Aftg characters with Pokémon

I think Flareon and Sixtales would be fitting for Neil for obvious reasons. They always give their best for each other, train a lot together and have an immense amount of trust in one another. They share a really strong bond, Neil is the kind of trainer that everyone would stare at, mesmerized, because he's so in sync with his Pokémon.

How about Shinx for Andrew and Litleo and Aron for Aaron? They could also have Minun and Plusle because that's cute!! They take care of their Pokémon very well and let them run around without the Pokéball all the time. Andrew doesn't even have a single Pokéball with him, he just doesn't need one, he wants his Pokémon to be free and stray around on campus. Aaron always sleeps with Litleo, it was his first Pokémon. He naturally became friends with it without having to catch it. Since then it's kept him warm at night and cuddled him because Tilda never did.

Niki could have a Lillipup and Chatot cause he'd have some cute ones that aren't that strong but he'd get along super well with them and they really love him as a trainer so they always give their best in fights. He gives them too many treats sometimes.

Kevin has Bulbasaur and Silvally because I feel like he'd have a starter and a strong, cool one. He has a great bond to them and they're as determined as him. Silvally gets along with Aaron's Aron very well, they play together a lot.

Matt has Poliwhirl and Phanpy because he's a fighter but still grounded. Also, they're cute.

Dan has Torchic, Chingling and Wooper. She has a starter too. Her Pokémon are small but good team players, their types make for a good strategy. They also try to teach the other Foxes' Pokémon but they react the same way the Foxes react to Dan's instructions.

Allison might have Mareep, Pheromosa and Glameow? I'm not too sure about these. I think she'd have some fashionable Pokémon that look fabulous but still cute and can kick ass in a battle. At some point in the future she's gonna catch a Milotic.

Seth would have a Krokorok and Tauros. You know his strong personality, he's always up for a fight and his Pokémon are therefore rather intimidating. If he died in this universe as well his Pokémon would probably be set free but they'd stick around and visit the others sometimes. His Pokémon had a better bond to the others than Seth did.

Renee has Pachirisu, Froslass and Frosmoth. Pachirisu is cute and not that strong but Froslass and Frosmoth show more of Renee's true abilities, if you know what I mean.

Wymack has Obstagoon and Nickit. Do I have to explain these? Obstagoon just reminds me of Wymack and Nickit fits the Foxes.

Abby has Miltank and Chansey. They're nice and have healing abilities. They help her carry meds around and always stand with her on the side lines of the battles, ready to be paramedic. They get along with all the Pokémon of the team.

Bee has a Roselia. It's gracious and looks like it knows exactly what it does. Andrew's Shinx is always with him during therapy and sits on his lap, staring at Roselia as if daring it to come closer.

Jeremy has Grookey and Heracross. A cute starter and a cool, rather rare one.

Jean would have Hydreigon and Murkrow. One that's strong and intimidating and one that fits the theme.

I feel like Riko would have a Gengar and Raticate because he's a creepy rat bastard.

Ichirou has Spectrier. It just makes sense to me.

Generally, in the bad guy aus, the light woods(and Jace) are the bad guys or conmen or whatever, and Simon and Clary are good guys, and Magnus is too, BUT, but, what if
