⊱ SKYRIM STANDING STONES — THE LOVER

It is situated to the east of Markarth, and just north of Kolskeggr Mine. There is a leveled animal nearby that you will encounter as you approach the stone and several juniper trees in the area. It overlooks the road that passes Kolskeggr Mine on the edge of a cliff face next to a stream that tumbles as a waterfall to join the Karth River below. Either side of the stone are several upright stones in a semi-circle.

It is truly a crime that you can't marry this little man in game, so i wrote what i think he might say if he could react to you wearing the amulet.

Before the quests.

before delayed burial: No reaction.

Before end of dark brotherhood questline: "Is that one of those amulets of mara cicero has heard so much about? I wish you luck in your search for marrage, I do, I do!"

>Are you intrested in me?

"Well, No- But cicero wishes you the best of luck! He does!"

After the quests.

After delayed burial, but before the brotherhood: "*giggle* An Amulet of mara? Are you lonely? Cicero could tell you a think or two about loneliness..."

>Are you intrested in me?

"Hm? Oh, noo no no, cicero is much too... busy for things like that."

After dark brotherhood quest line: "Oh, Listener~! an amulet of mara? Cicero almost pities whoevers contract that is for *laughter*"

think i finally settled on a 'canon' early-game fit for tamar

#yaz yaks #skyrim #skyrim oc #oc: tamar #it took me absurdly long to piece it together #tryna figure out what her outfit would be based on her story up to the start of the game #nomadic lightly armoured werewolf bounty hunter living hand to mouth as she traverses tamriel for her hunts... #about the only thing I absolutely KNEW she had to have going in was some kind of fur shawl or cloak #made of wolf's fur ofc. she wears it to mask her own scent so it's less obvious that it's HER that smells like wolf and not just the clothe #couple pieces are the same from her earliest iterations: beaded leather handwraps; runes on her left arm; a bone tied to her right arm #also the cross-body belt w/ mara's amulet and a couple of potion vials strapped to her leg #the antlers + circlet combo is kind of the same although the items themselves are obvs diff from her earliest outfits
