I have a request for you 🤭

Can we have a little something on Harvey’s thoughts about Claudia? How he felt when he first laid eyes on her, and when she solved the mock case? (you can write this after the part 3 if you prefer)

So not to spoil anything for the next part this was my EXACT idea 🤭🤭 to do little flashbacks in Harvey’s POV to have him realize what he just did and what he’s lost. I’ll do a little headcanon action for ya

Heres part one and part two for anyone wondering where this series is!

I totally think Harvey has always noticed and admired Claudia

Like he just looks at her and goes “yup she’s something”

But obviously he can’t decipher his own feelings and is a dick about it all

At first he asks Donna who’s like “yeah that’s Claudia Martin and she graduated top of her class and is one of the best damn associates to walk through these doors”

Maybe Harvey even initiated the mock trial to Louis just so he can get her on his team just so he can spend a little time with her

He notices she’s really quite but she puts in twice the effort that any of the other associates do

And when she brought the winning evidence to him? GAH- Harvey is like “hehehehehhehe that’s my girl” internally and starts crushing on her a little

He’s so proud to see her coming out of her bit by bit but he knows he has to be careful because he doesn’t wanna scare her off

And, in typical Harvey fashion, cannot control his desires so he’s thinking of all the ways he can keep her around so he can just look at her because she’s so damn pretty.

Her eyes, her hair is what really does it for him. He just wants to play with it and let it curl around his fingers and pull on it

When he was watching her during their first real car, during the cross examination, he doesn’t even hear what’s going on because he’s too busy watching her kick some serious ass

Of course he’s like “god damn she’s one hell of a lawyer” but he’s also like “I cannot wait to get my hands on you and show you just what you do to me because it’s a lot”

We all know deep down Harvey is a family guy and would do anything to keep them safe. Hopefully he’ll figure it out for part three so she doesn’t walk away forever

Sometimes yes! When I have time and if the idea really grabs at my brain.

Unfortunately I've been dealing with car trouble as of late (As in I need a new one) so the not Real Life Adulting thing that's been taking up my brain is my OC. Kind of as a way to escape from the stress. And I'd probably prioritize a commission over a request because I am in need of money!

I do like getting asks though! I save them and use them for reference or ideas generation!

so. yes but no? partially- and i say this with full disclosure- i fear i would completely cock up a cowboy elvis fic ( it is, for the record, the same reason i have not tried it with austin ) but also because @from-memphis-with-love did an absolutely delightful one and truly and honestly @precious-little-scoundrel's captain presley in a whole man... errs enough into cowboy-esque with captain presley that i figure maybe y'all have been fed well enough on those gourmet offerings. so a straight cowboy elvis fic might be off the table but i'll never say a definite never.

however, and funny story. so- this is a spoiler but it's also not going to give away a lot. but in quiet on the set, i am having catherine direct true grit and i don't know if anyone ever caught it but one of my other tags for catherine and elvis/quiet on the set is beaver and rooster. so y'all will get elvis as rooster from true grit? so does that count as you get cowboy elvis? kind of? western elvis? he gets a beard for like half the fic anyway. also to those of you who've seen true grit, yes yes i know la boeuf is a lil closer age wise but VIBES Y'ALL. 'sides it means i can make the rooster and beaver double entendre joke with them.

Danny made himself known to the world by hacking into the Justice League's communications line. Amity was safe but he was so tired of being ignored that the moment he figured out how to isolate his small town from the rest of the world he decided to let the heroes know they had failed.

He posted all the ignored calls, the GIW legal documents, the experiments, everything that would let them know that they had failed. Because he had saved himself and the others but never got help.

In a very short time Amity declared itself independent, similar to Atlantis or Themyscira; they didn't need anything from the rest of the world anyway.

At first the League thought it was the attack of a villain or some new organization.

It became very obvious that this was not the case the more they confirmed the information presented, from a law passed under their noses to the threat of exterminating an entire race of beings that were much stronger than them but decided to chose a peaceful route instead of just destroying everything.

For the first time in years, the League felt useless. The weight only increased when the last piece of "evidence" turned out to be the death certificate of Daniel Fenton, the first victim of the whole mess.

To me, Machete kind of has the energy of a secondary villain/coldhearted side character in someone else's story that a lot of fans latch onto, moreso than the protagonist. Question is, would he be the villain in anyone's story?

Why, thank you! I'm actually glad to hear he gives off that vibe. I don't think he set out to become a villain but a lot of people certainly view him as one.

#in the 16th century canon he starts out as an introverted but sincerely well meaning guy that never quite manages to find his social niche #he was a sensitive kid and when subjected to enough pressure #his insecurity fearfulness and powerlessness mutate into distrust resentment aggression suffocating repression and self-restraint #I don't think he's a bad person in fact he consistently tries very hard to do the right thing #do his job properly avoid letting people down and get through life with a sense of dignity #but he is supposed to come across kind of cold impersonable and difficult to be around if you don't know him personally (and very few do) #people can sense there's something wrong with him and are put off by it #Vatican is a nest of vipers and as the stakes rise he retreats deeper into his coldblooded untouchable work persona #he has no choice but to start lying scheming blackmailing and eliminating his enemies #in order to maintain his position keep Vasco safe their relationship under wraps and his own head above water #essentially playing by the same rules everyone else in the holy see has been playing with for centuries #eventually he loses his spot as the secretary of state and is manipulated/forced to take on a role in the roman inquisition #and if people were sort of iffy about him before being the authority overseeing trials torture excommunications and executions doesn't help #and since he has so few allies and such an infamous reputation he's an easy target for scapegoating whenever necessary #towards the end it dawns on him that he's become the kind of twisted cruel corrupt person he used to fear and despise #and the guilt moral injury and abject self-loathing had largely sapped him of his will to live by the time the final assassin gets him #answered #anonymous #Machete #Vaschete lore #he thought his dream of priesthood would make him a better person more worthy of admiration safety and love but he climbed too high #and got roped up in the dangerous games that take place under god's nose and slowly got strangled to death

ooh i had a random idea come up for mat barzal x reader gf

where mat is protective of his gf when the paparazzi suddenly surround them after a game and someone tries to pull reader aside to get better shots of him

you still weren’t used to the crowds, the fans, the media that followed him around. it was something you knew you were getting yourself into when you started dating mat but it wasn’t easy.

after a particularly tough game, the two of you were making your way to his car when a couple of people came up asking for pictures with mat. he was tired and had a headache and you knew he wasn’t in the mood for photos but he plastered on a smile and nodded. you knew the drill so when he stood next to one of them, you automatically started to take a couple steps away but a hand grabbed your arm and pulled you in a different direction, making you stumble and nearly fall.

“watch it!” mat snapped, immediately moving towards you and pulling you closer to him. he glared at the guy who raised his hands defensively and walked away, along with the other people who had been waiting for a picture.

mat was grumbling under his breath as he directed you to his car, ignoring anyone that tried to stop and talk to him. he didn’t say anything until you were both in the car and driving home.

“can we go live in a cabin somewhere in the woods, away from everyone?” he joked but the idea was tempting to you.

“no ice rink in the woods,” you reminded him but he just smiled softly and reached out to hold your hand.

“as long as i have you, i’ll be okay.”
