that sounds nice, do you think they have cider?” “It would be weird if an apple orchard didn’t have cider.”

A/N: there’s no need to pay me, i’m happy to share my writing with you + everyone who likes my writing; thank you for the sweet compliments. This isn’t werewolf AU, but enjoy <3!!

To start off, they don’t mind pot. They know the real story, and how the government hides it. This said, they don’t necessarily have an opinion on it — it’s weed, nothing wrong or right about it.

However, they also don’t condone it, as they like you awake. But if you do it, you do it and hey, they get to see a side of you that nobody else does, and you quickly become a doofus.

To say they love your giggly and cuddly side is an understatement. All of them chuckle when they come home, seeing you laid down on the couch with reddened eyes. They love to plop you on their lap, laugh at your weird and not-in-the-moment-thinking conversations and ask you dumb shit, just to see your reactions.

Soap can be a little shit, especially when you do a joint. He likes to ask deep-conversational questions, loving how your nose crinkles when thinking of it. And when you stutter, he loves to lean in and say: “Hm? Didn’t catch ‘at, sweetheart.”

To be honest, they all love to take advantage of you. Seeing you all calm and welcoming makes their dark heart darker than ever.

Simon likes to ask you questions with promises, such as marriage, or even kids. Watching your reaction, and smiling with soft touches. And when the next day comes, asking if you remember them, and if you don’t? He’s hurt. Those promises were real, weren’t they?

Honestly, Kyle and Price are worriers. Even though they know the side effects are normal, they worry like hens; constantly checking your head with the back of their hand or making you drink water to stay hydrated, as if you’re sick.

As for Johnny, he’s in the middle — but still a little shit. He laughs when you laugh, even at the horrible jokes, and tries to make you stay in the ‘high state’ because it’s cute.

You know, for the spin off CotA thing, I'm pretty sure moon would be the type to sneak out of his tank and eat the expensive fish in other tanks, just because. Could also see him being the one to throw shrimp at people, also just because he can

Oh, absolutely. He absolutely does sneak out to help himself to tasty, forbidden snacks. Not just rare and expensive fish, but also morsels saved for other residents of the facility.

It can be quite the headache for employees, when the meal they were supposed to go fetch has suddenly disappeared into thin air. But he's clever enough not to do it too often, and not to target the same species too predictably, lest the staff get wise and catch him in the act. He knows he could get in quite the trouble if he eats too many expensive midnight snacks.

Speaking of trouble.

He also does throw stuff at people. He used to throw a lot of little things at guests - especially if it could get a few laughs out of some kiddoes, instead of tears (he is big, he has thin needle teeth, he glows red, and his area is kept dark for his comfort, and unfortunately sets the children on edge before they even see him). But after getting into trouble a few times too many with angry, soaked parents, he's learned to be... smarter about picking his targets.

And if you're thinking this tank looks a bit small, low-set, and the guests a little too easy to reach, this can't be Moon's tank...

That's because it isn't. :)

Does Sol remember Death's face? Or have they slowly forgetten it over the centuries (as that's how memory works lol)? Do they have any art/drawing of Death that they keep hidden from the other gods?

Really interesting! I don't think Sol could forget Death's face, not even if a million years were to pass tbh. Sol and Death's connection remains—although damaged—and through that, Sol can sense the "real" Death, beyond the physical.

And Sol definitely has sculptures and paintings of Death in their innermost sanctum.

I have this “field notes” style page from my sketchbook in 2021 with possible details about their life cycles (I would change some things about this now- they are definitely multicellular organisms)
