Cg Dazai/Little Akutagawa

Akutagawa had been on a mission with Dazai when he regressed, and so, when the mission had been completed, mostly done by Dazai, Dazai took Akutagawa home with him so he could look after Akutagawa whilst he was regressed.

When they got back to Dazai's place, Dazai carried Akutagawa to his room, changing Akutagawa into a onesie and handing him a stuffie that Dazai had kept just in case Akutagawa regressed whilst with him. Akutagawa took the stuffie, placing one of its ears in his mouth. "No, Aku, don't do that." Dazai chided, easing it out of Akutagawa's mouth, replacing it with a pacifier instead.

Dazai placed a kiss on top of Akutagawa's head, and Akutagawa shyly smiled at him in response. "Do you want anything else?" Dazai asked. Akutagawa took the pacifier out to respond. "Mac n Cheese, please?" He asked, putting the pacifier back in. "Of course." Dazai replied. Dazai took his hand, leading Akutagawa to the kitchen.

When they got there, Dazai helped Akutagawa up onto the counter. "You can sit up there if you promise not to move too much." Dazai told him, Akutagawa nodded, swinging his legs slightly. Dazai went towards the fridge and got the macaroni and cheese out of it. He removed it from the packaging and placed it in the oven, setting a timer so that he would know when it was ready.

Akutagawa watched him do all this quietly, but just as Dazai set the timer, Akutagawa accidentally dropped his stuffie. He started to tear up, but decided that he could get the stuffie back himself, so he tried to lean down to grab the stuffie off the floor without getting off the counter which resulted in him letting out a startled squeak as he tumbled off the counter.

He sqeezed his eyes shut as he prepared himself to hit the ground, but when he didn't, he slowly opened his eyes to find that Dazai had caught him. As all that just happened caught up to Akutagawa, he started wailing. Dazai attempted to console him. "Shh, shh, that must have been scary, huh?" He asked. Akutagawa nodded as tears continued to roll down his cheeks.

"I didn't want anything like that to happen, that's why I asked you not to move too much." Dazai told him. "Sowwy." Akutagawa apologized, now calm save for the few tears that still ran down his face. "No, no, it's also my fault for allowing you to sit up there in the first place." Dazai said.

Just then, the stuffie on the floor caught his eye. "Here, this is what you were trying to get, right?" Dazai asked, handing it over to Akutagawa. "Mhm. Tank oo." Akutagawa said as he took it from Dazai, burying his face in it to hide the last remaining tears. Dazai noted that Akutagawa had also lost his paci, but they could find that latter.

The timer beeped suddenly, and Dazai hurried off, putting some oven gloves on and taking the Mac n Cheese out of the oven. He served the Mac n Cheese onto two plates, one for himself and one for Akutagawa. "Let's go to the dining room." Dazai said, carrying the two plates and leading Akutagawa to the dining room.

They each took a seat, Dazai eating his own food whilst helping Akutagawa eat to make sure that Akutagawa did not mess the food everywhere. Whilst eating, they talked, but it was more Akutagawa babbling in between mouthfuls and Dazai saying something when there was a pause than an actual conversation.

Akutagawa's scary night

Aka headcanons of a scared regressor Akutagawa and his caregivers Dazai and Chuuya.

Authors notes: As a heads up these will mention horror movies (not detailed), a distressed Akutagawa (happy ending) and vague trauma and vent regression mentions.

Also this was requested by @sunecito, I hope you like it!

Dazai has known that Akutagawa regresses for a long time, pretty much since the day they met he was able to work it out and since then has protected Akutagawa. Chuuya has known for less time, but he quickly helped Dazai with looking after Akutagawa.

Usually, Chuuya being away is not an issue, but today Dazai has put on a scary movie for himself, not noticing that Akutagawa was not actually away and in the room next door. He was already having a bad day and was partly regressed, however hearing the screams from the room next door made him panic a lot.

Obviously, Dazai wasn't hurting anyone, but given his reputation it scared Akutagawa a lot. So when Dazai realized after the film that Aku was home, so he popped his head behind the door to say hello, the issue is that Akutagawa started wailing the second he saw Dazai's face.

Dazai is not good at comforting people, that is somehow Chuuya's job, so all of his attempts to even get close to the upset baby were met with Akutagawa throwing things at him or crying harder.

In the end Dazai was forced to call Chuuya, who instantly dropped whatever job he was doing to go and save the very distressed Akutagawa.

Aku, in his babyspace, wasn't able to convey what happened well, all Chuuya could understand was the words 'scary' and 'bad man', but it didn't take him long to realize that Dazai had done something to upset their regressor.

At first Chuuya's initial reaction was to hit Dazai over the head, but stopped himself for the sake of caring for Akutagawa. It was a tough cleanup process, Dazai was slowly introduced back to Akutagawa, who clung to Chuuya and held his favorite stuffed dog.

Once he had calmed down, Akutagawa fell asleep almost instantly, Chuuya using his ability to carry him to bed and lecturing Dazai for at least two hours after.

The next day, now in a bigger headspace, Chuuya was able to explain what happened, Dazai was also able to apologies and reassure his regressor that he wasn't going to hurt anyone ever again (or at least, not in the house).

How Poe Stumped Ranpo: Chapter 22

"I know I'm late, there was an accident on my route here. I brought candy for the patients." Ranpo popped his head into the infirmary.

"Candy?" Nikolai looked up at Sigma, eyes big.

"Alright, hand out your candy, then I have a small job for you." Yosano told him.

"Oh? A job? Did Fukuzawa ask you to tell me an early job before everyone else shows up again?" Ranpo asked, handing Fyodor a matcha chocolate bar.

"No, I need you to use Ultra-Deduction to find a location where something I need is. If you can't and you're still blocked, I get it, I can have someone else help." Ranpo looked up at her in confusion.

"Why wouldn't I be able to? Of course I am. I was stressed, it's fine now." Ranpo told her.

"I know you aren't." Yosano warned him.

"What am I finding?" He blocked her.

"A safehouse. The Decay of the Angels safehouse. Nikolai left something there that he wants." She brushed past it for now as she watch him go back to handing out candy to her patients until he got to Nikolai hiding behind Sigma.

"Do you want candy?" Ranpo asked. Nikolai peeked up at Sigma and whined.

"Candy?" He held onto Sigma's arm.

"You can, of course you can. He got it as a gift for you." Sigma assured him. Ranpo, held out the chocolate bar for him and Nikolai whined.

"He doesn't know you. I may have taught him a little too well not to accept things from strangers." Sigma sighed.

"I'm Ranpo Edogawa, I'm Miss Yosano's best friend! I'm a detective for the Agency here and I'm Poe's rival!" Nikolai peeked out again.

"'M Nikolai. I'm this many." He held up two fingers for Ranpo.

"Are you now?" Ranpo asked, glancing at Sigma.

"This is Dmitri." Nikolai showed him Ilya. Ranpo seemed to realize then.

"He's really cute, Nikolai. Would you like some chocolate with your friends?" Ranpo held it closer.

"Mama." Nikolai held Sigma's arm softly.

"Go ahead, Kolya." Nikolai carefully took the candy and Ranpo smiled at him.

"If you want, I can bring more for you later on." Nikolai's eyes went wide.

"Yeah!" Ranpo's smile got bigger while Nikolai bounced happily. "Thank you, Mister Ranpo!" Nikolai giggled, he wasn't hiding anymore, he was laid out against Sigma's lap and was laying his head on his belly while Sigma pet over his hair.

"Alright, should I try to find that place?" Ranpo asked.

"Yeah, make sure you look at a map of Yokohama, it might help." Yosano alerted him.

"I know." Ranpo told her. And then he went across the hall and Dazai eventually stopped in with potato and cheese korokkes and pork buns for lunch and went to work across the hall where he was dragged by Kunikida back to work.

"Alright, I wasn't able to use my Ultra-Deduction because SOMEONE stole my glasses." Ranpo looked pointedly at Dazai. "But I was able to find the safehouse under the name Dostoevsky on the outer skirts of Yokohama. I was about to go on lunch, so what did you need from there?" Ranpo asked.

"Nikolai, tell him what Arkady looks like." Sigma urged the child currently groggy laying against his belly.

"Arkady is grey bear with a pink bow and he's sitting on a box in my closet in my yellow room with the white bed."

"Grab the box he's on too, he'll need it if he wants Arkady." Ranpo nodded.

"'M tired, Mama." Nikolai snuggled closer to Sigma.

"Take a nap, baby." Sigma assured him, petting his hair until he was asleep again.

"He calls you Mama, that's so cute." Poe marveled at him, smiling.

"Well, my name is hard for him to say when he's small like this. So, he started calling me Mama. He cried the first time, he was so scared I'd make fun of him or be mad. Oh, it was bad." He pet over Nikolai's hair and the regressor whined and cuddled up more against him.

"Is he always this tired?" Akutagawa asked.

"He's not that active, he just wants to not deal with being an adult anymore, so he just relies on whoever's around him to take care of him. That's usually me." Sigma smiled.

"Does he do anything beside sleep?"

"Usually he'll color, watch TV, and take naps. Sometimes he'll ask to go to the park for a picnic or take a bubble bath or for me to paint his nails. He's used to being alone and I've only known for about a month so he's learning not to hide by sleeping, but I guess this time it's just that being awake at all is too much." Sigma didn't like his baby being afraid.

"He probably thinks he can't do all the things he wants." Yosano butt in.

"Hm?" Sigma questioned.

"The stitches in his legs, he probably doesn't think he can do everything he wants because of them. And sure, he can't really overstress them, but he can walk around a bit still. Honestly, if he's up and moving, I'm less worried about him. Nothing hit the tendons he needs to walk, he just needs to be careful." Yosano reminded them.

"Has anyone gotten better yet, by the way?" Jun'ichiro asked.

"Well, Jun, you're healing, but I'd rather you stay for a bit longer. I don't want you trying to force yourself back to work, I'd rather take care of you here." She told him.

"Akutagawa, you're still coughing blood, I'd rather you stay and take a few doses of a medicine I think could help you a bit where I can monitor you before you go home."

"Fyodor, you're healing well, but you're staying so we can make sure you don't have any injury reactions. Poe, you're under observation since you're so underweight and you're still biting at people." Poe put his head down. "I'm not mad at you, I understand."

"Nikolai can't go home yet because he could stress himself and nobody would be around to help him. Sigma, you could technically use crutches but you're last blood count was way too low for me to feel comfortable letting you go back out into the world yet until your body's able to rebuild from the blood loss."

"Jouno, your shoulder is healed or on its way and you could technically leave if you wanted. But Tachihara, your ankle isn't even close and Tecchou, your hip worries me too much to send you home yet."

"Oh, Miss Yosano, is Fyodor's blood count okay?"

"About a little better than yours right now, why?" She asked.

"He's anemic, I worry about him." Sigma blew out a sigh.

"I'll need to force the others to make and buy things with more iron then, since they keep bringing food." Yosano smiled.

Atsushi and Akutagawa had just finished a mission, and they were headed back to the Agency where Agency and Port Mafia members alike had to report after a joint mission.

Akutagawa was lagging behind Atsushi, who was getting increasingly annoyed with Akutagawa, as Atsushi just wanted to report back to the Agency and go about the rest of his day.

"Akutagawa." He snapped. "Hurry up. I don't have all day, you know. Stop being so slow. I never thought Port Mafia members could be so incompetent." Atsushi continued to walk but stopped when he didn't hear Akutagawa following him.

"What is it now?" Atsushi asked, turning back around to look at Akutagawa. He was about to make another mean comment but stopped himself as he saw some tears forming in Akutagawa's eyes. "Akutagawa?"He asked uncertainly.

"M sowwy. M sowwy, m sowwy, m sowwy. Sowwy, sowwy, sowwy." Akutagawa apologized, repeating the apology over and over again. Atsushi finally realized what was happening. Akutagawa was regressed, and Atsushi had said some really mean stuff to him. Atsushi did have some experience with looking after littles, seeing as some members of the Agency regress, and Atsushi sometimes helps with looking after them.

"Hey, Aku? I said some really mean stuff there, didn't I? I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have said those things, especially when you are small." Atsushi apologized. Akutagawa still had tears running down his face, but when Atsushi told him he knew he was small, Akutagawa's eyes widened as he just stared at Atsushi.

"I sowwy." He apologized. "You're sorry? For what, Aku?" Atsushi asked. "Fo bein small. It bad." Akutagawa told him. "Being small is bad? No, it isn't. Whoever told you that didn't know what they were talking about." Atsushi told Akutagawa. "Reawwy?" Akutagawa asked. "Really." Atsushi replied, giving Akutagawa a reassuring smile. "Now, let's report back to the Agency, and then we can go to my house."

Akutagawa and Atsushi had just reported back to the Agency, and Atsushi had just successfully snuck Akutagawa into his apartment. Atsushi was still living in the apartment block that the Agency had provided, and the rules stated that under no circumstance should a Port Mafia member be allowed in the apartment block.

As they entered, Atsushi took Akutagawa to get into more comfortable clothes, and then they both went to get a snack. Atsushi had gotten out some toys for Akutagawa to play with if he wanted, and Akutagawa chose some blocks, which he used to build many different structures, which were all eventually broken down to make new structures.

Overall, despite the miscommunication that happened in the morning, Atsushi and Akutagawa had an amazing day.
